“He lives in Nigeria,“ Sam gently reminded him.

“We’ll borrow the boss’s jet," Jamie said in the same tone you'd use to suggest taking the tube home. “They have eggs in Nigeria, right? They have to - they have shashushka. Can you make sashushka?”

"Do you mean 'shakshuka'?"

Jamie mouthed the word to himself before shrugging. His head drifted to lean against Sam's shoulder. "I think so, yeah? Can you make that?"

Sam's smile eased into something smaller and private. "It is from northern Africa, but yes, Jamie. I will make you shakshuka."
