It's almost end July now.

Time flies too fast. 🥲

And yes, I'm stil doing same routine everyday.

Maybe I need to do something likes change my routine or change place to live. 🤔

So boring lately...😑

I don't know.. actually not in drama mood now.

I'm still stuck in a few drama that already ended airing. Maybe because I watched non stop dramas these past few weeks.

I need to rest from drama for few days.

Honestly, I still can't move on with "Hidden Love". 😂😂😂

I still rewatch a few scenes before sleep every night. 🤭

HL really makes me remember to my crush in my college days.

I used to have a crush for 15 years to same person. My eyes only for him, no one else that time.

Actually, I just moved on from my crush a month ago and coincidentally "Hidden Love" was airing.

Sweet and bitter my college life with my crush will always be my memories forever.

Can I fall in love again??

I don't know...😝

I found someone post that HL is actually real story, but it's not happy ending. So the author change that to be happy ending. No matter what, thanks to the original author this story.

Ok, actually I have a few drama reviews for sharing. I'm so excited, but still lazy to do that. 😂

Here is my first drama review for 2023....

"HIDDEN LOVE"

1) Storyline

Hidden Love is about a girl crush journey.

Sang Zhi (FL) crush and later turns to fall in love with his brother's (Sang Yan) friend, Duan JiaXu (ML).

This story was focusing on their love story and how both of them care about each other.

To me, HL is a light romance drama with a straightforward story, no heavy or annoying conflict.

I saw some negative comments about this drama that a girl too young falls in love. So far as I understand from this drama, Sang Zhi only admires DJX when her 1st meets him. She then crush and fall in love with him when she is in high school.

2) Characters/ cast

SANG ZHI (FL)

SZ character is described as a stubborn girl, pampered by her family. Even though she is spoiled, she is not a weak girl and not a "princess" outside her house. She is a protective, innocent and cute girl. Her strong personality maybe make Duan JiaXu fall in love with her.

DUAN JIAXU (ML)

DJX is a kind young man. He was described as a central air-conditioning system by Sang Zhi. 😂

He always smiles and rarely to get angry.

One of Sang Yan's close friend.

JiaXu an obedient son and sacrifices his life to repay for his father's fault.

He is also someone who always keeps his pain and sorrow alone.

After falling in love with Sang Zhi, Duan JiaXu has his future plans and motivation to live happily with his lover.

SANG YAN

Sang Yan is Sang Zhi brother and also Duan JaiXu best friend.

He was described as a young man who lives with his own thoughts without being affected by people around him.

Even though he is always bickering with his lil sis, he actually loves and always protects Sang Zhi.

VALUE TO WATCH

Yes, I recommended to watch it.

To those who like watching romance drama with light conflict, this drama is worthy for you.

Maybe the storyline is a bit boring because it only focuses on the main lead love story.

Actually, I really love Duan JiaXu clothes style.

Every time I watch dramas, clothes always be my main focus. 🤣

If the main lead styles are not my cup of tea, it will ruin my mood to watch that. 😆

Hidden Love ost also nice to be in one of your playlist songs. You can search that songs on YouTube.

Hidden Love actually adapted from the Novel "Secretly, Secretly; But Unable to Hide it (偷偷藏不住) by Zhu Yi (竹已)"

You can search for it if interested in reading that novel. Actually, there are a little different scenes and storyline but still it didn't ruin this story. Maybe drama adaptations have rules and their limits, so they change it a little. This is not new, there are always have a little change like that in any drama adaptation from novel.
