Warning: I have been reading less lately, and have also been reading some other fandoms (BNHA *cough*)

Here’s a couple fics (most of which I did not actually manage to get to the end of, but which I have enjoyed thus far). PLEASE READ THEM. I won’t be mentioning popular fics I’m following that I think most people already know about. Please be sure to read the tags yourself, because while I mostly write painfully vanilla PG content, it’s not always what I read, mmkay. 

THIS ONE: Undiscovered Country. Do it for yourself and your future. I finally started this.

1. without fear, without metaphor:  Yuuri was never one to use more words than necessary. Underutilized it, even, his family and friends would remark. Still, there was a certain relief that came with easy communication. Then he started wanting to use words for more. He even ran his mouth quite a few times in the past months, much to his embarrassment. And he quietly admitted to himself that it came with the sudden barrage of Viktor Nikiforov into what he expected to be peaceful life and probable retirement in his hometown.

2. Not Cricket:  Victor had wanted to be the Japanese competitor's dance partner, and he could because he didn't have one. Victor had also wanted to be Katsuki Yuuri's coach, and he could because Katsuki didn't have one of those either.Now Victor wanted to be Yuuri's boyfriend- except Yuuri already seemed to have one of those.---Basically, Victor thinks Phichit is Yuuri's boyfriend and is ridiculously jealous.

He wants full custody.Katsuki Yuuri isn't going to give up his child that easily.Or: Victor and Yuuri fight a custody battle for Yurio. 4. before it burns me numb: “What do you mean, you had a crush on me?” Yuuri asks. “We’d never even met before the Grand Prix Final last year.” Following their engagement, Victor tells Yuuri the story of how he met, fell for, and pined after Japan's Ace. Not necessarily in that order. An Ep10 coda... with a twist.

If you think Viktor having had a crush on Yuuri for a long time would satisfy all your Viktuuri needs, you’d be right.

5. Sixty Impossible Things: Two weeks after his failure at Sochi, Yuuri receives a text from a mysterious number asking why the fuck he’s ignoring Viktor. So begins Yuri Plisetsky’s all out campaign to get Yuuri to fucking finally text Viktor and end his torment of watching Viktor pine, and so begins Yuuri's descent into a wonderland of texting his idol, meeting his #1 fan(s), and slowly rebuilding his life with a little help from his friends.

6. boy next door: “Hi, welcome to the Green Bean,” Yuuri says, in the way that’s become something of a joke between them. “What can I get for you today?”In which Viktor buys way too much coffee from the cute barista at the coffeeshop on the corner, and Yuuri has a terrible crush that Viktor never, ever needs to know about, and somehow it all works out in the end.

8. Lullaby of Birdland: In another world, their story might have started with ‘Hi there’, or ‘Lovely sky tonight’, or ‘Hello, stranger’. Or perhaps something less cliché, something like: ‘A commemorative photo? Sure thing!’But in this one, it starts with an electric blue cocktail, the taste of smoke in the air. And: “You have really talented, um. Fingers.”

9. The Long Way Round:  In the wake of tragedy and facing change to come, Yuuri and Victor make the ten thousand kilometre journey from Saint Petersburg home to Hasetsu the old fashioned way- on the Trans-Siberian Railway from Moscow to Beijing.

I already knew this would be good because sixpences, but it’s so tragically beautiful

10. Nuclear Hearts Club: Being seventeen and chronically confused isn't always a walk in the park - especially when you've been crushing on your brother's best friend since you were nine. You'd be crazy not to. Victor's the best thing to happen to the world since sliced bread.(Join Yuuri Katsuki on this pine-fueled high school adventure full of teen angst and astronomical fuckery.)

These are in no particular order, really, just a list of my fave Victuuri fics—some of which I think a little less well known (but idk). I’ve been sitting on this for SO LONG that some of the “lesser known” ones are huge now hahaha! I’ll probably make a page for this or something later.

I pulled the “genres” mostly from the tags, but basically winged it based on what felt right. Most fics rated as “Explicit” in this list have smut in them so keep that in mind, but I’ve made special annotations as need be. I’ve also mentioned if there are any significant side pairings.

I’ve added mini-reviews (kinda) as well, which are just my personal thoughts on a fic without getting too spoilery, but you can feel free to skip them.

Katsuki Yuuri is five foot eight, shy, and one of the most gorgeous and heartbreaking humans ever seen in Detroit.

In which Yuuri is Too Beautiful and Good and no one around him knows how to be chill about it. And thus, he unwittingly breaks a lot of hearts in Detroit. Set pre-series, it’s hilarious to see people lament over the sweet, lovely Katsuki Yuuri (long before we see poor Victor fall victim in-canon). Possibly part of a future series?

Just because Yuuri isn’t big on social media, doesn’t mean his fans aren’t.(aka a social media fic)

Basically the series seen through a social media lens. In other words, the social media reactions one would expect to see in-canon if we got a glimpse of it! It feels very realistic and even incorporates actual fandom discourse (e.g. early fan theories and shipping). A huge round of applause for the author for getting AO3’s formatting to still somehow feel like LJ threads, Tumblr posts, and so on! I’ve read this like a dozen times already and always laugh when I do because it feels sooooo meta.

Victor and Yuuri never outgrow their honeymoon phase and it’s amazing and perfect. Adorable domestic fluff with some great smut (kitchen sex!) in the middle. (It’s set post-canon.) Without a doubt I can say: A+++

4.) The Fundamentals of Caring by braveten (Status: Complete – 20.8k words ) – Explicit

“Let me guess, you’re going to go take care of Yuuri while he sleeps? Just in case he sneezes or something?” Yurio rolls his eyes, folding his arms across his chest. “Viktor, you’re whipped.”

Yuuri gets sick while in Russia (not post-series) and Victor tries to take care of him while simultaneously trying to be Chill about it—but a deliriously affectionate Yuuri makes that very difficult. Yurio is eventually recruited to help and he makes Victor’s job harder and easier at the same time, somehow. Very cute!

Hoooooo boy! This fic hits basically EVERY single one of my kink so well and honestly I’m grateful it exists. Criminally underrated because it’s so well written and even the dirty talk is A+. It’s technically part of a series but can also work as a standalone (but do yourself a favor and read the other fic in this series too!!!).

