It was admittedly a rather difficult if not convoluted conclusion to come to and while he had rather hoped that perhaps his younger self would not close on the truth-however, he wouldn't quietly deny to himself, the relief in that he was not entirely alone and burdened with the truth.

It was in such a moment that he received the clarity of what it was that Spock Prime must have encountered in some parallel way. It was an unequal assumption as he knew his past and what he would encounter, his universe had not changed, but his past did. Unlike Prime who had experience a complete alteration and maroonment in an alternate universe. Perhaps...in some small way this was a version of it because he knew now of two universes.

One where he watched his mother die and another, now in this one, where she lived. One where his father had survived the destruction of vulcan and this one...where he hadn't. "Altering the timeline was not a choice I took without consideration to the ramifications. A gamble as it were, nonetheless, as a...friend once said to me."

"Logically speaking all of those reasons are futile. New Vulcan will have a willing candidate in the wings for my immediate replacement." Knowing the Vulcan Counsel there was already one waiting in place as there was still contention about having a human representative for a Vulcan society but no one could truly argue the logic that was her experience, her connections and position due to marriage. It was only logical that she take on her husband's mantle. Lips pursed faintly in thought as a soft laugh escaped. "Regarding the Federation well, they will not consider it a war so much as a manhunt. And they will hunt you down."

Even still dark eyes narrowed faintly at the war criminal as the next truth fell from her lips in full confidence. "-and this time I can assure you, my son, will find no reason to hesitate to kill you like before. You're an incredibly intelligent man, Khan, I won't insult your brilliance so that leaves me to ask again; what is your intention with this action?"

If you see a post that says that Israel is getting away with genocide because it's Jewish, or because Jews are given some sort of special privilege in society due to the holocaust, or because of the position of "privilege" the west gives to Jews, or because our society is "too sensitive" to antisemitism: RUN! Those takes are not coming from a good place.

Zionism is supported by the west despite it being Jewish, not because of it. It's supported due to propping up foreign interests in the region and justifies American imperialism in West Asia. For some it's supported due to the desire to bring about Christian apocalypse.

If someone treats Zionism as being propped up because of some sort of Jewish power in the west they are promoting antisemitism, weather knowingly or unknowingly.
