The potential is there, i stg, and Isobel is both selfish and selfless at the same time, taking care of Last Light Inn and also straight up leaving afterwards with Aylin to move on from her grief surrounding Reithwin and Moonrise Towers ahhhhhhhhhhhh, Valeria is going to be so good for her in regards to focusing on something new.

And Aylin! Aylin is about to have So Many Feelings in the next chapter, and while I do enjoy the whole codependency vibe she's got going with Isobel afterwards, she deserves more people than just a single cleric and her mother. Give her all the children. Let her struggles not be completely centered on herself and the good of the world, because let's face it - balancing growth of self and parenthood is tough, but Aylin is definitely up for the challenge.

I did take some inspiration for Reader and Shin scenes from a telenovella I was watching at the time "The Rich also cry" and another one I don't recall the name and Shinichiro kind of reminds me of Michael from "the Godfather" by Mario Puzzo, the unwilling heir to a criminal business yknow (I haven't read the Godfather since I was like 15. I should pick it up again soon), so yeah.

I guess for this AU it would go this way:

It all started with a scene similar to the false alarm episode, Nutty facing the consequences of irresponsible sugar consumption. Instead of rehab by isolation, Sniffles tested out his latest machine on him that is meant to rewire his brain into disliking treats. But like, Nutty love for treats is actually much more for the machine to bare, it was send to an overdrive and makes his mind crave more sugary treats than ever.

But THATS not the only side effect, oh no.

The machine was supposed to make him dislike treats at all cost, with that inverted, it now gives him the intelligence and efficiency to acquire all treats at all cost.

Cue the anarchy and dark tyranny of the once simple minded squirrel, on his quest to deprive the world of its sweets and make everyone subjected under his rule, the purpose being that they provide his sugary cravings.

Now here's a nice parallel, both Sniffles and The Brain once messes with time machine so many times until they get the "right outcome".

But because of their pride on their intellect, they both refuse to see the error of their ways, and insists that their method is CORRECT so no need to change that. Just everything else.

So, this AU's Sniffles go back in time and change stuffs in the office (like location of the objects, Nutty's nearness to a treat, the voltage input to the machine) expecting the future to be different.

BUT no matter how many times he comes and go between the future and the past, Nutty always end up as this sugar crazed tyrannical ruler.

The correct thing to do here, to actually see something different, is to NOT put Nutty on the machine. THAT would not lead the downfall of everything.

that's gonna be the main crux of Future Sniffles

MASH season 5 thoughts

first of all, Margaret my most beloved. im so happy about her development this season. she breaks it off with frank, she gets a new boyfriend who she marries, she learns to unwind and enjoy herself, and most importantly, she makes FEMALE FRIENDS!!! and she gets to keep having friends for her bachellorette party!!! even if shes still a bitch almost all the time and quite capable of breaking someones jaw. i was afraid that she would have to sacrifice one or the other; you cant keep soft things if you want to be respected as a woman after all. i know theres still a way to go, and tbh the way she turns into a schoolgirl around her fiance + her obssession with his rank+ him moving away from the or in the last episode tell me that theres still some things to come in that front. im also very happy with the few bits where she hungs out with bj and hawk. in my head shes the mccoy to the weird kirk/spock dynamic the other two have going on and i want more of it. but overall my opinion is just that margaret is That Bitch and i love her so much💖💖💕💕🥺

secondly, BJ, the tall enigma. in the previous season i said that i had no idea what his deal was, but i think that at this point i can make some educated guesses. i think that he loves children and misses his daughter terribly and that he has to be in control of the situation and of himself at all times. and if that control slips that causes a crisis. all the practical jokes are his way of controlling the enviroment and being on top of it. and as we can see with the secret fight with hawkeye and the kiss with the nurse, even minor changes to his social standing or his self image leave him rattled and angry.

which brings me into the relationship between BJ and Hawkeye. i was afraid that it was one of these things people ship because they are the two main guys and nothing else. but they genuenly seem to be soulmates of the annoyingly telepathic variety. even if it is something platonic they follow the others line of thought flawlessly and work together to become the biggest double pain in the ass possible (also at one point BJ says”i love you daddy“ to Hawkeye. i know this is not intended to be read that way, but GOD 😳😳)

i also said about a previous season that they got that ptsd was bad but they didnt have the language to express why or to what degree. i dont know if its an improvement in the writing, the advance on the vietnam war or waht, but they have the language for it now. this is excellent news for me, who loves watching tv characters suffer, and terrible news for my newest poor little mew-mew and beloved blorbo hawkeye pierce.

