content: jason grace x legacy of ceres! reader blurb warning: none! author's note: so painfully soft. actually thats a lie, there is a dash of angst in here. but i love love love this one so much it just- this boy misses home but it's not a place, it's a person. also that title...guys come on, you know its good dont play with me rn

jason was basically buzzing. it was, easily, his favorite day of the whole entire year. consualia, to celebrate the harvest that year or something or other. jason didn't care as much for the meaning as you did. which made sense, considering your connections the the harvest and plants and all that jazz. what jason cared for was how hard new rome always went. resturants stayed open for longer, nearly everybody clambered into the streets and just celebrated each other. and jason's favorite part? the string lights that ran through every block and down every street. you couldn't turn a corner without seeing one and jason could feel the electricity just buzzing off them, surely to match his mood. plus, you and him had developed a tradition of your own back when you were children. he'd only every missed it once, this past year, as juno had stolen him away right before the holiday. his heart squeezed and squished at the thought of you, celebrating alone. he promised to make up for it this year.

"jason!" you cheered as you swung the door of your parent's apartment open. jason went to say something but you, like always, took his breath away. sure, it was a dress he'd seen before, but he couldn't help but feeling like he was falling in love for the first time. gods know what, but something jolted the boy back into action, proudly presenting you with the flowers he'd brought.

"aww, you didn't have to, baby," you cooed but took them from his hand, squeezing them to your chest.

"uh, yes, i did! you think im not gonna get my girl flowers on a day like today?" he taunted with a wide smile that left you laughing.

"whatever. you don't even know the importance of today," you mocked, wrinkling your nose up at him.

"nope, not a clue. i know why it's important to me though," jason mused, smiling down in a way that had you melting. which he got to watch in live time.

"y/n, ill get those in a vase for you, honey," your dad mused, ever the son of ceres, holding his hands out for the flowers, which you reluctantly passed off. jason and your dad nodded at each other and jason went to open his mouth and ask about what he thought about the lastest war games but you were already tugging him down the street.

jason let you lead the way, the pair of you parting from the massive crowds and walking down some desolate street. but you two knew where it led, knowing smiles shared as you turned another corner. in the grand scheme of things, it was nothing. just a fountain, not too hard to find around new rome. but to you and jason, it was everything. it was where you first celebrated consualia together as children, playing hopscotch and other childish games. later, i'd be where you first kissed, once again on consualia. jason had shyly shoved flowers to you, stuttering out that he liked you. and you kissed him, squishing the flowers between your chests. so, every year, the two of you came back, watching others pass by your little bubble of nostalgia.

"i brought aureus coins. ya know, to make wishes on!" you mused, rooting around in your purse. and jason couldn't tear his eyes away from you. you. you. you. his darling girl. who he was robbed of a year with. the tears were rapidly blurring his view of you, his least favorite part of crying. due to recent events, he'd become increasingly grateful for every vivid memory he could make of you and everything else.

"found them! okay, this one's yours and-...oh, jase," you instantly stopped, looking back at jason and reaching your hands out to the poor boy, your coins clattering to the ground.

"i-i'm so sorry. it's just- i-...you were alone last year and i can't stop picturing it," he spit out, every second making it harder to keep the tears in. and you were gracious, wrapping your arms around his shoulders and pulling his chest to rest against your shoulder and allowing his tears to run along your skin.

"it's okay, jase, we're okay. it wasn't your fault. plus, she gave you back to me. one year alone will always be worth that. i got my boy back. i couldn't ask for more," you whispered against the side of jason's head, running your hand through his hair and over his shoulders comfortingly. and he squeezed your waist and held you tight and pressed kisses anywhere his lips could reach, never wanting to part from you again.

the two of you stayed like that, holding and caressing the other with soft hands and gentle words. and jason had the fleeting thought that he couldn't be more grateful for his harvest on consualia this year- getting you back had been the cream of the crop for sure.

"Can you please go out with me?" The guy asked once again for the fourth time today, he wouldnt leave you alone. He had been at this for a week and just wouldnt take no as an answer. And today he had been following you the whole day trying to get your attention. You finally had enough and decided to lie and tell him you had a boyfriend. And when he asked who. You said the first person you seen.

The boys:Rook,Jade,Lilia,Kalim,Sliver

Rook.

•You really didnt wanna say him, but he was already walking over to you like he knew what was going on. Which sent shivers down your back.

•You didnt even have to say anything.

•"What are you doing with mon amour?" rook would ask when he got closer to you two.

•"This is who you're dating?" The guy would ask, once those words left the guys mouth. You felt the mood shift and you had a really bad feeling about this. But what done was done.

•"If Vil wouldnt get so angry, I might of liked this hunt. But Me and mon amour here are gonna be on our way."

•Hook grabbed your hand, and held it as he pulled you away from the guy who was bugging you.

•He ended up dragging you all the way back to his dorm, and when you asked why. All he told you was he was protecting you.

•Somehow you ended up spending hours with Rook. Maybe cause he wouldn't let you leave till he was sure you were safe.

