Autumn Family Villa

Heyyy! So this is my latest build. It’s CC-free and was inspired by the seasons expansion pack! OriginID: ElviraJackson7 (IK gr8 name lol) It’s built on a 30x30 lot in Brindleton Bay It’s a two story villa with three bedrooms and two bathrooms + a seperate laundry room as well as a music room that could easily be turned into another children’s bedroom. The main bed is downstairs while there’s room for an elderly sim upstairs as well as one (or two) kids.

This lot is inspired by my aunties house. They rebuilt the basement to a tiny apartment for my grandma to live in. And that is also why some parts of the house look more white and new while other parts are more wood.

Avenue Apartment 2

Wanted to share one of my recent builds i made in my project of makeing Willow Creek more city like! I´m totally in love with @blackmojitos​ deco builds.  You can spot it in the background in the first picture and in the picture below you can see the apartments by walking through the alley i made with the deco builds.

My idea of building apartments next door to eachother is so you can move one sim in, lock the door for everyone but that sim and perhaps get people living in the other 3 apartments by requesting roomates. You can do that if you want to, or just move 4 sims in like i did this time. Since this build was made for my townies.

The build is on a 30x20 lot.