6.) Need by sub_textual (Status: Complete – 8.2k) – Explicit

Genres: Post-series, Smut, Semi-public sex

What stands before Viktor now isn’t at all the Yuuri that had stripped off his clothes in front of a hundred people. This is Yuuri, beautiful and blushing, shy in all the ways Viktor knows he isn’t, too embarrassed to express what he really wants. This is Yuuri, abandoning the clasp of Viktor’s pants, to slowly undo Viktor’s tie. This is Yuuri, desperate and needy, ripe and ready for the taking, and he’s all Viktor’s.

Takes place directly after the series, during the banquet. Victor and Yuuri sneak off to the bathroom and get frisky. This fic is hot, ok. There’s a slight dab of exhibitionism and some dom/sub which makes things more exciting!

7.) Jason's Master Plan (to dating the Cute Asian Guy) by Qwertzu (Status: Complete –  9.8k words) –  Teen

Genres: Post-series, Outsider PoV, Humor, Identity Reveal

Jason Hesling, young ice hockey prodigy, rising star of Detroit Ice Tigers and part-time model, had a smile that made women and men alike weak at their knees. It’s been a while since anyone managed to catch his attention – until he met the Cute Asian Guy at Detroit Ice Castle and decided to become his next boyfriend.

Meanwhile, the actual Ice Tiger™ is having the time of his life watching the pretentious JJ-wannabe trying to charm the pants off the completely oblivious, happily married Katsudon.

Hockey jock Jason tries his hardest to woo the “cute Asian guy at Detroit Ice Castle” but isn’t it too bad that said cutie is already happily married to someone else? If only if poor Jason knew.... This fic is honestly a riot and I had such a fun time reading it (and its follow-up fic). It seems to be part of a longer series and I eagerly await more installments! I guess I have a thing for Victuuri breaking everyone’s hearts by being so smitten with each other!

Alternate Universe

1.) Healthy Impropriety by mtothedestiel (Status: Complete – 29.5k words) – Explicit

Genres: Regency AU, Historical, Courtship

Victor is the wealthy master of the Nikiforov estate. At a society party he’s swept off his feet by the mysterious, suave, and very drunk Katsuki Yuuri. Victor aims to declare his love and secure Mr. Katsuki’s hand in marriage, but first he has to find him!

A legit Regency AU in which The Banquet happens Victorian-style and Victor, as always, falls head over heels for drunk Yuuri—who he then sets out to properly court. Victor is a rich, hopeless romantic and Yuuri is a sensible, normal guy trying to live his life. There’s lots of really cute, fluffy scenes between these two with a little bit of angst thrown in there to keep things interesting. It reads like a Jane Austen novel and has a lovely happy ending topped off with some smut!

2.) don’t want to be lonely just want to be yours by Linisy (Status: Incomplete) – Explicit

Genres: Idol AU, Slow Burn, Mutual Pining, Social Media, Alternating PoV

This time the flesh and blood Yuuri wasn't around to distract him, and he watched the video intently, hypnotized by the swing of Yuuri’s hips, the look in his eyes that burned with intensity and the strong, confident line of his shoulders. Yuuri was, as always, breathtaking.

Victor remembered their first meeting well. Yuuri was the last member to join the group. He was soft spoken, and he stood as if he were trying to make himself smaller, shoulders drawn inward, head tilted toward the ground, glasses slipping off his nose. Victor was surprised to hear that he was the second oldest behind Victor himself.

Everything changed the first time he saw him dance. - Vitya, Katsu, Yura, Beka and Chu make up the top idol group SVD. They've been through hell together, living in their tiny dorm and working toward the day they'd finally hit it big. That day has finally come, but sometime over the course of the past three years, Victor has fallen in love with Yuuri Katsuki.

An idol fic that’s full of social media shenanigans, glamour, and emotions. Based on KPop idol groups (like BTS), this fic is a such treat and I can’t even properly articulate why!!! Along with the humor, it’s also incredibly realistic regarding the hardships faced by idol groups due to the heavy restrictions placed on their personal lives by the company that “owns” them. It’s got the right mix of fun and angst and honestly I think about this fic every day. I can’t wait for more!!!!

3.) My Name on Your Lips by feelslikefire (Status: Complete – 108k words) – Explicit

Genres: Historical Fantasy, Magic, Arranged Marriage, Royalty, Alpha/Beta/Omega Dynamics

Yuuri Katsuki has been betrothed to the High King’s son, Victor, since he was just a child; furthermore, as an omega, he’s forbidden from practicing magic in combat. For years, he’s been able to put off the former because the Prince was traveling abroad, and gotten around the latter by practicing with his mentor in secret.

Now Victor Nikiforov has finally returned home, and Yuuri is being summoned to the capital for their wedding. He needs a plan to put off marriage long enough to find a way to break the betrothal, while keeping his practicing from being discovered.

If only the Prince didn’t have other ideas.

This is one of my personal favorites, featuring all my fave things: fantasy, magic, battles, intrigue, and a slow-burn! It does have A/B/O elements but even if that’s not your cup of tea you’ll enjoy this fic for all the other wonderful things it has to offer. The world building is great and the plot keeps you interested at all times. Never a dull moment and has a great mix of tension, fluff, angst, etc. Watch these two dorks fall deeply in love while also getting a fully fleshed-out story. It’s beautifully written.

4.)  Yuuri Enchanted by the__magpie (Status: Complete – 57k words)  – Teen

Genres: Fantasy, Fairytale, Slow Burn

At birth, Yuuri Katsuki was given the gift of obedience, although he quickly learns as he grows up that it is a curse. He has to obey any command given to him, even if it puts him or others in danger. Too afraid to face the terrifying outside world, Yuuri stays in his home town of Hasetsu, until a chance encounter with Prince Victor urges him to venture outside of his safe bubble. Determined to break his curse, Yuuri begins on an adventure involving fairies, ogres, true love, and courage he never knew he had.

An Ella Enchanted AU (based more on the book)! A great fairytale read even if you’ve never read the book (or seen the movie). I love it to bits and that’s all I can say!

5.) Retrouvailles by persephoneggsy (Status: Complete – 32k words) – Teen*

Genres: Historical, Childhood Friends, Friends-to-Lovers, Alpha/Beta/Omega Dynamics

After he presents as an Omega, Yuuri Katsuki is sent to study abroad for ten long years. When he returns, he’s far, far different from the adorable little boy that used to follow Victor around like a puppy.

Victor is shook.

