12th June 2021, 10.14pm

These past few days have been enjoyable, but now that I am home, I wish I had somewhere else where to stay. I crave independence.

Thursday I went to Biennale all day. In the morning we visited the exhibit at Arsenale. V. followed me throughout all of it: I am very calm when I look at art, artefacts, architecture, and I like stopping to read every little explanation. He waited for me, which was very sweet. He tried to spend even more time only with me, but I do not think I like him as much as he likes me. He’s certainly fun to be around, and we could become good friends, but it would just feel to weird.

It was very hot, the sun was burning in the sky even though the weather man said it was going to rain. There was supposed to be an eclipse too, but we did not see it. At Giardini, where I had already been with F., some of the pavilions were interesting - like Denmark, where they served herbal tea - others were still underwhelming. Everyone was very tired. I was not, though my feet hurt.

Lorde released a new song. It’s called Solar Power. She had to put it out because someone leaked it, and as usual I had listened to the leak. It hurt me when I first played it, because I hated it. Four years of no new songs, for this, I thought, but then I took a step back and I asked myself whether it’s a bad song or it’s just a happy song. It grew on me, in the end. It sounds like heat, like the sun, like sand, like the sea waves, like the sparkles on the water surface.

It made me think about how, without my sadness there’s not much left inside of me. Do not let me be misunderstood, I have enjoyed this past week (it’s been only a week since school ended, but it has felt like a month), albeit this deep-rooted gloominess keeps haunting me. I just feel very empty.

Yesterday, I face timed with N. We talked for almost two hours. I wish we at least lived in the same country. Fate is not rooting for me. I lost the train I was supposed to take, because at 4pm it arrived at the station and I was still on the phone, home.

I just took the one that passed after, at 5, with E. and Ch. We were going at Cl.’s, the one who lives in the middle of nowhere. She has a pool, so she invited some people over to sleep. Or rather, to spend the night.

In the train we talked about university. The future scares the shit out of me, still. I got my report card back, and I am surprised I did so well in everything, but it just reminded me that I have no fucking clue what to do with my life. A little voice in my head tells me to end it. I think that knowing when to put an end to things is a virtue, knowing when a relationship has gone sour and stopping it is what mature people do, knowing when to quit a job or stop working on a project is commendable. Thinking about suicide is not. I need to consider my options better.

I did not sleep much. I hate gin. V. tried to flirt, I did not flirt back. At around 2 a.m., D. and Ca. and I went for a walk. In the middle of nowhere. Those two crazy girls slept outside, whereas I crashed on a bed with three other people at around 4a.m.

Witch Way Is Right? Part 8

AN: Ok, so this basically shows how the team is still a little bit split up after Civil War… Reader thought everything was fine but later finds out the horrible dark truth. I’m gonna change it up a little here. When I use Y/N, I won’t use parenthesis, so be on the lookout for that. Also, btw if you don’t know who Baron Mordo is, he’s this guy from Doctor Strange:

Summary: (Y/N) is a male witch and also comes from a family of witches. When (Y/N) is backed up in a corner by his brother, who chose the dark path, he is forced to choose his own fate, choosing the light path. This causes an Ecliptic War between Light and Dark Witches. During this war, an eclipse (both solar and lunar) is happening, and won’t end until one brother is left standing. With the help of the Avengers and other helpful heroes, will (Y/N) be able to defeat his brother, or will the world be forever secluded in darkness?

Alex’s POV:

“Éna máti gia éna máti!” (An eye for an eye!) I say, as I conjour up a spell to spy on Y/N. Baron taught me this a few months ago and I have to admit this isn’t the first time I’ve used it on him, but it IS the first time I’ve done it against him. Usually, I’d use the spell just to check up on him and my parents. See how they were doing, if they needed any help, or if there was someone messing with Y/N that I had to privately take care of.

Even after I chose the dark path, I still wanted to be apart of the family, but I knew my parents wouldn’t want me to after Dad’s huge fight with Baron. I chose the dark path because Baron told me all the things I’d be able to do with it compared to if I chose the light path like my parents wanted me to. But now that I have, I don’t regret a single thing. Well, maybe a couple things.