lastly i want to talk about frank burns. i will admit that i accidentaly spoiled myself cause i look at the episode list in wikipedia to keep it all in order in my head and it said that the last episode was his final appearance. i cant say that i will miss him or that the show would have a big hole to fill (i thought that when henry and trapper left, but it worked seamlessly and the show is even better now). i think that specially in the last season, but also over the whole series, frank is a cartoon character that you just love to see fail again and again. like a sylvester the cat if he was horny instead of hungry.(i will say that the man has a great :D face tho, it brings me joy). he has gone from kinda dangerous to minor inconvenience, and without margaret it’s clear that theres nothing going on for him. so him leaving makes sense, it feels organic. i think this is where the tall bald guy i have seen in some gifsets comes in. i hope he adds something new and fun

Im close to the halfway point by now and each season has been an improvement from the last. Cant wait to see where we go from here

so between obito (as captain) and the rest of the team (SANS GAI BC besties and roomies) there is very much a father/son relationship going on as u kind of saw early on during practice between deidara and obito and also during the big game when sasori got hurt and that was one of the things that pushed obito to the edge with zabuza o3o

so they're very much like a family!!!! the older members feel VERY protective over the younger members (esp itachi who is VERY young compared to them since he skipped grades) and they all collectively look up to obito who has their best interests at heart :D

regardless of whether they're in season for games or not, there are MANDATORY weekly dinners (the sort that obito DOESN'T hate bc madara isn't involved ) because Obito is a Concerned Father ™ who has to make sure they're all doing well

so GAI is essentially obito's co-captain and if anything were to happen to obito, gai would be the one to take over :D the two of them work really well together on the ice but while obito is really good at playing offensively with his body, gai is the one who has great precision which is why obito always sends him the puck!!! pretty much everyone on the team has their set skills and they all know each other well enough to know who to send where at any point during the game

genma is the newest recruit after some unnamed past teammate graduated :D he's not a freshman, he just decided to join the team after a few years of just streamlining through college, but now he's here B) he gets along really well with the rest of the team bc he's so easy going and him and gai get along fabulously as well since gai likes his personality!!!

the chaos on the team comes from hidan LOL he's the one who keeps the morale up during rough games bc he's so silly but he also has 0 filter and shows up to practice drunk more often than not bc of his frat parties (even tho he and kisame are a part of the same frat and kisame is responsible enough NOT to get wasted before practice) (◡‿◡✿)

AND THIS IS CANON FOR THE TEAM IN THE COLLEGE AU UNIVERSE: they're all INCREDIBLE roller skaters bc talent on the ice translates to talent on the sidewalk LOL and yes it is very jarring to the city folk to see a pack of huge college boys roller blading down the street (◍•ᴗ•◍)

i have notifs off for tumblr on my phone and dont really get on but i accidentally somehow ended up on the page for fragile youth (like purely on accident) and saw someone left a comment and when i read it omg it literally made me so happy! ugh i really do regret deleting my old ao3 bc that fic is lowkey part of me. i have this weird connection to it even though i refuse to read it all the way through. i put a lot of emotions into that fic and projected a lot onto the characters lmaoo i also wrote it over a long period of time which it didnt register until i deleted it but i really do get really happy when people read it and can relate to it and it makes me feel less alone i guess? but i was going through it when writing it and going through something similar so writing helped but im so happy that ppl liked it like its so hard for me to explain but it makes my day reading comments like urs:((((( and the way u describe them is so accurate and i love how u caught onto san comparing him and wooyoung to yungi bc that was literally me trying to make him connect the dots in his head that he was in love or at least wanting to be in love with wooyoung. and omg im not in love by 10cc is literally their song like that sums up their relationship in san’s eyes exactly. and as for their ending well tbh originally it was going to be an open ending but since i accidentally deleted it i got to thinking about changing the ending so for now they get whatever ending you want<3 thank you for ur comment once again and feel free to message me whenever <3