A very sweet AU that has that regency-vibe. Features confident ballet dancer Yuuri and hopeless mess Victor. The Russian skating team is all one big family here and it’s great, while all the other skaters are dancers too. It has a shifting perspective between Victor and Yuuri, so we get to see what’s going on in both their heads. The A/B/O is pretty light apart from some plot details, so if that’s not your thing this fic is still very enjoyable. [*There is smut in the final chapter, which can be standalone/ignored, hence why the rating remains T overall.]

6.) A Place Like Home by whatsup_buttercup (Status: Complete -- 7k words) -- Explicit

Genres: Alpha/Beta/Omega Dynamics, Post-series, Emotional Hurt/Comfort

“Do you still skate, Yuuri?” It’s bold of Hiroshi to use his first name, but the familiarity makes sense, considering what they’re discussing.

“No,” Yuuri says, empty. “Not anymore.”

Hiroshi reaches out and puts his hand over Yuuri’s. It’s a little hot from the tea. “If you choose me, we have a rink nearby. I’ll make sure you can skate every day.”

This is a heartbreaking A/B/O in which Yuuri ended things with Victor in Barcelona and is now under pressure to find a suitable mate. Luckily, Victor hasn’t give up on them, no matter what Yuuri may think. It’s a lovely and achingly sweet story, and I was so happy by the end!!!

A unique fic in which Victor is Yurio’s biological father, while Yuuri is his adoptive one. Yuuri is struggling to make ends meet and support his child while Victor is a rich supermodel. The relationship between Yuuri and Yurio is so achingly sweet and it’s very easy to root for Yuuri in this fic. It’ll be great to see how Yuuri and Victor eventually become friends and then lovers—so that they all become one big happy family!

8.) Kings in Couture by slightlied (Status: Incomplete) – Teen

Genres:Slow Burn, Alternate Occupations, Fashion

a devil wears prada au in which victor is the editor-in-chief of a fashion magazine, yuuri’s his new secretary, and instead of talking about his feelings, victor just sends him on a bunch of errands 

A Devil Wears Prada­-esque AU which I stumbled upon and am SO grateful for. It’s funny, cute, and features the whole cast in various roles. Yuuri is adorable and Victor is glamorous as ever. It’s such a fun read!!!

9.) Assassin’s Tango by MEIXIU (Status: Incomplete) – Explicit

Genres: Assassins AU, Secret Identity

They are the world’s most greatest assassins. Their identities are a secret, even from each other. One day, however, they discover that they have been assigned to kill one another and their reality comes crashing down on them both.

This is basically a Mr. and Mrs. Smith AU and I’m super excited about it! Features Victor as a suave hitman who’s still a hopeless romantic, and Yuuri as a clever honeypot—who’s juggling his job, school, and his new whirlwind romance. Lots of hot scenes mingled with fluff. Impending angst on the horizon, but the promise of a happy ending keeps me from crying too hard!

10.) The Rules for Lovers by ADreamingSongbird (Status: Incomplete) – Teen

Genres: Urban Fantasy, Urban Magic, Arranged Marriage, Mutual Pining, Royalty, Multiple PoV

Prince Yuuri Katsuki has a duty to his country, above all else (his desires, his dreams, and his happiness included), and he knows this alliance will help to ensure the safety of his people. That’s the only reason he accepts Prince Nikiforov’s hand in marriage. The pleasant surprise, of course, is the part where they fall in love along the way. The unpleasant one, well…

That’s a long story.

It’s always a treat to watch these two dorks fall hopelessly in love with each other. They might be engaged, but the mutual pinging intense and heart-wrenching. The political intrigue is just as compelling as Yuuri and Victor’s evolving relationship. The story shifts between many character’s perspectives, keeping things interesting. (And there’s some side Mila/Sara too!)

11.) I Write Sins, Not Tragedies by cuttlemefish (Status: Incomplete) -- Explicit

Genres: Arranged Marriage, Social Media, Mutual Pining, Romantic Comedy, Fluff

Things would be a little easier if Yuuri wasn’t so in love with his husband Viktor, especially considering they have an arranged marriage. Two years after their wedding, Yuuri and Viktor are incredibly in love, but can’t seem to get over the hump of their platonic union to consummate their marriage! Good thing Yuuri is the most (in)famous erotic fanfiction author of the Love in the Streets fandom. Now, he’s got the support of the Internet to figure out how to seduce his husband, if only he can continue to keep their identities a secret. Or, the AU in which everyone thinks Yuuri and Viktor have the perfect marriage full of adventurous sex when, in fact, Viktor sleeps in the guest bedroom and Yuuri writes erotic fanfiction to quench his thirst.

This is a HILARIOUS fic and that’s all I can really even say without doing this work a grave injustice. It’s very well-written and there’s no angst like I thought there would be. Just extreme thirst!!! Can’t wait to see these two get their shit together eventually and work off all that pent-up sexual frustration.

12.) Like a Fairytale by lucyamui (Status: Complete – 73.4k words) – Teen

Genres: Historical, Fairytale, Royalty, Fluff

In which Prince Victor gets swept off his feet at a royal banquet and will go to any length to find his ‘Cinderella’ Yuuri. (And Phichit is the fairy godmother who has no idea what he’s doing)

A Cinderella story in which the Grand Prix Banquet happens, in its own fairytale way. This story features enthusiastic Prince Victor and timid baker/pâtissier Yuuri. Along with Phichit as the Fairy God Mother! It’s fluffy, cute, and has plenty of mutual pining.

13.) lie to make me like you by cityboys (Status: Complete – 80k words) – Mature

Genres:Slow Burn, Alternate Occupations

It’s become a game, of sorts, to anyone privy to the fact that the pattern exists in the first place: ask Victor out at the beginning of the month, date for however many days, and wait for the end to come and for Victor to say, always: I couldn’t fall in love with you. Let’s break up.

Or, Victor is a retired actor looking for love, and Yuuri happens to be the (un)fortunate soul to unwittingly ask him out at the beginning of the month. Except relationships don’t come with a script, and it’s much harder understanding love than roles.

This is a wonderful and sweet slow burn featuring a lost Victor who’s trying to find something he doesn’t know he’s searching for, and a Yuuri who refuses to follow the “script” Victor seems to unwittingly run his life by. Yuuri takes no shit from anyone and constantly keeps Victor on his toes with how surprising he can be. I love both of these two here and watching them fit into each other’s lives is a real treat!

14.) All Eyes on Me by Kizuna_Auri (Status: Incomplete) – Explicit

Genres: Sex Worker AU (Camming), Alpha/Beta/Omega Dynamics, Fluff, Smut

Yuuri, under the username of Eros, is a size queen omega who most certainly does not have an obsession with fellow camboy and legendary silver-haired alpha Aria. Just like Phichit is not the most meddlesome roommate known to man.

