This line is from the song يا بحرية (Ya Bahriya) by Marcel Khalife. The friend I am fundraising for loves this song and this is his favorite line. It does not come across in English very well, it roughly translates to something like "The sea has risen, the sea is crying, tears are complaining the heart is speaking". You can listen to the song here, it's very pretty.
I have this line in this pretty font available on stickers and other products, here. As usual ALL PROCEEDS from my shop are for my best friend to help him support his friends and family in Palestine and around the rest of the Levant who are being hurt directly and/or financially by the attacks on Gaza, the raids and economic devastation in the West Bank and the collateral damage in surrounding countries. He will donate anything his family doesn't need to the Palestinian charities he works with.
Here are some product examples:

I'm not sure why the stickers look so tiny in the preview images, but the product previews showing them on water bottles display them as a normal size, and they're high enough resolution. I think they will print just fine.
You can find my full shop here. To see a design on different products click on the display product and scroll down or go here to browse by design.

I didn't think "Muslim" when the terrorists crashed those planes on 9/11, and I don't think "Jewish" when Israel commits genocide. A terrorist is a terrorist. I don't care what religion they are.
Someone who attacks random Jewish people because of what Israel is doing would be an anti-Jewish bigot. Someone who wants the genocide to stop and wants those responsible to be punished is not an anti-Jewish bigot.
9/11 is not representative of Muslim people as a whole, and Israel's genocide is not representative of Jewish people as a whole.

I drew a journalist for my fundraiser. I'm not very experienced at drawing people but I'm practicing, I've wanted to add a journalist for a while since they've become such an important symbol for Palestine. Found here, mostly intended for stickers.
As usual ALL PROCEEDS from my shop are for my Palestinian best friend to help him support his friends and family in Palestine and around the rest of the Levant who are being hurt directly and/or financially by the attacks on Gaza, the raids and economic devastation in the West Bank and the collateral damage in surrounding countries. He will donate anything his family doesn't need to the Palestinian charities he works with.
Here are some product examples (some shirts are available but I think this drawing looks much better on some of the smaller products like stickers, magnets and pins):

Everything is available on stickers, most are available on many other products such as shirts, pins, bags, puzzles, posters, notebooks, mugs and a bunch of other things. The selection varies depending on the design. I have 166 designs and counting, and I'm going to keep making more until everyone my friend loves is safe.
Thank you to everyone who has helped out so far! I really appreciate your help and I hope you are enjoying your purchases!

The poem fragment I used here is from "Silence for Gaza" by Mahmoud Darwish (the poem is from 1973 but could have been written yesterday, I recommend you check it out). Stickers with this sort of vintage scrapbooking look seem popular right now, so I wanted to make a version for Gaza for my fundraiser. Products with this design can be found here.
As usual ALL PROCEEDS from my designs are for my Palestinian best friend to help him support his friends and family in Palestine and around the rest of the Levant who are being hurt directly and/or financially by the attacks on Gaza, the raids and economic devastation in the West Bank and the collateral damage in surrounding countries. He will donate anything his family doesn't need to the Palestinian charities he works with.
Here are some product examples, again see here for all options (also shirts/hoodies have many color options besides the default if you click on them):

I have 161 designs and counting, I'm making new ones at least a few times a week so check back if you don't see anything you like yet. I'm not going to stop adding stuff until everyone my friend loves is safe. Thank you to everyone who has helped out so far!

I made a new metal shirt design for my fundraising shop, found here (the design is also available on stickers and other things). This one is going for an old school heavy metal aesthetic, I made a more black metal looking one a while ago too, found here.
ALL PROCEEDS from my shop are for my Palestinian best friend to help him take care of his loved ones. Music is a huge thing I bonded with this friend over. We met through labor organizing so the first album I ever showed him was Panopticon's Kentucky, he'd never heard metal before but took to it immediately. Our first time hanging out properly was a spontaneous night spent in his car showing each other songs after a union event. He introduced me to Umm Kulthum that night, we hung out until about 1 in the morning eating pizza and sharing our favorite artists.
I'd also like to take a moment to highlight one of my personal favorite Arabic language metal/hardcore bands, Znous from Tunisia. In addition to this wonderful album you can also try this song called "Rotzhey Yeladim (Children Killers)" from November. Bet you can guess what that one is about.
Anyway here's a couple more examples of products with this design and the other metal design:

I also have tons of other designs in a lot of different styles. I'm trying to keep making more as frequently as I can until his family is safe (aiming to average out to roughly one design per day though I've been a little behind recently). Here is a sample of my other work:

Don't understand how some Americans still treat the West Bank like it's not occupied under an Apartheid system.

