Tips on Getting a Table During Peak Hours
Getting to Village Park Famous Nasi Lemak is a planned operative. Of course, I had to go during peak hours on a Saturday morning to learn this so you can go at odd hours!
Here are the Tips (I learned the hard way…)
#1 Wake up early (this mean no rolling around and snuggling in the comforter with air-cond. humming merrily)
#2 Leave the house at the appointed time. (no Stations of the Cross at various parts of the house before getting into the car together)
#3 Get into the car and drive
#4 Find a car park (this one needs oodles of luck, prayers, and steely determination!) Good parking skill helps enormously as Damansara Uptown is as always. Congested.
#5 Don’t let the crowds deter you. You will EAT NASI LEMAK today!
#6 A good plan is by going in a group of 3 minimum. One parks the car. Another stakeout on the pavement. The last one stakes out in the restaurant. The restaurant is in 2 shop lots, you need to walk through a human wall to get to the huge seating area.

Family Oriented Attractions
Essentially an entertainment city, the changes in place in the last decade saw emphasis placed on “quality” and “family tourists”. There is more family orientated attractions around the city with waterparks, shopping centers, shows and live theatre.
Pattaya city has reinvented itself as the perfect seaside resort town for families to holiday and enjoy the fine weather, local seafood, Thai cuisine and the cultural experience. The bars, clubs, and restaurants are still busy drawing in the crowds, however, when you walk around the city, you will see families, couples, and singles in the night markets and shops.

Not a Review:
I have not written a review of the narratives. Rather my response is a reaction to the opening up of old wounds which are private and personal to the actors. Apart from the agony and pain of unmentionable grotesqueness of the scar, sometimes shame associated with such great fear and trauma is its crippling effect. I applaud the actors for their acting and sharing. Thank you, Fa Abdul, for reaching out to the Lost. May we all find our way home.
