BSD has probably some of my favourite humour when it comes to the characters. Actual geniuses doing dumb shit and not being aware of how dumb they're being, like how Ranpo, the most brilliant detective, someone who can solve any case just by looking at the crime scene cannot comprehend public transport, or Dazai, an amazing strategist and mastermind capable of outwitting pretty much anyone he comes across and always being in control of any situation, the demon prodigy of the Port Mafia when he was a minor, incapable of realising that dropping someone on the floor 15 times isn't actually a good way of waking them up from a coma, and genuinely doesn't understand why Sigma isn't waking after being bounced like basketball. Pure comedy.