“Alex, did you see anything while using that spell I told you about?” Baron asked, walking into our study to check up on me.

“Yeah.” I answered, “I guess Tony Stark is gonna be throwing a party for Y/N somewhere in the UK. I think that gives us the perfect opportunity to try out that true feelings spell, seeing as how Stark and Rogers are still on bad terms. What I just saw through Y/N’s eyes basically confirms it.”

“You’re right. All of them in the same room together. Something is bound to erupt.” Baron says. Although we do have some powerful dark witches on our side for the war, we still want to make sure that Y/N’s side will be easy to dominate. “I want you to cast that spell whenever you think it’s the right time, but make sure its during the party. If we play our cards right, we can cause the team disband again and Y/N won’t have the help he needs to win the war!”

All think planning, and I remember that Stark told Y/N that he was gonna have a mystery teacher to help him with his powers. I walk to the couch and sit down with an exasperated sigh that doesn’t go unnoticed by Baron, who takes a seat next to me. “What is it, my apprentice? Is something troubling you?” he asks.

“It’s just what Stark told my brother the other time I spied on him. He told him something about a mystery sorcerer coming to teach Y/N about his new advanced powers.” Baron nods at me to continue. “You wouldn’t happen to know who this mystery sorcerer is, would you?”

“I have an idea of who it might be. But if it is who I think it is, then we have to be careful about our next move.” He explains as I nod in understanding. “Let’s go. We need to prepare our selves for the spell.”

Meanwhile:

Reader’s POV:

I look at the clock and it reads 3:25 p.m. I look in the mirror to check myself out. Never thought I’d be wearing a tux again after Homecoming except for prom. I have to admit though, I look pretty neat. My ‘Welcome to the Team’ party starts at tomorrow at 12 p.m. there (which is 4 a.m. here), so that means we’ll have time to relax and Tony will have time to get everything set up. At least, thats what he told me.

My thoughts were interrupted by the knock on my room door. “Who is it?” I ask, but didn’t hear anything. I go back to grooming myself until I hear another knock on the door. Annoyed, I start walking to the door and ask whl it is again but still no answer. I open the door and see none other than my parents!

“Surprise, kiddo!” My dad says to me and I jolt to them in a bone crushing embrace. I know its only been a day, but with whats been going on, I really needed to see them right now. The sound of my mom sobbing while hugging me is powerful enough to even cause me to shed tears of my own. I really want to tell them the things Alex put me through while I was gone, but I think the last thing they need is to know that. For now I just want to spend time with them as much as I can.

After what felt like half an hour of hugging and crying with my parents, we finally let go and I let them in my room to talk. They catch me up on almost everything, like how everyone back home is doing, and how people are reacting to the solar and lunar eclipses, saying that they’re lucky to experience such an astronomical phenomenon. I thought people would be freaked about the eclipses but according to my parents, everyone is loving it and saying they’re glad they’re alive to see something so beautiful. That makes me feel a little better.

Two hours pass and I finally get a text from Tony telling us to head to the airport to fly to London. We enter the vehicle thats waiting for my parents and I in front of the Avengers HQ building. Tony told me that our driver was happy but when I saw him, he didn’t look all that happy to me. On our way to the airport, I get another text this time from Steve.

Steve: Hey Y/N! It’s Steve.

Y/N: Oh hey Steve. How’d you get my number?? lol

Steve: Friday told me. Anyways, are you guys almost to the airport?

Y/N: Yea actually we should be there in like… 30 mins?

Steve: Awesome! Also, when we’re at the party, can you do me a favor?

Y/N: Uhh sure… What is it tho?

Steve: Don’t drink a DROP of alcohol… I know you’re 18 and you really wanna celebrate, but you can do that without drinking and I really wouldn’t feel comfortable with an 18 year old drinking… Just promise me you won’t 😕

Y/N: Ok. I won’t 😉

Steve: Great! I really appreciate it! See ya soon! 😇

Y/N: Yea see ya! 😈

Welp, I’m gonna get fucking hammered at this party. I mean who does Steve think he is trying to tell me what not to do just because he’s not comfortable with it? It’s not like he’s boyfriend or my dad or anything. My parents pick up on my frustration a few minutes after. “Hey, sweetie. Is everything alright?” my mom asks.

