England sat at his desk, going through important civil files. Surprisingly, America hadn't called him at all today. It was strange. They usually took their time staying at each others homes each month but America had been called away. England had his own affairs so he had stayed and promised to stay until the other got back. He didn't even seem to notice someone had entered the office. He felt strong arms around him and he was about to cuddle into the touch but then he realized he was still mad. He jerked away quickly as his eyebrow twitched. He continued to read the paper he had.

"Arthur~ I thought you wanted to see me." The younger pouted, Texas sliding down his nose.

Normally the other would find it cute but he couldn't give in yet. He gripped the paper he held tighter.

"I'm working."

"It seemed like your were grumbling to me." He tilted his head before trying to hold the other again.
