He tilted his head back, resting it against the backrest, letting his eyes relax for a second. The radio played quietly in the background to help him focus on the work but also not to disturb his men that were sleeping in their bunks. The light was dimmed, but numerous silver decorations scattered it throughout the room, and the light color of the walls also helped with making the room brighter.

Few months ago he wouldn't even think about playing music while working or repainting his office, but ever since he met her lots of things have changed. It was almost 2AM, and the station he was listening to was playing some old jazz singles, when suddenly the transmission was interrupted by news.

It's not like he was interested in what's happening in the world, but when the speaker said: Dark Green Chevrolet Impala SS from 1967 his heart stopped beating. Taehyung abruptly raised his head before pushing himself up quickly onto his feet. He went straight for his phone, which was charging on the other end of the room.

7 missed calls from 'Y/N✨️👑'

V did not even for a moment care about the door slamming shut, or the sound waking up everyone else as he ran out. Actually he was not able to hear anything except his hard rumbling in his ears as he made a beeline for his car. Taehyung rode through several red lights ignoring the few angry drivers who were slamming their fists against their horns at such late hours.

He was slowly losing control over his body to the strong, overwhelming emotions that were gradually clouding his mind. His hand was squeezing the wheel tightly, to this point where his knuckles turned white and accompanied by a burning sensation at the tips of his fingers.

He hit the breaks pedal once the blue and red light of the ambulance appeared before him. Wheels squeaked on the wat surface of the road, catching everyone's attention. Taehyung jumped out of the car, leaving the key in the ignition switch behind him.

He noticed a you officer coming his way, but this time he didn't care about the police officers that may cuff him up and send him to jail nor did he care about the gun that was aimed at him few seconds later.

"HANDS IN THE AIR!"

"Where is she?" Taehyung asked calmly.

"ON YOUR KNEES!"

"WHERE IS SHE!?" He yelled, effectively knocking the gun out of the officer's hand. It was not his first time and definitely it won't be the last. He turned the young cop around and wrapped his arm around the office's neck as he pressed his own gun to his head.

"Where is she?" His voice was weak, filled with worry and pain. The adrenaline was slowly disappearing from his system, making him stumble as he pushed the man towards the ambulance.

"She's dead." A new voice said, catching his attention. It was Lieutenant Kang, who was on his case. They have met a few times, most of them were organized by Taehyung himself.

"Put your guns down, boys. Today is not the day where the Tiger gets caught. Today he is just a man."

it had been some time since narisa had told adi of the news regarding his mother and her wanting nothing to do with him. he had isolated himself as much as possible since, not wanting to let show how incapable he was of dealing with it all. for the first time ever since he had first arrived in switzerland he was thankful for the fact that he had a job to do, because it kept him busy and away from his sister. he didn't know how to be around her, despite how he knew this was not her fault. she was the only one who knew what turn his life had taken, and he felt as though even merely looking her in the eyes might send him right back to where he was the moment somewhere between france and spain where his life had ended.

but he knew he couldn't ignore her forever. this is why he now found himself sitting at a small table in the kitchen, peeling an orange to share with her. it kept his hands busy, as well as served as a small sign that he wasn't intentionally shutting her out - he just didn't know what else to do. he picked up a small knife, and with a swift motion he cut two slices. one for himself, and one that he held out for her to take. a silent peace offering, should she want it.

Small Hearts Month Update!

✨: Happy Hearts month and Lunar New Years for anyone who celebrates! I’ve been planning some stuff that must stay a secret.~ *snorts* On a side note I’ve been doing a lot of couple tattoos recently, makes sense for what time we’re in, and I will say I’m kind of superstitious of these 🤔 but they’re always cute and fun to do and I can’t lie the hopeless romantic in me wouldn’t go against having a matching tattoo or two with someone special *laughs* On the subject of tattoos, Greyson has been practicing for for his tattooing license and I let him retouch my knuckle and finger tattoos. I won’t lie but he did a good job at it~ Does anyone have anything special they’re doing for the day of Valentine’s Day? I hope everyone is having a fun and exciting month~

🐉: Happy Lunar New Year! It’s my favorite time of the year, especially this time around.~ We’re in the year of the Dragon and I can just feel it being a good year ☺️ I missed out on the preparations and New Year’s Eve traditions but I made sure to do them while I was home, Sky even helped me with cleaning. My mama is keeping all my Hong Bao aka money envelopes that I got from family members and friends safe.~ She also sent me videos of the fireworks I missed. Right now I finished up a dinner with friends from work along with some club friends. We’re going to go do some bar hopping before I go home. This will be my Valentine’s celebrations with friends.~ Tomorrow I’m off to Shanghai, I’m staying a couple of days, coming back for Valentine’s Day and then leaving again around the 24th for the Lanterns Festival and the last day of Lunar New Year celebration. I’m actually excited, I missed out a lot last year. Is anyone doing any fun traveling this month?~

☁️: Some w-work f-friends wanted t-to have a-a little Valentine’s d-dinner. I-I wish I c-could wear something e-else but…I think t-the outfit l-looks nice, I f-found an old n-necklace I missed.
