— MORAL ALIGNMENT
Tumblr media
true neutral
True Neutral people believe in the ultimate balance of forces, and they refuse to see actions as either good or evil. True Neutral individuals do their best to avoid siding too strongly with any one force, whether that force is good or evil, lawful or chaotic. For this reason, True Neutral personalities sometimes find themselves drawn into rather peculiar alliances, friendships, and life paths. To a great extent, they side with the underdog, sometimes even changing sides as the previous loser becomes the winner. Such people often see good, evil, chaos, and laws as simply prejudices that lead to dangerous extremes. Like the Taoist masters of ancient China, they tend to believe that the universe functions best when the light and the dark, the yin and the yang, are in balance.

𝐀𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐎𝐛𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: ℂℍ𝔸ℙ𝕋𝔼ℝ 𝕀
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The following observations are some of the things I have noticed in people around me. They may or may not resonate with you as we have to consider the entire chart for precise and accurate insights.
↪Parents who have their personal planets in their child/children's 6th House may become too strict and controlling. Parents are naturally strict, but with these placements, they can go further. It is because the 6th House is very critical, and it rules health and daily routines. They are the types to ask their child/children, “Why aren't you sleeping yet?” at 9 PM while giving you one of those intimidating stares.
↪Mercury-Jupiter harsh aspects in the natal chart indicate having strong opinions on things such as politics, law, and religion. And because these areas are sensitive, they are more prone to heated arguments. (Harsh aspects are conjunction, square, and opposition)
↪I know a lot of Cancer Sun women who got pregnant at an early age. They were not underaged when it happened, but the timing was considered “early” by most people. Cancer rules the 4th House of motherhood. That said, most of them are nurturing mothers and take good care of their babies despite having them at that age.
↪Mercury Square Mars in synastry may indicate lots and lots of fighting. In conflicts (which can happen most of the time), the mercury person may hurt the mars person verbally. And the mars person may hurt the mercury person physically.
↪We all know that Aries Venus natives may be direct, impatient, and easily become bored in love. But if the native also has major Taurus placements, they may become willing to take it slow and even cause them to be attached easily. I think of them as people who fall in love quickly but fall out of love slowly.
↪The most emotionally intelligent person I know was a Pisces Sun. It is not surprising knowing that they have great intuition. But on top of that, they are also observant. My former teacher has this. I remember I was constantly looking after my friend in class because she was uncomfortable. I was sure I was doing that subtly, but he still noticed. He approached my friend after that and asked her if she was okay. I was like, how did you know, sir? Also, most of them maintain a strong facade, so it surprises me to see how they care deep inside. Min Yoongi of BTS also has this, and he is exactly like that. Angels.
↪Pisces and Aquarius in the Big 3 make for someone who can do beautiful digital edits. It can be anything, video edits, PowerPoint edits, etc. It is because the creativity of the Pisces is working together with the Aquarius' interest in technology. Bonus points if they also have Venusian placements. (Additional eye for aesthetics)
↪Jupiter in fixed signs or houses may indicate someone who has firm beliefs, morals, and principles, regardless if they are good or bad. Despite that, they do not shove their beliefs on other people. It is more within themselves. On the other hand, if you try to push YOURS on them...
↪Adding to that (^), parents or guardians must raise these children with good morals. They will stand by that principle throughout their lives, so please teach them well. (It applies to all, but I want to emphasize it in this placement following the observation above)
↪Water Risings look so good while sweating? It may sound weird, but they flourish more with it. Like, the features of their face are becoming more evident? I don't know how to explain it.
↪I have seen observations here stating that the 4th House synastry is so comfortable because you will feel at home with that person. In my opinion, it may not always be good. Since the 4th House rules the home, it depends on what kind of family you grew up with. If someone has traumas due to their family, dating someone who has placements in their 4th House may only remind them of these traumas. In that case, the sense of familiarity will not bring them comfort but a reminiscence of their bad experiences.
↪Sagittariuses are my favorite mentors. They are truly gifted with the power of teaching: intelligent, funny, inspiring, and direct to the point. And because this sign is mutable, they know how to deal with various kinds of students. They make the learning experience fun and exciting. Gojo Satoru from Jujutsu Kaisen is a great example.
↪Also, Sagittarius Suns or Risings give off the vibes of someone respectable, even if they do not have influential jobs, positions, whatsoever. They look like someone you must look up to. I think it is because Sagittarius rules the 9th House of teaching. And teachers are influential people.
↪Tauruses are not only picky with food. They are picky with people and things in general: circle of friends, romantic partners, scents, clothes, places, anything. They like things of VALUE.
↪I have noticed that Mars in the 12th House does not know how to express their anger, especially in front of a crowd. They often doubt if the reason behind their anger is enough for them to react that way, so they reflect on it deeply. They seem lost and awkward when they are upset with something or someone.
↪Fixed dominants tend to leave their mark on the world because they are more likely to stick to one specific approach to something. For instance, a fixed dominant may stick to one particular genre in writing. Soon, because of a lot of practice, they will be known as someone who writes that genre. That will be their trademark. Another example is when a fixed dominant sticks to one particular aesthetic, people will recognize them through that aesthetic because they somehow correlate it with them.

Dream Scenario accurately depicts how some people don't have empathy or compassion for other people until they have something similar happen to them. It also captured how frustrating it is to be boxed in and marginalized for things that are outside of a person's control.
Paul (Nic Cage) is a straight, white tenured professor teaching university courses on evolutionary biology.
He repeatedly invokes Rationality™ (as if rational thought can be fully divorced from emotion or normativity). At one point, he cuts Tim Meadows's character off and scoffs at him when he thinks Meadows is considering the "lived experience" of the students who are having heinous nightmares about Paul.
Early in the movie, his wife says she's not having these dreams, but she says that if she did, she'd want him in David Byrne's big suit coming onto her (or something like that I think). He laughs at her fantasy, not listening to what a real life woman is telling him she wants because it is inconsistent with the cultural messages he receives. After he criticizes her, she frustratingly says something like "fine you have a big cock, is that what you wanted to hear?"
He is an evolutionary biologist who thinks that he is smarter and more logical than everyone else. In a lecture, he discusses how zebra's stripes don't blend in with things in their natural habitat; it is a little baffling at first glance why they developed them, but when zebra are in a group their stripes protect them from easily being targeted by predators.
Human psychology (which Paul seems to reject as a field of study) might seem counterintuitive to nature. Given that we are rational beings, why would we judge things based on appearance when we know that there is evidence otherwise (these are just dreams or socialized biases about class, race, gender, etc.; we think we should know better)? Unfortunately, our own psychology is not always clear to us, and there are things going on below the surface of our stated beliefs and intentions, even if we haven't done the work to reflect on it.
On the other hand, developing a defense against traumatic events (real or imagined) can be a healthy defense mechanism, but such thinking is also harmful to those who get thrown under the bus for the group to feel safe (the singled out zebra and society's scapegoats). The dynamic is not fair, but it does make sense despite seeming irrational or arational.
He wants his academic work to be acknowledged, but he is famous for appearing in peoples' dreams. He is frustrated that he can't control his image or the narrative around it.
He hates that people make assumptions about him based off of their dreams, which he has no control over. He doesn't want to be boxed in. He starts to lose his status due to the box he's being put in.
He loses his job, and his wife also loses work opportunities because she's married to him. He continues to spiral and not consider his wife or kids' pov when they ask him to stop feeding into the media hype. He makes decisions that actively ignore his family's reported feelings and experiences because he feels he knows best. His wife leaves him.
Eventually, he is such a social pariah that only Jordan Peterson, Joe Rogan, France, Tucker Carlson, etc. will have him, but he doesn't want to be associated with right-wing hate.
Because he is boxed in such a stifling way, he can choose only between railing against his box, which gets him nowhere and leaves him with no financial prospects, or conforming and being allowed to participate in society in some compacity (much like people who are marginalized due to their perceived social identity).
Paul didn't care about other peoples' experiences (his wife and kids' reported lived experience of being uncomfortable and wanting him to stop what he was doing) because the system was serving him well enough that he didn't feel the need to question it, which is also why during his downfall, he threw in the school admin's face that he has a PhD and she just has a BA (even though she had her master's); he wanted to reinforce the hierarchy that had served him until it singled him out (via society forming bias against him based off things outside his control, like most marginalized people).
It is ironic because Paul keeps talking about the zebras, but he can't apply the same logic to human beings and that was his hubris. He thinks psychology is bullshit, but it does make sense from an evolutionary standpoint, just like the zebra's stripes do.
He took his privilege for granted and didn't realize he won the social lottery by being white, straight, and upper middle class. He scoffed at the idea of "lived experience" and griped that people need to grow up and that they are too sensitive.
Ironically, the discrimination he faced was his lived experience and other people didn't care because they couldn't help the way their brains formed negative associations with him/his image.
He wanted people to acknowledge his lived experience and check their biases towards him that were informed by their nightmares, but he ignored his wife and kids' lived experience, and he was unwilling to consider whether he was biased in his thinking that he knows best or that they were being too sensitive.
The final scene was crushing. He goes to his wife in a dream to give her the fantasy she described earlier in the movie: him in the DB over-sized Stop Making Sense suit. I wonder whether the suit was maybe meant to symbolize that Paul needed to let go of thinking he was right about everything and that all life adheres to Rationality™ (and instead adheres to a kind of logic he previously rejected). He needed to stop trying to make sense and be more open minded to others' views.