Lilia

•This man would already know what was happening. And would be happy to help. He didn't like seeing you get harassed.

•So when this man popped out of no where, and rested his head on your head while floating. You figured this was the perfect excuse.

•"See. I got a boyfriend already." you would spit out as you pointed to the man floating.

•The person bugging you, would glance between you two a couple times. Not really believing it.

•But the person didnt question it long when Lilia gave him a sickening smile.

•The guy quickly left not wanting to test out if it was a lie or not.

•"Boyfriend huh?" Lilia would chuckle as he finally landed on the ground.

•You would just nervously laugh, which makes Lilia give you a smile.

•"To think an old man like me would get a girlfriend as young as you."

Sliver

•Sleepyboi.

•Doesnt even realize what was going when he walked by you and you grabbed his arm..

•"This is my boyfriend, and if you dont mind im gonna go take a nap with him."

•sliver would glance at you for a moment, still trying to piece together whats going on. But taking a nap together sounded lovely. He just nodded at you, basically ignoring the guy and grabbing your hand. Leading you away.

•Proably ended up sitting by a tree with a sleeping Sliver on your lap.

•At least it worked.

Jade

•The moment you seen him, you werent sure if you should use him as an excuse. But you were desperate. You pointed to the large eel boy.

•"Jade!" you shouted to get jade's attention. And did you get his attention. When he looked at you. You nervous waved him over. He didnt take long to walk towards you with a smile.

•Now that he was in front of you there was no backing out now.

•"Can you tell this guy you're my boyfriend and to leave me alone?" you gave him a pleding look.

•Jade smile would turn into a small smirk, as he would face the guy in front of you.

•"It would be in your best interest to leave y/n here alone. Please dont bother her again or there will be consequences."

•The look Jade was giving the guy, even gave you chills. But you were thankful cause the guy got the hint and basically started running away.

•Leaving you alone with Jade, whos attention was now on you.

•"Boyfriend?" Jade asked giving you a smirk. "Alright. I accept."

•Welp now you got a scary boyfriend.

Kalim

•When you stopped him walking by, you were thankful Jamil wasnt with him. Maybe you could work with this. You knew if you called to him he would come running.

•Which you did. "Kalim!" you yelled, getting his attention. He waved to you all excited. Before he came running over to you.

•"Thats my boyfriend." you said to the guy before Kalim was close enough.

•Once Kalim was close to you, you grabbed his hand as quick as you could and started walking away.

•"Can I spend the night in your dorm?" You asked quickly trying to get the question out before you got too far away from the dude that was bothering you. You really wanted to drill it in the dudes head you were spoken for. Even tho you really werent but he didnt know that and you knew Kalim wouldnt think anything bad about your question.

•Kalim laughed, like that question was obvious.

•"Of course! Ill even make a bed on the floor for you!"

•At least you got to spend the night with your friend and got rid of the dude who had been bothering you.

The bed was empty, not a news. And neither was hearing noises inside the house during the night, from that room. Even if it wasn't a good sign.

She got out of bed silently, pulling on her robe to cover the night suit she'd been wearing and reached under the mattress, pulling out the taser to hide it in her pocket. Her phone in the other, ready to call him in case of an emergency. The hallway was brightened, the lights never went out inside that house and a part of her didn't mind that simple precaution at all in a situation like that. Barefoot, she crossed the few feet that separated her from the home office, trying to listen carefully just in case someone was speaking, but her attention quickly moved to the carpet beneath her. It was wet.

Blood.

And she couldn't hold back any longer. She walked into her husband's private office without a care, with dirty toes and finally saw him, slouched on the desk, as he fumbled with a first aid kit by the lamplight.

- What did you do? – she complained in alarm, catching up with him in a few steps.

She snatched the staple gun from his hand before Roman could even look up and tossed it on the desk, next to something shiny and equally bloodstained that she didn't want to see inside their home.

- I woke you up apparently - Roman greeted regretfully, passing a hand through her hair with love, while she cleaned the wound with the entire disinfectant bottle.

- You were shot. – she replied quickly, pressing the clean gauze against his open hip, her other hand already resting on his solid abs as he thrust her chin up for her to look at him.

She and Roman had met when she was just a teen. In those days she lived inside a car, near the school where she studied, eating ready-made food and snacks, hoping to have a different life in the future, a career, a family. She still remembered the first time she'd seen him, she'd tried hard to stay out of trouble, but that night she just couldn't help it. It had happened by chance, she had seen him leaning against the car, in that parking lot and her eyes hadn't been able to tear themselves away from him, despite what was happening should have frightened her…

He'd let her go, when he could have gotten rid of her without too much trouble and the day after he'd waited for her outside school and the day after that, for a month before she'd found the strength to talk to him. He was already a dangerous man in those days, but he was good to her, he treated her like no one had ever done and Jo had dived on him without thinking twice. She had believed him and now years later, they had a house, she was a doctor and the things she had to worry about weren't what they used to be.

