but i gotta piece to say and me saying it on my blog won't really make it to your ears so.

my friend rc is an amazing person. he really is.

he tries so hard to be a good person and he is. he is kind hearted and listens to people. he gives his friends everything he can and receives just as much love. he's an amazing friend; hes funny and intelligent as all get out. he is fun to be around and has the most insightful advice you can ask of anyone. he's passionate about his interests. he throws himself wholly into the things he loves and it is so beautiful to see. he truly genuinely is one of the most real people you will ever meet. and i am truly, truly blessed to have his friendship in my life.

and it makes me mad, jayce, that you have seen him as someone to use. that you have the audacity to take my friend's identity and pretend to be him. you cannot begin to comprehend the amazing kind of person rc actually is. just because an online figure has a very private life does not mean you have right to pretend to be him.

it's devastating to watch him hurt and try to figure out how to navigate being stalked and used; it infuriates me. and i gotta know: for what purpose? for clout?

Original Art - Amazing Spider-Man Marvel Masterworks Pin-Up (Unpublished)

This extraordinary, large ('twice-up') Steve Ditko Spider-Man Pin-Up artwork was illustrated during the master artist's classic Silver Age run on the character he famously co-created and illustrated between 1962 and 1966. The enormous, iconic image of Spider-Man striking an ideal pose was initially created for publication as one of the Marvel Masterworks pin-ups that ran periodically in the early Amazing Spider-Man monthly issues and annuals published during the Ditko era. Notes at the top of the art board include "Well done Steve" and "HOLD FOR FUTURE!", indicating that after Ditko illustrated it, the artwork was put into inventory for use at a later date. There is strong evidence that in 1966, a copy of this artwork was reworked by another artist (possibly Marie Severin) with some alterations and then published as one of the 6-foot "life-sized" posters of different Marvel characters that were sold as a set that year (see fourth image below). Evidence supporting this includes a note on the right side of the artwork that says "5 1/2 FEET HIGH BM-MATTE" (see second image below). Also supporting this is the similarity of the pose between the original artwork and the published poster. In the published poster, the right arm and left leg were repositioned and some additional inking was added. The image was tilted about 20 degrees to the left.

Hi, just wondering how many Astarion confessions are there in queue? I made a confession about acsending him just so he could impregnate me about a week ago. I don't know if it successfully submitted though.

Worry not, I see it in the ask box so it looks like it did go through, unless someone else sent a similar confession.

We've been getting a lot of asks like this lately, so this next part is addressed to everyone: patience, grasshoppers. <3 More often than not, your confession did go through. But as it says in the pinned post, there are over 720 confessions in the inbox, 12-30 are posted a day (aside from 69 on Thursdays), so that means the wait is roughly 4.5 - 5 weeks to see your confession posted after sending it. Such is the nature of these blogs, we have 1,300 followers and receive new confessions constantly. Dirtybg3confessions has 2000+ unpublished confessions and a many months-long wait. Even with two confession blogs in the fandom, we can barely keep up with the thirst! (not that I'm complaining)

I promise I receive them and intend to post them; it just takes time to get through them all in chronological order. In the meantime, enjoy all the other wonderful confessions that get posted here daily!

So my StelleFly series (AFoLiS for short) is at around 30-40 pages now including a bunch I haven't released yet, and lying in bed last night I was just divinely struck with The Plot of the story, so uhh buckle up we're gonna be here a while.

And god forbid Hoyo does the unthinkable, I've got a whole side story planned ready to go if I need to drag her back from the dead. The roots of it are already planted in what I've written just in case.

Any tips for transitioning from writing solely fanfic to writing original fiction? It feels so daunting!

nice and tricky question because I started as an original fiction writer, I wrote a whole ass book (read: a very very unpublished stack of loose paper sitting in my office) and was still intimated as hell to start fanfics. Truthfully, I’m a lazy fanfic writer, too. They’re stress relievers and writing warmups and a way to test style, etc etc. I depend a lot on source material and insanity and obsessive love for characters I didn’t need to make up myself to keep momentum to finish projects— obviously if you’re already writing fanfics then you have the ideas and skill to write whatever the hell you want! At the end of the day, and this is cheesiest thing I can fucking say, you just need to love writing and maintain confidence in your work!

