The DWTS community on Reddit pisses me the fuck off. They are so judgy, whinny, and love repeating themselves.
A few hate Val. To each their own. But they hate Val based on statements/actions he made YEARS ago. They like to bring up him pointing out that young boy’s weight from the Instagram picture. That was during the Valdaya era. Do you have any idea how long ago that was?! He has apologized for it. Nope. Doesn’t matter. Since he’s a celebrity means he has to be fucking saint.
Apparently some gossip very questionable podcast came out dishing dirt on a few pros. A comment on the post about mentioned one part was saying a girl was unattractive (maybe fat?) but Val would let it slide and let her give him a blow job. Gross behavior? Sure. Typical twenty something douche bag behavior that unfortunately many men are like? Yeah pretty much. I don’t understand why they are acting like this represents his behavior now.
Now I’m pretty liberal and admittedly get frustrated/sad towards more conservative minded celebrities, however hating Val because he tends to remain neutral or has an “everyone should get along!” approach is mind boggling to me. Apparently that’s another reason people hate him.
Rylee is going to be a pro. Get over it. Fresh meat. She’s been around awhile and is already somewhat known. Thanks a lot to her sister, but still. Plus not to sound creepy she’s young, very pretty…that could pull in um a certain audience..sadly if you know what I mean. The show knows this.
Perhaps Pasha omitted not to return to stay home more with the baby? Maybe he has an injury he hasn’t revealed? Perhaps this. Or that. You never know. Stop making it a great conspiracy.
Sure Sharna expressed wanting to return. Who knows if she actually auditioned this season (apparently all the pros have to each season) She has a young child, a significant other who travels a lot, etc. Saying you’re interested in something doesn’t mean you actually pursued it. Or perhaps she tried for a pro spot and they said no. It happens.
Lindsay and Witney are influencers. They make BANK doing that. Stop being confused or even worried how they’ll survive if not pros. Trust me they are both fine.

When, where and by whom was the band formed?
Illusions of Grandeur is a Hard Rock/Metal Theatrical band, IOG’s music is a mix of influences from modern metal to classic old school metal and hard rock formed in 2015. IOG’s influences range from: In This Moment, KORN, Altar Bridge, Evanescence and Avatar to Led Zeppelin and The Who.
Maggie and CM formed Illusions of Grandeur in 2015 after they had been touring in a rock band together for about year or two. The pair realized that an element of entertainment was missing from the show, theatrics. Maggie and CM sat down and planned out what they would want to hear and see at a live show and the styles of music that would best focus that vision. Illusions of Grandeur was born.
What is the philosophy of the band?
The idea of Illusions of Grandeur is to create a world and tell the story of “The Siren” and her journeys. IOG’s love of both history and Greek/Norse Mythology felt that this was the best medium way to create a world for “The Siren Saga.” IOG feels that when listening to music or seeing a live show you should be able to immerse yourself in that moment and take a journey of your own with the band.
What are the most important moments in the band’s journey so far?
Illusions of Grandeur’s 2019 tour in the Ukraine stands out as one of the best tours, playing to new audiences all across the country. We hope to return to the Ukraine and play for our fans and friends again sometime Soon!
What is the process of creating your music?
Illusions of Grandeur’s main music writer is Bassist CM Carroll with lyrics and melodies provided by The Siren. The entire band participates in the arranging and recoding process and each member as songs are produced add elements into it to create the overall song and sound. IOG is continuously writing, normally demoing 30-35 songs per album than finding the songs that carry the story and sound of the record.

Illusions of Grandeur Albums:
Part 1, “The Songs of the Siren”, released by Pavement Entertainment, August 2019 and available on all digital music outlets.
Part 2 “The Siren”, Released October 2021 on Revulsion of Spirit Records/Universal Music Group
What is your latest release?
“Midnight” is the next step for Illusions of Grandeur, the 1st single from the forthcoming album “The Siren Rises” which the band hopes to have in release by early 2024. “Midnight” again takes the band musically into unfamiliar territory.

Have you performed live outside the USA?
I.O.G. has been touring in both the United States as well as across the UK, Germany, France, and the Ukraine since 2016. I.O.G. have made appearances at various festivals including Sav Fest, Dewey Beach Music Festival and Witney Music Festival. I.O.G. has shared the stage with artists as varied as DOPE, Motograter, September Mourning, New Year’s Day, Puddle of Mudd, Stryper, República, Stitched up Heart and Otep. IOG’s latest UK tour “The Siren Returns” in June 2023 took the band over 15 shows across the UK.

Witney resident disgusted about amount of poo spotted on walk
A resident has taken to social media to hit out at the amount of dog mess spotted on their street during a short walk.
The disgruntled resident took to social media to share annoyance at the sheer number of dog poos spotted on their street.
Writing in the Witney Spotted group, the resident wrote: “Sorry to moan about dog mess again, but on a short 10 min walk around the block I’ve picked up 3 [poo emoji] … plus the one that my dog was responsible for.

“I know the council has cut the number of dog bins in Witney, but come on… find a bin or take it home with you!
“If you insist on being lousy and can’t be bothered to be a respectful dog owner then maybe you shouldn’t have the luxury of having one!”
Dog fouling, the act of allowing your dog to foul in a public place and failing to clean it up, is classed as a criminal offence.
West Oxfordshire District Council states there are currently around 500 dedicated dog waste bins installed in the district.
Anyone found failing to clean up after a dog in their charge can be issued with a fixed penalty notice.
The issue of dog mess is not exclusive to Witney, in February the Oxford Mail reported that dog fouling had increased around New Hinksey School, Wytham Street and Devil’s Backbone bridge.