- It's just family business, they didn't succeed. As always. – he tried to reassure her as she sighed heavily.

- I'm your family… - she reminded him, slowly rubbing his thumb on his skin.

She had never pretended not to know. She had known before even finding out who Roman Reigns really was, but now what she had in front of her, was no longer just the slightly too sexy mob of the city. He was her husband, the man with whom she had built everything, with whom she shared her life and she didn't want to start over, find herself alone and heartbroken, for a deal gone wrong .

- And you're the reason Im keeping to stay alive. Sometimes. – she heard him joking, pinching her cheek as she was a little girl and Jo, pushed away his hand annoyed.

- Cannot stand you – she objected, as he already disguised the pain to hold her close.

- Thats a lie… Good girls don't lie.

The tone in which he whispered in her ear warmed her cheeks and her body seemed to suddenly come alive at that call, but she still felt her heart pounding in her chest and although she was sadly used to it, they wouldnt have rolled on the desk doing things. Not tonight and with his hip like that.

- Roman-

- You have my word and I always keep my word. - he announced seriously, letting her head rest on his chest, his arms wrapped around her and his lips filling her head with kisses.

- I'll drag you out of the coffin if you don't.

- Thats my wife.

- You the worst – she muttered, unable to hold back her smile, feeling him rocking her hips despite everything.

That day when they had first spoken, he had promised to take care of her and he really did, he still did it and again Jo would have believed him, despite the blood on her feet and the empty bed. She would have worried and set him on his feet in every way, but she would have believed him because mob or not, Roman always kept his word.

i love how smoothly its written, like everything just flows nicely, the scenes and dialogues, its like those nice cozy well directed movies that you watch with pillows and blanket and rested face, body and mind. its only been 3 chapters, obviously the suspense wouldnt make me grip my pillow yet but its already made me clutch my blanket/pearls lol

Spoilers below

-Ohhh okay, starting out with the drama bomb

-So for those that forgot (Like me) Gabriel is sending adrien to London for Private school. And Adrien cant fill out the orientation form because of it

-Plagg... My boy. No cheese jokes.

-So all the students are stressed about the meeting

-Oh so Marinette also got the guilt that now that Lila is the class rep there will be some fishy business.

-Yea the jobs are what I would expect for Nino and Alya

-Ivan out here showing himself to be loyal af. All other men need to step up their game. Mylene showing ambition.

-Juleka wants to be a mortician. Sticking to your asthetic, but didnt she want to model? Or was it just to help her get out of her shell. Meh

-Sabrina wants to be a nurse,

-Yea, Marinette's worries are justified

-Chloé and Lila having Opposite goals, one doesnt care because she is rich, Lila basically wants to "Resolve everything" but thats a lie

-Adrienette cuteness!

-Adrien, you are going to have to tell her eventually

-You can screen shot this and write "Moments before a disaster" and it would be accurate

-And they are shredding them. Im not even surprised

-"In case of a problem, blame it on your predecessor." Its nice to know kids shows are accurately explaining politics to children for once.

-Principal damocles is going to find out about the resistance! Wait, is he cool with it? He actually covered for them. I guess being a hero has helped you be less of a jerk... BUT I still am not cool with the BS from episode 14. You are on VERY thin ICE Owl man

-The class wants to go to the same school together, thats sweet

-Oh, that call must have been Sabrina. But we will see

-Oh right, Adrien still hasnt filled out his form

-Welp now he did

-But now I believe this is where all the pennies drop

-Why is there a just a random ass toilet trailer? Is that really the only bathroom in the school?

-Adrien exhibiting true AND KEN behavior.

-Lila once again proving that all the adults in this show are idiots. Bustier does seem at least a little bit suspect tho

-It is interesting to see how the teachers are. Bustier is suspect of it since she knows her students, Damocles is being his best to be supportive and Mendelev doesnt give a f***

-Juleka already repeated a year, thus confirming Luka and her as twins via the retcon

-Cue the reactions

-Juleka is gonna get akumatized...

-Monarch must have a guy that writes all of these speeches for him to speak before he does this.

-Yea I know Rose was trying, but yea. If I was repeating a year. I would NOT be in a mode to try and be positive.

-Lila and Chloé really didnt expect Sabrina to turn Whistle blower on them. Chloé I get, because Sabrina has been loyal dog for years and the writing for her has Chloé have the mental capacity of a parsnip since season 4.

-Okay Lila that was well played lie right there. That is A tier gaslighting.

-I will give this scene credit, Lila is absolutely HORRIFYING. I can see the next season's main villain already. Since I assume Gabriel is probably dying this season.

-Chloé out here being a dumbass

-Sabrina you sly dog, you got her Monologue-ing

-Sabrina I put you as the least favorite classmate after episode 14, but now I gotta retcon that. Sure it was messed up what you helped chloé with. But that absolute MASTERY of playing Lila. Just, Chef's kiss. Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful.

-Sabrina and Marinette's plan worked. Also, Mr.Damocles was okay with that?