If you’re looking to start a career writing a friend of mine suggested that I start small, submit to indie mags and poetry blogs what have you, just get your name out there! you might not make any money this way baby lmao for both of my short stories I was paid $150 total (Dog Days of a Blind Cottonmouth two parts 12k $120 + First Hard Frost 6k $30). I’ve gotten a feel of working with editors, writing baby query letters, accepting rejection, and the deep satisfaction of holding my physical story in my hands :’) Submitting original work can be daunting as hell too! but what’s the worse they can do? say no? no big deal, print that letter out, pin it to your wall, and let it fuel you until you are accepted— keep hunting for the right place to publish, you will find a home for your work, both stories above are about girl’s messy feelings about their rape/rapists and I was lucky to find a mag/editor who’s super supportive of what I was trying to do (after I submitted to 11 other magazines)

Lots of new followers on here- twitter exodus? In light of that I figured I'd say hi and make a new pinned post.

I'm Logan and I draw sci-fi and fantasy stuff for a living. I plan to keep posting on here, but if you're burnt out of social media I have a website with a bunch of my drawings as well as an email newsletter that goes out once a month and isn't too spammy. You can keep up with my drawings without ever having to log into social media again! I also have a Patreon where I post previews of upcoming projects and a whole backlog of exclusive, unpublished art. If you want to toss me a dollar/month on there, it all goes towards to good cause of taking my wife out on dates to the diner.

I try to answer all the asks I get on here- more quickly if it's a real question, less quickly if it's a shitpost (I'll probably still get to you eventually though). I also run a sideblog with mostly cool art and other stuff I think is neat.

Mayblade day 13: Affection

An excerpt from my unpublished Beyblade fanfic 'In the mood of Love'.

Pairing: Kai/Hil

Hiromi was leaning against the walled garden wall, sipping on champagne from the flute when she heard slow footsteps on the gravel footpath. Thinking it might be one of her cousins, she said;

“Tell mum, I am not hungry. And If I will be, I will eat later”

When no reply came, she finally looked up and saw the last person she was expecting; Kai was standing a few feet away from her in a three piece dark blue suit, a white rose pinned in the lapel of his coat. He looked incredibly handsome.

“Well if isn’t the love of my life” Hiromi drawled, lips breaking in a cynical smile.

“So glad you could make it”

Kai let out a derisive snort at this. Her tone was far from it.

“We both know that’s not true,” Kai said as he sauntered towards the brunette, hands tucked in his pants pockets.

“But it is!” Hiromi insisted “ Rumiko would have bite my head off with her whining if you hadn’t come”

Kai didn’t say anything further. Something else caught his attention.

“You are wearing a different dress,” Kai commented, remembering the pink coral dress which Hiromi showed to him two months ago. That dress was pretty. But it was no match to the viridian one which Hiromi was wearing now.

“I was feeling rebellious for once,” Hiromi said, now rotating the flute to catch the light from the setting sun. Curious to see whether the low beams would make the champagne more golden.

Hiromi was about to ask his opinion about her look; what he thought of it and whether she looked beautiful? but decided against it. It didn’t matter. Besides, he was going to give her a clipped, rehearsed answer anyway. So she settled for another question.

“Why are you here?”

“Because I know you don’t like being around people. You were never the one to keep up appearances. You were never the one to care about others' opinions…”

“Sure your absence would have caused a scene, but you would have been least affected by it…” Hiromi then drew in her breath to steady herself. She suddenly had this urge to throw the glass on a gravel path. She could have. But what if a small animal stepped on a fragment in the dark? Someone else paying the price for her bitterness. It just wasn’t right.

“Insolent people saying mean things doesn’t hurt. Because that’s how they are…” Kai began.

Where was Kai going with this?