"So," Pippin began the next morning. "Who's gonna wake her?"
The fellowship stood in a line in front of (Y/N). Various expressions of worry, concern, and irritation upon their brows.
"Legolas," Aragorn stated simply.
"Why me?"
"She trusts you. She told you her name."
The elf sent his friend a glare, for that excuse was becoming annoying, but regardless he cautiously approached the winged woman.
He squatted down in front of her. "(Y/N)," he stated simply.
No movement.
"(Y/N)," he repeated.
No movement.
"It is morning. You must wake."
He lifted his hand. He knew he was going to regret this. He gently tapped her foot.
Instantly, those brilliant, curious, (e/c) eyes flung open.
Within seconds, Legolas was pinned facefirst onto the ground with her on top of him.
Yup. He regretted it.
Each member of the fellowship drew their weapons, well, except the hobbits who ducked behind their friends.
Gasping for breath, Legolas spoke. "(Y/N), please."
Instantly, her grip upon him loosened. "Legolas," she stated simply, no inflection upon her tone. With that, she stood up and began walking towards the embers of last night's fire, her wings knocking into Aragorn and Boromir. She didn't seem to even care that their weapons were drawn. Instead, she plopped down upon the log once more.
Legolas groaned as he rolled not his back, looking up at the sky.
The rest of the fellowship disbursed to gather their belongings, but Aragorn stood above the elf grinning. "Got the wind knocked out of ya, Princeling. Looks like you finally met someone who can put you on your ass."
"Shut it," the elf groaned.
Aragorn chuckled as he moved to help his friend up.
As Legolas was pulled onto his feet, he let his eyes drift to (Y/N). "Aragorn," he began. "I think she has what most men have when they see war."
"A murderous skill set?" he joked.
Legolas shook his head. "No, no. A haunted mind."
Aragorn raised his brow in question.
"Her wrists. Last night, I saw them covered in bruising. And her behavior is strange."
"Well, she is not of this world. Of course, it is strange."
Legolas sighed. "I know that, but strange in the sense of fearful...in a way. Jumping at touch as if she expects something worse. Turning at sounds that are a bit too quickly. And those damn eyes...She is always examining everything. I think she was tortured wherever she was before this."
Aragorn inhaled slowly. "Maybe there was some truth to what Gandalf said. Maybe she is dangerous."
Legolas' brows pulled downward, his eyes drifting to the wizard. "Whatever he knows, he doesn't want to share it."
The group was ready to continue their journey after a quick breakfast. So, they set off once again. The winged woman seemed to just follow along as if she had nothing better to do, which was entirely possible considering her circumstances.
As they went along for the three days, (Y/N) continued her curiosity.
She stayed relatively near Legolas or the hobbits, but she would only ask questions when she was beside the elf. Her questions, however, were her pointing to random objects as she walked and simply saying one word: "What."
He would answer.
First, (Y/N) pointed to a little creek. "What," she said.
He raised his brows, unsure at first, kinda lost aimlessly in his mind. "Hmm?"
She frowned at his lack of attention. She tugged on his sleeve and pointed once again. "What."
"A creek or river," he said. "It's water. It's what we drink."
She squinted. "Creek. River."
He nodded.
"Why men?"
He frowned, not understanding.
"Why men in river?"
Legolas squinted at the water. He saw no men. But, he saw a flash of orange. Then another. Fish. He suppressed a smile. (Y/N) had likely learned from their conversations that they were men. She probably generalized that to every living being.
"No. That is a fish."
"Ahh. A fish."
He nodded. "Yes."
The second example of her learning took place when a cluster of birds flew above them.
Immediately, that precious giggle spilled from her mouth. She grabbed Legolas' sleeve as she pointed to them. "Birds!" she recalled from their first conversation.
He smiled back.
The next couple of weeks consisted of this but progressing rather quickly. In no time, she could speak in almost full sentences. She had learned by listening, watching, and trying. Not to mention Legolas' help. It was rather scary, to some, Legolas assumed. But he loved it. He loved how she wanted to learn. He loved how intelligent she was—how intelligent she must be in order to learn so much so quickly. He could tell, however, that Gandalf didn't like it. The wizard sent the elf looks of discontent whenever he would teach her new words...or just in general. The elf didn't know why it was all such a bad thing. She seemed...harmless...almost.
That 'harmless' ideology soon changed though.
The fellowship had been crossing through an open plane with little coverage, and it was here when they were ambushed by a party of orcs. Not many, just under twenty, but enough to have them worried.
As soon as the first orc had been spotted, someone shouted. It was undetermined who did yell the warning, but that mattered not. They immediately surrounded the hobbits and pulled out their blades. It was too late to evade the beasts.
As the orcs then started yelling and snarling, the fellowship began making the circle tighter, ready to defend. It was at this time that (Y/N) was roughly shoved into the circle with the hobbits. And she didn't necessarily like it.
Those damn curious eyes of hers were wide as she absorbed every detail around them. She took in the terrain, the creatures before them, and the fear of her companions. She was trying to figure out what exactly was happening. She didn't understand, well, not at first, but as soon as Legolas fired the first arrow and the orcs began to charge, she knew.
The men she traveled with yelled battle cries as they too began swinging their weapons at the orcs.
She pushed past Legolas, determination upon her brow.
"(Y/N)! Get back!" Aragorn called out.
Instantly, Legolas' head snapped in her direction. He had not realized she slipped past him. Usually, he was pretty good at noticing her wearabouts—which wasn't necessarily hard because she was always hitting shit, and people, with her damn wings.
"(Y/N)!" he shouted.
But it mattered not.
The woman began to advance upon the orcs, her wingspan wide and held proud—despite the still healing injury.
As the first one neared her, she smacked it with her wing. It went flying backward about fifteen paces. It probably would have gone further if it hadn't knocked into two other orcs and took them down, but alas, shit happens. Quite unfortunate for the vile beasts. And even more so when the three of them stayed in that heap upon the soil–not even a groan sounding.
Another orc came at her. (Y/N) reached both her hands forward when he was near and she ripped the axe from him—as well as his arms. She threw the entire wood and flesh medley to the ground, ignoring the screaming coming from the creature. However, her palms were wrapped around his neck in seconds. A loud snapping sound then echoed in the open area.
It was brutal.
The orcs, now seeing her as a threat, started to target her. She, however, began to tear them apart—quite literally.
The next one that got close...well, his heart went missing. If you could even call it that. (Y/N) reached her hand through his chest and tore it out. She then squeezed it in her palm until it splattered everywhere.
Another orc approached her and she slammed her wing into it, knocking it to the ground. She then brought down the feathery mass and impaled the orc with its end. Black blood spluttered and sprayed.
Legolas' lips parted as he witnessed this. He quickly sliced the throat of an orc before turning back to look at (Y/N).
He had touched those wings. They had felt soft and comforting, not sharp and ready to impale through flesh and bone.
By the Valar–
At this point, almost every orc was charging her, and the fellowship was picking off the contorted, bloody, and barely alive bodies that she sent flying their way. Really though, driving their blades through the mangled orcs was a mercy at this point. It wasn't that they didn't want to help with all the fighting. It was that they didn't need to help.
(Y/N) bashed and broke every single one of those evil beasts. She used her whole body as a weapon. She needed no sword or knife. No bow or axe. She used her hands, feet, nails, teeth, and wings. She pulled them apart, ripping limb after limb clean off.
The whole thing was finished in a matter of minutes.
It was....horrifying.
(Y/N) turned back to face the fellowship, who stood frozen in awe, fear, disgust, surprise—every emotion possible, really—as they stared at her.
Coated in black, oozing blood, her form was buried in the death and decay she caused. She, however, was smiling with the liquid dripping from her mouth and skin.
She approached them, stepping on corpse after corpse. And with each step, she chanted one word. "Dead, dead, dead," she said, her feet squishing into puddles of body parts. "And more dead, dead, dead!"
She, still grinning, walked right up to Frodo and patted his head thrice. "Safe," she stated simply, happily.
With that, she turned on her heel and continued in their previous direction.
Parted lips of shock and apprehension were worn on every fellowship member's face, but still, the men began to follow her.
Aragorn leaned towards Legolas. "Not thinking she is so innocent anymore, are you?" The Ranger walked on, not waiting to hear Legolas' response. Regardless, he didn't have one.
As Gandalf huffed past the elf, bumping into him slightly, Legolas was jolted back to reality.
"Gandalf," he called out, jogging to catch up with the wizard. As his pace fell in step with the old man, he spoke again. "Gandalf, I–I believe you."
"Stupid elf," he mumbled. "You should have believed me from the start."
"Mithranduil," he said. "I want to know. I want to know what you won't tell us."
The wizard raised a wiery brow at him.
"Who is she? How is she—how is she—"
"So innocent yet so brutal?" he interjected, finishing Legolas' sentence.
Legolas nodded.
Gandalf exhaled through his nose. "You really want to know, elfling?"
"Yes. I do.
Gandalf huffed as they continued walking. "The Rámaite Mahtar came before me–before the Maiar. As I said before, there was a world before ours, not complete and not long-lived, but it existed. The Valar created them, the winged warriors, to destroy an evil that clung to the lands. And they did but at a great cost. They destroyed everything. They burned the world entirely–all good, all evil. They see no difference. They just killed. They killed every living thing until there was nothing but ashes."
Legolas frowned. "What happened to them?"
Gandalf sent a wary look (Y/N)'s way. "The Valar imprisoned them. Morgoth as their jailer."
"What? Why?"
"Why?!" Gandalf snapped. "Did you not just hear what I told you?"
"I did, Mithrandiul. I did," he replied calmly. "I just...I don't understand. Why didn't the Valar teach them? I mean, look at (Y/N), she can learn. She's learning so quickly!"
"She is learning our language and our behavior, but not the difference between good and evil. That she cannot learn. She only can kill."
The blue-eyed elf looked down. "I do not believe what you speak. I think there is more to her than just warrior."
Gandalf only huffed in disagreement. "That is because you haven't yet heard the worst of it."
"The worst of it?"
"The Rámaite Mahtar that was the most bloodthirsty, cruel, and vicious. The one inscribed into stone as barbaric and heinous. The one most feared. She was called (Y/N)."
Legolas stopped in his tracks, the words hitting him like that of an orc blow.
Gandalf still moved ahead, but the elf did not.
He stood, as still as a deer, trying to process the information.
It couldn't be so...It couldn't.
"Gandalf," Legolas called out weakly. "What–what would have happened if Sauron found her first?"
The wizard turned back to him, sending a warning look.
Legolas didn't need him to speak an answer. He knew what the wizard thought. He thought that they would soon find out. He thought that Sauron would take their winged warrior and she would instantly comply—that she would instantly kill them.
The elven Prince let his gaze drift to (Y/N), the most vicious of the Rámaite Mahtar. She was currently skipping with the hobbits, holding their hands and swinging their arms. Their laughter and giggles rippled through the air, drifting back to Legolas. Her blood-covered smile shown just as radiantly as her wings.