-Ah so none this matters. Because Andre is also being whipped.

-Damocles looking like he cant take the bulls*** anymore and Monarch ready to capitalize on it

-The magic reacts to emotion, which means... IF the person is strong enough emotionally to resist it. Then the charm has a purpose

-Lila just straight up left.

-CHAT NOIR! But he is making it worse

-JULEKA! This moment probably will not have as much impact as it does in any other dub. French dub superiority

-OOOO it makes a shield that purifies the mega akuma. Neat

-Monarch crying like a bitch

-Damocles finally standing up to Andre. Good on him

-Damocles going out like a G.

-Chat noir telling ladybug what happened and her having to act like she didnt know

-Bustier calling Chloé in.

-"You cant expell me." "Nah bitch, thats a problem for you." is how I saw that exchange

-LILA WAS WEARING A WIG! I KNEW SHE WAS A FAKE B****

So i think part of me really likes this episode, but also doesnt.

I like that Lila finally got exposed and Damocles got his redemption for his failures of the past. Going out like a G.

But all this stuff with Lila having ANOTHER life. Thats just nuts.

so overally 7/10

Who wanna hold me close while you call me an idiot in an exasperated tone of voice, as i slowly bleed out in your arms, while begging me to stay and not leave you, and as you do i weakly lift my arm and wipe off a tear that you didn't even realize you shed, and I tell you "I told you so" and i do a pathetic little chuckle, and you cant help but laugh as well, cause even in times like this you cant help but laugh at my antics, and while i slowly fade out of consciousness, i hold your face with a weak grip and I tell you that im sorry for being an idiot, and that i should of been there for you before, and as you try and tell me that im not an idiot, and that I can still be saved, and that we can fix this, but you already know thats a lie, we can't do anything, not anymore, you just cant accept that, and as you're about to break down emotionally, I tell you to stay strong in a firm voice, and you just cant do anything else but just say "Okay" as you try to smile, you try to stay together, try not to cry, in these final moments, because you know i hate seeing you cry, and it just seems cruel to do such a thing to me, and then i say one last thing, "Hey", you snap out of your thoughts, you anticipate what im going to say, a million things are going through your head and you cant exactly pick it apart, what you would want me to say, and then I say "I love you" and then i look up at you, I look at you, I wait for a response, as you sit there dumbfounded, while I lie there in my final few breaths, and before you can say anything, before you can say those words you've wanted to say for so long, I die in your arms, my bleeding was too severe, and you say it, what i wanted to hear for so long, but was never able to, and never will hear ever, "I love you too", you tell me, but im already dead, you tell me it again, but it doesn't matter anymore, you tell me it again, you keep saying it, like a mantra that would somehow bring me back to life, but it doesn't work like that, and sit there, you see a drop of water fall down on me, and before you know it you're crying, you cant help it anymore, you cry alot more, all your pent up emotions released at that very moment, and then you already feel like you broke your promise to stay strong for me, you feel like crying again, but you dont, you don't want to break anymore promises, you failed once, you wont fail again, for me.

If you ever wake up in the middle of the night because of a nightmare, Akito will be right there immediately to comfort you

He tries his best to soothe you, although he may not be the best at it (doesn't mean he's not trying though!)

Akito quietly reminds you that it's not real, it didn't happen, and you're safe

He's a little upset with himself that he doesn't know how else to help you though

Akito tries his best to also help prevent any nightmares you might have

Staying by you until you fall asleep, letting you lie on him, those kinds of things

If you ask him to, he'll even sing a lullaby for you. It's unusual to hear such a gentle voice on him, but it's nice

If you're comfortable with it, he'll quietly listen to you talk about the contents of your nightmares

If not, though, he understands. He once again reassures you and tries to help you get back to sleep again

Although, if you don't want to sleep yet, he's fine with that. Both of you will probably regret it in the morning, but he decides to stay up with you so you don't get lonely

One thing's for sure, when it's almost 3am and the two of you are just tiredly exchanging stories, you definitely forgot about your nightmares, if only for a little while

