Gligar but they're a feisty little dragon with a penchant for the Dramatic Little fella likes to swoop around ambushing and fighting creatures that intrude on its territory. It uses thermal updrafts to maintain its altitude, and would probably evolve into a Dragon/Fire type to reflect that.
