I haven’t been active in so long because i’ve gained soooo much weight :( But i’m going to try my own variation on Jun Hyo Seong’s Die. It’s usually 1 cup of soymilk, 2 eggs, and 1 banana for breakfast lunch and dinner but i’m going to do it for 2 meals, and then eat another 300-500cal meal for breakfast or lunch. I’m also aiming for 100oz of water a day (~3 litres). My scale is broken -_- but I most likely weigh around 116kg.
Breakfast - 370cal
1 green tea - 0cal
1 black coffee - 0cal
1 banana - 105cal
1 hard boiled egg - 70cal
1 glass (1.5 cups) Chocolate soymilk - 195cal
Lunch - 550cal
Chicken fajita quesadilla ~ 550cal
Dinner - 370cal
1 banana - 105cal
1 hard boiled egg - 70cal
1 glass chocolate soymilk - 195cal
Total - 1290cal

*Low-er* calorie “Chinese takeout” chicken

The sauce on its own is 90 calories but it makes enough for 2 good sized servings
1/4 cup Sugar free ketchup - 40 calories
2 tbsp Rice vinegar - 10 calories
4 tsp soy sauce (low sodium works) - 14 calories
1 tbsp oyster or hoisin sauce ( I used oyster) - 25 calories
4 tsp brown sugar swerve (any normal 0 cal sweetener works) - 0 calories
Dash of onion, ginger, and garlic powder - negligible but 1-3 calories at most
Pour into pan, let bubble on medium high heat until thickened, then toss with chicken. ( I baked chicken breast with salt and pepper. The recipe is enough for a cup to a cup and a half of chicken)
Total calories - 89
I also have a recipe for the chow mein, but I haven’t tried it and I don’t want to post unless I’ve tested.

I decided I’m going to do at least a 40 hour fast starting last night at midnight. If I feel good tomorrow I might change it to 48 or even 72. I’m also taking a laxative today to clear my stomach because the idea of old food sitting in my stomach grosses me out. Hopefully I lose 5-7kg because I have a doctors appointment next week and I’ve GAINED weight when I’m supposed to be losing :’(

Been binging non stop for the past few weeks so I gained 5.4lbs 😕 Since it’s New Years I’m going to try to be super strict. Starting today with 1200cals (high but I want to ease into it) and lowering 100 every other day until I’m eating 500 a day. Please give me tips to not be hungry and not binge because unless I eat 2500cals I’m soooo hungry :/ can’t even look at these pictures 🤢