i understand if you don't feel like continuing this convo so feel free to ignore this if you're not in the mood but. i have to say i'm kind of floored by that one anon wondering why claudia didn't leave during those 6 years. because she wanted to be with louis! she didn't want to be alone, she was never planning on going alone, she was dreaming of taking that trip together with louis. going alone would be lonely and scary and difficult. louis wanted to live in nola so she stayed with him, hoping he would agree to go someday. then lestat came back into the picture. being around lestat is agitating for her, it's already a big sacrifice to have to live in the same house with him but she agrees to try. expecting her to act polite about it is kind of a big ask. and maybe she was just waiting for lestat to show his ass, is that so bad? she's literally proven right! lestat never had any intention of honoring the agreement they made, he lied about killing antoinette so it's logical to think his tragic backstory was a lie too. it's perfectly reasonable for claudia to hope that louis would eventually see the light and leave him. louis nagged her for not trying enough but when she proves lestat wasn't trying either he says he isn't even gonna confront him about it. i love louis and i know why he does what he does but this is all a goddamn nightmare for claudia. "he chose you over me." he chooses the person who treats them like shit over her. it's heartbreaking! she was willing to put off her travel dreams to be with him, she didn't want to be alone. she chose him for like 7 years but he doesn't choose her. louis is my favorite character but holy shit does claudia have good reason to grow resentful of him. even book claudia isn't as emotionless as people claim, she has mixed feelings about louis too, she doesn't start to resent him until she no longer has lestat to blame everything on, and i much prefer this complicated picture to the emotionless manipulator that people claim she is. she's not that in the books and she certainly isn't in the show. she is a complicated character who loves to kill and can be cold and calculating at times AND she desires companionship and gets her feelings hurt and her anger is born out of very real trauma. I don’t mind engaging here. and im gonna sound off on some things too while im here. please forgive me for veering for a moment before i get into what you're saying here. which i think is well said. me and anon don’t agree. i don’t feel like we have to either. i don't think every conversation has to lead to people being moved out of their stance all the time. Which is why there was a point where i said we simply have to just disagree. bc when it gets to a point where my stance is cut down bc im being perceived as only a “show watcher” bc im engaging with what is textually in the show…..well thats where the conversation started right? about the adapted character in the show so now you’re just deciding to say anything to get me to be wrong. and i am not going to engage with that. that’s not how i want to have discussions. im not saying i can’t be wrong. but im not gonna engage with something that goes beyond what im able to make sense of.

why show up to an amcverse discussion and demand the book take precedent? the show will adapt book claudia’s story arc to fit show claudia. all the parts we haven't got to yet will be adapted. so what is the sense in constantly cutting down show analysis with book analysis? they don't have to be identical. the different mediums are not identical. where they converge they converge and where they diverge they diverge. its not ignorance to speak of the show text as canon bc it is canon. in the show!

i’m able to do that with adapted movies/shows. i'm able to accept a multi-universe of truths in conversations so i just don’t know what to say to someone who refuses to, other than we disagree. where i don’t know, i go to book readers to ask. when there’s a conversation happening that is clearly book centric (wolfkiller fun debate/and jokes that i personally enjoyed, whatever angle was taken, for example) i am happy just to engage by rb and like and cackle while the ones who know bring the sauce. it was delicious and fun at first. sometimes i think we lose sight of the fact that people also just want to have a low stakes good time. but i digress

back to you love. thank you for your input. i agree. i can’t understand not acknowledging that claudia enjoyed being with Louis for a while there. She wanted to leave with him in a mirrored way to how Lestat also wanted to leave with Louis. I have seen many book readers discuss that there has been a shift in the dynamic that doesn’t lean into the romantic angle of their relationship in the book. Louis being made gay and not bisexual being one of those supporting factors. bc once again he is an adapted character and so is she. certain elements may be different. but you speak to there being love turned hate between them in the books as well and i'm inclined to believe you.

she’s heartbroken. she wanted louis to want her and choose her. she also wanted LESTAT to want and choose her. she’s heartbroken about his dismissal of her. his eventual boredom of her. his eventual resentment of her. of his abuse. i’ve even spoken to my understanding of what plays into why he feels resentful of her and how from his perspective in louis not immediately choosing him makes him also feel like louis is choosing claudia over him. that don’t mean he gets to just do whatever and be coddled and protected from the consequences of that…like? no i will not agree with that. and im comfortable with disagreeing on that. we on devices on an internet. our fingers make little tippy tappy sounds when we talk to each other. i don’t need this to be a be all/end all kind of thing. and im not moved by arguments of reverse abuse/manipulation. please miss me with that entirely. i dont agree. and i wont. i see him as a whole person too AND i am not gonna pretend she isnt justified in how she feels about him or reacts to him.

her tragic story is much fuller than just being physically small forever, and plotting something that failed. she’s more than a device to get the story to its next tragic beats to me. and i love what people i engage with bring to these analysis of all of these insane vampires. i love that others are as insane about them as i am. some people are so fucking smart. it’s a brain treat to read what they say man like how do you hold all that information in your mind and communicate it with such eloquence and hilarity and be so right??? keep talking, i am listening. some people got the book facts that fuck me up for the rest of the day thinking about it and what that author lady put into these stories like! others bring themselves with that too and that matters to me too. there is a beautiful variety of conversations happening on my dash. you’re galaxy brained and funny and i love it so much. thank you for your voices. i aint search for and lurk on the black/poc side of things for nothing. this my lil happy corner frfr. i think thats what makes this fun. its fun for me that way. and i am happy to be reminded if im going off course. and if im worried im being misunderstood i might clarify. but all this is to say its not a lot you can say to me to convince me claudia wasn’t 1000000% well within reason and justification to be whatever she needed to break free of that man’s tyranny over her. and if you aren’t moved in your stance. then we disagreee. simpo.

