comunque io sto passando queste giornate a riposare il cervello da i livelli di cortisolo a cui è sottoposto da (più o meno) quando ho 13 anni con un sacco di stimoli elettronici però. col tempo ho disimparato il rispondere ai miei bisogni fisici... lo sport, l'attività all'aperto, un qualcosa che non sia questo stare sempre e perennemente connessi. è un problema? forse, ma allo stesso tempo staccarmi specie dal telefono è... complesso. ci sono messaggi che devo leggere, email a cui devo rispondere... e dopamina rapida a mia disposizione.
