An Americano Please? PT. 1
Tumblr media
Word count: about 500 words Summary: Jenna wants a coffee, Y/N is the only barista at her cafe who speaks English.
A/N: Italicized text within quotation marks means whoever is speaking is talking in Romanian.
Y/N's POV:
Sleep. Eat. Brew Coffee. Repeat.
That was all my life was. Sometimes I would deviate from this schedule, going on dates, seeing a new movie, making or spending time with friends, but normally my day had the same four steps. Little did I know this was all about to change.
Let me be clear, I didn't mind the simplicity. It's a small town that I live in, located in Zamora district of Bușteni, Romania. The only reason for new people to come by is the occasional visit to Cantacuzino Castle. I like that it's quiet here.
It's a Sunday morning, I'm enjoying the gentle breeze as I'm walking to work.  The vibrant Autumn leaves swaying with the wind. Eight O'clock and the town is just beginning to wake up.
The bell attached to the door rings loudly when I enter the workplace. Immediately the warm slightly scents of coffee, cinnamon, and baked goods waft through the brisk autumn air.
The Café is bustling with activity when I get there. It's the morning, and civilians want their coffee.
"Morning, L/N," my boss greets me, "put on an apron and get to work."
I swiftly don the apron and take my colleague John's spot at the counter.
People swarm to the register, ordering everything from drip coffee to cortados, lattes, and iced dirty chais.
Every shift here is pretty similar. Romanian's not my first language, but I'd say I feel confident in my ability to communicate with it.
I must have served a hundred customers before anything even slightly noteworthy starts happening.
The bell softly jingles and someone I've never seen before comes through the door. She's shorter than the average customer. I can't get a good look at her face before yet another customer asking for a drip coffee or something.
"L/N, this one's for you," my coworker gestures to the girl I saw come in earlier, "good thing ya know English."
Well, I can't argue with that. I wave the girl over to me
"Hey, welcome to the Café, my name's Y/N. What can I get for ya today?" it's not that I catch my first good glimpse at the girl. She has long black hair, clearly darkened by dye, with wispy bangs lightly caressing her freckled face.
"Hi, I'm Jenna, nice to meet you," she replies with a distinctly American accent, "what do you recommend?"
I stop to think, cracking a smile.
"Well, I'd have to say. I think an Americano would go great with your... American-ness," I laugh.
She giggles, "what gave it away? The not knowing Romanian, or the accent."
"Does it really matter?" I chuckle, "anyhow, what do you usually order at a coffee shop?"
"I'll just take a cold brew, no milk or sugar."
"One cold brew coming right up," I smile, going over to the ice machine, filling the cup with ice and then cold brew.
"Thank you so much," she smiles sweetly.
"I'm here every morning if you ever need someone to take your order," I reply.
"I might just take you up on that," she smirks, walking off with her cold brew after paying.
This was my most interesting shift so far this past week.
Little did I know, this would not be the last interesting shift I'd end up having.

paramount and spyglass are trying so hard right now to save face because jenna ortega rightfully left the scream franchise after they fired melissa for supprting palestine. nobody is dumb enough to believe the excuse that it’s a scheduling conflict hours after rumors she was trying to get out of her contract cause she was pissed. i’m very thankful that jenna is risking her career and using her position to do the right thing. she’s been outspoken about palestine for years now. i hope this begins a trend of zionist losing money for their support and complacency with an active genocide

Jenna kissed your lips lazily, grabbing onto a hand and pulling you out of the bathroom, rushing you through the crowd as you dodged bodies and kept a tight grasp on Jenna's hand. Jenna comes to a halted stop, making your front collide with her back and you instinctively place your hands on her waist to stabilize yourself. “Where have you been? Maddie has been looking all over.” You hear a girl in front of you say to Jenna, and you awkwardly peak out next to Jenna, her hand still tightly in yours.
“Um, who’s this?” Emma asked, her eyes flickering down to our intertwined hands and back up to my face, Jenna stammering to answer. “She's a friend, do you mind if I take a rain check? I'm kind of tired and I feel b-" Jenna rants, getting cut off by Emma waving a hand in a dismissive manner. "It's okay! we won't mind, it's your birthday. Get home safe" Emma says, pulling Jenna into a hug and forcing our hands apart.
Jenna grabs your hand almost immediately after separating from Emma, pulling you out of the club and towards a taxi. You follow her blindly like a puppy, sliding into the backseat of a taxi and Jenna directing them to her house. You flicker over to Jenna, taking in her appearance and leaning down to kiss along her jawline, down her neck. Her lips graze your ear, letting out a whisper only you two can hear.
"You looked so perfect sucking my dick" she mumbles, leaving a kiss under your ear, grinning at you as they arrive at her house. She pulls you out of the car, paying the driver, and thanking him. She unlocks her door and pulls you in, pressing your back against the door as it shuts. You place your hands on her waist, tasting her lips as she presses her body against yours. You can feel her bulge pressed against your stomach, straining against the fabric of her dress as Jenna trails her kisses down your neck, biting and sucking as she leaves little marks.
You both rush upstairs, unable to keep your hands to yourselves as clothing gets discarded on the way to her bedroom. your lips connecting as soon as you reach it, Jenna lying on the edge of the bed as you climb on top of her, your knees placed on either side of her thighs. "you're so beautiful" You whisper out, staring down at her bare torso, your nails gently scratching down her ribs as you kiss down her neck to her collarbone, getting to her tits as you take a nipple in your mouth, sucking and kneading the other as you do, Jenna letting out soft moans and praising words.
you lean higher on top of her, grinding against her bulge as you switch attention to her other breast, trailing your hand down to pull her dress up and pull her cock out of her boxers. You wrap your hand around the base and jerk her off as you suck on her breasts, Jenna's hips thrusting forward in surprise. She grabs your chin to pull you up and kiss you as you swipe a finger over the tip of her cock to spread her precum along her shaft, lining it up with your pussy and lowering yourself on it slowly.
you gasp into Jenna's mouth as it fills you up, leaning your head down next to her neck as she works her hips to thrust into you, biting on her shoulder as she hits you deeply, Jenna letting out pretty moans as she feels you clenching around her, "you feel so fucking good mi amor" she grunts, your lips sucking and biting on her neck as she pounds into you.
