My belated @yoisecretsanta18​ gift for @prettygodd​! Apologies for the lateness, I decided early on to draw Otayuri in a fantasy/magic AU but I went through a few concepts/sketches before I got to this one that clicked orz I hope you had a good holiday!

Otabek is supposed to be an earth mage and Yuri a fire mage! They’re taking a break during their journey; Otabek built a quick shelter and Yuri is trying to make a fire. I definitely thought too much but not thoroughly enough about how their outfits reflect that …

Disclaimer: I do not know how snow works, and only know rocks a little bit better than snow.