SPN Did Something Pretty Amazing

One thing I have always liked about Supenatural, is that theyre willing to try things no other shows have done. Most of the time it works, sometimes it doesnt, but theyre not affraid to think outside the box. Things like having a cross-over with Scooby Doo, or episodes like The French Mistake, or Fan Fiction, are great, though theyre doable only because of the premise of the show. In the supernatural world, nothing is impossible. The heros die and come back a lot, old characters come back in various ways, in dreams, time travel, or even as the same character, and this is ok because again, in the supernatural world nothing is impossible. However, this newest amazing thing, at its core, didnt come to pass because of supenatural influence, but because of human actions, and viewer acceptance.  Two brothers and their Angel buddy, adopt an adult orphan son.  Think about that. What show has ever done such a thing? None. In similar cases, like 3 Men and a Baby, Full House, Two and a half Men, there is one defined Father, and then the other men are uncles or support for the one father. But not on SPN, all 3 have been defined as this kid’s father, even though none of them are biologically his father. Even before Luficer died, we saw this beginning. And even stranger still, there were always strong efforts to keep Jack away from his biological father, which is also not a common practice. When dealing with an older child, theres always a “let them chose” clause. But thats never really been the case on SPN, it was always “Keep Lucifer away from this kid” and justifiably so, I might add, but its still strange for TV isnt it? Yet, somehow this all worked. Now, this isnt a debate on who deserves to be Jacks main father, which would obviously be Sam but to just talk about how the show managed to make this happen and be completely accepted by the viewers. 

I work with several SPN fans, though Im the only one who wouldnt really be considered a casual viewer, meaning Im the only obssessed one LOL but the others arent involved in SPN SM on tumblr or twitter, they dont go to conventions and none of them are into shipping. (thats right, it seems most casual viewers dont ship the characters) yet all of them think its cool that Sam, Dean and Cas are Jack’s fathers, none of them think its creepy, incestuous, or gay. One did joke that it sounded like the synopsis of a very bad porno, (2 brothers, and their buddy take in a young adult orphan as their own) but then said that its a very cool concept.  What I think made it work, is everything thats gone down in the last 13 years. I dont care if youre a wincest shipper or not, but theres no closer relationship on the show than Sam and Dean. We know now they are “stuck” with each other, they wont be finding a significant other and building their own family, and even in the end, they’ll be together. Be it on Earth, in Heaven, Hell or the Empty. Also, they have no closer companion than Cas. Whether or not you like the character, canonically, Cas is their best friend that they love as a brother.  Since the show revolves around family dynamics, good ones and bad ones, we’ve seen Sam and Dean in every position. As brothers, sons, cousins, friends, and even as husbands breifly to Lisa and Amelia. we never really got to see them as fathers. The show could have remedied this by having one of their ex girlfriends show up with a kid “Surprize!!” but Im glad they didnt. This would automatically put one brother in the position of Dad, and the other as Uncle and Cas is just that buddy in the trench coat. The way it was done, put all 3 men in a fatherly position that developed over different time lines and circumstances.  Im going to try to break this down in an unbias manner. We can all feel free to disagree with the outcome, but its how the show itself unfolded this little highly unorthodox family. Cas was the one appointed to be Jack’s father. Kelly gave this duty to him when she decided to allow herself to die to let her son be born, and Cas accepted. So it looked as though Cas would be this boy’s father, but as it was, Cas was dead when Jack was born.  Sam came to the plate next. His relationship developed organically with Jack. Some may not have seen it coming, but Sam was determined long before Jack was born, to NOT kill him, but to try to let him be born without the worry that he would be evil. When it was apparent they couldnt take his grace and make him human, Sam knew it didnt mean Jack HAD to be evil. Sam took the role as mentor right away. Caring for Jack and having genuine compassion for him. We were given the hint Sam felt fatherly when they showed him reading a parenting book. (my god that was the cutest thing) So the writers flipped the script and gave Sam a head start in the father field. Also, with Sam being first, it added this layer of beauty, because Sam fell in paternal love with the son of his torturer. He wasnt enlisted, or pushed, it just happened, and thats beautiful. Dean came last, and as a story teller, I can see why they chose this route. It had been established since S1 that Dean is good with kids and naturally paternal. To have him be the first “father” would leave Cas and Sam on unlevel ground through lack of experience. For Dean to follow up second from Cas, would make it too shippy, and Sam would probably never make it out from under the  “uncle” title. and wouldnt we always wonder if Sam held a little resentment inside? Jack being the son of Lucifer for starters, and Dean taking him in as a son? Over the seasons, Sam has made it very clear, he never wants to be #2 in Dean’s eyes, and this could bring around some bad brother drama.  Dean starts off hating Jack. Indeed he was way too nasty to him in the beginning. Not even gonna debate that, but for Sam, Dean gives the kid a shot. He discovers that yes, Jack is a good kid and now Deans natural paternal side clicks on. And keep in mind he didnt try to step onSam and take over. Yes they showed Dean and Jack bonding more than they did Sam, but he didnt take over. He made sure taking Jack out was ok with Sam, so did Cas. They both respected that Sam has been Jacks primary care giver since day 1, and Sam isnt selfish or possessive (over anyone/anything else besides Dean) so Sam is happy to share Jack so he can have as much positive influence as he can.  So I give TPTB credit for coming up with this formula, my only complaint being that they didnt need to make Dean as hateful as he was, they could have just made him hessitant and standoffish at first and that would have been enough but it is what it is, and that part is over thank Chuck. Now, most of us knew the “3 dads” thing was coming because the cast talked about it a lot, but those of us who dont follow the cons and interviews, still were pleasently surprised that this came about. I havent heard anyone complain that its creepy, even though if you tell someone whos never seen the show “On my show, the 2 brothers and their friend adopted an 18 yr old kid” they’d look at you funny.  We complain about the writers all the time because they do screw up a lot, but I like to give them credit when I can. This is one of those situations. They made something that seems creepy on the outside, not only acceptable, but wonderful, simply by how it was written. I feel the same way about how they handled the return of Mary. It didnt pan out as well as it could have, and thats really a whole other meta, but Im glad they didnt take an easy route with her making her a zombie, or Super Mom and put her in a really human position of a mother meeting her adult sons for the first time, but Ill save that for another post :)

