Here I am once again,
Back on the doorstep of loneliness.
Purple and blue:
Bruised knees.
Red. Red. Red:
Blood on the floor.
Black all around:
Darkness enshrouds me.
Home is not a place where your heart resides,
Rather, it is a place where your heart loses itself;
Leaving an empty hole behind,
And I am once again back home.

A mortuary of beliefs,
Where corpses lie among dead, plucked flowers,
Colourless and wilted but well-suited.
There is no red to be seen,
Oh, what a relief it would have been
To see the red of the sun lost within its own being,
But instead there are white patches all around,
Just like the white of a teardrop,
And the white of a dead, wilted heart.

Stay with me,
So that our souls get entangled,
And lost within the other;
Not just our bodies.
Our hearts will whisper,
The words that remained unsaid.
The stardust that flows in your veins,
Will pour down like heavy rain,
And every inch of my body,
Will glow with your name.
-Always and forever

Going down in the spiral of this labyrinth;
Bruised and scarred as I might be,
Yet 'young and free' they say,
But timid and fragile they never mentioned.
'Wild and brave' as they might believe,
But paranoid and scared they never told.
The world just seems like a big hollow globe now,
Or perhaps it has always been that way,
And it is us who bring life into it,
Who light up the dark:
Gleaming as stars in the dark sky,
Taking each step,
Little by little, into the open,
And discovering ourselves with each step of hope.
Placing all the puzzle pieces together,
To call ourselves 'complete'.

With my eyes on the fire,
I reach out,
Into the unknown.
Erasing the dark mist,
As I descend the steps.
One,
Two,
Three;
Counting each breath of rage,
Of hope and of agony,
I march with grace.
Fueling my flames,
To burn away all the dark remnants of pain.

The rubbing of bones ignites a fire,
It is burning and raging;
Fighting the ashes to stay ablaze.
Red, deep red is all I see in it,
The blood of my past,
The flesh of my future,
Are all burning away.

Of dreams and hopes,
Of souvenirs and reminders,
Of experiences and thrill;
A collection of colours,
From across the world,
From across the globe.

where you at ??
I honestly don't know how old this ask is but I might as well just answer it, in hopes that whoever sent it sees it. Well tbh, I had lost the will to write because life took a toll on me and it wasn't a good time. But during that time I found myself or perhaps, we never truly find ourselves but I guess it's safe to say that I'm on my way! I have found my reason to stay and to continue living and now that I'm back, I truly am the happiest I have ever been; I am in a much better place, both mentally and physically. Thank you for the ask. 🌻

The words that were loud but forgot to leave her lips,
The home that was shattered but refused to break,
The tears that were spilling but remained unshed,
The heart that was fragile but refused to stop beating,
The storm that was traumatic but could not take over,
The tongue that was tied but denied going mute,
The girl that was losing life but did not surrender.
-The unspoken, unseen

A Monochrome and monotonous life,
Looking for a change,
I started seeking colours,
But when I had asked for them,
I was hoping for sunshine yellow,
Serene blue,
And lively green,
But all I got was vicious red,
Cold grey,
And once again, evil black.

I used to be the light in your life,
Until walls built around,
Estranging us.
Torn apart,
We became distant,
The light faded,
And I dived into darkness;
Deeper and deeper each day,
Until there was no light at all.
-I dived into the dark

Solitary nights,
Melancholic smiles,
There were no blaring sirens,
No caution tape,
Just like the wind,
You came and then went away,
Leaving behind,
These everlasting bittersweet memories.
~M.W. / you are unforgettable