Moans and the sound of her skin slapping against yours fill the room, the air growing hotter as she sinks in and out of you, your lips connecting with hers as you lose focus, the kiss becoming sloppy and messy while Jenna is mumbling moans against your lips. You lean up, riding her as she lays there with your marks covering her body, her hands on your waist.
''Fuck just like that mami, you're doing so good'' Jenna praised you, helping you ride her as she moves your waist up and down. You place your hands on her chest, holding on to her tits as you arch down, a string of moans escaping from your lips. "m'so close, faster please" you whine, feeling Jenna get worked up from your words as she pounds faster into you, her letting you know shes close too in an ineligible sentence.
You squeeze on her cock, your legs shaking as you come undone on top of Jenna, her thrusts getting harder but slower as she helps you ride out your high, "cum inside me, baby please" you whimper to her as you kiss on her jaw, connecting your lips as she cums inside of you, thick ropes of cum filling you up. She slows down entirely, leaving her cock inside of you as you both catch your breath.
She pulls you further up her bed, your head resting on Jenna's chest as her hands wrap around your waist, holding you. She kisses your forehead as you lazily pull a blanket on top of you both, letting you both close your eyes and fall asleep, her cock still nested deep inside of you.

How about Tara and R grew very close, kissed here and there but then Tara friendzones R. R distances herself and only then Tara realizes that she wants more than friendship
We're Gonna Make It Work
5 times Tara and Y/N shared meaningless kisses + one time they actually meant it. Or: A quick 5 + 1 fic!
Disclaimer: certain themes in this story I don't have tons of experience with, so sorry if not everything's accurate. EX: I definitely haven't been to a college party lmao.
Tara and I met on our first day in college. Freshmen year in college is intimidating enough. Freshmen Year in a big city like New York is terrifying.
We bonded quickly, and soon enough I was spending tons of time with her friend group. I even introduced my roommate, Anika to my new friend, Mindy, and now the two are happily dating. It seems I've seamlessly assimilated into their group.
I've always thought she was extremely beautiful. I really don't want to risk the friendship I've worked so hard to build with her. At the same time, I'd be lying if I said I didn't want to try.
The first time we kissed it was an accident. That's all it was. An accident.
She was blackout drunk at a party. Mindy and Anika had disappeared into some room. Chad was doing shots in the kitchen. Ethan was at his dorm, doing homework like the "quirky" pick me he is.
So many people crowded the building, dancing terribly to awful music, drunk on cheap booze. The frat house reeked of liquor and the distinct scent of marijuana.
Not to say I wasn't drunk too, though. Just less drunk than everyone else in the group. There was a slight wobble in my step as I walked from the kitchen to the living room, wanting to sit for a split second.
Tara had a three round winning streak at beer pong against some guy I'd never seen before. In the corner of my eye, I could see her downing a cup every 45 seconds or so. Maybe if the alcohol hadn't clouded my judgement, I would have been smart enough to get her away from that sooner.
It wasn't until I saw her wobbling towards the steps with he guy she had just been competing with that I sprang into action.
In retrospect, can see why people call booze liquid courage. Man, if I were sober, there would have been no way I would do what I did next.
"Hey, Tara, your boyfriend's looking for you," I grabbed her away from the clearly less drunk man in front of me. He reached out and grabbed her other arm, "she'll be fine."
"Her boyfriend is a football recruit," I lied, "he'll beat the shit out of your weak ass."
"What?" she slurred, unable to comprehend what I'm saying.
"I said, your boyfriend's here, let's go find him," I repeated, dragging her away from the situation.
"Why did you do thattttt," she whined once we're out of ear shot.
"He was taking advantage of you, you'll thank me in the morning," I told her, "you're a mess, let's get you home."
Luckily, her apartment wasn't far, because I was practically carrying her down the street. She flutters in and out of consciousness, making her balance even less stable.
The elevator ride was painfully quiet, what even is there to say. I opened the apartment door, guiding the barely conscious Tara inside. Immediately, I saw Sam, sitting in the kitchen. Waiting for us.
"Where were you?" she interrogated, "I was scared out of my mind."
"Hey, Sam, she's pretty fucked up right now, maybe you should wait for her to sober up. I'm gonna get her to sleep, okay?" She nods, angrily. I can tell she isn't happy about this.
I walkedvTara down to her room, setting her down on the bed.
"Goodnight, Tara," I smiled, helping her take off her shoes and pulling the blankets up over her.
"Night Night, pretty girl," she pulled my face down for a quick kiss.
What the fuck is happening? I could taste the burning liquor on her lips. She's gonna have one hell of a headache in the morning. I quickly break away, I can't do this while she's drunk.
The second time we kiss, she's actually sober.
It's a silly situation, really.
We're at Rockefeller center, shopping for clothes on sale. They put up the ice rink for the winter. Even though it's technically November, I guess New York doesn't care about technical seasons though.
Tara and I stroll down the pavement, warm coffee in our hands. She's very cute all bundled up in her winter gear. A beanie compresses her bangs, and her winter coat looks nearly suffocating yet not nearly arm enough for a New York winter.
"Fuck," she mumbles, looking behind us.
"What's wrong?" I ask, concerned.
"I need you to kiss me, right now," she commands.
"Damn, at least take me out to dinner first," I laugh awkardly.
"Y/N, shut up and do it, I'll explain later," she pleads. I happily oblige her, allowing her lips to make their way to mine. She caresses my cheek through her gloved hands, and I find myself lost in a daze. She's good at this. Her hands slide down my face to wrap themselves around my neck and she slowly breaks the kiss. A part of me wished it would never end.
"So you wanna tell me what that was about?" I raise an eyebrow.
"Creepy ex, wanted to make sure he didn't think he had a shot," she explains. My face falls. Such an amazing experience, ruined by the context.
"I'm sorry, Tar," I pull her closer to me, wrapping my arms around her.
We kiss for a third time a month later.
"Hi," I smile, walking through the apartment door, "why'd you call?"
"I don't know, I'm just bored I guess," she shrugs.
"Okay," I say. To be honest, I needed something to do with my afternoon, and who better to spend it with.
We decide to put on a movie, Clueless. I found some popcorn in the cabinet, so I decided to microwave some up.
I place the metal bowl between us on the couch. I think if I'm much closer to her I might try to kiss her again.
"So, what have you been doing these past few weeks?" she asks.
