It's me again, hi.

So I was literally sitting and doing my little volunteer thing and thinking "Oh my gosh I can't wait for the next chapter" "I wonder what's going to happen" "Will Donnie tell Leo about the tutoring?" "Will Raph go on a little spy mission?" Just all day long. Plaguing my mind, haha!!

You write in a way that makes me sucked into the story and like, "and then what happened? what will he do now? will he tell what's going on? Do the others know?" This is all in a good way! It's been on my mind all day long and I cannot stop thinking about it, and I am SO SURE that Casey is the one behind the podcast!!

Ok my theory: So Casey made the podcast, and he sees Donnie listening to it and in Casey Jones fashion, goes like "what are you listening to?" and takes the headphones for a moment. And then this turns into a bonding moment for them because Casey can't just SAY he made the podcast, so he has to pretend like he didn't.

Summary:

Most nights, Donnie didn’t sleep.

Most nights, Donnie was far too enthralled with one of the various projects that helped sum up to his rather mountainous total, eager to finish one just so he could hop to the next. Coffee was his best friend, and most nights, he’d chug cup after cup, allowing the caffeine to course through his veins and take up much more room than blood could even hope to take up. Caffeine gave him life in ways oxygen couldn’t, and while Donnie’s family and friends called it a problem, he called it normal because, for him, it was. And because of that, most nights Donnie would find himself in this rinse and repeat process where the hours of sleep were stolen away by trinkets and tools and coffee mugs that he couldn’t remember whether or not he washed and sleep was the furthest thing on his mind because he didn’t need it.

This was not like most nights, however.

Or: Donnie's trying to sleep for once, and of course, that's when he can't. Good thing he has many messages from his boyfriend he can look through to pass the time.

I’ve been working on this one fanfic for almost two months now. It’s a one-shot, about to cross the threshold of 18,000+ words, and I’m so tired. I just wanna finish it because I’ve taken so long on it, but I don’t wanna rush it because I genuinely like the concept, and hopefully others do, too.

I’m struggling a bit to find something I want to write next, and was wondering if anyone might have a request they’d like to see written? Donnie may be a genius—and he’d never let anyone forget that fact—but the question left him confused. “What?”

“Y’know, in the Jupiter Jim movies and whatever other shows Dad watches, it’s always boys with girlfriends and girls with boyfriends. It’s like a never-ending pattern without a chain break.”

Donnie was at a loss here. He’d expected a confession of nightmares, persistent insomnia, or dammit, even just frustration at Leo himself, but media analytics was definitely not where he’d thought Leo was going. “I mean…y-yeah, I guess-”

“There’s never a boy with a boy or a girl with a girl.”

Or: Donnie doesn't believe in twin telepathy, but he can tell that something's bothering Leo, and nobody else seems to notice.
