I've got an idea.

The Miraculous crew cut the Magician of Misfortune story out from the show, barely giving it a mention, and cut out all of Jean's dialogue. They did this because they decided that his lines and whole demeanor was "too theatrical" (too "camp" and "gay") and that it would be censored in countries like China and Russia. Also the fact that he got akumatized after his boyfriend Austin T was being bullied. They essentially screwed him over, and Jean's pissed. He goes over to Thomas Astruc to ask what the hell happened.

Jean: *Kicks the door open* HEY, NO NUTS!

Thomas: What the hell, Justin?!

Jean: *Pours soda on Asstruc’s laptop* Learn your characters names, bitch! I’ve been on this show for five fucking seasons, and I haven’t had one tiny little shred of acknowledgment!

Thomas: You were Akumatized-

Jean: Barely! The episode wasn’t even named after my Akuma! And all people saw was a lousy sketch of my face, and heard about my plot, which, frankly, was stupid! And to top it all off, you cut out all of my dialogue, and for what?!

Thomas: We were introducing Rose’s love interest-

Jean: SHE HAS JULEKA, YOU PUTZ! And while we’re on the topic, let’s discuss how you completely cut out every single romantic moment between me and Austin! How I was Akumatized because he was being bullied!

Thomas: Look, we couldn’t have scenes between your and Arthur-

Jean: *Flips a chair over* Learn his name, idiot! And before you even think about opening your whore mouth, I don’t fucking care about the fucking censors! Why would I care about what some homophobes think?! I just wanna kiss my boyfriend in front of cameras and profess my undying love for him! Is that too much to ask?! I do not think so!

*Jean storms toward the door, but then stops*

Jean: Oh, and another thing! Hire some writers and artists who aren’t all total creeps! And hire women and black people, bitch! Don’t think I didn’t notice what you did to Pegasus! *Slams the door behind him*

Austin T: How did it go, sweetie?

Jean: … I think we should take the offer to work at that other studio.

Austin T: Where they’re making Scarlet Beetle & Ikati Black?

Jean: That’s the one. Now, I know we’re gonna be bitter enemies in the earlier episodes, and you’re gonna be an ass to me, but-

Austin T: *Kisses Jean* I don’t mind waiting.

My Horrible Prediction

My brain thought of this at midnight last night then plunged me into a dream where all the food in my fridge turned into pink boa constrictors.

So I’m passing the terror onto you!

Imagine this series finale scenario:

Hawk Moth has defeated Ladybug and Chat Noir and the heroes have been revealed to him and each other.

Chat discovers his Lady is also the classmate he’s fond of but overlooked, Marinette.

Ladybug finds out her partner who shamelessly flirts with her without listening to what she wants is the boy she loved, Adrien.

Arguments and angst ensue.

Hawk Moth, or Shadowmoth, whatever, is a little annoyed to be ignored but decides to make his wish. Nathalie agrees to be the sacrifice needed to bring Emelie back. 

The heroes put aside their differences and try to fight Shadowmoth. As civilians they have no change. Adrien is hobbled so he can’t fight but is otherwise unharmed. Marinette...

...isn’t moving.

Adrien cries and angsts a bit as he yells at Shadowmoth. Shadow does the whole “I’m doing this for us, son. To save your mother...blah blah blah.”

Adrien fires back with “Mom wouldn’t have wanted this! She’d never want anyone to die or get hurt for her sake. You terrorized Paris. You’re not my father...blah blah blah.”

Gabriel makes his wish. Everyone thinks it’s to revive Emelie. But Gabe makes a different wish.

He wishes that he’d never found the Miraculous or the book because they were never lost.

There is silence and then:

Wish granted.

The world fades to white.

And begins again.

Suddenly it’s the first day of school the day Adrien and Marinette received their Miraculous. But different. Emelie and Gabriel are seeing their son off to school with the hopes he’ll make lots of friends. Gabe cautions him to be careful. Marinette worries about being in class with Chloe but Sabine encourages her to be hopeful.

So first day of school and Adrien sits with Nino. Despite never having met before they hit it off.

Chloe tries to force Marinette out of her seat as in canon. Suddenly Marinette has a burst of confidence and inner strength and stands up to her bully. Adrien is surprised to see his old friend isn’t popular but is impressed at this tiny little girl.

They look at each other and there’s this sense of deja vu, as if they’ve known each other for years. Alya and Nino tease them later about the sudden attraction. They blush and shrug and the day goes on.

Meanwhile a man stands outside of the school and talks to Wayzz. He looks like a younger version of Master Fu, clearly a descendant. The kwami notes Mari and Adrien would make fine heroes if the need arose. The man notes “those two are made for each other.”

Roll Credits

Look me in the eye and tell me Asstruc wouldn’t do this kind of sh*t to us.

Yeah, I know we saw future heroes but he’s lied to us before.

Note 1: I’m keeping her as the Bee Miraculous Holder, but goes under a different name because one everyone already knows her as Queen Bee so that alone could be a reason for Ladybug to publicly tell her she can’t be Queen Bee again and later when no one is around giving her pollen back with strict instructions to come up with a new superhero identity and this time keep it a secret!!! Two, the show was showing that she was wanting and willing to change for the better; Asstruc is just a shitty storyteller (sorry for the rant)

Vulpix- one of her 3 starters (given by her neglectful/abusive mother)

Vespiquen- one of her 3 starters (given by her butler & latter renamed Pollen) Seen with both Superhero identities

Gabriel: We’re all getting paid double of the little to nothing you pay us, costume changes, and the background characters are getting recognized.

Juleka: Best of all? *Grabs Rose by the collar and kisses her* On screen gay stuff.

Marinette: And I’m not being written as a stalker who gets everything she wants while everyone else gets ostracized for literally doing what I just did.

Lacey: What else? What else… Oh! There’s no love square, no fake feminism, no secrets kept between friends, no shitty redemption arcs, and no bashing of minors with horrible parents… Unless, you know, they cross a huge line.

Lila: And I don’t have a horrible hairstyle.

Lacey: That, too!

Nathaniel: Face it, Asstruc. You lost. You took a show that was meant to be wholesome, and turned it into something trifling.

Nora: So, naturally, we refuse to be associated with the likes of you. Let’s go, people!

*The entire cast leaves Asstruc’s office. And before leaving, Cosette throws an apple at him and flips him off*