Not an ask but some ideas for fem Tyler:
She would never buy woman’s clothes. (Well she might in some second hand store). Cus that’s just a fucking scam- like they make them more expensive and from different materials to make them last less time. It’s just ridiculous really. Also I think she would make her own clothes from whatever shit she found (Idk just a thought). No bras!
Honestly she could just shoplift but that s up to you.
Spends half of her time making jokes on men’s fragile ego and toxic masculinity. And their need for having a sense of control and feeling of superiority is the reason why they try to shame women into fitting the “society expectations” (don’t know how it’s called in English).
Besides that I don’t think she would be that different from the cannon Tyler.
And as for Narrator then I think she would have this lanky (?) body type/posture I have no idea how to explain this but me and my other insomnia suffering friends have/had this weird skinny body type with little tummy because we don’t move much. But it would be before fight club.
I want her to complain about her back pain (just a me thing)
She would wear those cozy (little boring) sweaters.
I feel like Narrator would be the only boxers and too big sweaters type and Tyler the only pants and or boxers type idk
No need to answer this - it’s just my thoughts - anyways do what you want with it
You're right you're right!
I think Tyler would thrift her clothes. Men's clothes are easier to pick out (more accurate sizing, especially pants), made of more resilient materials, more functional. Why wouldn't she? The only potential complication is sometimes they're too big, but Paper Street has this old beat up sewing machine and Tyler(/the Narrator), like plenty of women growing up in the 70s and 80s, had to take a home skills course. She can damn well use a sewing machine, make clothes fit her well enough. And don't get me wrong, I think she would still wear goofy things like male Tyler. It's just, she's very function first. Homemade jorts, leather jacket, neon crocs because she decided to go fishing in the half dead creek down the road, kind of thing.
I think it'd be less that she jokes about male ego and more that she just speaks on it like it's casually accepted fact like the grass being green and the sky being blue. Like, sure everything she says could be proven with a study and already has been probably. But she doesn't really care about that. Someone in fight club mentions having an abusive husband who was a police officer and she just goes "Well yeah, policemen are four times more likely to beat their wives. It makes sense since it's not like their buddies will convict them." As if that's a casual thought and connection everyone has made and remembered in their lives. Martin complains about how most men who want to fuck him also want to degrade him and Tyler just says that's because men consider the things they fuck to be objects not people, so degradation and penetrative sex go hand in hand.
She says this like someone talked about it being rainy and she's saying there was clouds out earlier.
Wrt the narrator's body, yeah totally. I've been there too. When you're a bit underfed because you can't muster up the energy to eat or feel hunger and you have no muscle because all you do is try to sleep or sit in an office chair. Moving in with Tyler is like getting a personal trainer because Tyler takes personal offense to women not eating properly. She WILL orate on how society teaches women to have a dysfunctional relationship with food as a method to control them. Sells them the lie that they can exert control in their life by starving themselves so they don't realize they can control it by rejecting beauty and castrating men. Sells them the lie that not feeling hunger properly is a mild problem you can ignore.
Back pain from muscle weakness due to overall lack of muscle tone would be a thing yeah. The narrator would be at her healthiest in that absolute health hazard of a house.
Yeah I do think the narrator would pretty quickly jump on the "just walking around without pants on" train, was sort of always on it in private at least. Wears sweaters or something to deal with the drafts in the place. Tyler does the opposite, wears pants sometimes. Rarely shirts. Believes all women need to normalize their body to themselves not as something to look at but the thing they are, not what they inhabit. Pesters the narrator into doing random household construction projects while wearing the minimum amount of protective gear and clothing required.

Another thing for @lazella! Like my last post, this is based on her TWST x YGO crossover fic, And You Thought Things Were Over. This time, I did the Bracelet Girls from Arc V!
Like Yuto, Yugo, and Yuri, I don't know if they'll be making any appearances in lazella's fic, but I really hope they do. These are just my headcanons, so take them with a grain of salt.
First, Yuzu Hiiragi! I imagine her in Scarabia along with Yuya. She's very thoughtful and smart, has a good head on her shoulders, and despite her hot temper, she has a kind heart and is always looking out for others. She has blue bows to mimic the blue hair clips she always wears. (The game also didn't the right shade of pink for her little hair dangles. I made them lilac to contrast her hair.)
Tumblr media
Second, we have Serena (Celina) in Heartslabyul. Now, I know what you're thinking; she's a rebel. Why put her in a place with all those rules? It's two fold. One, the most basic answer is because of her uniform in the anime. It's red, and I just couldn't help myself. Two, she kind of gives off Alice vibes. A girl who lived in a straight and uptight community suddenly thrown into a place where nothing makes sense. I feel like she would question Riddle a lot about the rules and maybe get collared once or twice because of it.

