saw "DDLC esque" and immediately went :/ (no a fa of ddlc. Main gripe is it doesn't feel like it actual know the genre it's parodying) but that's. Ohhhhh I'm Obsessed. Win for feminism AND haters. The fact the triggers weren't clearly communicated is really the icing on top. I was expecting I would figure out the game myself and see what ppl were saying but thank u so much for ur opinions I'm FASCINATED by this fuckin game now

Headcanon ideas for Niles/Zero from SMG4

((yeah yeah, Niles is Zero, and that he’s only in Melony’s mind. but these are just stupid head canons I have for this asshole if he wasn’t just in Melony’s head, and how he’d act.))

** In this new form, Zero takes on the name Niles, so to not draw suspicion from the other SMG’s

** Niles starts attending Omnia Academy, as a student in the Meme Research Club and the Power Club

** As a college student, Niles causes a lot of trouble, often ending up in detention

**Niles has a thing for trying out ritual games, like Hide and Seek Alone. This has resulted in him getting possessed by a spirit once, scaring poor Melony.

** Because Niles is physically there, he befriends the rest of the SMG4 crew, using the term “Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer” as a result.

** seeing how Mario acts, including sticking his dick in spaghetti, Niles reconsiders having Mario as his avatar.

** Niles suffers from PTSD, anxiety, and depression regarding the loss of his avatar and his universe. This also results in night terrors, leaving him to wake up screaming.

** Niles does still train Melony, and trains alongside her in a similar manner to that of Pearl from Steven Universe.

** Niles pushes himself into training to help get over the loss of his avatar, and universe, becoming a bit of a workaholic.

** Niles helped raise the other SMG’s before any of them had avatars, himself included. As a result, he sees SMG’s 1, 2, 3, and 4 as his children. The others all used to address him as “Daddy”

** Niles has a bit of a “daddy kink” (got that idea from Hazbin Hotel)

** Sass him and he will sass you right back

** He’s essentially Angel Dust, minus the constant sex jokes and accent, but all the sass.

**Niles has a thing for very bad puns. (He and Alastor would have a field day)

**Because he raised the other SMG’s, Niles knows what they like and don’t like, example: Whenever SMG2 is having a freakout, Niles knows to get them (what is 2′s gender???) Funfetti hot chocolate with extra whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles, as that’s what calms them down.

** when upset himself, Niles usually drinks peach tea with honey to help calm his nerves.

** Upon coming back, Niles gains an ability to see, hear, and speak with the dead. Axol’s a frequent visitor and it drives him nuts.

**Niles goes by He/Him pronouns, and is bisexual, and polyamorous

** No matter who he’s with or how many, Niles wants to be in the middle, unless he’s with one person, in which case, he tops.

** Bob sends Niles a bunch of horror games, but they bore him fas, until he tries out Little Nightmares, Yume Nikki, and DDLC.

** Niles does gain a small crush on Monika

** Mario calls him a simp, only to get his ass beat by Saiko every time.

** Niles also has a bit of a temper, but tries to improve by either trying out the ritual games, or training.

** Luigi suggests he try meditation, that goes wrong faster than Hide and Seek Alone did.

** Because Niles can see spirits, he can also see Desti, Greg, and even Francis, who he avoids for... obvious reasons.

** Since Niles has one eye, and three fingers on each hand, he’s got some pretty bad depth perception, and can’t drive as a result.

** Despite everything he’s done both before and up to now, Niles longs to have a universe and avatar of his own again, but Axol always tells him that it’s impossible to obtain.

** Up until the events of “Absolute Betrayal” the only ones that knew that Niles was Zero, were Axol, Desti, Greg and Francis. Melony almost found out during the Hide and Seek Alone game, where Niles almost revealed his secret to her while under the spirits possession.

** Niles broke free before anything could be revealed.