Want to share this lovely support letter for Palestine the UCSC astronomy department put out:
Thanks to my friend @fairiedance for spreading it around, really great to see scientists standing up for the right thing. They're working on something similar in their department and we're starting one in my department too, we have some really shitty DoD projects right now I want us to divest from. Many departments at many schools are doing similar, if you are in academia I hope you consider joining us.

I put this on a bunch of shirts and stickers and stuff, I figure it'll be good for protests and campus activism. Found here. As usual ALL PROCEEDS are for my Palestinian best friend, to help take care of his loved ones. He'll donate any his family doesn't need to the charities he works with.
To my fellow grad students: this friend and I are working with our department on making it easier for grads to bow out of research they have a moral objection to. We're also working on putting together a statement on Palestine. If you have a lot of colleagues on your side and particularly if you're in a program like engineering, physics, astronomy or applied math (with a lot of military applications) you should try to see where your funding is coming from and support grads in divesting from ethically questionable research. I won't say too much about what we're doing because I don't want to risk doxing my friend, but here are some examples of statements from grads at the Goldman School of Public Policy and the UCSC Astronomy Department. We (STEM students in particular) are the next generation of minds behind the military-industrial complex. It's up to us to make it clear we will not be complicit in work that supports genocide.

Two new designs for my fundraising shop, found here and here. The first is the word فلسطين (Palestine in Arabic) edited into a simple open source dove design. The second is a vintage photo of stained glass windows in a mosque in Bethlehem (West Bank) from the Library of Congress. The original is pretty faded and dull, I messed with the saturation and contrast to make it pop more for a sticker design. It's pretty low resolution so I only have it available on stickers and a couple other small products. I really love this photo, it looks like it would make a great metal album cover (kinda reminds me of Sick With Bloom).
ALL PROCEEDS from my work are for my Palestinian best friend, to help him support his girlfriend in remaining in America until it's safe for her to travel back home and to help his friends and family in Palestine and around the rest of the Levant who are being hurt directly and/or financially by the attacks on Gaza, the raids and economic devastation in the West Bank and the collateral damage in surrounding countries. He will donate anything his family doesn't need to the Palestinian charities he works with.
Here are the above displayed on a couple products:

I made a couple more tatreez (Palestinian embroidery) inspired designs for my fundraiser, found here and here:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I'll also reshare a few versions of an older tatreez design I made that have been quite popular (the friend I am fundraising for's girlfriend really likes them and she's an amazing artist so I feel validated, haha):
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The bottom one is available on a bunch of products, the four square designs are currently only available on stickers and pins. I also incorporated the above pattern into a couple other designs:

These tatreez patterns were made using FlossCross. All these and more can be found in my full shop here.
Here are some new pieces for my fundraiser. The keffiyeh is edited from this open source work by a photographer in Gaza and the eyes are cut from a vintage movie poster. On the left the backdrop is the graffiti from a wall in Bethlehem (بيت لحم) in the West Bank.
You can find these and all my other designs here.
I have a couple more versions of the glitch art (on the right) with backgrounds:

I also made this Warhol inspired pop art last week with this same template (as well as a couple other things, see the shop to see all options):

As usual ALL PROCEEDS from my work are for my Palestinian best friend, to help him support his girlfriend in remaining safely in America until it's safe for her to travel back home and to help his friends and family in Palestine and around the rest of the Levant who are being hurt directly and/or financially by the attacks on Gaza, the raids in the West Bank (this has unfortunately hit his family quite hard) and the collateral damage in surrounding countries. He will donate anything his family doesn't need to the Palestinian charities he works with. He's heavily involved in activism and I trust him to put the money where it can make the most difference.
Here are some examples of the above on various products (personally I really like the glitch art with no background on stickers and pins):

Again check out my shop here for all these and a ton of other designs. Note that stickers are cheaper in bulk, if you get 4 stickers you get 25% off and if you get 10 you get 50% off (these can be any stickers, not just from my shop). They're great for handing out at protests!
Thank you to everyone who has helped out so far! Your support means a lot to us. I read my friend the sweet messages some of you have left for him through the shop and he was very touched.
