i've decided to write this post to remind my audience that you're own well being comes first and just share some ways on how you can focus on ur well being in small steps that can gradually build a lifestyle.

BEAUTY SLEEP ;
go to bed at a reasonable time and wake up at a reasonable time. when ur well rested you'll feel and look your best. theres a reason why ppl call beauty sleep beauty sleep.
when u dont get enough sleep ur skin is dull, you'll start to have eyebags beneath ur eyes and can even shorten ur life span. and thats not hot.
if u feel like it'll make u more well rested, take a midday nap. if u find that u have problems sleeping, having a before bed routine that soothes u can rly help u to sleep like the angel that you are.
drink a warm cup of tea before bed
do gentle stretches
take a soothing bath or shower
DIGITAL MINIMALISM ;
we experience the fear of missing out bcuz of our habit of consuming hundreds if not thousands of unnecessary information every single day. in a way we've become information addicts.
no scroll mornings - cutting a habit completely might be hard so dont jump in with both feet immediately. go little by little.
digital declutter - intentionally cut out optional online activity and instead focus on something in person like ur community, urself and ur projects
APPRECIATING SILENCE ;
if the weather permits, i rly recommend going for walks. walking is not only good for ur body but also ur mind and getting fresh air and sunlight is rly good for u and important.

start doing guided meditations

JOURNALLING ;
journalling is so easy and fun and glamorous. i love the concept of journals bcuz its just such a cute way to get everything from ur mind onto paper which is helpful.
to journal with the intention of improving ur well being i recommend to get into shadow work cuz its like journal therapy. i'll link a post with shadow work prompts right here, that way you can have a place to kind of start off from.
other then simply doing shadow work journalling or maintaining a diary of sorts is also helpful for ur well being bcuz it showcases ur growth and its a great way to cultivate a sense of self without fear of judgement or privacy invasion from others.
TAKING BIG STEPS IN EASY WAYS ;
i think that the secret to overall wellness in the most glamorous way possible is a bunch of little habits that can contribute to an overall beautiful and glamorous inside and outside.
so focus on building habits before you make a huge lifestyle switch. not to confuse this with not being all in. you must be all in otherwise you'll fall back into unhealthy and old patterns for the sake of comfort.
but thats not hot, you can take baby steps while still being all in. commit to a more vibrant and more well self cuz you'll thank urself in the long run.

Habits that are helping me have balance and peace ą­Øą­§

! Waking up at and sleeping at the SAME HOUR and ON TIME ā†’ Evade procrastination, feel more energized
! Have a morning and night routine and complete them at the STABLISHED time ā†’ Evade procrastination, feel good by maintain my personal devotion, achieve healthy habits as normal activities
! Stopped listening to music, podcast, overall background sounds ā†’ Have more silence, stop distracting myself and stop overconsumption
! Have a healthy diet of 4 daily meals, drink water only, one fruit at least and cut sugar and junk ā†’ DEFINETLY more energy, helps with my gain weight journey, feel good by feeling healthy
! Use less than 3 daily hours my phone by using timers and only using it for emergencies or academic activities ā†’ Less headaches, evade procrastination and focus on better and healthier activities with that time
! Read 10 pages atleast of a book daily ā†’ Acquire more knowledge, helps me gain concentration and reading skills
! Plan and reflect monthly, weekly, daily and use a habit tracker ā†’ Keep myself organized and helps me focus on my goals, habits and desired self
! Have a power nap of 30 minutes - 1 hour ā†’ Helps me feeling energized, better than wasting it scrolling
! Prioritize my studies: do my homework and assigments right away at college and study when possible ā†’ Not having to do these tasks at home, more free time, keep myself responsable and top student
! Prioritize investing time doing things I like ā†’ Helps me with having fun and feeling good, have a "not everything is about work" mindset, feel lighter throughout my weekly schedule (productivity wise)
! Write daily journal prompts ā†’ Understand myself better, release thoughts

personal branding - what does glamor mean to YOU. what makes your sense of glamor different from everyone elseā€™s. personal branding is all about individuality. when everyones idea of glamor is identical to each otherā€™s, everyones personal charm dissipates, and "glamor" loses its meaning. thats why its important to not conform to EVERY little trend, or try and copy someone elseā€™s personal brand.Ā  Ā

