I have a million request ideas, so here I am again. Could you do headcanons where the reader has acne every where(chest, shoulders, neck, back, face, etc)? Some of it’s not super out there and noticeable, but it’s there. The reader is insecure and the boys are there to help them with it.

I have the same thing and I don’t like wearing specific shirts a lot of the time. Especially low cut, short sleeve shirts and tank tops. Sometimes I don’t care and sometimes I do.

• this man is so clueless because he doesn’t even realize that acne can be considered a ‘physical flaw’ by some people

• for the very simple reason that he doesn’t see it as a flaw himself, so he’s really surprised when you open up to him about how insecure it makes you feel

• he’s always the first to compliment your outfits, but now that he knows about your insecurity, prepare for 10x more praise

• right before going out together, a spontaneous « look at you! so beautiful... » would slip out of his lips, the perfect balance between a proud exclamation and a fascinated whisper

• and he expects you to actually take a look at yourself in the mirror! his chin on your shoulder and literal stars in his eyes, he refuses to leave the house until you agree with him

• and that’s exactly how bokuto deals with your insecurities : by treating you like the eighth wonder of the world and hoping that his compliments will make you feel a bit more confident every day (spoiler : they do)

— AKAASHI

• he knows quite a few things about self-consciousness. so he decides to help you the same way he helps himself : by breaking down the issue in simple questions

• « does it prevent me from touching you ? no, it doesn’t. and are you still the most beautiful person i’ve ever met ? yes, you are » (this man has no idea of how smooth he can be)

• akaashi worships absolutely every inch of your body - but he still tries to keep it lowkey because he doesn’t want you to feel like he’s being forced to do so now that you’ve opened up to him

• so he usually just rests his hands on the parts of your body that he knows you’re uncomfortable showing in public. for example, you guys could be cuddling on the couch and his palm would immediately find its way to the slope of your shoulder, and stay there for as long as you want to

• « see? your skin doesn’t change a single thing, love », followed by a kiss on your temple : this is enough to let you know that akaashi couldn’t care less about the way you look. as long as your heart is in the right place, he’ll always find you absolutely breathtaking

— KENMA

• looks are the least of kenma’s concerns, so he might act a bit too unbothered at first

• but tell him once that you feel too self-conscious to wear a certain piece of clothing and he’ll drop whatever he’s doing to talk some sense into you

• you’ve stopped counting how many times he told you that having acne was perfectly normal. and he has very good arguments :

• « don’t you think it’s creepy that baby skin is considered ‘the norm’ ? ...because i do.. »

• he doesn’t even realize it but whenever he gets sleepy, his fingers mindlessly brush against your skin and he unconsciously ends up ‘connecting’ your blemishes almost like it’s a constellation

• and oh my god don’t even try to cover your cheeks in front of him. because he always finds a way to take your hands off of your face, whether it’s by grabbing them in his or literally biting your fingers. he has absolutely no mercy.

• « hey, the only person that gets to cup your cheeks like that is me, got it? », he tells you - his gentle tone contrasting with the way he bit your thumb without hesitation a second ago

— YAMAGUCHI

• sweet boy definitely understands how you feel <3

• which means that he’s very careful with his words. you’ll never catch him saying something like « don’t make such a big deal out of it », because he knows you can’t help it

• instead he focuses on making you feel appreciated, whether it’s through gentle strokes on your arms and shoulders or dozens of kisses on your cheeks

• he hates to know that you’re reluctant to show certain parts of your body, so he does his absolute best to make you feel more confident

• however, if you two are outside and he notices that you’re too uncomfortable in the outfit you’re wearing, he won’t hesitate to give you his jacket or his hoodie to make you feel more at ease

• but it’s a different story when you’re staying in together. don’t get me wrong he still gives you his hoodies if you ask for them (even if you don’t actually) but he always makes you promise that it’s not to cover your skin (and who would ever lie to him?)

• also : yamaguchi gives you the warmest and tightest hugs just to let you know that no matter the way your skin looks/feels, it’ll always be perfect to him
