Taco Soup! But from a mommy blog so it'll tell you to put Greek yogurt on it, don't do that.

Protein Hack
Need meat? Chicken strips from Chick-Fil-A are great on their own, but can also be shredded and added to any rice or curry dish for added protein.

Note
A very easy depression meal if you own a rice cooker: Chili and rice.
Rice is already a super easy thing to make if you have a rice cooker, and canned chili is one of the better canned foods you can buy. Toss the chili in a microwave or slow cooker, toss the rice in the rice cooker, and just fill a bowl with both once it’s done! The chili is extremely satisfying, and the rice is extremely feeling, and combining the two will leave you full and satisfied for quite a while!