(Her hair bow is white because the game doesn't have a yellow bow option. I think she would have a diamond like in the first picture, but the second was inspired by @wearepopcandies' art of the girls as Queen Cards.)
Next, we have Rin in Ignihyde. Like Yugo, Rin is a mechanic and is very good with machines. She would be the motherly figure that I think the dorm needs, telling them to take breaks, reminding them to take care of themselves, and, probably most importantly, keeping Yugo in check. Idia would learn to fear her since she appears to be everywhere at once and scolds him for his own neglect to his health. Basically, she gives off major Big Sister vibes.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
(Again, the game did not have right shade of green for her hair, so I made two, one dark green and one blonde, in order to try and create sort of a visual point of reference for her hair? If that makes sense?)
Finally, we have Ruri Kurosaki, or Lulu Obsidian in the English dub. I put her in Octavinelle with Yuto. Like him, she has a calm disposition and a kind heart. She is also the most graceful of the Bracelet Girls and gives off Kind Big Sister vibes. She's one of the few people that can tell Floyd off without being threatened that he's gonna squeeze her. I couldn't get her hair completely accurate due to the game's limited options.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Edit: Thinking more about it, Ruri might also be a fit for Pomefiore too.
And yes, all the girls have their bracelets. I imagine in this world, the bracelets act like magic pens, letting the girls use magic for a short amount of time. I don't know how magical the bracelets actually are, but considering that they allow the girls to teleport the boys away from each other in order to keep Zarc at bay, I would imagine that the abilities of the bracelets would expand in a world full of magic, and the girls would develop their own magical abilities, like the boys.
Again, take this with a grain of salt since this is not my AU. I know lazella has something amazing planned for the future chapters and I for one cannot wait!

#9 for the SU asks?
Ohhh this is a hard one. A lot of really good contenders. Alone at sea, log date, growing pains, volleyball, there are SO MANY good ones. But I think at the end of the day, probably a single pale rose. It's just. Man! It's fucking good!
God. Okay. Where do I begin.
It tells you so much in such a short amount of time, which is one of the arguable biggest strengths of the show by far. So much about the lore, about Pearl's mental state, about Rose herself, about EVERYTHING. God. Okay. Let's dig into this.
I already had Rose is Pink spoiled for me long before I touched the show, so it was a matter of. Wait rose shattered her. What. Huh. Okay, this is interesting. How are they planning on explaining it? And the fact that it still hit for me after knowing thats how it turns out is a testament to how good it is. Okay.
The way the inner gem is constructed is fascinating. I wanna know more!! Is that how everyone's inner gem looked? Do other gems that aren't pearls HAVE inner gems? Do diamonds have inner gems? Do others have multiple other themselves in there?? I LOVE how it slowly built up to the reveal. It feels so much longer than 12 minutes. You just get so immersed in it. The implications come out swinging from the first Pearl! I'm excellent at compartmentalizing. The fact that the outer Pearl still doesn't want Steven to know. Or maybe more accurately, is still terrified of him knowing. Maybe shes scared of disobeying Rose. Maybe she's guilty of wanting to disobey her so badly. Maybe she's guilty that Steven would ever consider her doing that. Maybe she's just terrified of if they'll never be family like they used to be after Steven knows. Maybe it's an automatic response, the urge to please. There's so many ways to interpret those little minutes!
And goddd. That first other Pearl crying about Rose having a baby adds so much. She resented Steven for so long. Viewed Steven as what took away Rose. She's alone and fractured and useless and now Stevens here, and she's meant to serve, not to have this child she can't care for. Change comes naturally to humans, but she's not a human. She can't care for this creature Rose wanted more than anything. She can't change. She's made to not change. She could serve Rose but this creature refuses to act in the way he should. It adds so much depth to Roses Scabbard. She's trying to fulfill that purpose, make herself feel better about losing Rose, she can serve Steven like she served Rose, but he isn't her. And she doesn't know what her purpose is anymore. Her crying about it to Steven, when Steven IS THE BABY fucks me up so bad. It's just reinforcing his own beliefs about himself. And also just. The fact that it's the closest to the surface. Because of course it is. That's the first struggle we learnt about Pearl. She misses Rose. She doesn't know who she is without Rose. She based her entire worth on Rose. It makes perfect sense. It's what happened in an Indirect Kiss, her panicking at the thought of losing something of Rose's, feeling like it's a direct betrayal. It all comes from this feeling of being lost without Rose to guide her. She's always had a personality outside of Rose but she has never existed without Rose. This is the cause of so many of her bad decisions. She feels useless on her own. Of course it's the second closest to the surface. It's one of her least well concealed hurts. It's right there if you look hard enough.
The pearl in the battlefield is just. Ouch. Her dead eyed stare as she watches the fighting. The voice acting is phenomenal. It perfectly captures the just...I dunno how to explain it. It adds so much to her. The knowledge that as she's been grieving Rose, she's been grieving the entire rest of the rebellion. She's been grieving everyone. She's been mourning Bismuth, the rebellion she and Rose built from the ground up. She's been living with the guilt. She hid it from Steven for the first twelve years of his life because she didn't want him to know about the rebellion. So many layers to that. Was it that she couldn't bear to lose him too? Was it shame that she couldn't protect the rest of the rebellion? Was it that she didn't want him to know what a Pearl was? Was it her quietly respecting Roses wish to never look back, because clearly she didn't want this being shed given her gem to be involved in this mess? Also the line before going into this flashback. The "Probably where I lost everything else." Just tells you so much without directly saying it. Pearl is so much more affected by the war than she lets on. She's been grieving it for so long. She told Rose, why would I ever wanna go home if you're here, but she almost got herself and Steven killed because she wanted to see Space so badly. She wants things so painfully and aggressively. She just tricks herself into thinking she doesn't.
I also love the differences in how different Pearls in her mind are portrayed. Because we have the first two just being directly no memories, just the keeper of things and then an emotional state. Which, very interesting! Just a personification of her biggest feeling. And then we see the battle field, which is her hollowly watching the battle play out around her. It has some interesting implications about how this memory is stored. Maybe it's a thing of...y'know how sometimes it just feels like you're watching your own body do things and say things, not feeling like yourself? Maybe that's how she dealt with the battles, with having to fight. Compartmentalizing, as she admits herself. Maybe she labeled all the things she did in a battle as the renegade pearl. Not herself.
But for the last two Pearls, it shows her directly in the memory iirc. Which is very fascinating! I interpret this as. Y'know those memories you replay constantly. Thinking over what you could've done better. Never able to shake them. You hear them on repeat in your mind, you see it when you close your eyes. You can't escape it. No matter what you do. That's how I interpret that.
Her having a Pearl in her head that's just...her shapeshifting into Rose. For five seasons straight, she doesn't shape shift. Some people genuinely thought pearls couldn't shape shift because of it. I wonder how often she stayed awake at night thinking about it. Thinking about how it felt like to shape shift, to be Rose. How much that lie, hearing people talk about Rose like that, destroyed her. Hearing people talk about HER. Did she ever look at her own body and feel wrong? Feel like an imposter in her own skin? Did she hate reforming because she could only remember Rose reforming? Herself reforming? It's so interesting. The fact she was crying too. How much had it eaten her up inside? How many times did she remember watching Rose's gem fall to the ground and feel like she'd be sick? God.
And of course, the fucking. Actual scene of her talking to Rose. The fact that she has that entire conversation memorized. Everything that happened completely play by play. The constant question of if she did the right thing. If it was really all for nothing. Rose said she wanted to have this life with her, but now she's gone. What had she done? How badly did she mess up that Rose decided she no longer wanted that life? Pearl would've been happy to stay like that forever. She thought Rose would be too. She'd based her entire life around her. Why wasn't that enough? She'd tried so hard.
It also has some FASCINATING implications about Rose. She's trying so hard to give Pearl an honest choice in this. She doesn't stop to consider how the gag order will affect her. Because in her mind, why would it be relevant? They'll be completely free from the diamonds, they'll both be happy, and she can finally stop being the useless little Pink Diamond and live with the people she loves. She wants to forget it ever happened. Wants to just be Rose and pretend she never was a diamond. She wants to live with Pearl like there never was any status involved. She wants to live on earth and forget she ever stepped foot on homeworld. If they just forget she was ever Pink, maybe Pearl will just love her without being so skittish around her. Maybe if they just forget it ever happened. Maybe if everyone just forgets it ever happened, she can pretend Pink never existed and that she's only ever been Rose.
But of course shattering Pink fucked Pearl up. She severely injured the love of her life. She had to lie to all of her friends for years. She had to conceal a massive part of herself. She couldn't talk about it even to Rose. It's just. Such a complicated situation.
And also the fucking line in it's over isn't it hits so hard in retrospect btw. Petty and dull with the nerve to doubt her. Implying at this point in the story she was questioning Rose. Mmmm interesting.
Also the music the art the EVERYTHING. Fantastic episode. I think it's my favorite, yeah. Just. Excellent. 10/10.