I turn to her and give her a half smile as an idea pops in my head. “I just need to know something.” I say as my parents nod for me to continue speaking. “Since I’m at the legal age to drink in the UK, how much am I allowed to drink exactly?”

They both share glances towards each other, a smile writen on their faces before my dad turns back to me. “Your mother and I were talking about this when we heard from Mr. Stark about the party. We think its a great idea that he’s decided to have the party in the UK so you can properly celebrate your recruitment to the Avengers.” He explains.

“And as an Avenger, we expect you to make your own decisions not just for yourself, but for your team as well.” My mom adds. “So, we’re allowing you to drink as much as you want. Just don’t get too drunk.”

My eyes widened as I’m surprised by my parents decision. Not only are they allowing me to drink, but they’re trusting me to be responsible on how much I drink too. I’m so excited now for this party, that I don’t think the smile on my face could get any bigger.

As we finally arrive at the plane, which is called Stark Airlines of course, I see Nat and Clint sitting together, Bucky and Sam sitting together across from them, and Steve sitting alone behind Bucky and Sam. I wonder if he caught on to that d evil emoji I sent him. I try walking past him, but he grabs my wrist gently enough for me to stop and glance at him.

“Hey, when we were texting earlier, I think you sent me the wrong emoji.” He says.

“No, it was the smiling devil emoji, right?” I say and he nods his head. “Yeah, I meant to send that.”

“Ok, but what do you mean by that? I’m a little new to the whole emoji thing, but I know that usually means something else.” He tells me.

A smirk is plastered on my face as I tell him, “Don’t worry about it. Just know that I’m an adult, and I can be responsible for my own actions.” And with that, I walk three seats behind him next to where my parent are sitting. I look towards them and they give me a reassuring smile as I give one back to them. This is gonna be fun! Later on Wanda, Vision, and Scott get on the jet and we’re ready for take-off.

House of M:

Third Person POV:

“Strange! Did you ever figure out whats causing these solar and lunar eclipses?” Wong asks, as he enters the study, finding Doctor Strange with his nose buried in a book like he’s been doing for the past couple of days. Strange knows that these eclipses aren’t “astronomical phenomenons” like the scientists want everyone to believe. He’s too smart to fall for something like that.

“Apparently, some idiot and his little brother started the Ecliptic War. Which explains the eclipses. An Ecliptic War can only be started when two witch born sibling choose two different paths, one light and the other dark.” Strange explains as he closes the book he was just reading and summons his cape to fly to him and wrap around his collar. “According to this book, if they don’t hurry up and have this war, then Earth could be at risk of going into complete darkness. That means no moon, no sun, nothing. Just darkness and chaos.”

Wong has a worried look on his face. He knows that they need to hurry up and do something before things get catastrophic. “How long do they have to start the war?” He asks in completely understanding of how serious this is.

Strange turns towards Wong, whose determined to make sure the Earth is back to normal. “Don’t worry. We have 3 months after the eclipse has started, which means we’re gonna have to start Y/N’s training a lot sooner than we thought. Get everything ready. We’re gonna have to pay Y/N a visit.”

Hey, so not really proud of this chapter that much, Could’ve made it longer but I want to leave the initial party for the next chapter, plus some extra stuff I’m planning. Anyways, I hope you guys enjoy and I’ll see you in the next chapter.

I did Lexember 2020 but I only posted it on twitter, and I thought I’d be a good idea to archive all my posts on tumblr as well ヽ(*・ω・)ﾉ

from *tʼoɛːluː meaning blood, because it was believed that one's emotions where in their blood, they thought of it as a soul, so that's why corpses didn't emote or move, their emotions dried up.

from *nyːaxɔ fe meaning to float, referencing fish, that tend to float when they die, it can still be used to say float but it's very uncommon.

