ok so ive spoken about how important i think it is for sams endgame to be about rehabilitating and helping non-human communities instead of destroying them right i think it would be really important to sam that non-human children grew up without the isolation and the shame that he felt i DONT think this should happen in the bunker i hate the idea of legacies i hate the biological inheritance i hate that theres litearlly a torture dungeon for monsters in the basement right SO i think him and eileen would have a monster commune i think he would create a network to find monsters that were struggling and in need of help and invite them to live there and some would move in permanently and some would just stay there for a couple of months till they got back on their feet

oh man okay so ginger snaps comes out in 2000 when sam is 17 and when he sees brigitte he has that first moment of gender recognition through someone else yea he tells dean kinda vaguely that he thinks he might not be a guy and dean is kinda confused but well-meaning and he buys (steals) a skirt for him in a show of support (more like he tugs it into sams bag and when sam thanks him he changes the subject) ANYWAY one night john happens to find it and confronts sam about it. dean tries to deescalate by saying hes the one who got it for him and that it was like a haha funny emasculating homophobia joke xd but sam is like yknow what! no! its my skirt! what about it! dean continues trying to deescalate by siding with john (hes also like scared that john will realise hes not cishet) and this obvsly creates a huge rift between them and sam ends up leaving and going away to stanford. of course now that hes away from john he like goes all out with his looks and hes kind of known as a weird-girl around campus not just cus of his clothes (this is like not long after columbine where goths became proper feared) but also cus someone bumped into him once and like 3 knives fell out of his bag so they all think hes like an evil satanist ANYWAY he gets really into gender studies and reads queer theory and he realises that hes actually a lesbian right hes like super involved in the campus lgbt community which is where he meets jessica <333 i realise im like changing canon to be MORE bury your gays but listen!!!! lesbian power couple!!!!!!!
