Secret Samol time! @bronanlynch asked for some Sokrates/Integrity, so this is a lil comic from Integrity's perspective, remembering Sokrates.

(And maybe some incidental Thisbe/Integrity if you squint :3)

I had such fun with this one, sorry it's so SAD. I feel like i am best at lil bittersweet comics XD

This was the first time I've ever drawn a mech and I didnt know how to approach designing it- my references were the ones mentioned on the show (Anubis from stargate and Guyver) as well as traditional Greek clothing.

As a lil bonus: I also made a couple phone backgrounds just for fun!

Happy Secret Samol! My giftee was @smallpolar-bear who requested some blue channel crew post ep 29 so I landed on the group reading some Strand Forum Posts™ about the stellar combuster mission at the central hangout spot!

Notes: -This was intended to be the final page of a comic buut it was a little ambitious for me so I pivoted to one illustration

-This was my most extensive use of clip studios 3D system for blockout! It helped so much

-That sofa pit was quickly blocked out in blender and imported to get the angle right

-Using the 3D character models were fiddly but again super helpful and I may slide it into my usual workflow

-I was flying basically near refless (ie varying levels of sketches) for these characters, aha

I feel like people are not as on edge about this arc even though Ali said it was going to lead to the end of the season. And so I've been quietly losing my mind wondering which character is going to blow it all up. It could be figure/number of the beast/gur, it could be thisbe and axioms, it could be cori and devotion, it could be brnine and jesset somehow.

Anyway, while I'm waiting on tenterhooks to find out, the claustrophobia of the storeroom scene suggested an immediate visual, so I made an attempt. I think I should have pushed the character perspective even more, but alas.

Integrity is glowing to add some more interesting lighting to the scene, and also because thisbe deserves even more glowy effects.

Cori is on thisbe's arm instead of shoulder because of perspective issues mostly.