“But if it’s coming from someone who’s good-hearted, it sure does sound rude”

Kai sighed before answering Hiromi’s question; “I came here just to look at you. But now…”

“I want to talk to you, have coffee with you and maybe kiss your forehead. Because I missed it”

“You missed my forehead?” Hiromi asked warily. She wasn’t impressed.

“Terribly” Man, he really was shameless.

But maybe she was more shameless than him, for after a minute, Hiromi ran her hand through her hair, bringing her fringes up, so now her skin was exposed.

Hiromi closed her eyes, when she felt a pair of cold but soft lips pressing on her forehead tenderly.

Once.

Twice.

Then thrice.

Huh, he wasn’t lying then.

But then again, she missed this too.

I actually cheated a wee bit today and stolen an extract from one of my currently unpublished wips ;)

‘What’s wrong, baby?’ Jean murmured softly as Jeremy writhed beneath him. Jean was teasing him, and Jeremy let out a frustrated huff of Jean’s name. Jean knew exactly what Jeremy needed. ‘You want me to be mean, is that it?’ 

Jean already knew the answer, and before Jeremy had even finished nodding Jean slapped him across the face, hard and intent. 

‘Fuck,’ Jeremy gasped, arching helplessly up, and Jean bit back a groan as it forced him deeper into Jeremy. He managed to hold himself still as Jeremy went back to wriggling against him, trying desperately to fuck himself down onto Jean’s dick. ‘Fuck, Jean, please.’

Jean just pinned one large hand against Jeremy’s hip, holding him down, and reached with the other to roughly grab hold of Jeremy’s chin. ‘Open your mouth,’ Jean commanded, and Jeremy obediently did as he was told, eyes falling closed as he opened his mouth with his tongue pressed down, giving Jean full access to him. Jean tightened his grip and leaned in close, spitting into Jeremy’s mouth. ‘Swallow.’ 

Jeremy once more did as he was told, and when he opened his eyes again his gaze was hazy and unfocused, his pupils almost eclipsing the ocean-blue of his irises. He looked up at Jean with such blatant adoration that Jean had to hold himself back from smothering him in kisses and sweet words of affection. It was something else his love needed from him right then, and Jean was only too happy to provide. 

‘Slut,’ Jean hissed, right against Jeremy’s ear, while at the same time grabbing hold of Jeremy’s thighs and grinding into him, unforgivably hard, exactly where he knew Jeremy needed.

Just wondering if you've a large backlog of confessions? Saw you wanted more woman confessions and I've submitted a few a while back, but none of them have been published, so not sure if you've just not gotten to them or if they've been eaten by tumblr.

You can check our pinned post to see roughly how many unpublished confessions are in the inbox. I say roughly, because we're frequently getting more, and some of the messages are just questions/screenshot submissions.

But let's say 470 is the highest estimate currently, and I post 12 - 30+ confessions a day (on average about 20). So with 20 confessions a day, it would take roughly 23 days to see your confession posted if you send one in right now. Within that time, we'd also have 1 or 2 character appreciation days where 69 confessions are posted each, and if you made a confession about that character, it could be posted earlier.

If the wait gets too insanely long, I might eventually recruit volunteers to make confessions and increase our posting volume for a bit. I'm hesitant to bring in any mods, because they'd need admin privileges to view the inbox, which would be giving enough power to destroy the blog to what are essentially strangers, even if they seem really cool it feels kinda... like a risky idea? Idk man, I've seen some crazy shit happen in all my years on tumblr.

Tumblr does occasionally not display messages, but eventually corrects itself if I refresh the page frequently. It doesn't seem like any are getting permanently deleted, but tumblr isn't exactly a well-designed site, so who knows. Hopefully not!

Outside of character appreciation days, all confessions are posted in chronological order, more or less. The only reason a confession might get delayed is if it requires a lot of labor in getting a specific screenshot I don't have, or if I'm feeling on the fence about whether it breaks any of the rules.

Hope that clears things up! I'm sure your confessions will be posted in due time, so keep checking. :)
