Extremely important update; and apology.

Hey Mamas,

I know it's been a few days since I've done any portraits or videos and I have a couple of different reasons why:

The first few days I did nothing except eat, draw, edit, draw, edit, draw, sleep repeat. I was up all night, slept til 1 and then went straight back to drawing.. I got physically and mentally exhausted FAST.

Every so often my computer (macbook) crashes without notice, causing screenflow to lose my video progress and photoshop to lose the photo I was working on. This has happened 3 times-  2 of the times on the last day I completed work. You can imagine the frustration of having to start over on something that was almost complete. I was pretty low at this point already.

I kinda, sorta, need a little money. I don't need it as in I have people I owe money too, or things i need to buy... I am an art student though, I need to save some money. I started Art4mamas as a concept, not thinking it would grow into what it has become in only a week and some days. I have tons of submissions that I haven't even been able to add to the Queue yet. I appreciate the two tips I have gotten IMMENSELY. More than you know. I love making you guys happy and i love giving you guys this awesome present-y thing. It makes me happy. That being said, I think I may have to start charging* 5 dollars a portrait on tumblr, which I don't think is too much- but I guess we can always come up with something if that is an issue. *This excludes those who are already on the Queue, as I promised a free portrait before you were added.  I want to continue this awesome blog as it's wonderful practice for me and a wonderful cool thing for you to have forever, but for 5 bucks im not so sure many of you are going to think it's worth it. Which worries me greatly as I want to keep going.

I need more time to complete projects and I hope that is okay.. I know i estimated 1-3 days from the time you submit but it's becoming more and more like a week+ from when you submit - depending on the Queue which is a very important part of this blog.

I do other things besides draw all the time. I have a wonderful boyfriend of 4 years who I live with. It's hard to spend time with him when I'm constantly sitting over the graphic tablet and computer needing to focus. So, I will take some days off here and there if I feel I need to.

- I think that covers that.

But, to those who have been waiting for their portrait, who are next on the Queue, etc.. I apologize from the bottom of my heart that I haven't yet completed your picture/video and I will do so as soon as possible. I want to take my computer to the apple store to get the crashing problem worked out (it doesnt hold a charge after it crashes sometimes- also a contributing factor to my absence).

I hope you guys still love me. I am seriously trying to do my best!