"The usual," I respond, "homework, my job, and sleeping. And you?"
"Yeah, just homework," she purses her lips, trying to think.
God what I would give to feel those soft warm lips again.
"No, I've also been reading some weird ass Stephen King book about a guy going crazy."
"So pretty much every Stephen King book?" I ask.
"Not true!" she playfully shoves me, "IT is about multiple people going crazy. The Dark Half is about someone who thinks he's crazy, but also knows he's not. There's lots of non insanity related ones too."
"Nerd," I playfully tease her.
"Shut up," she laughs.
"Make me?" I tease her more.
"Nope, sorry, you gotta earn that," she teases back.
I open a beer for each of us, "It's happy hour somewhere."
"It's 4:30, so we're not doing terribly," she reminds me.
"We're great at this," I joke.
"So great at this."
We go back to the movie, it's such a classic. Other than the ending, it's a perfect movie.
She smiles a priceless smile when Cher assumes Tai doesn't know seven multiplied by seven.
"This girl! I swear, she was a perfect casting for Tatum in Stab!"
"You have a great smile," I muse aloud, quickly regretting it. Damn it. Why did I say that?
"Thank you," I can see a blush creeping up her cheeks as she starts to smile even wider.
The movie seems to fade out of view as does everything else except us. The popcorn bowl is quickly discarded and her lips crash onto mine, kissing with a desperation so strong it's almost aggressive. I immediately reciprocate the kiss, leaning forward to get closer to her.
"If we do this," she pants in between kisses, "there's no strings attached."
I nod in agreement.
We fall into a routine of kissing or hooking up no strings attached. I know friend with benefits never works. Especially if you already have feelings for that person but god, she's irresistible.
There's two notable times after that afternoon when it feels different.
The first time, she's coming out of a rough therapy session.
"Hello, this is Y/N L/N," I answer the phone.
"Hey, Y/N, it's Tara," I can hear her voice crack.
"Hey Tara, what's up?" I ask.
"C-can you come over?" she says, trying to sound nonchalant about it. I see right through her facade.
"On my way, stay safe, pretty girl," I rush to the subway, trying to catch the first train I can to her side of the city.
I practically tear down the door to get into the apartment, there's nothing to do but make a beeline for Tara's room.
"Hey Tar, I'm here," I quietly announce.
She bolts up and wraps herself around me in a near suffocating hug. Her tears soak their way through my shirt, and I caress her hair comfortingly.
"Do you want to talk about it?" I ask.
"No," she shakes her head.
"Can I do anything at all to help?"
"You can distract me," she winks. I nod, a little unsure of what to do.
Is this really the right time to hook up with her? Like she should be in a place of emotional stability to properly consent, right?
"Y/N, I know your like panicking about the morals, but please. Just do it. I need it. Please?" she widens her eyes pleadingly. How can I say no to that?
The next time of note is also the last time.
I've become unhappy with this whole "friends with benefits thing." I know, it was stupid of me to agree to it in the first place. And don't get me wrong, I've had tons of fun. So much fun. But there's limits to our situation.
I want to be able to tell her how I feel, I want strings attached. I want to take her out on dates, and hold her hand in front of our friends.
It's a freezing cold Thursday, I'm so tired. I forgot my textbooks at Tara's apartment after our "study" session last night, so i had to take a subway back to get them, which made me late the the only lecture I was interested in. Damn it.
I had thirty minutes to kill until my next class, so here I am, in the school courtyard, thinking about Tara.
Do I love her? Yes.
Does she love me? I don't know.
Will telling her I need to be more than just friends with benefits risk everything? Yes.
Speak of the devil and she shall appear, because right as I'm thinking about this, I see a short brunette making a beeline towards me. I think this means we need to discuss this.
"Hey there, tiny Carpenter," I tease her.
"Shut up!" she gets on the tips of her toes to pat my head.
"Do you wanna come over tonight?" I ask, "Anika and Mindy are having a date night?" I figure then would be a good time to tell her.
The rest of the day goes by in a blur and just a few hours later, I hear Tara's familiar voice at my door.
I take a deep breath, "Hey Tar, can we talk? I ask.
"What's up?" she asks.
"I feel like this isn't working," I admit, it's pretty obvious almost immediately what I'm talking about.
"O-oh," she stammers, "why?"
Oh god this is so awkward, like what are you supposed to say, yeah no I'm in love with you.
"I.... cuz friends with benefits never works out when there's feelings involved," I word vomit.
"Oh...."
"Yeah...."
We sit in an awkward silence.
"Tara, please say something," I say quietly.
"I'm so sorry, I can't do this anymore," she gets up and leaves, but I'm frozen in my seat. Unable to move.
I don't see Tara except in a few classes for at least a month. Though it could have been longer or shorter. Not like I want to see her though.
The days begin to blend together in a big lengthy mess.
I barely turn my assignments in, and the best grade I've gotten was a low C.
I go to parties more often than before. Hooking up with strangers, drinking myself to a blackout and being hungover as hell in the morning.
Anika's voiced her concern for me, but I find it so hard to listen.
I'm just numb.
I don't think I ever felt anything before I met Tara, and I don't think I'll feel anything again without her.
And to think of all the times we've kissed, made out and hooked up. Did those mean anything to her? She barely meets my gaze in class.
We haven't talked at all.
Lying down in my bed, I stare at the ceiling, out of the corner of my eye, I can see the date on the calendar.
March 7. It's been four months since our kiss at Rockefeller. I guess I should just forget about that though.
I hear a quiet knocking on my door, "come in, Anika.
The door slowly creaks open and in steps Tara.
"Hey," she says quietly. I scramble up to my feet, preparing to tell her to get out.
"Before you scream at me and tell me to go away, just let me talk?"
I nod wondering why can I never say no to her. I gesture for her to sit next to me.
"Look, I fucked up," she admits, "friends with benefits almost never works out. And I'm so so sorry. I didn't realize fucking it up would mean hurting you. I really thought about what you said."
"What did I say?" I asked.
"That what we had wasn't working," she says.
"And what have you decided?"
"It wasn't," she reassured me, "but it could."
I'm totally taken aback, "If you think I want to be 'just a friend that you sometimes fuck,' you're crazy, Tara."
"No, I mean a real relationship," she blurts.
"Huh?"
"Y/N, I have feelings for you!" she exasperatedly exclaims.