☀ Solar Eclipse Spell for Power, Creativity, and Passion 🌙

On Monday, August the 21st, 2017, there will be a Solar Eclipse. A solar eclipse is where the moon passes inbetween the sun and the earth, covering the sun for a few minutes. This can be great for casting spells that have to do with creativity, beginning a project, power, authority, strength, and passion. Also don’t forget to make some Solar Eclipse Water!!!

“It is a popular misconception that the phenomenon of a total eclipse of the sun is a rare occurrence. Quite the contrary. Approximately once every 18 months (on average) a total solar eclipse is visible from some place on the Earth's surface. That's two totalities for every three years.” (Source)

This is a spell of my own design. It’s meant to be very personalized, so most (if not all) of the ingredients are optional. Feel free to modify/change/edit this spell to suit your needs!

What You’ll Need:

☀ Yourself

🌙 A representation(s) of an aspect(s) of yourself, be it your Zodiac sign, something that relates to your element, your birthstone, your wand, or something related to your branch of craft (I’m using a wooden symbol for air that I made, my birthstone, and my wand)

***-[Everything after this point is 100% optional!]-***

☀ Crystals/Gems that you associate with fire, space, solar magic, lunar magic, strength, creativity, and passion. Good examples are Sunstone, Moonstone, Goldstone (though not “natural”, it can represent the stars), Selenite, Opalite, Opal, Pearl, Ruby, Sapphire, Tiger’s Eye, Rose Quartz, Citrine, etc.

🌙 A bowl of Salt/Sugar/Crushed Eggshell Powder

☀ Bayleaf

🌙 Sage

☀ Cedar

🌙 Cinnamon (ground or a stick, either will do)

☀ A Jar/satchet/bottle/bag/container

🌙 A candle (color doesn’t matter, but you can use your own correspondences if you like! Yellow, orange, red, or black would work wonderfully!)

What to do:

☀ ***PREP NOTE:*** In the days leading up to the eclipse, gather your materials and meditate with them, charge them with your intent, think of what you want to accomplish or gain.

🌙 WHEN/WHERE TO DO THIS: Outside, during the time the eclipse is occurring. If you’re unable to see the eclipse, try to figure out what time you’ll need to begin the spell. You don’t NEED to see the eclipse, but you should try to cast the spell during/as close to the time of the eclipse as you can!

☀ STEP ONE: If you’re using a candle, light it here. Under the eclipse, place all of your materials before you. Using your wand/hand, cast a small circle around the items (doesn’t need to be a formal circle, you can literally just make a circle with your hand/wand and that will do!) and feel the energy of the eclipse going through you and into them.

🌙 ***CLOSETED WITCH NOTE:*** If you can’t do this in the open, keep your materials in your pocket/purse/bag and discreetly make a circle around/on the pocket/purse/bag with your hand. Be sure to focus your intent and channel the energy.

☀ STEP TWO: If you’re making a spell jar/satchet/container, gather the materials from the circle that you want to put in the container and place them in, one by one, channeling the eclipse’s energy. If you’re not making a spell container, touch the items one by one and channel the eclipse’s energy directly into them.

🌙 ***CLOSETED WITCH NOTE 2:*** For this step, you can hold your hand over/place your hand onto the pocket/bag and think of every item and their purpose. If it won’t endanger you, place your hand into the pocket/bag and touch them directly, channeling the energy into them.

☀ STEP THREE: Close your eyes and focus on your intent. Think of what you want to happen, and absorb the energy or the eclipse. Visualize what you want to happen and will it to be. If you like you can chant/think:

“Power of sun, power of moon,

“sacred midnight, sacred noon,

“I humbly channel your energy

“to bring my wants and wills to be.”

☀ STEP FOUR: When the eclipse is over: if you’re making a spell container, seal it. Make a circle around the container (if you made one) or the items used and blow out the candle (if you’re using one). Keep the spell container or the items used in the spell around you, on your altar or in your work space, etc.

Today is a the anniversary of a significant event in my life. I am resultingly (I might have made this word up but I’m sticking with it) emotional, and instead of baking cookies or wrapping presents or taking a shower or doing laundry or actually getting caught up with my work-work, I am feeling my feelings and I’ve been reflecting on what has been an incredibly intense year.

