Don’t worry about those big fancy dates, the smart outfits, or the big expensive gifts. At the end of the day, the moments you look back at and remember with a smile are the days you stayed in your pyjamas whole day, cooked together and maybe accidentally burnt the food because you were dancing together to non-existent music, when you laughed so hard your stomachs hurt, and those little gifts that, to anyone else are nothing, but to the two of you are everything.

i have a very organized filing system for digital clutter but that doesn't help me a bit if i don't fucjing USE IT! i'm drowning in this shit man. i gotta get my act together

All throughout these weeks of planning, of playing at being the happy couple with Emily, of scheming behind their families backs, of all the preparations being made, he was waiting for the proverbial shoe to drop, for the nervousness to kick in...and yet, it never did. He felt strangely calm about the proceedings, like something in his bones assured him that everything was going to be alright, and he was inclined to believe that. After all, Nicholas had been removed from the picture entirely, all of New Orleans was eating up everything they'd seen and heard about the young couple, and both their families were none the wiser to the plan. Everything was going off without a hitch, and he was glad for it.

That being said, he didn't miss the way Emily fidgeted with her sleeve, and he knew she wasn't feeling quite as calm as he was. Setting down his cup, he asked her gently, "I...take it you don't feel the same?" Perhaps if they talked it out together, she'd feel a bit better?

What is the point of insurance. I file a claim. They call me. Say they need more information. None of the information is about the actual incident, it’s all stuff they already have on file about my car (make and model, license plate, etc). Oh! They also have to ask if I had a child’s car seat in the car at the time of the incident, because apparently that’s important. And finally after all of this I ask, “so now what? Are you gonna pay for this?” and the lady goes “to be completely honest, it will probably be cheaper for you to find a shop on your own that will do it the cheapest than go through one connected with your insurance because you’re technically at fault for this and will end up paying for it out of pocket most likely because of the way your copay is set up.” HELLO??? HELLO!?!? I’m at fault for someone breaking my window and trying to steal my car???? God fucking dammit I hate insurance why am I PAYING for this every month just for you to not cover anything 😭😭

#it is a new car and through the dealership I have a full warranty #so fingers crossed THEY will cover the window repair #I just know even if they do it will take WAY longer #and it’s starting to get cold out so I really don’t wanna have to drive long with no window #I guess it could be worse my drive to work is only about 15 min but stillllllll #idk I just called the dealership but no one was available to talk to in the repair center #so I left a message I hope they get back to me at some point in the next couple hours #if not I’ll try calling again #idk… absolute WORST case scenario and I can’t get insurance OR my warranty to cover this #it’ll probably be about 300 bucks based on the estimates I got from a couple other shops #which like is doable for me it’s not the end of the world #I’ll just be stretched tight for a month #and probably have to put off getting my wisdom teeth removed since I was JUST getting ready to set that up #since they’re getting really painful #(if insurance will even cover them el oh el if not I’ll just fucking suffer) #uuugggghhhhh this is just so fucking frustrating and annoying #even the insurance lady was like ‘ooo that sucks it’s a new car too’ #like YEAH GIRL I KNOW YOU DONT HAVE TO TELL ME #I’m 😭😭😭😭 #kaz rambles

oh this is a very good+funny question bc actually, i really haven't! atla got all the luck in that my previous fandom was supposed to have been my first ever fandom-related papercraft...except i never got it out of the planning stage lol but before that, i really just made cards!

(starting from most recent craft to one of the oldest, from 2016. most of my things have been made for other people!)

i'm hoping to do some non-atla crafts this year (specifically, the wicker king <33), so fingers crossed :') tho i also want to try to get back into cardmaking in some way, mostly bc i want to finally figure out how to make light-up cards lol

#will the movie i envision ever get made?? like for real???? highly unlikely. but not impossible #its just every now and again i wonder if my dream movie is just that. and wont happen. which makes working on it difficult #anyway i spend too much time window shopping for vintage clothes every day i gotta get back to my story #actually what i should be working on is my sparkstember project #but i have severely lost interest and motivation for that #and unless i suddenly get a boost of inspiration and energy in the next few months i dont see it happening #what i conceivably Could do is just do my idea of like. an introduction video #which i was going to do in addition to a video for each day #but maybe ill just do the one and be like yay sparkstember is here im not gonna be doing anything tho. lmao #i guess???????? idk man #but back to the screenplay i looooove my story i love my characters i cant leave them alone for too long #and i just envision these scenes so clearly like the movie is there in my head. it just has to be filmed #its me and my screenplay against the world