In which Yuuri and Victor are both camboys who happen to be fans of each other, and get set up to share their heat/rut for their audiences by their bffs and moderators, Phichit and Chris respectively. It’s surprisingly fluffy with alpha!Victor being a total sweetheart and omega!Yuuri being a shy bean who’s trying his best to keep up his Eros persona.This fic also highlights Yuuri’s insecurities and anxiety in a very realistic way and the difficulties than can come with being a camboy. The smut is intense and there’s plenty more plot on the horizon!

15.) The Promise of the World by pilindiel (Status: Incomplete) – Teen

Genres: Fantasy

When a self-conscious young man is cursed with an old body by a spiteful wizard, his only chance of breaking the spell lies with a self-indulgent yet insecure young wizard and his companions in his legged, walking castle.

The Howl's Moving Castle AU we all secretly wanted.

This is a straight up Howl’s Moving Castle AU!!!. Yuuri fits very naturally into the role of Sophie and Victor is a perfect Howl, but I assume we all knew that was the case already! It’s a very good read and has its own deviations from the source material to keep it feeling fresh.

16.)  (Don’t) Ring the Wedding Bells by cuttlemefish (Status: Complete – 45k) – Explicit

As (loosely) inspired by real life, this is the wedding reception AU (you didn’t ask for, but will get) in which Yuuri Katsuki catches the bride’s bouquet and (shortly after) gets smashed at a wedding reception, then dirty dances with his best friend, (sort of) seduces a (hot) platinum-haired trust-fund baby named Viktor, and ends up being hounded for his identity (by said trust-fund baby and his friends and family) on social media.

In which rich!Victor ends up getting woo’d by regular-guy!Yuuri at JJ and Isabella’s wedding reception and pulls out all the stops to find Yuuri again after he disappears. And does so in classic Victor style: as dramatically as possible. Meanwhile Yuuri’s just trying to live his life and forget the whole thing happened because of how embarrassing it was, but when you’ve basically become a meme, things get a little complicated. Still, Victor tries very hard to win Yuuri’s heart and Yuuri eventually finds that he’s very much in love. Naturally, there are some bumps along the way, but these two are made to last. It’s an overall fun AU that has its touching (and sexy) moments too! (May also be a part of a future series?)

For the past two years, Yuuri has been endlessly tormented by malevolent spirits. Just as he finds himself at the end of his rope, he meets Victor, an enigmatic man who possesses the ability to relieve him.

An AU in which both Yuuri and Victor have powers they don’t quite want, but find that the other might be what they need. Yuuri is a nervous ball of anxiety in this fic because of his ability to see ghosts, and Victor’s own ability leaves him generally isolated from people out of fear of getting too close to them. The whole concept is very unique and I absolutely adore cold(but kind)!Victor gradually warming up to Yuuri. Their interactions are great to read and get me every time!!!

In a tiny village on the edge of the kingdom, Yuuri Katsuki – common as mud Apothecary owner – embarks on a goal to achieve a childhood goal. With the help of the world’s greatest magical, he will achieve it.

A super cute fantasy AU that features Yuuri who’s a talented witch when it comes to potionmaking among other things, but is captivated by the powerful sorcerer Victor. Inspired, Yuuri tries to pursue a path of battlemagic, only to spectacularly fail and return to his home to live a quiet, humble life in his little apothecary. However, as fate would have it, Victor and Yuuri’s paths cross unexpectedly, and I can’t wait to see what adventures will unfold! Lovely world building and characterization.

Genres: Historical AU, Harem AU, Slow Burn, Angst

There were dozens of men and women in Tsar Victor Nikiforov’s harem, all of them attractive, ravishing, and beautiful. They wore provocative clothing, sweet smelling perfumes, and sparkling jewelry designed to catch the eye. All in hopes of being chosen by the Tsar for just one night.

Yuuri was the only one in the harem who didn’t want to be chosen. Yet, Yuuri was the only one the Tsar wanted.

I don’t usually read dark fics because I’m fairly sensitive and fragile, BUT! This one is amazingly well-written and evokes such powerful imagery that grips you and doesn’t let go. There’s an air of mystery here that is partly due to Yuuri’s limited perspective and also due to his unreliable-as-always narration, which the author uses masterfully. Even if you’re not a fan of dark fics, I suggest giving this one a go—it’s worth it. (Warnings for graphic descriptions of violence.)

After his disastrous Japanese Nationals, Yuuri turns to the only thing that can comfort him: his old fanfic. Halfway across the world, Victor does the same thing.

Just picked up this fic the other day! Yes the “self-insert fic” is super cringey, but of course that’s the point! It’s hilarious to see poor Yuuri despair at his old writing (because, well, relatable) and to be caught off guard by a sudden fan of his works. I wonder who else would be suddenly and intensely interested in the little Katsuki Yuuri/Victor Nikiforov ship in the figure skating “fandom,” haha! ;)

Mod Vitya: YAAAY I’m finally back home!!!! I didn’t get to do as much reading as would have liked but I did catch up on some updates!

A Change in Fate by Axlaida, Mature, 83k, WIP - OMG I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS FIC. I’m not usually one for angsty fics but I’m really loving this one. Fair warning though, it does deal with depression and attempted suicide but I love how caring Yuuri is in this fic.

Summary: Katsuki Yuuri is Death.

His entire existence, all he’s known is to guide humanity in the afterlife and ensure that the Universe keeps its balance. He tends to those who have died – helping their soul find peace and move on. Yuuri knows life and death, but he does not know what it means to be human.

Yuuri is a frugal college student and Victor is a rich CEO that likes to throw his money at Yuuri. It’s an interesting dynamic that makes for some pretty hilarious scenes at Yuuri’s expense.

Summary: Yuuri Katsuki is a college student struggling to pay rent, tuition, and just about everything else. When he sets up an account for a sugar daddy dating app, he doesn't expect anything to come out of it. Instead, he meets Victor Nikiforov, and so begins their walk on the fine line between their physical relationship and something more.

summary: canon divergence au where after coming last at the gpf, yuuri accidentally tells the press he thinks viktor is a hack. which, as it turns out, is totally viktor’s kink. 

status: 4 chapters posted, but i have the rest of it pretty well outlined

2. a covenant with a bright blazing star

summary: magical regency omegaverse, featuring the marriage of convenience between respectable lord yuuri katsuki and a scandalous trademan’s son viktor nikiforov. 

status: 5 parts posted. this is an experimental fic for me in that i’m not writing it in order and every section is posted as its own fic. i have a 6th section done and another 3 scenes in progress.

