She smiled politely and went back to sit down as other students scattered into the classroom, Zoe liked sitting alone, she liked having personal space & being able to listen thoroughly to what he was teaching without any distractions. However it was slowly becoming difficult for her despite the personal space.

She was currently auditioning for the main role within swan lake for a Ballet show & one of her classmates Nina was also auditioning for the tole, Nina was a competitive girl and this meant she would be making Zoe’s life hell for as long as she possibly could, whether it was in Ballet or for Mr Rhodes attention.

Zoe scrabbled down notes into her notebook as she listened and soaked in every word he spat out. Nina walked into practice fashionably late & shoved her bag onto the ground while glaring down Zoe, she lined up with everyone and started stretching & noticed Mr Rhodes sitting & watching.

A surge of embarrassment drowned her for her current actions making her focus & act more properly and professional in hopes of impressing him the way Zoe does, but his eyes weren’t focused on Nina. Her mind surfaced back towards to Cody, His black hair, His voice, His strength proving carrying her was lighter than a feather. That’s not normal.” Mira hummed in agreement on Seths comment before clearing her throat as she watched Cody run his hand up and down Delilahs back “I’m just gonna spit it out since Kinsley is napping in the room, Knowing you two fuck like almost constantly I suspected something like this would happen so before we left for WM I bought a few pregnancy tests for Delilah. I’ve studies health shit since after high school and stomach bugs should not last for a whole entire month.” Cody turned his head back to Lilah and chewed his lip a bit “She has a point Angel, It wouldn’t hurt to try.”

Delilah leaned further into his embrace & felt a sudden wave of guilt, She knew they wanted to have kids, hell they’ve been trying since after the official engagement in colorado, but Cody was in his all time prime right now & she didn’t want to inconvenience him or burden him with this situation. Mira sat the three boxes of pregnancy tests on Delilahs lap and nodded “I want you to go and take them alright? We need to know if you’re actually sick or pregnant Lilah.” The blonde girl nodded her head & stood up hesitantly and made her way to the restroom, while everyone was waiting Randy got a text from Triple H to come into the arena with Cody & Seth to go over tonight’s plans, Cody stood up & knocked on the door “Sweetheart I gotta head out, Let me know what the results are tonight before I go out there.” Delilah stood in the restroom with the door locked as she stared at the positive tests with a heavy frown “O-Okay! I’ll see you soon.” She listened to his footsteps fade out followed by the bus door shutting, this is what she wanted, she wanted kids as soon as possible but guilt hit over the fear of ruining his life and getting in the way of Cody’s career despite both of them getting what they wanted after so long.

Mira eventually knocked on the door and once she was allowed in she stared at the tests that proved Delilah was infact pregnant, A grin spread across her face but soon faded out as she saw the expression on Delilahs “What’s wrong? You guys have been wanting this for so long??” Lilah looked up at her best friend and frowned “I-I feel like I’m going to ruin everything..He just- Cody just hit his prime & I-“ “Delilah he wants a baby more than that stupid gold belt, He literally just told you he was willing to give up this weekends opportunity of winning just to make sure you were healthy. You absolutely do not burden him.”

For hours Mira’s words surrounded her thoughts, it was getting closer and closer to Cody’s match & everyone sat in the front row of but Delilah was backstage with Cody in his dressing room “So what were the results?” His eager voice rang through her ears as she stood in absolute silence & fear “I..Cody we can’t be together..” He froze. Everything froze. “Come again? Where is this all coming from” He tilted his head keeping his composure as the inside of him panicked as to what he could’ve possibly done wrong “C-Cody we can’t be together, we’re polar opposite people and I- I’m getting in the way, I’m distracting you & you’re just entering your prime and I’m getting in the way of that.” She blurted out in a panic while he stood across from her and softened his expression, his hand moving to place itself against her face “swee-“ Delilah refused & hastily took off her ring & immediately left the room. She went back to the seats since she had no other idea on where to go and moments later Cody had made his entrance after romans & the match began. It was exhaustingly long and everytime Cody tried making eye contact with Delilah she either looked down or stared at the ring ropes to avoid eye contact, Kinsley was freaking out and cheering on Cody & even making fun of roman for a bit, Delilah winced every time Cody was punched or tackled & kicked. She disliked Roman with an absolute passion. She couldn’t help but rest her hand against her stomach and once Cody saw that he immediately knew.

After the match when Cody ended up losing which meant tomorrow was bloodline rules Mira, Delilah & Kinsley sat in the bus in silence until Mira broke the silence “Don’t do this Delilah, You realize he will find out your pregnant sooner or later because that man would rather fucking die in public instead of letting you give birth and raise another human by yourself.” Lilah frowned and stared down at the floor as her eyes welled up trying to speak but Cody got onto the bus and interrupted the conversation “Mira why don’t you take Kinsley to Randy’s bus for a bit, I need to speak with Delilah.” Mira knew at this moment he knew but she didn’t sense any danger but knowing Lilah’s past she nodded & grabbed Kinsley by the hand and left the inside of the bus but waited outside incase of any alarms, she knew Cody wasn’t a threat but she also didn’t want to leave Lilah by herself right now. “No.” Delilah looked up at him “What?” Cody shrugged shoving his hands in the pockets of his sweat pants “No. We’re not splitting up. Angel I know you’re pregnant.” Delilah froze as he sat next to her and pulled her engagement ring out of his pocket “I proposed to you for a reason, Delilah I want a life with you, do you realize how I’m absolutely so in love with you? I’m so in love with you that I would never move on if you left me, I would never love another woman or even touch another woman the way I do with you, I know your scared but you have got to let me take care of you. You will never and I mean fuckin’ NEVER Be a burden to me, If you told me to tap out on tomorrow night you bet your goddamn ass I would tap out, I don’t care if I’m in my prime or not you’re more important than that fucking championship, knowing I’m going to marry you and have a child with you & even raise Kinsley with you is a championship itself to me, You are the prime of my life, You are the only woman who will make me drop down onto my knees and beg you for anything. And sweetheart if you think I’m going to allow you to leave me, then I think you’re out of your mind.” Delilah took in his words & immediately bursted into tears which made Cody get off of the couch and crouch in front of her and put her ring back on her wedding finger before wrapping her into his arms “I-I’m sorry for being so stupi-“ “Don’t say that Angel, You’re not stupid, you are smart and beautiful & most importantly the mother of my baby. You’re overwhelmed, scared & I get it. But the fact you are blessing my life with a child & your existence is much more better than a gold belt.”

He held her tear stained face in the palm of his hands before placing a loving peck on the tip of her nose “You’re so beautiful” she sniffled and shook her head “I look like a mess” he hummed in disagreement and gave her a proper kiss on the lips “Don’t say that again, You’re the most gorgeous woman I’ve laid eyes on.” She giggled out a bit and nodded her head and watched as he laid his hand against her stomach, “how’d you know?” He shrugged “Father senses kick in quick” she laughed out and lightly smacked his chest “oh shut up.” He grinned and caressed her belly “I knew when you were holding your stomach during my match, plus you kept looking at it.” She rolled her eyes smiling “You don’t even know if I am pregnant” He raised a brow and got up and went inside of the bathroom and saw the pregnancy tests lying on the counter before walking back out “again, must be dilf instincts” she grinned as he made her stand up for a kiss “Whatever you say”
