Jecht 1st design is based on the FFX while the 2nd design is a mix of the Dissidia+Duodecim designs. (+the male Zanarkand NPCs from FFX)

Kefka's designs are based on the pixel sprite artwork from the original game+remaster

I really dislike drawing armor and details... which is ironic considering most FF characters are detail-rich OTL So simplifying and removing parts is the way to go---

Gabranth's altarnative outfit is based on the artwork that had younger Basch and younger Noah Vayne dressed as Larsa was just for fun though.