lol I was skimming through your blog and I saw ppl love to say elain is uncomfortable around lucien I once had this argument with someone and I asked them "why hasn't she break the mating bond?" and they instantly shut down lol
like come on girl if she was THAT uncomfortable wouldn't she asked feyre if there was a way to end whatever it was with him and set herself free and choose azriel? she had 2 years to think about it and it apparently hasn't accrued to her once...
and my bigger question is why Azriel hasn't ask himself that? ah right... he hasn't think beyond the fantasy of her in his bedroom so he dosen't really care if she's mated or not bc his brothers are mated to her sisters and lucien of all people is mated with her, now how fair is that? very romantic...
honestly it's really that simple... yall just need to think a little and stop being blind and delulu lmao
I think it's probably accurate to say Elain IS uncomfortable when Lucien is around.
But.......so what, right? 😂
Feyre was terrified of Rhys when she first met him.
Nesta made Cassian feel like he was worthless when she first met him, snorting and looking away as if he was nothing then told him on multiple occasions to leave her the hell alone.
So yes, Elain is uncomfortable but there are many possible reasons that could be causing that besides the "she has no interest in him and will never have interest in him" argument.
I am the absolute worst around people I'm really attracted to. Like, "can't make eye contact and have no idea what to say" awkward and uncomfortable.
Elain might not want a mate or a male because she's trying to convince herself it's the truth all the while being frustrated that she's extremely drawn to Lucien.
Elain's "newfound boldness" might disappear around Lucien because he can see right through that "newfound boldness" to realize she's fooling herself and those around her, that she's not as happy and fine in the NC as she's putting out there.
Everyone expects Elain to make friends and be optimistic because that's who she's always been but what happens when if it's not working? She wouldn't want to let others down when they have certain expectations of her so she's showing them what they want to see. Maybe she's trying to fake it until she makes it herself.
But a mate KNOWS things and can most likely sense that she's full of shit. That would make me lose my "newfound boldness" too. Knowing someone has a front row seat to my soul and they can see act I'm putting on.
Until we are at the end of Elain's book (considering Nesta STILL couldn't admit her feelings for Cassian until 3/4 of the way through), no one can say for certain that Elain's reaction to Lucien isn't a result of the intense emotions and pull she has to him, that it's something she's fighting having to admit because it's scary.
Like you said, why string the poor man along for nearly two years if she's really not interested? Why keep accepting his gifts? Why not beg Feyre to not invite him to Solstice? And why haven't Az or Elain made any plans on what they'll say to Lucien if they do in fact have feelings for one another? If Elain has no interest in him then why is Rhys telling Az to back off? Why does Nesta call her a wretch for not sitting near him? Why does Cassian feel bad for the longing on Lucien's face? Why did Feyre tell Elain to get to know Lucien? Why did Feyre encourage Lucien to spend more time with Elain? Considering these are Az's people, why are they all on board the Elucien train?
Elain and Az not ending up together is a blip in their journey's. They had a year where they tossed around the idea of something (all the while Az was also tossing around the idea of wishing Mor wanted him). But they can move on and it really doesn't affect anyone to any real degree, not even themselves. If Az can get over his 500 + year old love for Mor within the span of a book then getting over a 1 year long crush should take him 1/500th of that time.
Elain and Lucien not ending up together impacts their entire lives. It impacts the lives of whoever they end up with (that person always knowing that their SO has a unique bond with someone else, a super special connection that only mates share). It's not something, as Rhys tells us, that will ever completely go away.

Honestly, I love your style, And I enjoy the way you design the characters we rarely see with the cloak off, like grimm or the pale king. But obviously, No artist is without his flaws, and I presume you do not view yourself to be without any. For starters, While the whole "Pale king is an innocent gubblemuncher" thing is cute, depending on how it's handled, It gets stale, fast. (especially considering purely how non-gubblemuncher PK is in the lore, but whatever, we can just ignore that-) Then, I have a bit of a nit to pick at with the way the "Feral PK au" was handled. Once again, similar issue to as I listed prior, PK being innocent and chill is cute, but it gets old fast, especially when the au is based around this characterization of the pale king. (Also, I didn't like PK and WL breaking up despite WL seeming to still care about him in the game, Unless there was some insane sit-com tier argument they had after PK reincarnated that I was never told about, But ig we needed a reason to ship grimm and pk, since, as most are aware, WL hates grimm's guts, so I doubt she would be ok with sharing, so it makes sense.) And finally, I don't like the missed potential of the "feral PK au". When I first heard of that au idea, I imagined a tragic story where PK comes back, But is almost a wild animal and WL ends up caging him bc she's too attached to let him go.... Instead, It's basically an artifact title, one that only applies to the act 1, maybe even just act 0.5, Possibly act 0.25 depending on how it worked. So, I think a more accurate title would be "palegrimm crack au" /j
(Note that "Gubblemuncher" is not an expression I meant to offend, It's 11:55 AM and I needed to make up something to describe a gremlin who is adorable in their own way.)
okay so uhh. i wanted to keep this short but i have a lot of things to say, though i'll get to the point right away. i don't appreciate those kinds of comments, i'm sorry
don't get me wrong, you have every right to dislike aspects of my au. there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. i'm aware that some of my takes are perhaps a little out there. i know many of them stray far away from canon. however, i never claimed that i wanted it to stick to canon, quite the opposite in fact
this au, the whole story, is something i do for myself. it's a little comfort space for me, that i decided to share with friends and other people because they showed interest and wanted to me to talk about it. i did not make it with the intention of creating a coherent narrative, or writing something sophisticated that would have a good plot. i'm not good at those things, i won't pretend otherwise. all this is, is just a silly self-indulgent au that means so, so much to me
and so i understand if some people don't vibe with it. that's perfectly fine, it's not for everyone. what i'm not fine with is people telling me how they think i should write the characters or where they think i should take the story, treating it as if the au is meant to cater to them. that is not what you'll find here, i'm sorry. i find comments like "this is a missed potential" to be a bit rude and quite discouraging, especially since i've never done anything like this and so i'm very insecure about it
some parts of this ask come off as a bit passive-aggressive to me, but that could very well be me overthinking. and because i don't like assuming the worst in people, i want to clear some misconceptions i saw here instead
first of all, the au is not built around the idea that pk is innocent. i've stated before that i don't agree with that notion, he has done terrible things and that should not be ignored. the difference here is that i try to make him more nuanced, and i've personally always loved the theme of well-meaning people committing horrible actions in the name of good. that is where i'm going with my interpretation. he tries to do well, he is very emotional and anxious, he wants to make others happy and be loved. and yet he's still responsible for the deaths of so, so many beings that did not deserve that fate. that is not something i want to ignore, it's something that haunts him constantly, and is a huge part of his character, his struggles and his arc in the au
the reason why you rarely see that portrayed in my art is because, like i said, this is something i do for myself. while i enjoy thinking about more emotional aspects of it, i also want to find happiness and comfort in it, and so i prioritize wholesome art, as that is what i find the most comforting. perhaps it is my fault that i'm not clear enough about this, and if so, i'll try to do better
i will be more short and to the point with the next part, as i've answered many asks about this topic in the past. but no, fpk and wl did not separate because of grimm. they did not separate because of a "sitcom tier argument" either. it was a result of their vastly different approaches to dealing with their guilt and shame (among other things about their relationship), and they divorced while still on good terms. this would've happened in the au even without grimm in the picture, so no, i did not just get rid of wl to make space for the ship i like. that was never my intention, even if pale nightmare is my preferred ship
lastly, about the name of the au, i mentioned before that it wasn't a conscious decision to name it that, people simply started calling him "feral pk" and i decided to keep it. for convenience, and because i thought it had a nice ring to it. that being said, it's still accurate to his character in the au. he doesn't simply "drop the feral act" once he reunites with his family, his instincts are a part of him now. throughout the whole story of the au, he is by all accounts "feral". if you had different expectations for this, then i'm afraid that is on you. you are free to explore the idea you had yourself, it sounds interesting. but it's not something i wanted to do
like i said. i don't want to assume that your intentions were to be rude. but i wanted to respond anyway to clear possible misunderstandings, and emphasize that i don't like seeing comments like this. still, i hope you have a good day anon. if you did not mean for me to interpret it like this, then know that i don't hold it against you. we're all here to enjoy ourselves, but some boundaries need to be made, and this is where i set mine. i hope you understand