"Y-you do?" I ask incredulously.
"Yeah, I do," I see a blush creep up her cheeks.
"Well I like you too," I smile. She starts to get closer to me, but I stop her, "Look, give me a week to turn around my mental wellbeing, and I'll take you out on a date. I want to do this, but I want to do it right."
"Take your time," she smiles back, "see ya on Saturday for this 'date' you wanna take me on."
She winks, gets up, and leaves the dorm, blowing me a kiss on the way out.
We're gonna make this work.

Jenna Ortega x Fem!Reader
Tumblr media
Description: "When Jenna can't help but fall in love with her coworker, but she's too much of a coward to confess believing you don't feel the same, however, the girl is wrong you would kneel for her."
Words: 18.1k
Saju: "ENJOY IT LOVE"
---
Jenna Ortega is a well-known name. She is an authentic woman with unreal beauty, creativity, cuteness, education, intelligence, and more. I could spend days complimenting her without getting tired. Like many people, I know Jenna from her works. Watching her performances on screen is already something gratifying and magnificent, but nothing compares to witnessing her talent in person.
How do I know this? Well, perhaps because, thanks to my job, I had the opportunity to work alongside one of the people I admire. Since a very young age, I have always been interested in parkour, martial arts, and boxing. Recognizing my potential in these areas, my father ensured I learned everything. Thankfully to him, I have the most enjoyable job – being a stunt double.
---
You logically started with small films and series, sometimes even commercials and a few games. You had begun to gain popularity among directors, especially after being the stunt double for Zoë Kravitz in "The Batman" and being the motion and body model for a new character in the Resident Evil game franchise. The director of "Scream VI" was looking for a stunt double for Melissa Barreram, the actress playing Sam Carpenter. Like other stunt doubles, you submitted a video showcasing your skills. After seeing your performance and how adept you were at both agile and heavy movements, they hired you for the role. You've been enjoying the experiences to the fullest.
At this moment, you were heading to the set and also meeting with the cast. During the filming, you had gotten close to almost all the actors, especially Jenna and Melissa. As you arrived, you spotted Jasmine and Mason from a distance, quickening your pace to reach them. "GOOD MORNING, BEAUTIES!" You kissed both of them on the cheek. "Good morning, lovely! You woke up in high spirits today," Jasmine said after you sat beside her. "I also noticed. Does it have something to do with a 5'1" Latina who loves playing characters with no sanity?" Mason teased while ruffling your hair.
You weakly slapped his arms, scoffing as they both broke into laughter. But when you were about to say something, a familiar scream interrupted. "MELISSA, STOP!" In minutes, you saw a small figure running towards you and hiding behind you. "Y/n, protect me, plea—" Jenna was interrupted by a furious Melissa chasing her. They ran around the table, making everyone laugh at the actresses' cuteness.
You decided it would be better to stop them before someone got hurt. You got up, caught Melissa in your arms, and held her tight. She struggled a little, but your grip was firm. Though she might be taller, you were stronger. You placed her beside Mason and sat back down, chuckling. Jenna sat beside you, and you offered her a water bottle. After she thanked you and turned to the group, you couldn't help but laugh at the situation.
Your eyes roamed every detail of her face, from her freckles to her dimple, her button nose, and the lips you wanted to feel so badly. Jenna felt her heart jumping in her chest, as if she would pass out from how intensely you were looking at her. She started leaning her face towards yours, interlinking her gaze between your eyes and your lips. Hypnotized, both of you were so entranced by each other that you didn't notice when you were called, "LOVE BIRDS!! WE HAVE SCENES TO SHOOT!! STOP EATING EACH OTHER AND GO TO THE SET!!" Jasmine, always the sweetheart, got your attention, making both of you jump a little and put some distance between yourselves.
The staff and some actors had already entered; only you and Jenna were missing. You remained in silence, trying to tame your heartbeats and your blush. You heard Jenna clearing her throat, "Uh... I-I think it's better if we go inside too." Jenna said while getting up and walking to the set, not giving you time to reply. You stayed for a bit longer, trying to absorb what just happened. Would you guys really have kissed if you weren't interrupted? You put your hands on your head, sighing, and started your way to the set.
You had started the recordings, and now you found yourself restless and apprehensive. At the moment, you were shooting the theater scene, and seeing Jenna hanging there wasn't pleasant. You couldn't believe how many times this girl faced danger without fear. She had mentioned loving to do her own stunts, and you couldn't blame her. You felt incredible after your own acrobatics. Still, you feared that one day she might get seriously injured. You couldn't help but worry about her.
You almost ran towards her when the director gave the order for her to fall, but you held back and sat down again. Her character and Jack's had a brief dialogue, and following the script, Tara thrust the knife into Ethan's mouth. You couldn't deny that seeing her smile of relief after her action and the blood on her face made you more infatuated with her than you already were.
Just as it was said, you knew Jenna from other works, and since then, you admired her. Just like her fans, you couldn't resist the charms of this Latina. Since the first day of filming, you've been falling more and more in love with her. She doesn't help much in easing these feelings since, from the first day, she hasn't let go of you. Not that you're complaining, but trying to stop liking her is almost an impossible mission.
You would really like to confess your feelings to Jenna, but you feel that she deserves someone better, someone who understands her (in the work sense) and who is a beautiful woman that fits with her. You're just the stunt double, the tomboy, as some call you, simply because you have a more sculpted body, a muscular physique, and a tomboyish style. You've always faced these kinds of unpleasant comments for these reasons. Your friends always comfort you, and your small fan community defends you as much as they can.
Jenna also always comforts you when some of these comments shake you. She always says that you're like a Doberman, always with a stern face, ready to snap at anyone who comes close. She said she feels safe with you, as if she were at home. Lost in your thoughts, you hadn't noticed that they had finished the scenes. You also didn't see a certain short girl watching you attentively.
Jenna observed every trace of your face, every bit of you. From your curly hair to your tattoos, she loves every part of you. She finds herself hopelessly in love with you, every aspect of you, habits, words—you leave her fascinated. It wasn't in her plans to fall in love, but on the day she saw you, she knew her heart wouldn't hold up. She perfectly remembers how her heart skipped a beat after seeing you. You were in simple clothes that highlighted your curves and, most importantly, your muscles. But the fatal blow was the smile you gave her after hugging her.