the difference with getting inspiration from someone and copying someone is simple. when ur inspired by someone, u can do something similar for personal branding, but the distinction between ur brand and INSPIRERS brand is very distinct.Ā 
confidence - the most glamorous people are ALWAYS the most confident. the thing about confidence is that nobody can ACTUALLY determine whether or not its real. because of that it is so easy to fake confidence. fake it till u make it. its SUPER easy to create confidence because of this fact. Ā 
my favorite way to work on my confidence is through self CONCEPT work. if ur a loa girlie then yk that self concept is the FOUNDATION for literally everything and i stress its importance relentlessly bcuz its JUST that important. im currently working on a big self concept post which is dropping soon, but for now i have lots of self concept posts already that u can reference if u dont know where to start. Ā 
treatment - when ur working towards effortless glamor, ofc youā€™re gonna TREAT yourself as the glamorous individual you are. and what i mean by that is -> treating urself with nothing short of respect and LOVE.Ā some ways to implement effortless glamor into ur life are...
giving urself compliments
AFFIRM TO URSELF (vaunt, and rampage and affirm about how much u love urself, even if u dont at the moment it WILL come into fruition)
self care - pamper urself just like u deserve. take care of ur skin, hair and nails. when u look good u FEEL good. treat urself like a princess, with the upmost care.
pampering yourself - be EXTRAAA and be meticulous. take impeccably good care of ur body and ur health. when ur taking care of urself like u should, you'll glow from the inside out. when u make it a habit to put time into yourself, your confidence AND glamorous energy will skyrocket.

her conception of self ; she has high standards for herself because she knows her worth. because of that she won't settle and she doesn't let herself get walked all over.
something that liz has said in her videos before was to be okay with people misunderstanding you. dont go out of ur way to get worked up just bcuz someone sees something in a different way then u do.
her conception of self continued ; in another video she says to "make a list of tough situations that you've handled in the past and what skills you used to handle them". she has a lot of trust and belief in herself and her abilities

she often stresses the importance of prioritizing urself, ur boundaries and ur healing above all else. but you know what she doesn't stress? the opinions of others.
going about business ; liz is all about standing on business and taking ACTION for ur goals. in one of her videos she talks about "if u dont like urself, simply create a new version of urself". she says that through action, you can create the life of ur dreams.
connection with self ; liz says to not crave the compliments of others but instead, to compliment yourself. everything that u need is within you. shes a big advocate for shadow work and therapy to help understand yourself and heal on a deeper level.

she not only connects with the present self, she also connects with who she wants to be. a saying of hers is "what would the highest version of myself do". she detaches herself to things or people because they are temporary, but her relationship with self is forever.

Reading tip for when youā€™re reading something educational (self growth, skill based etc)
When you start your self development journey / want to take it even higher, most of us turn to reading books or articles. We take notes and highlight the areas that we found impactful, we remember those points for a couple of days and then boom - we forget.
books are such a wealth of information but itā€™s not possible to read every single book youā€™ve read once multiple times.
you might find it frustrating that you canā€™t seem to remember all that information when you need to, or you keep racking your brains trying to remember exactly where you had read that particular insight.
hereā€™s a method to help you out.
If you have a kindle / read online, make a Word doc/ pages doc of all the things youā€™ve highlighted. Copy the highlighted areas, which would be areas that you found hopefully/ intriguing/ interesting, and paste them on the word doc. Use only one document for all your notes of different books and every month or so, take about 30 minutes to rapidly go through them. if you read physical books, take a photo of the sentence/ paragraph that you liked, crop it out so that the other stuff isnā€™t there, and put that photo in the document.
this allows for a couple of things - information isnā€™t lost when you finish reading the book. Sometimes we find the solution to a problem too early and when the problem crops up, we donā€™t remember that we had already found the answer. Two, it allows for revision and three, you may see that with time, the way you understood that particular point changes.
this is not for fictional or fantasy books - this is for books that talk about self development, marketing, sales, technical know how, etc. Stuff that you should remember and would impact your progress positively.