Things that happened in 2017:

In the last few days of 2016, I fell in love so hard with a TV show about Norwegian teens. I’ve made friends as a result who I talk to regularly and are super important to me. I’ve taken two trips to meet them (Boston and Philly) and I’ve planned my first real international trip/vacation (Oslo, Norway, January 2018) as a result. Honestly, nobody saw this one coming.

January: I officially started my new job that it turns out is really really hard and stressful and exhilarating and kicks my ass. I mostly work from home (an adjustment in itself) but also travel frequently. This year I’ve been to: Monroe, Louisiana; Louisville, Kentucky; Atlanta and Newnan, Georgia; Selma, Alabama; Bay City, Texas; Austin, Texas; New York City; Freehold, New Jersey; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and Las Vegas - some more than once.

In February, I experienced hot springs for the first time in Colorado for my sister-in-law-to-be’s bachelorette party.

In March, I turned 30. My husband and friends threw a perfect, stupid, fun, whimsical, casual party for me and I felt so lucky. There were Harry Potter puns. There were buttons with my bitmoji on them. There was a dinosaur beer luge ice sculpture and many delicious beers. I got to play and dance to “I Feel It Coming” twice.

In April, I officiated the wedding ceremony of my brother and the aforementioned sister-in-law, in Maryland.

In May, the husband quit his job and we bought a record store. I mean, what?! What!!!

In June, the husband almost cut off his fingers in a hedge trimmers vs. hand incident, resulting in us missing another wedding. That was fun

In July, I married another of my best friends as a co-officiant with another of our best friends, in Michigan.

In August, I saw the total solar eclipse in St. Louis! It was the coolest, spookiest, most amazing thing. Bizarrely moving. During that trip, I also:

Met and held and loved on the baby of someone I grew up with/a childhood bestie, for the first time. Wow.

Felt a fetus kick inside of a human tummy for the first time ever, and it happened to be my very best friend. A small moment of magic.

In August, I got a tattoo. My first. Possibly only. I’m not sure.

In October, I told myself, and then my husband, and then the internet / People of Facebook, that I’m pansexual, because it’s not a secret. And I was met with all the both incredible support and curious and/or confused questions that people who do that sort of thing are met with. This has been bizarre.

A few times, I wrote things about myself and published them in a blog and told actual people I know about it. This one is still a struggle too.