But Jenna is afraid of this, of these feelings. She has always been more focused on work, never paid much attention to romance. But now, after getting to know you, she daydreams about your life together.
She wants to confess, but she never manages to. She always retreats before revealing her feelings, afraid that you won't fit into her life or even that you'll distance yourself because of it. That's why she hasn't confessed yet. But the desire is there, what's lacking is courage and a bit of shame.
Jenna shook her head slightly to get rid of these thoughts and silently approached you since you were still distracted. She came close to you, laughing at your expression, and on impulse, she squeezed your shoulders and gave you a kiss on the neck, staying with her face there. "Jenna! Why did you scare me like that?" You said in a playful manner, covering your face, hearing the girl laugh at the situation. "Sorry, mi corazón, it wasn't my intention, but you looked so beautifully distracted, and I couldn't resist." She hugged you, and you turned a bit, pulling her onto your lap, hugging her waist and resting your head on her shoulder.
Jenna put her arms around your neck and planted a kiss on the top of your head. You didn't say anything, just enjoyed each other's presence. It was enough. The connection you two had was visible for everyone to see, and it was a beautiful thing. That's why many didn't bother you two. Unfortunately, your moment was interrupted by the director calling you to shoot some stunts. Both of you sighed; you gave Jenna a little pat on the thigh signaling her to get up. "No! I'm not leaving. I'm home..." She said in a cute, whiny voice, and your heart skipped a few beats. "I'm home," you couldn't help but smile.
You tightened your embrace. "It's okay, my love. I promise to spend the whole rest of the day with you." You cupped her face, caressing her cheek. Jenna felt butterflies having a party in her stomach. Ugh! How she wanted to kiss you until the air evaporated from her lungs, but she restrained herself, moving away a bit and raising her pinkie finger, "Do you promise with your pinkie?" You laughed at her cuteness and joined your pinkies, "I promise, mi amor." You kissed her fingers, making Jenna even more infatuated.
"Then go do those stunts quickly because I want to be cuddled up with you all day." You picked her up, making her squeal and then burst into laughter. You put her down and started walking toward the actors, but you stopped, turned back, and ran towards Jenna. However, what she had to say got stuck in her throat. You had given her a kiss on the eyebrow and whispered in her ear, "See you later, mi amor."
You ran off after the director shouted your name, leaving a paralyzed and tomato-red Jenna behind. She snapped out of her trance and ran to her trailer, laughing like a love-struck teenager.
---
The sun had already set when everyone was released from the recordings. The sky was partially orange, and its dim light guided you to your trailer. You knocked on the door, and it didn't take long for Jenna to open it. "You took your time!" She pulled you into a hug. "Mi amor, you were the one who got released early, haha!" You squeezed her in your arms, resting your chin on her head. You stayed like that for a few more minutes.
"Let's go inside; you must be tired." She led you in, closing the door once you entered. "Can I take a quick shower, princess?" You asked, seeing a cute pout forming on her face. "But... I wanted to cuddle with you now." She pouted, and you couldn't resist the cuteness, pinching her cheeks, making her pout intensify.
"My love, this will only take me a few minutes, and then you can have me all to yourself." Jenna looked at you with those bambi eyes and agreed, going to sit on the couch while you prepared. As you had said, after a few minutes, you were already by her side, watching none other than "Puss in Boots 2" haha. You were lying on the couch, and Jenna was lying on top of you.
There was a pleasant silence between you two, only the sounds of the movie were heard. You lowered your gaze to Jenna, observing every detail of her, from eyebrows to lips. You became (once again) hypnotized. Jenna felt your burning gaze on her head and turned her face, resting her chin between your breasts, "What's wrong?" She asked, giving you a small smile. You just shook your head, watching her, seeing how every part of her reacted. God, you were hopelessly in love and didn't know what to do.
You wanted to shout at the top of your lungs about how much you love her, wanted to kiss her, love her, take care of her, wanted to be with her. But you are a coward who can't take action and is afraid of losing her in every way. You ran your hand over Jenna's face, gently caressing her with your thumb, watching her close her eyes and practically melt into your embrace.
Jenna turned her face, depositing a kiss in the palm of your hand, still with her eyes closed. She felt the temperature of her body increase with each touch of yours; to feel you so close is a blessing and a curse at the same time. She wanted to have you like this but as her girlfriend, as the love of her life and not as "friends"; she hated that term. She wants to have the freedom to kiss you, love you, but fear and insecurities consume her, and gradually she gets closer to possibly losing you.
You were in your bubble; no one spoke anything, just felt the touches of your bodies and souls. Jenna opened her eyes, seeing your eyes fixed on her, and you realized you’d been caught. So, you sent her a crooked smile with your cheeks reddish. You realized how close your faces were, and with courage taken from your ass, you gradually started to close the distance between you two.
Jenna also started to close the distance; she felt her body tremble in anticipation. She put her hands on your shoulders, grabbing your shirt. "Kiss me… Kiss me please Y/N." Jenna grabbed your face, putting her forehead on yours. She slightly dragged her lips across your face, whispering, "kiss me mi amor."
"F*ck it," you pulled her neck and kissed her. The kiss was hurried, but firm. In it, love and desire stored for so long were transmitted. Sighs were released, hearts accelerated and synchronized, bodies hot like the embers of a bonfire, hands exploring every part of the bodies, every curve, caressing the skin like a brush caresses.
The air became scarce, and both, reluctantly, separated. Jenna had opened her eyes slowly, trying to reason if what just happened was true or just another one of her dreams. She lay on your chest, still panting, and looked at you, waiting for you to open your eyes and snap out of the trance.
You felt like you were in the clouds, more alive. You opened your eyes, seeing the woman of your dreams watching you. "Are you real? Like... did this really just happen, or am I delirious?" You asked her while caressing her hair. Jenna smiled, showing her dimple, and hid her face in your neck.
You both were euphoric, finally! You had fulfilled one of the wishes, but the doubt still lingers. Even though you had just kissed each other with all of you, with your hearts, you can't help but question, "Does she really like me?"
You cleared your throat, bringing Jenna's attention back to you. "Uh... I know we just kissed as if the world were ending, but... uh... what are we now? Like, do you really like me? Because I like— No! I... I love you, Jenna." You confessed, watching Jenna react with disbelief. "I've loved you since the day I met you, with your more reserved way, your somewhat eccentric humor, your sarcasm, your freckles." You said everything with a smile on your face and a special sparkle in your eyes. "You can't imagine all the times I held back from kissing you, telling you how much I love you. All the tears I shed for you, feeling insufficient for you." You let out a shaky sigh; getting all of this off your chest is a relief.