The more I try to wrap my head around BG3 lore the more confused I get. I can't seem to understand what the deal is with Bhaal, Bhaalists and Durge, but I want to get it to write Fawn more accurately. Maybe I'm missing the whole picture or it's deliberately kinda vague so you can insert your character better but it seems that some info either doesn't add up, contradicts itself or is supposed to be describing different points in time and I'm just a dumbass.
1. Durge chastises Orin for basically playing too much with her victims (posing corpse-dollies) and being picky about them ('Bhaal doesn't care whether you give him the corpse of a pauper or a king'), sacrificing quantity for quality. In turn Orin calls Durge blunt and dull and says they spill their victims blood unworthy of their Father, they lack beauty in their atrocities. So, logically, it suggests that Durge killed more than Orin but in less creative/elegant ways.
2. Gortash says to Durge that "Bhaal allows you to pick your battles, as long as you do pick them. Orin thinks she needs to slash every throat in sight" which seems to suggest that it's Durge who's the picky one, or at least the one who has more restraint. It might be that Durge got pickier after they allied with Gortash but it's really hard for me to imagine Gortash considering the alliance to begin with if he didn't see that Durge could at least somewhat control themselves already. It's possible that Durge seems to have more restraint only from Gortash's POV because they are willing to sacrifice their kill streak in favor of their plot while Orin is vehemently against Gortash cramping her style, which reads to him as excessive bloodlust.
3. If Blood in Baldur's Gate is any indication, Durge does seem to enjoy a bit of cat-and-mouse chase they have with Tav. Sure, those might have been just ways to lure Tav closer enough to kill them, but the whole 'catch me if you can' angle reads more as part of the entertainment, at least to me. Also, while Durge's killings don't seem particularly refined (although you could argue that the butcher's death was kinda poetic) they seem to at least put some care into covering their tracks and using petty squabbles of the city to avoid suspicion and additionally faking their own death, even though they seem to judge Orin for planning and plotting. Maybe Durge meant something else and it was different from their plotting (as you could argue Durge's schemes were more essential to their survival/survival of the cult) but I can't come up with anything else which could be described as 'plotting'. Is it just a case of "Noooooo, my plotting and scheming is based and useful and your plotting and scheming is cringe and melodramatic, this is different :(((("?
4. Also, I guess the whole "you plan, you plot, you prevaricate and you waste [Bhaal's] time" is rich coming from someone who ended up pulling the biggest plot in the history of plots with Gortash. I would chalk it up to Durge being a massive hypocrite or this letter being written long before the whole deal with Gortash but it's weird that Orin never mentions this contradiction.
5. Something I don't understand about Bhaal's worship in general: why is there such a focus on torture, necrophilia, cannibalism and general messiness of the kills if the main goal is to just kill as many people as you can? Wouldn't it just be useless distraction to torture them prior? I think in other iterations of dnd lore Bhaalist practices were more about spreading fear of Bhaal in the hearts of people so gory, bloody murders made sense, but it doesn't seem to be the case here? Some of Sceleritas' dialogue suggests Durge might be 'inspired' by breaking taboos if they ever tire of killing, but this clearly goes beyond just Durge's quirks and seems to be prevalent to the whole belief system.
6. Kinda continuing the point from the previous one, If Durge is against 'playing with food' so much, what was the vivisection memory? Wouldn't it be the ultimate form of playing with your victims? I guess it's kinda like torture but the whole point of vivisection is that you keep the subject alive as long as needed (or through the whole thing depending on the purpose). Maybe that's what the whole thing with Sceleritas was about, him being drunk and ruining the experiment, maybe it was actually to keep Durge from messing around with their kills too much rather than simple incompetence? Also keeping the embalmed organs and taxidermied corpses is a bit weird, but the narrator did say it was Sceleritas who arranged the study and he does seem to have a habit of collecting bits from Durge's kills as a form of reverence. Although his line "You always told me not to stay too close to the art when it's on display" (in reference to Alfira's body) suggests that Durge did view their killing as art... Despite shitting on Orin for the same thing? Or maybe it was just a figure of speech from Sceleritas, idk. Maybe Durge meant it in reference to art in general, but then why are these two even having discussions about art and how you shouldn't be interfering with it?
7. The main reason for Sceletitas being around was to ensure that Durge keeps following Bhaal's path. However in certain dialogue Sceleritas suggests that Durge struggled to conduct themselves without him around. That makes sense if Durge had a tendency to disobey or kill in a way Bhaal didn't like, but then if we bring this all the way back to point 1, what's up with Durge shitting on Orin when they themselves apparently need to be constantly surveillance and guided? I guess Durge could be talking about knowing what Bhaal wants but not being able to follow through with it sometimes while Orin doesn't understand Bhaal at all and thinks herself somehow more worthy even though her killings are subpar by Father's standards.
8. In failed!Durge dialogue becoming the mindless murder machine seems to be the lowest of the low most undesirable thing that could happen, but... Isn't it the most efficient way of achieving Bhaal's goal?? What do you want, old man?? Do you want plotting and scheming or not, I don't get you. Orin seems to consider Durge's killing mindless and beastlike already, but I guess we're operating on a scale here? What seems barbaric and tasteless to Orin is perfectly fine with Bhaal, but even he doesn't have a need for a dumb meat puppet. But then again, if Bhaal, for some reason, is so against planning and scheming, what is there left to the act of murder if not just mindlessly going on a rampage? Getting some mixed signals here, old man. I guess realistically Bhaal would be against murderous rampage in a sense that Durge would most likely agro the whole city against them and get taken down almost immediately thus bringing in far less kills than if they were a bit smart about it, but this doesn't really seem to be the case in failed!Durge ending, it implies you're just going on a killing spree for the rest of your days, so what is the problem exactly? I guess it’s more like “Well, this little shithead is not listening to me, at least I can make them a bit useful”, but then again why wasn’t this murderous rampage the main goal from the start?
9. What exactly is wrong with Orin's murders? Not even bringing in the fact that both elegant and grisly murders are fine by Bhaal's dogma as far as I know, how are they fundamentally different from Durge's? Because of the fact she puts her victims on display like a cat? Didn't Durge do the same thing with the butcher in Blood in Baldur's Gate? Also isn't that the whole point for Bhaalists to put on great displays in his honor? Or is it the fact that Orin spends just TOO MUCH time on it? Is there a limit of some sort? Is it just her displaying her mother's corpse that bothers Bhaal and Sarevok so much or are the little bg1 and 2 reference kills with limericks over the top too? Do they just hate the fact that Orin messes around with the corpses post-mortem? Wouldn't Durge's necrophilia and cannibalism imply the same thing? Is this because she seems to have a habit of not finishing the job (infecting Durge, kidnapping a companion/Yenna)?
10. Orin seems to prohibit her Bhaalists from consuming flesh, but wouldn't that give her extra points with daddy Bhaal? What reason does Bhaal have for endorsing cannibalistic tendencies? Is this only okay because it allows his followers to sate their hunger while busy murdering? But dialogue implies that they at least sometimes cook the meat they consume, so it doesn't really save any time that you can dedicate to murder, it's just a regular ass meal, if a bit gruesome. I guess this is basically point 5 but it's still confusing to me. Maybe all the atrocities are just a way for Bhaal to say “You can have a little fun while you murder, just as a treat, but don’t indulge too much, you have work to do”, but these desires for excessive violence and barbarity seem to be coming from the Urge itself, which is basically an extension of Bhaal’s urges and desires. So he wants to do all these things and he wants his followers to do all these things, even though they are counter-productive to his plans? Is everyone a hypocrite in this family?
11. I guess at the end of the day I don't understand what the fuck Bhaal wants. His main goal as stated by Durge and the basis of Absolute plot is to kill everyone as fast as possible. But for some reason going on a murderous rampage just won't do. Successful murder streaks require excessive planning, but, again, Durge implies that planning just wastes Bhaal's time. Bhaal encourages all kinds of cruelty done to the victim which possibly won't even be seen by anyone to make them fear Bhaal but for some reason draws the line at Orin's displays, even though both of these types of activities slow down the progress of achieving his ultimate goal.
I don't know, man. Maybe after being resurrected and downgraded to quasi-deity Bhaal just went off the rails and abandoned his more assassin-like scheming ways for simple "Fuck it, just kill everyone". But even if his main focus and dogmas changed I still can't merry the concept of "Minimal plotting and playing with corpses, just get as many people as you can killed" with "Yeah, you can definitely eat, vivisect, fuck, mutilate and torture your victims while you're at it, this doesn't impede killing speed at all".
I guess I’m just bothered that there seems to be an excessive focus on Bhaal’s violent and savage side, while his cold and calculating side is virtually non-existent.