(Regarding the new pap pics) it’s illegal for online verified journalists/photographers/agencies to lie about when the photos they post were taken. it is against the law for them to say those pics were taken yesterday if they in fact weren’t and i don’t think the gerber’s hold enough power to make millionaire agencies break the law. its possible that austin just hasn’t left la yet because maybe they are filming scenes without him rn.

the only thing thats certain is they both look pissed off in the photos.

no publication has posted these photos and claimed it was yesterday. the only one that ever posts these kinds of pap pics are the Daily Mail, and they are wrong on what they report with their damn typos and misinformation being in Gerbers back pocket all the fucking time...but the DM has not uploaded or shared these pics either (yet anyway).

what im talking about is not about publications. kaia stan accounts and some austin stan accounts are the only ones to have posted these pictures today and make the claim they were from yesterday. they don't know when these pics were taken like any of us do, they are just presuming so. but no one takes a second to remember that Eddington has started filming already. do we see Joaquin or Pedro or Emma still hanging out getting papped in LA this week? we don't because they are all on set. so 2+2=4 being these photos are not recent and they are released now and these stan accounts are presuming they were yesterday. stan accounts can also get it wrong all the time. hell, i could be wrong also but i am basing my educated guess on logic here.

im sure if austin was in a much smaller role he would arrive to the set later when needed if he was told to. but he has been touted as playing marc, one of the main characters in the film next to emma stone. he would have to be there when filming started on march 11th, and filming has already started. im also adding in here that when he did bikeriders, austin said that whenever he had a day where he wasn't needed on set he would still go to watch everyone else work. like, we are talking about a man who is a serious professional workaholic who is obsessed with the craft of acting. even if in the event lets just say that he wasn't needed right now, this man is such a professional with a love for the trade that he would be there putting in the hours regardless. not going to a couples pilates class looking miserable as fuck yet again wasting his time.

I have a kink for apology/angst scenes haha, if couldn't already tell from my past works. It's just something that I feel everyone thrives for, especially myself, where the love interest apologizes for all their wrong doings and admits that they long for yn's forgiveness and love. Mama is a heart throb

🤡 What's a line, scene, or exchange you've written that made you laugh?

Any scene with shinobu in my Gamer Giyu fic "The Perfect Date". I tried to make her as funny as possible in that one, and believe me, there were plenty more funny moments of her in my draft for that fic that I ended up having to cut out bcuz I felt it drew away from the plot too much. Oh how I wish to make a fic just for her lol

😈 Has there been a point in a story where you did something just to be playfully mean to your readers?

I like to make the love interests assholes sometimes, just to piss you guys off hehe, everytime they do something shitty that makes you hella sad, just know that it was me 😈

✍ Do you have a beta reader?

I don't unfortunately, I kinda just go read over it myself a couple times to check for mistakes but thats pretty much it. Ngl lie though, I am kinda interested in having someone else proofread for spelling mistakes and plot holes, any takers 👀 preferrably someone who's talented with that sort of thing haha

🛒 What are some common things you incorporate in your fics? Themes, feels, scenes, imagery, etc.

I always enjoy a good simile and metaphor here and there, not really sure about themes... love at first sight maybe? enemies to lovers? tsundere? I like sad fics as well that have happy endings, I will never, ever do a completely sad ending, i just don't like them and they leave a bad taste in my mouth

🎢 Which of your fics would you call your wildest ride?

Dog, I dont even knooooooooooow, i think all of my fics are pretty straight forward and tame. Maybe Regrettable? All of my super crazy fics are still in production so we'll just wait and see, but for drafts rn, my "No Escape" (Sanemi x Reader) series is gonna be hella crazy, so just you wait

My fav thing about my writing is probably my dialogue, i think I write pretty appropriate dialogue. I try my damn hardest not to make the characters cringe and to make them relatable so I hope I've done a good job with that

Nope, I bask in silence, maybe some white noise in the background sometimes? Music distracts me too much

I use my notes app on my phone to make my outlines, google for thesaurus, and an online word counter for the final word count

Yup, for those who remember, I was working on a fic called Night and Day about Kyo x stepsister reader who was living with him. Originally I had him as a yandere, obsessive person with reader being uninterested in him and the fic being non-con, but I ended up scrapping the whole thing and changing it to be a fluff fic with reader living with kyo, reader having a crush on him, and slowly the two grow closer, with tons and tons of angst and sadness. The original outline for the non-con fic is on my patreon if anyone would like to see the poor thing, it had 8 chapters outlined too haha. what a waste.