And that’s not an exhaustive list. Plenty of other significant and joyful moments happened with other people I love, as well, including 30th birthday parties and pregnancy announcements and engagements and even a anniversary / birthday / retirement party for the in-laws. I also learned that another of our couple-friends are getting a divorce. The point is... it’s been SO much of significance in so little time. I’ve never been so stressed and scared and tired, but I’ve also never been so thrilled and inspired and in love with other people. I’ve never felt more overwhelmed with life, but I’ve also never been this accepting of myself. It’s been a lot. It’s still a lot. It always is. When I was little, I think I thought that joy and love were the antidote to grief and pain. Or that sadness and stress negated happiness and laughter and light. That these things were mutually exclusive. Now, I’m still constantly struck by how MUCH life is. How many different things I feel during any given year, month, week, day, or moment. But when I reflect, I think I actually learned this early. Joy and pain don’t cancel each other out; they complement and amplify each other. They make each other real, and the reality of life is that we will experience both, and feeling one doesn’t invalidate feeling the other. I learned this in October of my senior year of high school when I was having the time of my life with my friends in band, dance team, show choir, and the senior play, and then my cousin died, out of nowhere. It was awful and I was confused and angry and devastated, but life didn’t stop. It didn’t stop me loving my friends or having fun in my various activities or falling in love with a boy over the next several months. It was all of that, all at once. It affected me profoundly, every day, but life didn’t stop. My junior year of college, a friend of mine had a really intense health scare that involved passing out followed by emergency surgery, and eventual diagnosis with a genetic disorder that made it very dangerous to operate on her and would mean precarious health going forward. She was my “Partner,” as we were co-Morale-Captains of the Red team for our college’s Dance Marathon event in April, which raised money for Children’s Miracle Network. Planning and organizing for the event began with weekly meetings in the fall, and this committee was incredibly close knit, with Partners put together and assigned colors based on specific shared traits. So, this happened in February, the night before my boyfriend’s birthday. We found out during our weekly meeting, and we left to go to her apartment, where all her sorority sisters were, and essentially held vigil until the surgery was over. It was days before we really knew if she was going to be okay, including Valentine’s Day. I ate a Dove chocolate heart with the message “discover how much your heart can hold.” And that resonated with me so much. I was feeling so much. I kept the wrapper. Taped it to a piece of index card. I still carry it in my wallet. I turned 21 in March, while she was home recovering. I was so sad to be without my Partner on the committee and so worried about her. She, somewhat miraculously, did get to come to Dance Marathon, in her wheelchair. I was so happy she was there. It was such a relief. She got better, and graduated and got a job and got married and bought a house and got a dog. Then, years later, she had another complication, and after multiple attempts to save her, she died. This was a week after my wedding and the day after we got home from our honeymoon. It was horrible, of course, and right in the middle of one of the most loving and joyous times in my life. Again, it was all happening at once. More than I thought my heart could hold. (She was one of the funniest people I’ve ever known. Her humor was clever and quick and biting. So charismatic. Her attention made you feel special and people adored her.) To conclude this meandering, self-involved mess, I need to flash back again. To my senior year of college, fall semester 2008. Dance Marathon had finished the previous spring, and I’d tried out to be my college’s mascot, and gotten it. It was amazing. But it was a secret. Part of our tradition was that nobody is supposed to know who the humans inside the costume were. And so naturally that leads to much speculation about who they are, and we had to be careful to avoid being found out. I was dating a person who’d been the mascot the year before, and we didn’t have any reason to know each other in real life, so we were dating in secret, essentially, as well.

He happened to be best friends with a girl from my hometown, who I’d been friends with in high school, who also went to our college. She’d graduated that spring and was in Cincinnati for her master’s. She invited us down to see her perform in a play for the church she’d joined there - serious production value - 9 years ago today. We were going to stay with her for the weekend, too. At the play, she was flying around suspended on a harness high up in the air for her role as a wise man. Maybe 20 minutes in, at the end of a song, she struck a pose, her hardness malfunctioned, and she fell to the floor. I don’t remember much of what happened next, but our seats were very high up and we could not see at all what was happening. Somehow they stopped and everyone filed out and they called an ambulance. Somehow her friends found us and we got to the hospital with them. We waited hours. Eventually her parents arrived, met with doctors, and asked us to leave. We drove all the way back to our college town and crashed. A few hours later, her friend called my boyfriend, waking us up, to tell her they had removed her from life support and she had died. It was, of course, traumatic, tragic, and devastating. It was such a bizarre time. So hard, and so painful. Some of my worst days ever. But at the same time, set during the backdrop what was objectively the time of my life. I was a senior in college and I was the mascot. Literally living a dream of mine, having an absolute blast. Then this, in the middle of finals … having to tell my professors what had happened and why I needed extra time. I skipped my only mascot event the night of the day we found out she died.

After that, mascotting became an escape from it. A place where I could go for a few hours and forget my shit. I could focus on entertaining others, on nothing but being an anonymous vessel of enthusiasm and joy and love, on the eventual physical exhaustion of it. A way to clear my head. And then Christmas was happening, and right back to the next semester. Life didn’t slow down. It was everything at once. Horrific and traumatic and devastating, but the love I experienced in speaking with other people who knew her after she died, of meeting people she knew who looked up to her the same way that I did, the joy of living my dream and escaping reality as the mascot, the way my boyfriend and I somehow got each other through that time ... all of it was real and valid and happening, too. Looking back on that time 9 years ago, I don’t know how I survived. But, that’s sort of what we always do, isn’t it? We love the shit out of each other and we get by. And the weird thing is, December and the holidays are still the same now… the circumstances are ever-changing, of course, but there’s always the painful melancholy of missing people that you love, coupled with the stress of it all, then combined with so much warmth and comfort. Happy Eclipse Day!!! This is the first total solar eclipse in the continental US since 1979 and the first coast to coast US eclipse in 99 years but there hasn’t been a total solar eclipse visible in the Nashville area since 1478! I’m very fortunate to live in one of the areas which will see the longest totality which is supposed to last for about 2 minutes and 38 seconds here. Right in my backyard!! Can’t wait!!!