Jenna couldn't explain what she felt at this moment. Relief? Happiness? Sadness? She couldn't believe that you were really saying all this; her heart felt like it was going to explode with so much happiness. But she felt sad hearing your last words, "How dare you feel that way?!? Y/n, I've never felt so happy, safe, and comfortable with anyone like I feel with you. It's like my heart already knew that you would take care of it with your life." She passed her hand over your face, wiping away the tears that you didn't even realize were falling.
"You make me feel so many things at once, but none of them is something bad. You always take care of me, make me feel beautiful, make me feel like I can conquer the world and the universe. You are my star; you are more than enough for me, mi amor. And answering you, I love you too, and I want this to turn into something more. I want you as my partner for the rest of my life." She chuckled lightly; her soul felt light after confessing, after knowing that you also love her.
You hugged each other with big smiles on your faces. Both have a lot to learn, but now, they won't do it alone. You have each other, and this union will be hard to break. Your love is special, like the love of the sun for the moon.

A Broken Rib (drabble)
Tumblr media
Summary: You broke a rib during a stunt, earning yourself a scolding by your girlfriend.
Warrnings: mention of bruising? and some errors (reread this maybe twice)
Author's Note: A small little drabble cause I wanted to get something out for you all but these wips are kicking my ass rn. Also this is inspired by an interview where Britney Snow (i think) broke a rib during a stunt where she had to ram against a car to break it's widow and a fic I read a bit ago were Jenna sprains her ankle at work when she's distracted by a video of reader. (sadly I can't find it or I'd link it) Hope you enjoy 🩵
Word Count: 431
________
“You’re never doing that again.” Jenna reprimands a look in her eyes that says there’s no room for negotiation. However, it was an accident, you knew that and she knew that. The stunt was easy, even your manager agreed that you could ram yourself into the car for the scene. It didn’t stop Jenna from worrying though, the second she was told about your hospital visit a nervous pit settled deep in her stomach.
“Jen.” You groan, you’re in need of sleep and just want to be held in the shorter girl's arms while you watch your favorite comfort movie. “Don’t Jen, me I’m not the one in trouble, you are.” Crossing her arms, you finally notice just how high her anxiety was. Understanding exactly how much stress someone could put themselves under when not knowing the condition of their loved one. You had experienced the same mounting fear when she sprained her ankle on set a year ago.
You sigh, never wanting to make her sick with worry especially when you were fine. “Baby, I’m okay. It’s one broken rib, plenty of people get broken ribs and survive.”
“I’m just a little sore.” You add, prodding at the growing colors splayed across your abdomen. “And bruised.” Jenna mumbles knowing she’s not gonna get anywhere with you. You grab her hand placing it above your heart. “I’m fine. We got the shot, neither I nor Naomi need to redo it.”
“She’s doing all your stunts from now on and I mean it.” Jenna gives you her best stern eyes but she knows you, you’re just like her when it comes to things like this. If you can do it yourself then why not?
“You know I can’t promise that.” Jenna sighs knowing you’re right. She gently wraps you up in a hug, careful not to hurt you further. She’ll have plenty of time to scold you but for now she’d rather get you into bed to rest. “Just take it easy next time, okay? If you need a break, take one.”
“I will. I promise.” Promising sincerely, your y/e/c eyes boring into her soft brown ones. “Too bad there’s not gonna be a scar though, I heard women love scars.” You tease, breaking the tension.
“Oh my god, please shut up.” Jenna says hiding her face in your neck at your embarrassing statement. Unable to contain her chuckle at your silly excuse for flirting. “I love you, even though you’re a reckless idiot.”
“Yeah but I’m your reckless idiot.”
Squeezing her tighter in your hold. “I love you too.”

Stuck By The Glue Onto You
wednesday addams x fem!reader — 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
summary: while out on a hiking date, you decide to test if wednesday can ever get a tan. but your questions about tanning only seem to annoy her. (requested by canvascoloredin) warnings/themes: soft!wednesday, hiking, picnic, r is touch starved ig words: 2.9k
Tumblr media
You're wandering through the forest, surrounded by trees, with birds chirping in the distance.
You begin to walk through the woods, the soft dirt squishing under your sneakers. As you wipe the sweat off your forehead with the back of your hand, you find yourself wondering what possessed you to do something like this.
“God, it's as hot as Satan's ass in here,” you mutter, your girlfriend following not far behind.
“Why are we even out here?”
You couldn't help but smirk. “We're out here to test something—a theory, even,” you reply, trying to keep the excitement out of your voice, though you can tell she's already figured it out.
“Test what? My patience?” she snaps, her eyes rolling towards the sky.
You sigh and turn around to face her. “You're wearing all black, you know it's so hot outside,” you say, your face dripping with sweat.
She raises an eyebrow at you. ”So? I'm not the one sweating.”
You shrug, your shirt is already soaked through. “It suits you anyway,” you mumble to yourself.
You pause in your tracks, looking around for a spot to rest. Finally spotting a nearby tree, you make your way over to it and flop down against the trunk, your body seeking some much-needed relief from the sweltering summer heat.
You turn to your girlfriend, who's still standing, and raise an eyebrow at her. “Do you tan?”
“Do I what?” she replies, looking confused.
“Tan,” you repeat, rolling your eyes. “You know, when your skin darkens in the sun, do you think it's possible for you to do that?”
“Do I look like I tan?” she deadpans, and you can practically hear the lowercase ‘duh’ at the end of her sentence.
“Wow, I have no idea,” you reply sarcastically. “Come,” you say, patting your ankle for her to come sit beside you.
She grudgingly makes her way over to you, plopping down on the ground with a huff. “This is stupid,” she mumbles.
“I want to see if you'll ever tan.” You've always wanted to see Wednesday tan, even just a little bit.
“Do you really think that's going to happen?”
“I don't know,” you admit. “That's why we're out here.”
Will Wednesday ever get tanned? Maybe, maybe not. One thing's for sure though, this heat is unbearable.
A moment later, Wednesday stands up without a word and continues walking down the path, leaving you behind.
