I’m so glad I’ve reached the part of my life where instead of being concerned about how much I care for one specific thing, I have just fully leaned into the hyperfixation phase of whatever I have going on.

People who denounce the chantry bombing are soooo boring. What you don't like the fantasy catholic church exploding a little? It's not fun for you? Get a personality.

While I always appreciate the heads up of impending chaos and the general, "It'll work out fine in the end," I do sometimes briefly question why all the chaos first?
I suppose life would be boring if it were calm and easily predictable.

this year my challenge for everyone is to unlearn the association between love and morality. love is not something that is inherently morally good, and the absence of love is not something that is inherently bad. sex without love isn't morally bankrupt, it's just an action. people without love aren't less kind or less good, they're just people. when we can get past this false (and often unnoticed) dichotomy of good love/evil lovelessness then i think we are going to be able to take leaps and bounds in sex positivity, aro advocacy, certain discussions of mental health...

Every time i tell people i buy groceries every 14 days they seem shocked by this and tell me they buy groceries every day or several times a week.
That in turn blows my mind, as someone who couldn’t possibly hate buying groceries more than i do, i can’t imagine doing it that often.
Bonus if you tell me in the tags how you feel about shopping for groceries. Do you hate it with a passion like me? Feel indifferent to it, just another chore? Or do you somehow love it?