3. even sinners have hearts

summary: they’re criminals with powers who are madly in love. after 5 years of marriage, yuuri finds himself embroiled in danger and mystery when his telepath husband’s dark past come back to bite.

summary: yuuri katsuki is a burned spy out to clear his name. viktor nikiforov is his criminal ex-boyfriend. phichit and chris wish the two of them would get their shit together, there are international conspiracies to unravel.

status: three parts planned -- an undercover mission in a sex club, an adapation of that one burn notice ep where michael and bly get trapped in the bank robbery, and an adaptation of the first part of the season 4 finale with larry and brennan. i have the third pard mostly done, but it relies on the first two parts to make sense, and those are in the planning stages.

summary: viktor is very rich, very titled, and very beautiful, which is why, no matter how many times he asks yuuri to marry him, yuuri has to refuse. he likes viktor too much to ruin his life that way. doesn’t he?

Russian names: Виктор

Okay, first of all, Victor or Viktor? Either. Both.

It’s true that the Russian к is usually transliterated as k, but a lot of Russian tend to “translate” their names, making them more recognizable or just less Russian: Alisa becomes Alice, Georgi becomes George, Ekaterina becomes Kate and so on. So, changing just one letter in the middle to make it look nicer is no big deal. Just the other day I got an e-mail from a Russian “Victoria”. 

So, with the k/c it could be either, and whatever you’re spelling is fine. No consistency is fine, too, because he can have “Viktor” in his passport and still spell it “Victor” in everything that’s not an official document. 

The most frequently use diminutive (kind of ‘default’) for Viktor is Витя - Vitya. That’s how Victor, most probably, thinks of himself; that’s the equivalent of the English first-name basis: using second person singular pronoun (ты) and the ‘default’ diminutive. Most of Viktor’s friends and family call him that - we can see that that’s how Yakov refers to him canonically. I’m pretty sure Georgi and Mila call him that, too. 

Some Russian Viktors prefer ‘Vik’ as the diminutive. It’s not the way diminutives are made in Russian, but ‘Vik/Vic’ doesn’t sound odd, and instead sounds just a tiny bit foreign and very mature. I’m not sure Viktor Nikiforov would introduce himself as that, but he might (or might have, when he was younger), at least to someone who isn’t Russian.

Витька - Vitka - is a little dismissive. It’s a nickname for friends and siblings. I think Yurio might call him that. 

Витёк - Vitiok - is yet another slightly dismissive diminutive, more frequently used between classmates in middle school than anywhere else, unless the Victor in question prefers it for his nickname.

Витенька - Vitenka - is sweet and gentle, often used with little children. It’s the way a grandmother would call him, or a loving mother. It’s rather frequently used, so I won’t be surprised if a lover calls him that, but not all the time. It can also be used sarcastically: “Vitenka, darling, please stop doing this, it’s annoying!”

Витюша - Vitusha - is both gentle and a little bit dismissive, good for loving reprimands: “Vitusha, my dear, how many times do I have to tell you not to do that? Sweetheart, please stop it.” It’s also a nickname that can be used by mothers and grandmothers.

Other diminutives include Витечка, Витюля, Витюня, Витяша, Витюшенька and probably a lot more. They’re less frequently used than Витя, Витька and Витенька, but still used sometimes - some occasionally, some even as the “main” nickname.

People who, in English, aren’t on first-name basis with Viktor, in Russian would address him in second person plural (Вы) and call him Viktor. There’s no Russian equivalent for “Mr. Nikiforov” and no polite way to address someone by their last name, so with someone younger than 50 using just the first name is usually enough.

That’s unless you’re his student (not doubling as his boyfriend), future son/daughter-in law, a patient, a state official, or just want to be very respectful - in that case, you’ll have to use his name and patronymic: Viktor Yakovlevich (canon gave us no hint as to what his father’s name might be, so I’m just randomly using Yakov).

The patronymic derived from Viktor is Viktorovich for a son and Viktorovna for a daughter.

Beside the Dancing Sea by lily_winterwood and MapleTreeway:  Rating: Explicit, finished (13/13 chapters), words: 186584 This has to be my favourite fanfiction of all times. It is just everything you want a fanfiction to be and more: fluffy, sexy, emotional, funny, and creative.The story takes place in a fictional town in Scotland, Viktor is an author seeking for inspiration and Yuuri is a selkie. The setting is amazing, the characters are all beautifully portrayed, the writing is amazing, it is even multimedia, adding a nice touch to everything and it is overall just amazing and wholesome and an experience. Once you start reading, you don’t want to stop.

starstruck by shizuoh: Rating: Teen and Up Audiences, finished (18/18 chapters), words: 58955 An AU in which Viktor is a famous actor and single father of a young little boy named Yuri.Yuuri, who is a simple barrista, somehow ends up as the babysitter. A beautiful slow burn fanfiction with a lot of feels and dorks who are pining and and the sweetest little boy Yuri. One of the first fics I read after getting into the fandom and still one of my absolute favourites.

Rise Above the Tides by Kashoku: Rating: Explicit, finished (11/11 chapters), words: 34869 This fanfiction, my guys… It’s very angsty, dark (in the truest sense of the word) and sad. But it’s amazing and it won’t leave you alone after you start reading, you just want to know how it goes on and you really want to hug the heck out of poor boy Yuuri. The story revolves around Yuuri who becomes blind after an accident and how he has to deal with his new disability… which isn’t good. It’s gonna be okay, though.

It Doesn’t Have to be a Lie by Recesskup: Not Rated, unfinished (20/? chapters), words: 54986 This fanfiction is set in a College AU and is about Dance major Yuuri who has a raging crush on Photography major Viktor and accidently tells his parents that Viktor is his new boyfriend and will come with him to Japan. To his surprise Viktor is willing to visit Yuuri’s family and pretend they’re in a relationship. Overall just really fluffy and cute, mostly two dorks who are pining over each other with a little bit of angst as well. Tu meum Animum by bratinella: Rating: General, unfinished (13/? chapters), words: 47879 My favourite Hogwarts AU out there. Unfortunately I don’t know if the story will be continued, but it’s either way worth to read it. It’s about a certain Russian Slytherin boy who is pining over a certain Japanese Gryffindor boy and how they become friends and very slowly even more than that. But there is also the Triwizard Tournament which is making things a little bit more dificult, for Viktor at least.