“Are you serious?” you call out, catching up to her. “Where the hell are you going?”
Without slowing her pace, she throws back a cheeky response. “Wherever you were planning on leading me out.”
You run to catch up to her, huffing and puffing as you try to keep up. “Slow down,” you say, sounding slightly out of breath.
“Well, do you know where that is?” you ask, catching up to her and walking beside her.
“That's what the path is for, genius” she replies, gesturing to the obvious dirt path beneath her feet.
All of a sudden, Wednesday stops dead in her tracks, and you almost knock her over while running after her. She glares at you, clearly not pleased with being bumped into.
“Watch it,” she snaps.
You raise an eyebrow, slightly taken aback by her reaction, but then you notice the river flowing ahead of her. “Oh, I hadn't noticed,” you say, trying not to sound like a total idiot.
Without a word, Wednesday extends her hand to you, palm up. “Shoes,” she orders.
You pause for a moment, trying to process the request. “My what?” you repeat, confused.
“Shoes!” she repeats, more loudly this time.
With a quick movement, you slip your feet out of your shoes and place them into Wednesday's outstretched hand. She then does the same, and as you both step into the river, you can't help but feel the cold water up to your ankles.
“Be careful,” she warns. The water splashes against the rocks as she moves across them.
You reluctantly follow behind her, not appreciating her condescending tone. “What do you think I am, a child?” you mutter under your breath. “Ugh, it's cold.”
Your footing is unsteady as you try to balance on the slippery rocks, and without warning, you slip and stumble, almost falling head-first into the shallow water.
Before you hit the ground, Wednesday grabs your arm and pulls you back. “I said, be careful,” she scolds. Your heart races as you regain your footing, feeling the weight of her gaze on you.
“Sorry,” you whisper, trying to catch your breath. You follow closely behind her, taking each step carefully.
You stumble out of the water and land on the dirt path, feeling the mud between your toes. Wednesday, drop your shoes at your feet.
“You could've died back there,” she says with a hint of concern in her voice, already putting her shoes on.
You quickly tie up your shoes and chase after her, trying not to slip on the wet rocks by the river's edge. “Wait up!” you shout, but she ignores you and continues walking. Frustrated, you pick up the pace and catch up to her. “Can you please slow down?” you huff, still catching your breath.
“I told you to be careful,” she says, not even looking back at you.
“I know,” you mutter, still panting as you try to keep up.
But she doesn't seem to be slowing down at all.
Suddenly, a clever idea pops into your mind. You stop walking and pretend to slip on the rocks. “Oh no! I'm going to slip into the rocks! Help! I need a hand to help me!” you cry out, pouting like a child.
Wednesday turns around and looks at you with a raised eyebrow. “Do you really need me to hold your hand?” she asks, not sounding very convinced.
“You know, that's one of the things couples do.”
Wednesday scoffs. “Right, and what if I don't want to be that couple? What then?”
“Then you have to hold my hand even more,” you reply, trying to keep a straight face but failing miserably.
She extends her hands at you. “I'll count from one to ten, and if you haven't grabbed my hand, I'll throw you off the cliff.” Not wanting to get thrown off a cliff, you run as fast as you can, barely catching up to Wednesday just as she reaches five. You grab her hand, swinging it back and forth.
You lean in to whisper into her ear, “You're sweet, you know that?”
“What did you say?” she asks. Her eyes lock onto yours, and you can't take your eyes away for a minute. You feel her grip on your hand tighten just a little bit.
You take a deep breath and lean in a little closer, your lips barely brushing against her ear as you whisper the three words. “You heard me.”
“I'm not sweet,” she mutters, looking away from you.
But no matter how hard she tries, she can't erase the small smile that keeps creeping onto her face, and you can't help but smile back at her. “Yes, you are,” you say, still whispering into her ear. “And I'll keep saying it, whether you like it or not.”
She quickly pulls her hand away from you, pretending to have heard nothing. “I hate you,” she replies, looking away and picking up her pace.
“Stop it,” you complain, reaching for her hand again. “You don't have to be so cold.”
You grin at her, feeling a warmth spreading through your chest as you wrap your fingers around hers and start swinging her hand again. Wednesday sighs, but she doesn't pull her hand away from yours.
“And I'm glad you came with me.”
“Just promise me you won't do anything dumb this time.”
You nod, still grinning at her. “I promise,” you say, reaching up with your free hand to brush a stray strand of hair away from her face.
She nods. “Good,” she says. “I don't want to lose you.”
“See? I told you, you're sweet.”
“Just shut up.”
“What would happen if you didn't save me?” you ask, still swinging your hands.
She raises an eyebrow at you, looking you up and down, as if she's trying to decide if she should take your question seriously. “Obviously, dead.”
“Okay, but what about you?”
She shrugs. “What about me?”
“What would happen to you after I hit the rock?” you repeat, a little more desperate this time.
Wednesday narrows her eyes at you, trying to figure out if you're joking or just an idiot. “I'll probably be on the news, saying, Breaking news: Idiot girlfriend hits rock and dies, and now I'm the main suspect because I was the only one there with her.”
You can't help but chuckle at her response. “Your girlfriend?” you repeat.
Wednesday nods. “My girlfriend,” she says, her tone now a bit softer.
Then you trail your thumb over hers and smirk at her. “Her name is...?” you ask, curious to see how she'll respond.
She rolls her eyes at you. “Y/N,” she says.
“What do you think about her?” you ask, biting your lip to hide the blush rising in your cheeks.
Wednesday trails off, her eyes darting around as if searching for the right words. “She's amazing, adorable, beautiful, and…” she trails off again.
“And?” you prompt.
“And don't tell her that, because her ego will boost even more than it already does,” she continues.
You can feel the heat rising in your cheeks, but before you can respond, Wednesday turns and starts walking away. “You and your clumsy curiosity,” she mutters under her breath.
“Seriously, here?” Wednesday asks you with a raised eyebrow as you start to prepare the blanket for the picnic while the scorching sun beats down on the grass.
“I told you, I'm here to test something,” you remind her as you drop the blanket.
Wednesday rolls her eyes and walks away, but you follow after her. “Please, just a few minutes,” you plead.
You patiently wait for her in the tree, hoping that she'll come back soon. After a few minutes of her sunbathing—or getting fried, as you put it—she finally walks towards you.
