What really broke me was Max crying and saying “I don’t want to go, I’m scared.” The idea of her being so honest with him, for the first time in a long time, right before she thought she’d never be able to say anything again... Sadie and Caleb knocked it out of the park that scene.

Part of me is very sad about what happened but part of me is also a little happy - if only because I hope that means we’ll get to see more Caleb scenes next season. We rarely see Caleb and Gaten having the sort of heartfelt or silly scenes anymore, and I’d love a return to that.

caleb's performance was fucking amazing. I did cry to eddie but i broke down even HARDER hearing him call for help and trying to comfort max while he holds her in his arms :( it just made me feel so sad, the movie on friday :( then he was reading a stephen king book to her? lucas is just such a great character

But then the door opened, and he nearly stopped breathing. His chest ached so miserably that he knew as well as he knew his daughter’s name that he was going to down a handle of something tonight.