not really, there wasnt really such a thing as cliques in my high school, mostly because it was 90% boys there and i get the feel we dont really go by those kind of social dynamics. i was part of a clique in as far as we all sort of hang out together in my class room for drinking or asados and such

10:Do you like the way that you grew up?

this is probably the most complex question i’ve ever recieved.

there are a lot of things about my childhood and upbringing that i would change, i would have liked to do more extracurricular activities, maybe learn piano. I would have liked to grow up more ambitious, or driven, or with better discipline. i would have liked to grow up in a larger city where there were more opportunities to do the hobbies i liked and move in the circles i was interested in.

i would have liked to have more friends that shared my obscure, fringe interests.

i would have liked to grow up with a father that cared more about the things i cared about and who didnt push me to be more “normal”

on the other hand, there were so many things about my childhood that were undeniably fantastic and it would be ungrateful to ignore them.

but im not 100% a fan of the person i grew up to be.

i think i’d try my best, i think i’d try not to make the mistakes my parents made.

but no, fuck no. i would not, in any concievable level, be able to see the kid as anything but a burden that i would inevitably resent.

may someday, far, far in the future if i somehow manage to get my shit together, but chances are that i will never want to have a child.

*i have freckles even tough i have a darker tone of skin which i think is neat because i always associated freckles ith pale people

*i have a huge ass grody scar in my ches and my ribs are uneven because of a heart cirgury i had when i was ten months old and the doctors did a poor job joining my sternum back again

*i have a really square jaw and prominent eyebrows with make me look very stereotypically manly and stern, which i find hilarious because i am anything but, it has led people to think i am much more serious than i really am

*i am very skinny, sometimes abnormally so

*my hair is too straight which i dont like because whenever i cut it short it just fals on my head like a bowl, i would like to have slightly curlier hair so i could style it in all kinds of crazy ways

What are some of the ways you hate to see Craig, Tweek, and Creek written? I guess I'm so picky because I love them so much. One of my biggest pet peeves is when people make Craig an abusive dick towards Tweek. Like, no? Yeah, he's an asshole to alot of people, but he would never be abusive towards someone he loves. In Canon, Craig won't call Tweek anything worse than a baby when they fight when he's said so much worse to other people. Craig Tucker would never abuse Tweek. Please stop fandom.

ok like im very open minded when it comes to fanfics because i gotta take into account when it was written - before or after tweekxcraig - and whether or not the author is writing it to explore a topic or practice writing dynamics???but like. i really dont like it when ppl are like. writing craig as someone with the capacity to drop tweek like one drops a hat? or when ppl write tweek as a waif? a weepy waif who depends on craig entirely and doesnt fight for himself like at all? i dont like creek whose thoughts are unhealthily obssessed with each other - like i think we know theres a limit???z to these things??? im not sure how to explain this rn im in school rn answering on mobilei can probs continue later