I'm back again, lol. Hope you're doing good and that I'm not bothering you.
How do you think genshin characters would react to you making art of them? It doesn't really matter whether it's a drawing or song or a story of them(all of it is considered art after all). But I think that if you were to write a song or some kind of fic of them, Kazuha, Venti, Xingyan, Yae and all characters interested in those areas would be even more touched.
Also, imagine if Albedo finds a way to get a hold of a drawing of him by you(if it's digital he can probably find a way to materialize it with alchemy) and he just frames it and keeps it in his office or at his camp just to look at it as a reminder that his beloved creator loves him enough to spend time making such a beautiful artwork of him. Or if you draw on paper or canvases, suddenly a few of your pieces might be missing. And if it's a painting specifically he'll probably spend a lot of time researching the techniques used to draw the painting. It can go from what materials and brushes you used to at what angle and how much force was used in individual brushstrokes.
And you can bet that if Yae gets a hold of one your fics they're getting published or if it's a drawing maybe used for a cover or posters.(Just copies ofc, she's keeping the original)
And the embarrassment you'd feel if one of the fics they found was one of those x reader smut fics 💀 Reactions will most definitely vary between smug flirting and flustered shutdown(a.k.a Xiao)
P.s. Sorry, I really can't write short asks for the life of me, huh? TvT
No worries! You're not bothering me at all!! I'm doing well, you too? :D Earlier today I posted another ask, but it didn’t show up on the tags. I ended up reposting it, and in the end it showed up the second time (which was a relief, it was a big ask lol) so let’s hope this one will go alright! If not, I hope it at least notifies you XD

Albedo is extremely self-aware. He can feel your gaze shift when you move the camera, and while he doesn’t get the full picture, he believes Teyvat to be your playground.
In the time spent with you, Albedo has memorised your patterns in behaviour. He can predict your next move accurately. You want him to move this way? He’s already moving into that direction without the code leading him.
Unlike most others, he 'favours' the code. It restricts him, but it never stops him. He memorises the numbers that barricade the world and recognises the patterns in them. It doesn’t take long for him to enter a new world, your dektop.
You're not in that 'world'. You presence is none existent. And while it's not you, it’s a step closer to knowing more about you.
This new world has lots of information, useful to him to get to know you more. And so Albedo starts doing what he does best; experiment.
He starts bending the code further and plays with the numbers barricating Teyvat. It only takes him a few days to finds your personal information.
Albedo tries to make sense of the newfound information. Your location is indeed unknown to Teyvat. It must be another realm which you call home. It's purely coincidental that he stumbles upon your folder of 'fanart'. Not that he minds. Perhaps he took a few souvenirs. No one has to know, right?
There was a short period where he tried to materialise the 'artwork' you made. He succeeded, but only temporarily. The code would delete your masterpiece as soon as your presence arrived.
But Albedo isn’t one to give up. He likes the chase you give him. It's no fun if the creator gave him everything in one go. So, he tried to look for alternatives.
At the end of Albedo's adventure in the code, he succeeded.
There is now an exact replica of your 'fanart' framed and stored away at his camp. The figure in the portrait is uncannily similar to Albedo himself. It's the reason why he grew obsessed with it.

You don't care much about the books in game. You gather them for achievements but never look at them again once they entered your inventory.
Perhaps it's a good thing you didn't.
If you did, you'd have found an item only available to you.
It's got more text than the others. It contains content you're too familiar with.
Worst of all, it's signed with your full name, published by Yae, and spread all over Teyvat.
Hmm... maybe you should keep track of the items you hold, traveller.

For the character asks- 17,36,40 and 46?
17. Do they have any allergies?
Does having somewhat sensitive skin count as an allergy? Most scented products make her face break out. That's why prior to getting isekaied she never really wore makeup. Speaking of Makeup
36. Do they wear makeup regularly? If they don’t, would they consider wearing any?
If she's not wearing something with a high neckline, she tends to cover up the death marks on her neck with concealer.
40. Do they believe in true love? Have they experienced it?
Marion believes in true love, but she also thinks that the notion that everyone needs to find a romantic partner at some time in their life to be fulfilled/complete is weird. She has had crushes on people. She's had people she cared about and enjoyed spending time with. But she's never really experienced "True Love" in the traditional romantic sense and that's not something she particularly minds.
46. How do others see them? How accurate is it to how they really are?
Part of the reason why I love writing outsider POV's so much is that I get to use them to answer this question.
Short Answer to the first: Depends on if Marion is actively lying, trying to reflect, or trying to be genuine.
Short Answer to the second: It’s not that the general assessment is incorrect, but it's most certainly incomplete.
Long Answer: When Marion is actively attempting to appear like a Responsible and Trustworthy Important Person who you should Listen To Because She Has Authority Look At Her Badge that's how they see her. But this really only works on people who have just met her. You don't have to actively hang out with her long when she's not Putting On The Inspector Front to know that she's just making shit up. But it's undeniable that while she's making most of what she's saying up, she's not making up her desire to keep people safe.
In other situations, Marion's causal attitude towards her own safety, the way she causally says things that she shouldn't have known, the way she will randomly "remember" something and act on that memory, and her general speech patterns (particularly while in the 20th century) make her appear eccentric and erratic. None of that changes the fact that she's often correct.
Depending on the Doctor and the situation, companions either end up with the assumption that Marion is the voice of reason that keeps the Doctor grounded or that the Doctor is the voice of reason that keeps Marion grounded. How accurate this assessment is varies based on the situation. But the one thing that Marion makes clear early on is that they may not know her, but she knows them, and would fistfight the devil if it meant keeping them safe.
The Doctor’s perspective of Marion gradually evolves as they get older. They meet Marion out of order, sees how her behavior changes and connect the dots between behavior changes and events that he later realizes causes those changes. But the Doctor’s general assessment of her is that she loves them fiercely and wants them safe. And also that the Doctor wants to keep her safe. And also that if anything permanent every happened that made them lose her forever to say it would break them would be an understatement

I enjoyed "Unhappy Campers", but I feel like Moxxie's character was inconsistent. For one, Moxxie does have an ego, and he does enjoy having said ego stoked appreciated by others, but he seemed downright obsessed with getting the attention of the humans he was trying to get intel from which seemed very strange for his character. Moxxie is very much a "will tell others about how great he is without caring much about their response unless its a positive one" kind of person; he's never really needed the random people he tells his greatness to to reciprocate those thoughts. But here he seems obsessed with getting that reciprocation. For Moxxie to be so needy for the attention of strangers to the point where he would resent Millie, the person he adores so much he literally sung her praise at Ozzie's, and not support her when she's clearly happy... its completely out of character. Not to say his character couldn't go in that direction, but this episode brought the idea out of nowhere, with no build up that I could see, and had it resolved in minutes which tells me it was a change brought just for this episode to give conflict. Its a move I think everyone can can agree is very... meh.
Which sucks to me because one thing they did well was Millie's character, but she needed more. Millie's feelings of being seen as overly aggressive and never being really appreciated by anyone but her husband make sense for her character, but we've never really seen her have these issues past the Harvest Moon Festival. She needed more buildup for this plot point (aka more screen time in previous episodes that showed off this internal struggle) and way more build up on Moxxie's part to get him to a point where he would actively seek out approval from others, because he just didn't do that before (with exceptions for Blitzo maybe).
Likewise, the entire confrontation between Millie and Moxxie was super rushed. Moxxie getting chewed out by Millie and immediately realizing his mistake is fine, but I feel like we should've had more time to stew in Moxxie's regret and Millie's disappointment, (the moment when she was about to perform and became sad when she realized Moxxie wasn't there to support her was great, but it was instantly resolved, making it feel not very important). The resolution happened way too quickly and it felt hard to get invested in the conflict.
One positive I will give is Millie's reaction to Moxxie's selfishness. She started tearing up and pouring her heart out to him before getting angry and giving him the cold-shoulder. It makes sense, because Moxxie being the person she loves and trusts the most means she would show a side of herself she wouldn't show others, and so her response would be different than her usual reactionary outbursts. But at the same time, she's a Wrath demon with a lot of anger, and her shutting Moxxie down felt very accurate; it fits her take-no-bullshit attitude, and made her feel more like her own unique character. She's still Millie at the end of the day, and her willful attitude won't be clamped down for anyone, not even Moxxie.
Overall, I probably would have pushed the Barbie Wire storyline into another episode and had this one be dedicated solely to Moxxie and Millie's development, especially considering how lacking meaningful screen time has been for Millie. It would've been a change of pace from the usually action-packed episodes (I say this as someone who enjoys the action the most and believes it is Helluva's strong suit) and a good chance for Millie to have her spotlight, as well as to give more attention to MnM's first on-screen conflict.