What happens in Vegas Stays In Vegas by Gayson: Rating: Teen And Up Audiences, finished (4/4 chapters), words: 21525 The most hilarious bachelor party. In Vegas. Honestly, I laughed so hard while reading this fanfiction. All of our boys are really drunk and do some really stupid things, but they have the time of their lives. Also Viktuuri wedding, what more do you want?

More Than He Bargained For by Follow Your Dreams: Rating: Explicit, unfinished (15/20 chapters), words: 60838 My guys. I’m hooked since I started to read this fanfiction and I always wait anxiously for the next update, because it is that good. Because Yuri has done something wrong his parents sent him to the Altins in hope that their son Otabek maybe is a good influence on him. Lots of feels, lots of fluff, lots of moments in which you just want to hug them and tell them they will be okay. There is some angst going on, but at the same time it just. So. Sweet. My heart.

Wolves of the Wilderness by NinjaMatty: Rating: Teen And Up Audiences, unfinished (33/? chapters), words: 127277 This story is set in a dystopian future in which Otabek is a citizen who knows he has to die, because he is seen as useless for the society due to his unability to have children. Someday his doctor Viktor Nikiforov appears at his doorstep and leaves him with a blond, wounded boy…. This story leaves you on edge the whole time you read it. It is something so entirely different from everything I’ve read so far and you could easily think this was a real novel. Beside the amazing plot with a lot of unexpected twists and turns, it’s also the most bitter-sweet slow burn ever. Hashtags by abrandnewheart: Rating: Teen And Up Audiences, one shot, words: 7192 This fanficition devasted me. This is the saddest shit you’ll ever read, probably. No, really, it is amazing and I loved it, but it’s just very sad. So if you’re in the mood for a little heart break and a few tears, than go ahead and read this. For a little twist is this not an AU, but canon compliant if I remember correctly and is based on Otabeks unrequited love towards his best friend.

Not your usual love story by arcsinx: Rating: Explicit, unfinished (18/? chapters), words: 62034 Not gonna lie, this fic is very smutty and full of sexual tension. But I really like the idea of Model!Yuri and DJ!Beka and how it’s portrayed. I really love their dynamics here and also Gentleman!Otabek. I have a great weakness for Otabek being a gentleman, to be honest (and so does Yuri). Six Kinds of Love by Frilly_Axolotl: Rating: Explicit, unfinished (13/? chapters), words: 50920 I put it to the Otayuri fraction of this list, because Viktuuri already has so many fics, haha. This fanfiction is really dark and if you are interested, please read the tags beforehand. There might be some triggering things… The story is set in a world in which slaves are legal and the Yuris have been slaves of two terrible men until they are rescued by Viktor Nikiforov. The story is very interesting. It shows the process of the Yuris to adjust to the new situation, which isn’t abusive anymore and their new masters Viktor and Otabek, who both insist that they aren’t really their masters. Needless to say, it’s very angsty and not very fluffy or romantic.

sea town by dolcette: Rating: Mature, one shot, words: 1682 This is a short and sweet fanfiction about our boys going on vacation, but way better put into words. This one is more about the feeling and the atmosphere of the story than the actual plot itself. The writing is beautiful and poetic.

The day L publicly challenged Kira on television, B breaks out of prison. This is the chance for revenge he’s been waiting for. 

A normal afternoon of errands ends in disaster when felons have kidnapped Soichiro, Light, and other civilians as hostages. Will father and son be able to stop their crime spree and free the prisoners?

Nobody has a worse first day of medical school than Light Yagami. Imagine moving in to find that your roommate is an insufferable, sloppy insomniac who calls himself 'L’. Otayuri? That’s still a thing?

I’ve had a few people ask me why I’m still so into OtaYuri as a concept even after all that’s come out from Kubo over the past few weeks. And to that I ask, How can you not be, unless you just flat out don’t ship them (even in a friendship dynamic)?

Let me be real with you, Yurio has become my most favourite new character in a long time. In this case, as my son, my shining star, my baby child (aka i’m not attracted to him and don’t want to read content shipping a generic reader with him) and I have no interest in “in canon” time fics / content that sexualizes him in any way. He’s 15. /serious.

However, there’s so much more to this than meets the eye, but because I’ve become so intrigued with Yurio, I’ll be approaching this when considering him, and how I feel about his character.

Like so many people, I find Yurio intriguing because he’s so closed off to interaction with others. He reserves that for people he deems worthy (a common athletic thread). Except, in every situation, in every relationship he has, he has a diverse history with that person. Except... guess who? Otabek.

His agape for his Grandfather is simple. It’s true familial love based on trust.

His attachment to Viktor (and Yuuri, now that season 1 has finished) is simple. Their friendships have grown and evolved since Yurio was literally a baby child looking up to Viktor with reverence until the fall from grace. With Yuuri he has a type of rivalry based friendship that has built slowly over the season.

You can tell in every agape scene that his relationships are so important to Yurio, whether they be rivalries or genuine philia.

There is so much potential to put athletes like Yurio who are completely and utterly dedicated to their sport on the ace/aro spectrum. My personal headcanons are that Yurio is very strongly demisexual and demiromantic. Not that he would be able to recognize it within canon in the headspace that he’s in, after just winning his first GPF (or maybe even at his age).

His affection towards others is nuanced, there has to be a certain amount of trust there to be able to feel that affection. Even rinkmates that he has skated with for years he may not even feel that for (see: Georgi, Mila, etc.)

With Otabek, however, he becomes part of Yurio’s agape within DAYS. That’s not to say that they’re even best friends by the end of season one, but it’s obvious that he felt a strong connection to him immediately.

And that’s understandable, in the context of their friendship, what little baby Yurio needs emotionally is simplicity. Because he doesn’t have the time for anything but what he deems worth his time (and that’s skating and the people he truly cares for). Not to mention how standoffish Otabek is characterized until he becomes friends with Yurio, but he needs some character development come season 2 before I can analyze him in that way.

But there is so much opportunity for, as Yurio gets older and more mature mentally, for him to build his feelings for others. Who doesn’t love friends to best friends to more than friends? It’s such a pure concept, especially in cases where no matter what happens in the context of the romantic relationship they will remain friends and emotional allies.

In a show where the main couple gets together and is dedicated to each other within weeks (in terms of what’s presented to the viewer) with no friendship phase, there is something so endearing about this being a contrasting view that you can have.

