Oddmongus, an Oddity fanfic by me

It's a Saturday afternoon at Mcdonalds. Leo, Meryl, Travis, Zack and Floyd decide to play Among Us.

Meryl sets up a lobby. It takes 30 minutes for everyone to connect because the Mcdonalds wifi is shitty.

Simon is currently in the washroom tampering with the router (its old as fuck)

after an hour, a lobby finally starts.

Leo throws his fries at Floyd because he took red. Floyd switches to yellow to avoid being stabbed by a plastic butter knife.

With everyone satisfied, the game starts. Simon finds a tape hidden within the router. It's a map to where all the missing parts of that Travis jpeg are.

Once the game is done, Simon bursts out of the washroom. He's in his Captain Underpants underwear.

"GUYS I FOUND A MAP!" He says, holding the beat-up wifi router in his hands. "To where?" Meryl asks.

"The New World!" Simon replies enthusiastically.

"The New WHAT?" Leo asks.

"Yep, my dear friend! We're going to set sail to find the Travis Piece!"

Everyone heads out of the Mcdonalds to find the missing parts of the Travis Jpeg.

Floyd calls Zack on Whatsapp:

"GET YOUR BROTHER AND GET YER ASSES TO MY HOUSE NOW!!!!"

Travis and Zack head to his house. Meryl and Leo are there.

"Where's Floyd?" Travis asks.

"He's packing his school supplies, he says they'll 'help' on the way." Leo says.

Floyd come out of the closet. "All ready!" He says. "Now we wait for Simon!"

Simon is tied up in Floyd's basement. Floyd wants the completed Travis jpeg all to himself. Simon is forced to listen to Stay by Oingo Boingo while a plush of Zero from Mega Man stares at him.

"I guess he's not coming!" Floyd says.

"Doesn't he have the map?" Meryl asks.

"He 'gave' it to me, now lets go without him, he told me he doesn't feel well after sitting on a mcdonalds toliet for too long."

The group heads off to scour the country for the missing Jpeg pieces. Simon is still in the basement, listening to Oingo Boingo.

At the Desert of ODD!!, they find a green amogus holding a travis jpeg part.

"Give that back!" Travis says.

"Nuh uh!" The amogus relplies.

Meryl grabs the amogus and SMASHES it to SMITHEREENS

"EEYIKES! the ODD piece that will help us TRAV-erse this desert IS not AMONG US! WHATSAPP with this place!"

"The next piece is in the tower of pizza, which is guarded by my cousin the white amogus!"

The team arrive at the tower. Pibby steals the amogus's piece. They chase after her.

Zack throws the amogus corpse at her and she drops the piece.

"You dirty BRATS!" Pibby says. "ok?" they all say in sync.

"The next piece is at zumbo sauce's garden!" Pibby says.

"ok" Travis replies.

At the garden, they defeat Zumbo Sauce in a Yugioh battle and he got sent to the shadow realm.

With all 7 Travis Jpeg parts, Travis turns into WHATSAPP TRAVIS AND DEFEATS GOD IN A FUCKING BRAWL AMSHCJVVCJCJ

But Floyd takes a piece away and EATS IT

"man wtf?" Leo says

"I WAS HUNGRY WTF WAS I GONNA DO ABOUT IT?" Floyd replies.

Travis plumets to the ground, and lands on Mt. Ebott and finds Simon doing fortnite dances.

"Floyd can't be trusted, Travis." Simon says. "He wants all the power for himself. He has a god complex or somethin."

They get out of the cave and face Floyd who is enhanced because of the jpeg he ate.

"Dumbass you can't hurt me!!" He says.

Travis and Simon do a dbz fusion dance and merge. They fly up to Floyd who is keeping Meryl, Zack and Leo hostage.

"Let them go!" Travimon says. "Nuh uh you cant make me youre not mo mom!" Floyd says.

"Then I'm telling on you!" Travimon says.

"Wait, anything but that!" Floyd says.

Floyd explodes

i found that notebook again and i’ve been lowkey wanting to post the records i took of that time i went to toronto’s underground spiral tunnels so here’s a transcript of everything i wrote in the notebook i guess.

I’m in eeby deeby.

Gonna look for the part with no cieling.

Half the shops are empty. It’s got mall vibes here, but emptier, more silent. I wonder if the spiral has wi-fi.

Update: I saw a staircase & took it. There’s the part I saw online. Looks less mall and more mall-cathedral combo.

I kept going forwards & found a really old style building entrance inside this shiny modern place. Potted plants and everything. It looks so out of place. Shouldn’t it be outside?

I’ve found 3 narrow pathways already. IDK where they go. If I see another w/ no employees near I’m going in.

And now I’m on the OG floor and I recognize the letters BF PL. Have I been here?