You stand up and approach her, looking her up and down. “You didn't get a tan,” you say. “Are you dead?”
“No, but you will be soon,” she retorts.
You cross your arms, tilting your head to the side as you place a hand on your chin. “What about you taking off your clothes?” you suggest, teasing her further. “I guess those black clothes are blocking the sun.”
Wednesday lets out a huff of frustration and punches you in the arm—not too hard, but hard enough for you to know she's serious. “I'm kidding, I'm kidding,” you grumble, rubbing your arm where she hit you.
You grab the blanket and make your way to the tree, spreading it out on the ground. You both enjoy a picnic together, eating sandwiches and chatting about various topics.
Eventually, Wednesday pulls out a book from her bag and begins to read. You glance at the book's cover, trying to make out the title. It looks like some sort of mystery novel.
You glance down at her lap, hesitating before finally asking, “Can I?” She nods, not even taking her eyes off the book. You crawl onto her lap, resting your head on her thighs, and watch as Wednesday continues reading.
You drift off to sleep, listening to the sound of her pages turning and her breathing.
Once she notices that you are sleeping, Wednesday runs her fingers through your hair, pushing it back. You peek at her through closed eyes, your smirk widening. “Do you tan?” you ask, your voice raspy.
“You asked the same question twice.”
“Okay, maybe I phrased it wrong,” you finally manage, taking a deep breath. “I really just mean, have you ever gotten a tan? You know, from being out in the sun all day?”
She nods slowly, not taking her eyes off her book.
“When?” you follow up, trying to glean more information.
She raises an eyebrow at you, knowing full well what you're trying to get at. “You just made me tan in the sun to 'test something', didn't you?” she says, making air quotes with her fingers.
“Right, right. I forgot,” you mumble, kicking a rock in embarrassment.
You take a deep breath and let it out, leaning back on her lap. “But-” you begin, catching yourself before you ask another stupid question. “You know, I've seen people get a nice golden glow from some time in the sun.” You try to play it off.
Deciding to change the subject, she pinches your nose. “Hey!” you hiss, swatting her hand away. “That's not nice,” you mutter. Wednesday just shrugs and goes back to reading her book.
“Do you tan?” Wednesday returns the question to you, her eyes still locked on the page in front of her.
“No, of course not,” you reply without hesitation. “I'm not the one dressed in black from head to toe in this heat.”
“Well, excuse me for having a fashion sense.”
“I didn't say it wasn't stylish,” you retort. “Seriously though, Wednesday, the sun has been beating down on us for hours, and you haven't even gotten a speck of color,” you continue, shaking your head.
“I'm not sure why you're so obsessed with my pale skin, but it's not going to happen, okay?” She punctuates her sentence with an even bigger eye roll.
You sigh, staring up at the blue summer skies. “Don't take me too seriously. I just think you'd look pretty cute with a little color in your cheeks,” you say, your voice soft.
“Yeah, right,” she mumbles, dismissing your opinion.
“I'm serious,” you insist. “Just imagine it, Wednesday: the sun, the sand, the waves. You, in an adorable bikini, enjoying the heat.”
“I'd never wear a bikini in a million years, but the sun and the sand... maybe.”
You're just about to give up and let her read in peace when you suddenly remember something.
“Wait,” you say, leaning forward a little to catch her attention. “Did you know that some people actually pay money to get a fake tan?”
“Well, not me,” you continue, “but I've seen it before. People go to these tanning salons and pay money to lie in a bed that shoots UV rays at their skin, all in the name of looking more 'healthy' and 'glowing.' Can you believe it?”
“Honestly, I don't see the point in paying money for a fake tan when you can just get one for free by lying in the sun.”
“You have a point there,” you say, grinning at her. “But then again, some people just don't want to put in the effort to tan naturally.”
Wednesday rolls her eyes at you. “To each their own, I guess,” she says, continuing to read her book.
You try not to stare at her for too long, not wanting to cause her any discomfort, but it's hard to look away.
“You look exhausted,” she comments, her finger continuing to trace patterns on your chin.
After a while, you start to feel drowsy. The heat and the soothing sound of the rustling leaves have taken its toll on you, and you start to drift off to sleep, still resting your head on Wednesday's lap.
As you doze off, you feel Wednesday's hand on your shoulder, gently shaking you. “Hey, wake up,” she says softly, causing you to stir and open your eyes.
You feel embarrassed, not knowing how long you've been out.
“Do you feel rested?”
“Yeah,” you respond, still feeling a bit disoriented. “Thanks for waking me up,” you add, sitting up and rubbing the sleep from your eyes.
Wednesday nods, closing her book and setting it aside. “No problem,” she replies. “I just wasn't sure if you were going to sleep on my lap forever.”
“What can I say? Your lap is pretty comfy.”
“You're ridiculous.”
“Maybe, but at least I'm comfortable.”
You sit up, quickly rolling up the blankets and stashing the snacks back into the backpack you brought.
“Do you have any more questions for me?” she asks.
You shake your head. “No, I think I'm good for now.”
“Suit yourself,” she replies with a smirk, then helps you load up the last few things that you packed.
“Don't move!” you say as you quickly grab out your phone. She squints her eyes, looking confused.
“I want to take a picture of you. Stand right there,” you add, pointing with your finger to the perfect position.
“For...?” she asks, wondering what kind of strange photo you have in mind.
Shrugging your shoulders, you reply, “Because my girlfriend didn't get tanned after walking in the sun for hours, and this is the proof of that.” You step beside her and take a selfie together, your cheeky grin contrasting with her blank stare.
“Let's go,” she declares before starting to walk away.
“Wait for me,” you call after her, your feet pounding the ground as you try to catch up. “You forgot to hold my hand? I might fall,” you say in a fake-helpless tone, trying your best to look pitiful.
“Oh, fine,” she replies, stopping in her tracks and turning around to face you. “Are you a child? Because I'm not your mother,” she scoffs.
With a heavy sigh, she reaches out her hand, rolling her eyes as you clasp it in yours, swinging it back and forth as you walk together.
“You want to hold my hand so badly?” she asks.
“Yes,” you reply with a cheeky grin. “I don't want to get lost or something.”
She shrugs and interlocks her fingers with yours, wondering how she got roped into this. “You're so annoying,” she mutters under her breath.
“What was that?” you ask, pretending not to hear her.