That’s why you saw so many people freak out over the Davai thing during the last two episodes. 

Because it’s so simple compared to the passionate and divisive relationship that Viktor and Yuuri have. They are together, and they are engaged. No matter the ups or downs they may face in terms of skating, they have that relationship to consider.

There’s so much more than meets the eye with these two because they’re so closed off to others (compared to the main couple, Yuuri and Viktor, who have lots of friendships and levels of acquaintances that they feel varying levels of affection and brotherly and familial love for). 

So please, don’t shut Otayuri down because within the context of the show it won’t be at the same level as Viktuuri (unless some magic happens with the timeline). It’s such a pure idea for so many people, and I think that’s what a lot of people need right now. To share my true feelings, I think it’s cute, and an interesting concept for puppy or pining love within canon based content, AND future AU best friends to boyfriends.

No matter what happens season 2, they will be friends. And friendship is exactly what they both need.

Agape and Eros: A YoI Fanfic

The Grand Prix Finals were over. Yuri Plisetsky had taken first place, Yuuri Katsuki finished in second, and Jean-Jacques Leroy was the bronze medalist. Life seemed to be easier for everyone, as the rigorous ice skating season had ended. But this was no excuse to halt training; in fact, training was just about to start up again.

Yuuri Katsuki travelled back home to Hasetsu, with a surprising amount of confidence and poise in his step. Well, perhaps that was because he had newly-found boyfriend Victor Nikiforov next to him, but that's no matter. He stepped off the shiny white tram and onto the brownish pavement that stretched wide and far. Fans awaited and surrounded him!

"Out of my way, coming through," came a familiar voice. Minako burst through the swarming fans and lunatics and twirled her way next to Yuuri and Victor, spreading out her well-done pink banner. It read: "WELCOME HOME VICTUURI!"

Yuuri blushed. "Minako..." was the only thing he could mutter after seeing a ship name of him and his newly found love. It had been only a few months, but Victor made him feel...special. He made him feel less anxious, less sad, less scared of the world and what it had to throw at him. It was something so beautiful and precious to Yuuri. He never wanted to let that go. He wanted him to stay close to him forever. Yuuri looked over at his fiance, and he was...signing autographs?!

"Aha, thank you very much! Ahahahaha!" Victor was taking selfie after selfie with fan after fan.

"Victor..." Yuuri sighed. "We have reservations, remember?"

Victor nodded. "Of course, my pork cutlet bowl." Victor turned back to the adoring fans. "We will see you all later!"

Ugh, crap. That's right, there was a meet and greet later that day. Yuuri hoped that it would be over as soon as possible. Yuuri was never great with the fans, and always felt uncomfortable around them. Why would someone want HIS autograph and picture? He wasn't special...

Victor wrapped his arm around Yuuri. "We're off!" Victor and Yuuri made their way through the crowd and, after quite a walk, they made their way to the place they called home: Yuuri's home. They opened the door slowly and suddenly...POP, POP, POP!

"Welcome hooooooome!" His parents, Minako, Mari, Yuko, Nishigori, Axel, Lutz, Loop, and Minami had planned a surprise party for the two. Yuuri practically went into a state of shock at the surprise.

"Ahahaha! This is all so wonderful," yelled Victor.

"I'm so glad to be home," announced Yuuri.

The room was brightly lit and decorated with skating decor, Yuuri's face, and general confetti everywhere. Yuuri knew his parents weren't the greatest party planners, but he was happy with what he had. They had always cared for him no matter what, and he hadn't really had...that talk with his parents about his feelings for Victor.

"Let the party commence!" His parents shouted so loud the neighbors could probably hear. They turned on some party music and, albeit embarrassing, they just wanted their son to have a pleasant time. They hoped he would like the surprise that was coming.

Victor took Yuuri's hand. "Come on, Yuuri, let's dance," whispered the sexy Russian skater. "I'd love to see your moves on the dancefloor again..."

Yuuri reddened again, but accepted. He and Victor hit the dancefloor, hoping that his sloppy dancing would not embarrass Victor too much. Victor held him close as they danced. Yuuri's heart beat faster and faster until it match the beat of the up-tempo song that was playing. Just to think that a year ago, he was only idolizing this boy, and they had just talked for the first time in an airport about a fan photo together. Now, they were dancing together after being engaged and winning the silver medal at the Grand Prix Finals together. There were so many unanswered questions about there future. However, one was answered in the next few seconds.

"Did someone want a party?!" A familiar voice met the ears of the two skaters, and they knew it was their favorite Swiss skater. Christophe Giacometti walked through the doors of the Katsuki household, alongside his mystery boyfriend. Chris never told anyone about him, but everyone knew he was there...

"Chris! I can't believe you're here!" Victor went up to give Chris a hug. The two had been friends for a long time, and Chris idolized Victor the same way Yuuri did. Chris's face lit up.

"Oh! I almost forgot! I'll be back in a minute!" Chris ran back to the outside, as Yuuri awaited whatever Chris had to offer. Surprisingly enough, Chris wasn't the next person to enter through the door.

"No, Fluffykins! Don't crawl into my pants! Ugh, being a mother is hard," said a slender 20-year-old Thai skater to his hamster.

"P-Phichit! You're here!" Yuuri was in shock.

"Hi Yuuri! I thought I would come down and surprise you! I've already made my rounds back in Southeast Asia, and now I want to travel the world before the Four Continents," exclaimed Phichit.

"That's a great goal to strive for, Phichit. I'm so glad you're here," said Yuuri. Chris returned, with a silver rod in his hand. "What is that, Chris," questioned Victor.

Chris placed the rod on the floor, and pressed a tiny button on the back. Suddenly, the rod expanded, larger and larger, thicker and thicker, until it reached the ceiling. Chris shook it a bit, making sure it was stable, and then immediately ripped his clothes off.

"Who's ready for a show," announced Chris.

Chris started twirling on the pole like a madman, as if he'd been doing it his whole life. Mystery Boyfriend stared in amazement, cheering and hollering, and the others joined in. Yuko and Nishigori covered the little one's eyes, however. Suddenly, outside, a quarrel was audible.

"I don't wanna goooo!"

"Yuri, it'd be a fun surprise. They would enjoy it, and so will you."

"How do you know?"

"Yuri, please. I want to see you smile."

"I have smiled befor--"

"And not just because you have a gold medal around your neck."

A pause was heard in the argument outside.

"Fine."