I’m on a different level of the place now. What looked like an exit turned out to be an entrance to more of eeby deeby.

I passed a spiral staircase. When did the place go from all modern to super fancy with lanterns and stuff? The brick looking walls and decorations on everything aren’t modern. The elevators even look door-like with signs saying “THIS CAR UP” that I can tell are decades old.

OK, and beyond that, this wall is red. Just shiny red. And it appears to have a hidden door next to it. There’s a peephole? Why? What’s behind it? Why camouflage the door? I see a lock, though, so I’m not trying to go in.

I just found a thin 1-person escalator. To 2 emergency exits & nothing else. So some escalators lead to nowhere. Kind of. I see pillars. Going that way.

It’s official. I’m hopelessly lost.

I found a logo that went “AMOGUS” in my face.

OK, now the walls are wood and IDK if I’m still in eeby deeby. I’m in a maze now. Mistook some doors for pathways.

��Update. I went to somewhere else and I hear music and machinery. A light just went out. The aesthetic changed again. All dark and velvet curtains. Aaaaand there’s a starbucks. I’m once again (note: I can’t tell if I wrote confined or confirmed here) in the tunnels now. My legs are hurting from this maze wandering.

There’s water.

This escalator is going over a water feature.

I’d put bubble bath in it, but IDK where to get any or where I am.

I’m back where I started but this was by accident. I’m not leaving until I find the roofless room. Or the place closes.

There’s a screen displaying with colourful fluids and explosions. And clownfish. And a train, now. And other stuff I can’t describe.

I went left this time. I think I may have been here before?

Ok, I just went in a circle. I took a different route (remember when I said I didn’t know if I was still here? I was.) and passed a wall with glowing stripes. Cool lighting tbh.

Dead end. Back the other way before I’m seen.

I’m going to collapse. My legs are burning from wandering the maze. Was... nvm.

I collapsed by a pillar. I just left another section of that place that looks like where they’re gonna build a place. Locked black doors, wood walls with nothing on them, you know. That maze again.

I don’t remember being here, but I connected to the wi-fi somehow. So was I here? Do I not remember? Do I remember wrong? This is WEIRD. They weren’t lying. That eeby can deeby.

I checked tumblr again and learned the ceilingless room is under Bay & Bloore. IDK where that is or where I am, and another light just went out.

I found Bay. But not Bloore.

It’s narrow and has unnatural blue light and no one else at all. I hear the signs here throw you off. And, well, I did get tricked by a fake exit. So the signs may be fake. I haven’t seen anyone in a while.

I swear I just heard a loud heartbeat.

Something large was moving over the roof, I hear it again now, now it’s quiet again, now I hear what sounds like singing/wailing, but it’s so quiet maybe I’m imagining it, I hear the heartbeat thing again, that one’s real, what could be making it, that’s the second automatic door to open and close itself, I hear wind, does the wind have a heartbeat? Or is this place alive?

My mom texted. Asked if I was coming home.

She didn’t get my text saying I don’t know where I am. I hope she doesn’t think I’m dead. What do I say? “I’m in The Spiral, be home at 8:30″?

I guess.

The floor looks blurry.

Ran into a dead end. I guess I’ll look for the exit. I can’t navigate this place. No one can, really. It’s why I came.

I’m sitting on a block of rock. I needed to sit down somewhere. Restore HP and mana.

The signs don’t show anywhere I remember, but I don’t trust my memory. Or the signs. Just wander until I find somewhere familiar. Or somewhere non-familiar my phone says is.

A lot of these store fronts are abandoned or at least look like it. But I’m hearing music from this one. This completely empty one.

Ok, now I’m in a hallway with glowing pics of weird images. Spiral energy is off the charts. Gonna get pics.

I just thought. Of course I wouldn’t find that area.

I abandoned reason, rhyme, and any satisfactory endings at the door.

There’s cool art displays with bread, fruit, and drinks The clocks there show the wrong time.

I hit a dead end and there’s a janitor. Only way to go is up the stairs.

(note: at this point my handwriting began to get somewhat more... disorganized as my mind began going at a million miles an hour and i just fucking lost it right after i finished writing this next part. gonna try to reflect this by typing faster and not correcting typos)

Oh god the janitros are judigng me

I followed a thius way sign. It has to laed somewherte right?

I look outdoors. I feel outdoors.

There’s cold wind. That could be sky. But it doesn’t look 100% like sky somehow. The bridge things make me feel not outside. Maybe this is more of the PATH? Or there’s more nearby?

I’m wandering outside. IDK where this is.

There’s streetcar tracks. If I can jhust ge t to a TTC stop

(this is where i stopped writing, but i made it home. unless i’m sitting on the floor in that place right now and none of this is real)