As we hurtle through the Eclipse tunnel, it’s going to be a week of paradox, contradictions and confusion, so take each day as it comes with absolutely no expectations.

The conflicting frequencies of Venus flattened by Saturn and Pluto in Capricorn and Jupiter electrified by Uranus are sending mixed messages. One the one hand, duty and due diligence feels unavoidable and on the other the urge to break away, break free and do your own thing is nearly overwhelming. So this could go either way….…or maybe the middle ground is to prioritise what’s important as opposed to urgent and then take yourself off on an adventure or an artist’s date.

The 12:12 Gemini Full Moon on Thursday is at odds with Neptune-expect smoke and mirrors. There will be so much collective chatter, fake news, social media narcissism and superficiality that there is little point in tuning into it. The greatest festive gift you can give yourself is doing a digital de-tox.

Keep in mind that the December 26th Solar Eclipse in Capricorn is already switching off an old life, defragging you and rebooting you ahead of the January 12 Saturn/Pluto Conjunction. Rapidly changing circumstances way beyond your control are bringing a complete changing of the guard. People will leave, new people will arrive. All your old ” families” are being deconstructed-your family of origin, your nation, your government, your leaders.

THE NANCY PRINCIPLE My secondary work. This is an interesting bit of writing. The first book is non-fiction so it recounts what actually happens when I was hired to work for the government in a room full only of WOMEN. Each teenage girl trying to outstink the others in their perfumes and outdo the others in their business outfits. And then I show up, a teenage boy really, and how they treated me there and WHO they hired to keep me in my place. A clear one for both teen and adult non-fiction literature. STAR WARS - THE FORCE WITHIN Cleary a fan-fiction story of quite a few chapters. I address the issue of what happens between Episode IV (A New Hope) and Episode V (The Empire Strikes Back). I mean we're still on Yavin in the first Star Wars movie, then suddenly we are on the ice planet of Hoth with no interim video to explain - what happened ? This then is my interpretation of how our intrepid adventurers of Luke, Leia, and Han are forced to leave Yavin to Hoth - with quite a bit of deviltry from Darth Vader himself even though the Death Star has been destroyed. This super-rare and very family-friendly TV series features Juliet Mills as the Nanny who takes care of three children. And one has to wonder if all of the amazing things she is capable of. Is it truly magic as most people believe ? Or is it just love ?

Prudence has a nightmare with a monster named Wiblet, and Nanny helps her overcome her fears.

Butch is negatively influenced by a "hip" kid when the Professor misses another one of his activities.

A new girlfriend of the Professor thinks that Butch and Prudence are not grounded in reality and should be involved in her children's therapy group. Butch tests whether there is a tooth "elf" by not telling his father when he loses a tooth.

Hal gets a telescope for his birthday but Butch is the one who discovers a new comet.

Nanny suggests a family picnic on a lovely Spring day. The family members all have other ideas until their plans are mysteriously thwarted.

The Professor gives Nanny driving lessons as the pair prepare for a second household car.

Nanny and the children's rescue of some ducklings leads to trouble for Nanny.

Waldo finds a dinosaur bone and buries it in the yard. Nanny and the children's hunt for a rose bush eating gopher uncovers Waldo's treasure and results in a dig for more !

Nanny and the children stage a protest to stop the city from cutting down a favorite tree for a road expansion project.

Professor Everett receives a fabulous job offer from Astrodynamics, but it means moving to Astroville. The children don't want to leave their home, but put a brave face on for their father's sake.

The Professor is contacted out of the blue by an old college girlfriend and isn't sure he's ready to see her again.

Hal feels too much pressure to complete various projects and school work, with a big science competition being foremost, it's making him irritable and miserable. Nanny offers a good luck piece, that acts like a magic amulet that restores his confidence so much he no longer worries at all.
