#hello i come with an unpopular opinion. a complaint if you will.#i'm fully aware that what happens on (nsfw) tumblr is never serious. or almost never.#i know most of us talk to or have talked to our mutuals before. we've flirted. maybe sexted why not #and we've probably reused compliments on different people more than once #but believe it or not some of us like to be made to feel special sometimes #and when someone is VERY openly telling every hot person the same things over and over i find it discouraging lol #like why would i talk to them if they're gonna use the same compliments I CAN SEE them using on literally everyone they reblog from 😭#again i know tumblr is unserious and we talk to a lot of people all the time #i've done it before and will continue to do so. reusing compliments i mean. but i don't make it obvious cause i VERY rarely reblog people #anyways please ignore me i'm just ranting #i don't like to feel like i'm literally just one more from the pile of hot chicks around here #i think that's why i only talk to a couple of mutuals lol #I SAID MY RANT WAS UNSERIOUS OKAY i know tumblr is just for funsies and (most times) nothing real comes out of it but still.#have a good day everyone love yous

Good luck figuring out which!#Yes it is canon that Otta is into Women. YES she dates younger women and dumps them when they age.#This isn't a fan made bit. It's real.#Dungeon Meshi has no romance but it does have canonically queer characters.#Shipping is fine and all but it is a running theme in the series than *everyone* who expresses romantic interest in someone -#-finds that love unrequited. dinluke making utterly zero sense but catching so much popularity is my favorite thing to exist ever

no no no this is slander it DOES make sense!! u gotta think, dinluke didn't get popular out of nowhere, they got popular after they canonically met. what 2 other things happened in this episode? 1. din's son going with luke to be a jedi and 2. din becoming mand'alor. you know what that leads to? 1. a reason for din and luke to continue to interact and 2. spicy conflict and a shitload of shared struggle. Din and Luke both have to lead/unite/help their disparate, genocided people, are both strongly devoted to their creeds, both fierce warriors willing to do a helluva lot to protect those they love, and like loaaaads more. they might seem pretty different on the surface but at their cores they rlly match up and share a very particular set of experiences and again HAVE REASON TO MEET REPEATEDLY

and that'd be enough on its own but then you have that against their peoples' ancient feud and bam you have some romeo and juliet spiced in there. and w that, even if you ignore the mand'alor stuff you still have their devotions to their religions (+ w that the conflict of intimacy and want and din's helmet/the old code getting in the way), din knowing NOTHING abt famous hero luke and ofc din actively trying to avoid being the main character vs luke being the Most main character ever. its just. im normal abt them

#if dinluke doesn't make you go insane then it doesn't make you go insane. nothing to it everyone's got their tastes #personally the conflict the similarities the way they can fit together in brilliant symbiosis makes them just So Good #if you think this makes zero sense you would not have survived a day in the old overwatch fandom. biggest ship had 0 canon meetings #but i will not take this slander!! this is a sensical ship w reason to meet and reason to fall in love #i could write like a 2k+ essay on dinluke and why it rlly appeals to ppl (beyond 'haha pretty men kiss'). alas i have to do uni essays #thanks for the ask!#dinluke