Girl Imma talk about I'm Yours, my upcoming series ab alpha kyo and omega fem reader. I am sosososoosososossosos excited for this one yall have no idea. I've already mapped out the chapters and plot and everything. Im currently working on chapter two and just cant wait to get this shit done so i can post everything. I'm just excited to add to the very small pile of kny omegaverse fics and hopefully the series will inspire more abo creations for demon slayer. I would start off with headcannons, then short scenes, then one-shots, then multi-chapter. I went backwords from this list and i wish i didnt haha. theres nothing wrong with doing it out of that order of course, I just think its the best way to build up skill and get a hang of things. Also dont be afraid to take breaks! burning urself out will lead to depression babes

It depends on the type of criticism. I appreciate it if its about errors in my writing since i still have some growing to do in that department. But there has been some drama ab the things I write ab that people find...distasteful. If you don't like what I write ab, leave, dont waste my time pretending to be a mutual, I write for me not you. Some of yall have some real mean girl mentalities and need to grow tf up, this isn't fucking highschool. Im glad for thei experience tho bcuz it's taught me how to deal with negative people better. On the more constructive side of things tho, if you see errors like plotholes, devices, or grammar in my fics, please tell me! I miss shit sometimes and appreciate the help to better my work

Everything I see about stormlight is exactly the kind of thing I'd love to read I think except there are so many books and I have no fucking clue where to even start. So... suggestions pls?

Local libraries (I have 5 library cards for different cities) unfortunately have very little Sanderson, but I do have a £10 voucher for waterstones that I need to spend in the next year sooooo

oh hohoho ok yes i can answer this question very normally while vibrating an average amount

So, Stormlight Archive itself is a (fairly) straightforward series, but it's part of a bigger Cosmere series that is, uh, less so. I do recommend reading Mistborn at some point, since it's kinda his breakout series and will be important but uhhh i haven't done that and when in doubt you can look everything up on the wiki so anyway, here's Pocket's Reading Order

1- Warbreaker. This one is set on a different planet than Stormlight, but it's first for a couple reasons. One: it's free to read online at Sanderson's website. Two: four characters (so far) show back up in Stormlight after Warbreaker and i love them so you should know about them going in. Three: it does a good job kinda breaking down a lot of the magic workings in the Cosmere.

2- Emperor's Soul. I actually read this before i read Warbreaker but it does a REALLY good job at breaking down the magic more. I'd say this one is optional though, it's a shorter little novella and doesn't really impact the main Stormlight storyline (it's on another different planet). I'd say it kinda helps you grasp Sanderson's reading style more, because you're kinda gonna need to trust him going into Stormlight. but if you already are sold, this one isn't too vital since it can be harder to find. (on its own for audiobook, or in Arcanum Unbound collection)

3- The Way of Kings, Stormlight Archive Book One. Look. this book has three prologues and is much bigger than Warbreaker or Emperor's Soul. You've got to trust him but it's worth it. Honestly if you skipped ES, a lot of the magic explanation gets there anyway through the book, just broken up a bit more.

note: DO NOT read Way of Kings Prime, his first draft of the book. its um. its really a first draft. noncanon, a lot of the cool stuff wasnt in it yet.

4- Words of Radiance, Stormlight Archive Book Two

The sequel!

5- Edgedancer, a Stormlight Novella. Yeah you don't want to move on to book three without reading this one. Um, you can find Edgedancer in Arcanum Unbound, the same collection that Emperor's Soul is in. There are probably standalone versions of it somewhere but im not sure where. all else fails, the Coppermind Wiki has very good summaries if you want to read those to move past it. (thats uh,,,, what i did with the first mistborn trilogy oops)

5- Oathbringer, Stormlight Book Three

6- Dawnshard, a Stormlight Novella. (Lie! it's actually just long enough to be a novel but everyone very politely pretends its a novella. this one you can get by itself and ahem. if you want to borrow my copy you just let me know once you get there.)

7- Rhythm of War, Stormlight Book Four

im uh. not gonna lie to you. this book is kinda the 'lowest of lows' emotionally, it gets real dark. im p sure Brandon actually published it with a trigger warning. but its REALLY GOOD just ugh. delicious.

That's all the Stormlight books that are out so far, but uh, book Five releases 2024 and there'll probably be another novella between four and five since there was a 2.5 and 3.5 novella but thats it so far.

so yeah get started with Warbreaker maybe? then see what libraries around you have the other stuff.

I would also like to see more WonderlanD au posts. These two I feel like have had more posts combining them with your other aus than on their own, and I don't know what the aus are really about.

Also, I would like to know more about what's going on in the Bloody Bouquet au. All I know there is that there are flowers coming out of Martin's mouth. Is there a reason for that?

You are right that those aus don't have a lot of content on their own and thats because they need a little rewrite. Theyre made for me and im a little ashamed of them not gonna lie 😅

BUT, yeah i can tell you more :D

-Paradise! Its just Chris and Martin having silly adventures! You know like exploring the jungle or the sea, or living life in college, or having a peaceful life in the suburbs, or even flying in space or playing inside their favorite games! Nothing to worry about! Yeah maybe their memory is not great, they swear they already visited this jungle before, or that they already graduated why are they still in school? But that's just a weird thing of them hehe.

Now, what is exactly going on? Its all Zach's fault. You know how he has devices capable of controlling animals to do his bidding? Well he focused more on that and managed to create a device that could trap the human mind. Its not perfect, it needs maintenance from time to time, but it works.

