I got a new commission of my gruff disaster Wildfire Druid Stoker at Acen and it's GORGEOUS!! The collection grows!
The portrait was drawn by @okelleok and I could NOT be happier with it!!! They captured my disaster man perfectly and it's everything I ever wanted. I think this is the most art I've ever gotten for any single character and I still want more 😂
The tote bag was made by my dm @ettufruitus, the mug was made by one of our other party members @lavender-laser, the painted dice tray with his wildfire spirit Flint was of course made by @chewybitart, and I made his charred-stone druidic focus.
@chewybitart I haven’t decided yet but a few people have asked about prints so I might make a small run of the most popular ones!
Ideally for Ho-Oh I would like to be able to make prints with metallic paint embellishments because the shine on the original is such a big part of the piece but non-embellished ones would be a possibility as well.
If people are interested in prints of certain pieces feel free to let me know! I may make a questionnaire to decide which prints to make later if it seems that there is interest!
Absolutely LOVE the stickers n notebook I ordered from @chewybitart during the last pay-for-postage event!!! 💚💚💚
The colors are so bright and I’m so excited to fill the notebook with little doodles n things! And the stickers are gonna find a great home on my sketchbook 💚
It's here! It's here! My commission piece from @chewybitart is here, with beautiful wrapping and bonus stickers! The piece itself will have to wait until it's gifted in December, but the succulents are going immediately onto my laptop.
The drawing by @chewybitart that was gifted to me arrived today!!! It’s so pretty, and the artist also included some little stickers! I’ve got it above my tank with my barnacle blenny drawing 😊
It's taken me eight years to take pictures, but here's my @chewybitart merch that I've purchased from her. The big painting was done for me as a commission. I call it "The Enchanted Tsunflower." She did an amazing job despite my photos.
sagittarius: do you find your writing humorous? do you have any comic relief characters? what do you do if a scene gets too serious?
Oh absolutely, like I was rereading some of my old fanfic and there were lines like
I was cracking up.
I don’t usually insert specifically “comic relief” characters, but I do usually give my main characters a sense of humor and some witty lines.
I have a tendency to break up tense scenes with jokes, but I’m actually trying to move away from that in order to build better conflict and tension within stories.
WOW is this late! But Coraline and I got a beautiful art piece from @chewybitart and we were so impressed with the customer service, quality, and extra goodies that got sent with it ^^
We are preparing for Halloween and all the spookiness that comes with it :D