The two figures emerged and stepped through the doorway. Otabek Altin and Yuri Plisetsky were now in the Katsuki household, too.

"Welcome!!!" Yuko ran up to the blonde Russian skater and gave him a big hug. "I'm so glad you're here!"

"BORK! BORK!" Makkachin rushed up from behind Minami and started licking "Yurio" ferociously. Otabek let out a light giggle.

"Aaah!" Yurio had never been so surrounded by love for him in such an intimate way, except for when he was around his grandpa. Despite his rough attitude, he liked the atmosphere. Plus, he could always find the leopard print sweaters for so cheap around here, anyways. It definitely wouldn't be the same without his newly-found friend, either.

And so the party went on. Chris swung on the pole like no tomorrow, the kids had too much cake, Minami fangirled over everyone there, Yuuri's father had a little too much sake, and everyone had a good time. Everyone was ready to pack it in and call it a night, until Yuuri got a rather brilliant idea. "Hey, why don't you all stay for the night?"

Everyone looked at the Japanese ice dancer. Yuuri froze, hoping no one would laugh at him. Suddenly, a crisp voice came from behind him that he had grown to love.

"That's a great idea, Yuuri," said Victor.

Besides Yurio, everyone agreed and the slumber party was a go! Otabek took Yuri aside.

"I think this can be a great way for you to bond more with the others," said Otabek. "You've always wanted more friends, right?"

"What does that have to do with anything," bit back the angry smol kitten boy.

"Please, Yuri? I'll even make you my special Muffin Monsters." Otabek smiled at the smaller skater and held back every ounce of romantic love that he had for him.

"...fine. But only if you make the Muffin Monsters," said Yurio. He smiled back at Otabek, genuinely.

One batch of muffin monsters later, Yuri was digging in. "I love muffin monsters!"

Otabek laughed for a bit. "You're welcome."

Yuri looked back at the Kazakh skater, shyly thanking him for his efforts. "Um...Beka?"

Otabek looked back, noting the cutesy nickname Yuri had given him. "Yes?"

Yuri sighed, looking down at the muffin. "I really like...Muffin Monsters...in fact, I wouldn't mind...if I spent a lot more time with them..."

Otabek was beyond confused, but decided to proceed. "O...kay?"

Yuri looked aside. "I may eat them and chew them up and spit them out a lot, and I might mistreat them sometimes, but...I hope that you don't misinterpret that for hatred. I really appreciate y--the Muffin Monsters."

Otabek smiled at the cute analogy Yuri was giving. Otabek walked up behind Yuri and hugged him. "Thank you."

Yuri felt that unconditional love he had desired for so long. He wondered if any man would love him due to his hostile nature. He worried...until he met this boy. He accepted him for who he was, and Otabek admired him and looked out for him more than anyone had, perhaps even more than his grandfather. He pushed him to be a better person, and he couldn't be more grateful. He finally felt...agape.

One level upstairs, however, another situation was unfolding. Victor had insisted that the skaters stay in Yuuri's room in order for it to be a true slumber party. While Phichit and Chris relaxed in the sauna, Yuuri and Victor did their best to clean up the place. Victor landed upon a box in his room and looked in, wanting to know more about Yuuri's childhood. He saw posters, but what were they of? He pulled one out...it was like looking in a mirror. Literally. He turned around to Yuuri, holding the poster.

"Tell me, Yuuri, do you think I look fat in this one?"

Yuuri turned around, not knowing what he was talking about. He laid eyes on the poster, and the skater's adrenal glands nearly exploded. "Victor! D-Don't look in that box!" Yuuri was beyond embarrassed, snatching the poster out of Victor's hands and placing them back into the box that he was now guarding with his life.

Victor laughed. "You don't have to hide anything from me, Yuuri. You can trust me." Victor walked closer and closer to Yuuri, their bodies an inch from each other.

Yuuri was practically sweating bullets. "B-But what if you think..."

Victor looked at Yuuri, his expression turning rather serious. "I would never think anything less of you, Yuuri Katsuki. Ever." Victor stared at Yuuri for a bit.

Yuuri had to break the silence. "...and I wouldn't think anything less of you, Victor. But..."

As he said the word, Victor grabbed the homophone for the word he just uttered. Yuuri let out a gasp so loud the couple below could almost hear.

"Hopefully that was better than Chris," Victor said quietly.

Yuuri froze, not knowing exactly what to do. Victor leaned over him, just as he had a week before at the Barcelona ice rink. Yuuri closed his eyes, turning red as a tomato, trying to hold back what he truly wanted to do to this man.

"What are you thinking?" Victor looked intensely at Yuuri, as if looking into his soul.

Yuuri's eyes widened. Something snapped in his head, and he finally understood. Victor was waiting for this. Yuuri was tired of being nervous, being unsure of himself. The one man who has inspired him so much, when he was and was not in his life, was perched right on top of him. He had to take this chance. He finally did not care if he was judged. He had broken past the anxiety that had been built-up for years. He felt...comfortable. Yuuri brought all of his force forward, leaning into Victor, kissing him passionately and wrapping his arms around his neck simultaneously. Victor couldn't take the force, and he stumbled back a little, eyes wide open. His eyes slowly closed and he embraced Yuuri in their passionate meeting. Their lips released.

"...I had a feeling." Victor chuckled a bit, laying on Yuuri's bed.

Yuuri smiled back at him. "Thank you."

Victor patted the portion of the bed he didn't occupy. "God, he looks cute in his pajamas," thought Yuuri. Yuuri took his place on the bed. He turned to Victor, wrapping his arms around him. "Stay close to me," he said firmly.

Victor nodded, as he locked lips with Yuuri. Yuuri and Victor rolled around for a bit, as Victor and Yuuri's tongues met for the first time. Yuuri had felt that spark that he felt back in China, when Victor kissed him for the first time. He knew this was right. Suddenly, he felt Victor's hands slide up his shirt, and his lips traveled further down to his neck. Yuuri let out a tiny moan.

"Yuuri Katsuki..." Victor removed his lips from Yuuri's neck and looked up at him. "I love you."

Yuuri smiled back at him, not caring what his anxiety had to say about the situation. "I love you too, Victor."

Yuuri Katsuki had overcome his anxiety for the first time in his life. It was all thanks to this man that he saw in front of him. He cared for Yuuri so much, and he knew that. He knew that, no matter what happened, Victor would never leave his side. Tonight, for the first time, he felt that anxiety slip away, and he felt sexual passion. He felt...eros.