Getting Chris first and using him to lure Martin next, he managed to take them out of the way,

trapping them in separated paradises, managing to create one for his own.

-WonderlanD! For as long as people have traveled the seas, a mysterious island has been the center of many tales, full of colourful plants and unique animals never seen in another place. Few are the ones who had found it and made it back alive, for the island of Wonders is not what it seems. The island moves. It never appears in the same place twice. Because of this, many shipwrecks paint its shore.

The Kratts receive an anonymous message. "There's an island in this coordinates. It's full of new species, you will like it." None of them knew about the myths and stories around it. Naively, they went.

At the arrival they could already see all these new beings flocking around them. Friendly, fluffy, delicious fruits to eat and cute little animals begging to be pet. Truly a Wonder.

They decide to stay and explore. The plants growing taller the further they entered the island, barely letting the sun pass through. The bros called the rest of the crew to go deeper with them, as they found something to eat before sleeping. They only left the shore for a short time but when they got back, somehow, their entire ship fell from the island into the sea.

They had noway to leave. No comunication. Nothing but what the island could give. And so they use it. They eat its fruit, they drank its ponds. Days and days of this. Soon, their bodies started to feel weird...

aaaand thats all i have for now, still need to fix some details. But dont worry, they'll be fine :3c

and last, Bloody Bouquet! Yes there is a reason for the flowers, its called hanahaki disease :D! Flowers grow inside you when you have unrequited or one-sided love. In this case, Martin has fallen in love with Zach but he's oh so scared of confessing :( so he hides his feelings and the flowers until he can't anymore. After finding out (and getting over the shock), Chris decides to help him confess, hopping Martin gets rid of the flowers and they can go back to their normal lives.

There's a little detail both of them don't know. In this AU, the flowers hold meanings. They can recognize the dark red carnations and its meaning loud and clear: Love and affection.

But there's another one they can't seem to find, the purple petals arent enough and so they don't give it much importance. If only they knew, (blood warning)

if only they knew the race against time to cure Martin was long lost

when he started choking on those cute poisonous aconites

i love polyamory 🗣‼ life changing for real like. i guess that disconnect honestly. i STILL really have no idea if im actually aromantic or not. like i do a lot of yearning but am i REALLY yearning? i cant read myself so i have no idea like genuinely it is a FULL mystery who knows!!!! i think maybe like. okay it falls on bpd and how that affected my relationships, when i think back to it i can tell everyone ive ever been in relationship with, they were my FP so maybe i did love them? but i know i was also obsessed like.... listen looking back on younger me clueless to what bpd even was, having a mental breakdown in middleschool cuz yr online girlfriend made matching icons with HER AND HER FRIENDS FURSONAS..... like genuinely i was SO CRUSHED i thought it was over and done and i was like what about all that we had!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SO DRAMATIC OKAY... i dont blame younger me cuz he couldnt have known but like... the signs have always been there KSFS im a lot more. managed now, at least i try my best to be and from what i can tell in my 'recent' relationship adventures, one of them i was ONLY obsessed with for a little while cuz he gave me attention even tho he sucked a little and then the obsession like.. faded. it was over and i said goodbye and that was that (which. IK IT SOUNDS AWFUL but it was one of those sexual interest things and outside of that attention, he was very manipulative and honestly a little rude so. i did the right thing idk why i keep losing the relationship lottery)

i guess i just get nervous about that happening again, but like. im slowly realizing i can be obsessed with someone yes, but i can also love them. i think i spent a while there like.. discrediting any of the love i felt for anyone because it was accompanied with obsession, but thats not true!! i did love them, i loved her and i loved him and it all like. idk its a lie, ive been lying to myself and saying im only capable of brutal obsession when its not true, i can love too. i love all the time!!!!! i love my pets i love my friends like. im a lover!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is honestly the first time im really realizing that tbh but. its the truth even if theres a lot of bitterness and anger and pain inside of me, there is also love

i think my problem is i just dont understand romantic relationship? like on an autism level cuz to me like. whats the difference between a partner and a friend? LIKE GENUINELY cuz im about as affectionate with a friend as how i should be with a partner SO WHERES THE LINE? to me there just is no line like idk i really cant see it! i think if yr dating someone, they SHOULD be yr friend because what................. like how could you get with someone whos not yr friend already yknow what i mean where did you find that guy!!!! and where has he BEEEN put him back bro.....

and even then i think i hear a lot of people describe their relationships as like 'dating their best friend' yes im sure but that just makes it murkier like. i think that romance isnt real guys i think its made up and its just a word, theres this like. this elevation of romantic love in comparison to platonic love and i do not understand why because its the same thing for me? i love my friends just as hard as id love a partner because thats what they DESERVE, so like idk i think in my head i dont see it either way its just love? the lines are too blurry for me to process so i just disregard them completely, somethin like that.

my POINT IS i jsut dont see the need for like. the labels i guess? because to me there is no difference between romantic and platonic love, its all just LOVE i think thats whats made me feel so.