I never cared before about Alys when I've read F&B but the way some of those shippers hate her so much , in Twitter i see alot of them call her ugly hag , gro**mer and so many misgonystic/ ageism names and even hope for her to get cut from the show.. What for ? She is very important to the narrative and especially to Aemond's arc...
Yeah, shippers of other things and antis have been getting weirrrrrrrrrd about Alys. And that's not just a thing specific to her, I've seen some people on my side say weird shit about Helaena (which is fucked up she's the number one girlie y'all are fake fucking Green fans if you're gonna shit on Helaena for no reason), and I'm really not looking forward to anything the Daemon/Rhaenyra shippers are going to have to say once Nettles shows up. Chillest shippers I've seen in this fandom thus far are the Rhaenicents, God bless. And it'd be one thing on its own if I could trust that this was just confined to dislike of a character, but considering the track record people have when it comes to ASOIAF related media (the people who made fun of Emilia Clarke's appearance and her brain injuries and bullied Emily Carey off of social media are never going to see Heaven), I do not trust these people not be utterly vitriolic to whichever actress they ultimately cast as Alys.
People can have their criticisms of the ship, they can point out what they want about the age difference (even though it's not grooming because words have meanings Jesus Christ, not to mention Aemond has significantly more power in the relationship than Alys does) or just not enjoy it, that's all fair and valid. But it's really weird to demand that Alys be cut entirely when she's a unique part of her story and offers a unique perspective that no other character can offer, as well as her place in the stories and arcs not just for Aemond but for Daemon and Larys and honestly even Criston cuz he was at Harrenhal too. Alys can't be replaced with another character, no one occupies the part of the story she's a part of in the way that she does, that's why she as a character exists. Nor is it necessarily "out of character" for Aemond to fall for her or prioritize her once he does, and it's not him "abandoning his family for some chick" as I've seen some people actually say. For one, sorry that Aemond's recorded actions as written down in one book aren't fitting into what you want to happen, but that's on you, not the writing. If, over the course of a single story, a character's canon actions and canon thoughts and canon feelings and canon words feel "out of character" to you, then you simply do not have an accurate read on that character, I'm sorry. For two, it's not even him abandoning his family or being out of character. Nothing about their relationship is out of bounds for the kind of person that Aemond is, and as I mentioned in a prior ask, Aemond is not in a position to help his family. Even beyond the fact that Aemond considers Daemon their biggest threat at the moment and his primary goal was to get rid of him before thinking of any way to depose Rhaenyra, his family's either dead or prisoners to a hostile faction, and any attempt to try and free the ones he knows are alive just aren't feasible at that time (if you think Aemond's going to gamble the lives of his mother and his sister on the off chance that an assault on Rhaenyra might succeed, then you're stupid, no two ways about it). With that backdrop, it makes perfect sense that Aemond is at least going to fight tooth and nail for the one person he does have and does love, that he can save, because he can't do anything for Alicent or Helaena or Aegon who at this point might even be dead, but he can do something to keep Alys safe and well by his side. And even if you want to be incredibly cynical about it, then at this point in time Alys could potentially be carrying a future claimant for the Greens. No one knows where Aegon is, Jaehaera is ineligible for the throne under Westerosi customs and laws, Jaehaerys and Maelor are both dead, and Aemond and Daeron are both actively participating in deadly combat that could (and does) kill them. For pragmatism alone, Aemond wanting to ensure that, if Alys is carrying a son, that this son survives to continue pressing the claims set forth by their side, or Hell even just to make it so Rhaenyra doesn't win, makes sense.
Even if you want to ignore the importance Alys brings to the narrative, what she furthers in Aemond's arc, what his love for her can reveal to us about the kind of character that he is, that still doesn't make anything about the romance or the actions it spurs "out of character" or an indictment on Aemond, nor does it justify being weird and vile about a fictional character or people who enjoy her relationship with another fictional character. Ya fucking freaks.

So I’m reading the Memory, Sorrow, and Thorn Trilogy by Tad Williams (I’m halfway through book three), and I just have to tell you about the main female character Miriamele.
Miriamele is all of a sudden one of my favourite book characters of all time, female or otherwise. To briefly set up who she is, she is a princess who ran away from her evil father, the king, to join forces with her uncle, the leader of the rebellion against the evil king.
She is shamelessly feminine, and embraces femininity when it’s an option; but at the same time she is not afraid to dress as a boy, (that’s what she does to escape from her father’s castle) cut her hair short, put dirt on her face, and get her hands dirty. It’s not a big deal for her: her love of feminine things, or her willingness to set it aside. She’s just doing what she needs to do.
In the first part of her arc she goes through the process of unlearning her privilege, putting herself in the places of others, and realizing that there are bigger problems out there than the ones she’s been seeing up close. But she never loses her confidence in the things she is knowledgeable about, what she knows and believes to be right; and also in the fact that while she did have a privileged childhood, her trauma still exists and is valid.
Miriamele is brave, without the “get out of my way how dare you try to protect me I can take care of myself”, girlboss kind of way, if that makes sense. She’s not afraid to be emotional. She is kind and optimistic, but not without her faults: as I said before, at the beginning she is quite privileged, but due to her willingness to learn and be corrected when needed, she gets better.
She has moments of great weakness, while also being an overall strong person, which is so great to read! Speaking from the point of view of a girl who does not consider herself a 100%, all the time, Strong Woman, in a culture that demands strength, the way that her weakness does not make her a weak person, period, really strikes a chord. It makes her feel real. There’s a point in the story where she is used and mistreated by a particular man, and Miriamele knows she’s being used, and knows it’s wrong and deserves better, but she is so tired and weary of being strong at that point in the story that she convinces herself that it would be easier to give up. I don’t know, its a difficult topic to read about, but it was written so well! It felt like a really accurate story of abuse, one in which the victim does eventually escape with the help of her friends, who give her both material help and the push she needs to gather the strength to stand up for herself. And then she hits the guy in the face with an oar!! It’s amazing!!
She gets back up, learns to forgive (not the guy who abused her — other people — she ends up engineering a humiliating and painful situation for that piece of garbage). She learns the art of choosing to have compassion for others, even those who have hurt her (again, not the abusive guy, he gets his just desserts).
I’m not done the series, and right now she’s dealing with some feelings of shame, she’s just reunited with the guy she had a sort-of crush on before, and she’s afraid of what he’ll think of her. I hope that she will realize that her past does not define her character, just informs it. I just really felt the need to write about her! I’ve been truly shocked at how well-written she is, especially since I haven’t loved everything Tad Williams has done in the Female Character department. For the record, his other characters in this series are all great too! Well rounded, complex, sympathetic… yeah, I’m really enjoying it!
Tell me if you’ve read any Tad Williams, and what you thought about his writing!

So question what do you consider accurate Sakura Haruno characterization?? I've seen interpretations of her that I really enjoy, and others I care significantly less for, and as I've never seen Naruto, and I trust your opinion I was wondering what your take on her was?
OKAY SO
at first, she's actually kind of a bitch! but, like, in that super ordinary preteen girl way, where her biggest concerns are impressing/getting close to her crush and showing up her rival and being willing to center her actions around those things. she's not nice or particularly sweet, but she's not cruel or mean or harpy either. she's immature and a lil insecure, as preteens should be allowed to be. god knows her teammates are, they're just a hundred times more traumatized.
the biggest thing is that her problems and desires do make sense, they're just so utterly mundane compared to sasuke's and naruto's, and i think that's a fascinating contrast. they're dealing with the massacre of their family and complete and total social ostracization, respectively, and trying to survive it, whereas sakura is an average girl in a career track for child soldiers, and her standards haven't conformed to the reality of her situation yet.
and then she spends time around a whole bunch of badass people and gets put through some harrowing experiences and gets an apprenticeship with one of the legendary sannin, ad she starts coming into her own, gaining confidence and skills. and then there's the war, and she's under an extreme amount of stress, and dealing with it. she's a healer. she's a lowkey badass. and she's Doing It.
i just really love how ordinary she is, even after all that. when people write her, they take everything in the worst faith possible and pile her with faults she doesn't have. that, or they treat her like this... alien without a soul, somehow. a paper cutout because her problems are so different from those around her, i think, and nobody knows quite what to do with them or how to do them, so they just... leave them out.
i remember this one fic that got it where naruto had been under conditioning as a weapon and as a result had super sensitive ears, and the narrative kept describing sakura as screechy and shallow -- except then someone told her that her voice was hurting naruto's ears, and she went D: and started trying to moderate her volume/tone when she was around him. and i think that's about what she is. she's trying, and about as sensitive and perceptive as the average human with half-decent social skills, and sometimes makes mistakes and gets things wrong and needs to be actually told that other people need things, but she's trying.
