Vegas Theerapanyakul's increasing interest in the love of his life who will bring him to his knees with just one look one of the main family's random bodyguards who has absolutely no effect on him whatsoever.
Bonus: Nothing. He feels nothing towards this man.
@soulsballad said: be honest, do the tall jokes get to you? what's it like being the size of a tree? ( from ran, for hanma... im sorry... )
send be honest + a question for my muse's truthful answer
" Most people don't make tall jokes to me. " Most of them ran away at the sight of him or otherwise tried to avoid interaction. If they didn't, they wanted to fight. Which again, didn't lead to many tall jokes. " But nah, they wouldn't bother me. Sorry to burst your bubble. ♡ " He does not, in fact, sound sorry in the slightest bit. " It's like being a tree, what else would it be like? " Smartass. " Want me to pick you up and show you? "
She moved to Gotham because fucking obviously she would. It even has the name "Goth" in it. She loves it, it's a crazy place; not as crazy as Amity, but crazy enough to stave off the homesickness.
She's actually met Ivy, and very nearly embarrassed herself asking for an autograph.
She loves Gotham.
It feels like she was always meant to be there; she's not out of place, she's not too violent for them, her grave humor is appreciated and her coworkers say she's the funniest person in office.
But there was one aspect of Gotham she was done with.
The fucking Bats landing on the fucking roof of her penthouse at three in the morning to chat. They stomped around, their voices kept waking her up (thanks liminally enhanced hearing!), and worst of all; they chipped one of the gargoyles that stood over her bedroom window with a grappling hook.
So she resorted to petty revenge. She voluntarily lost sleep to do it.
She hid on her own roof, and snapped pictures of the Bats nonstop. Of Batman specifically, since he'd started the whole vigilante thing with them and it was entirely his fault.
Then, she photoshopped the ears off of Batman's costume.
She posted them on a blog she forced Tucker to make her (secured, isolated, untraceable), wiped the metadata with a program also from Tucker, and uploaded them. Every night.
It gets addicting.
Soon, she's made it a hobby. She stays out and stalks the Big Bad Bat, taking unflattering photos of him and removing the ears in Photoshop, and posting them on the now very popular blog.
It comes to a head one night when Batman is being forced to choose between two of the Bats, the blue one and the short red one, and he's clearly actually distraught at the choice.
So I watched Hazbin Hotel, (or at least the episodes out so far). And I wasn’t that attached to Vox in the pilot because he was only there for two seconds but he’s now my favorite. I can’t help it he’s so pathetic.
Also I love whenever the animators have him make this face:
Why does he look like a cat??? I noticed the soundwave on his hat looks kinda like cat ears and now I can’t unsee it. How am I supposed to take him seriously when he wears that hat and is constantly making a :3 face? /lh
So punk is pretty anti-authoritarian, loud, fast, and contains a lot of anger, anger at how the world is. It can also be very compassionate to the downtrodden an those the system fails
You know who else has a lot of anger and compassion?
Jason Todd
Jason Todd, the second Robin, the Red Hood. The man was born to be punk.
Danny just works as a punk. His villains range from the government to a Billionaire to a ghost cop. It makes more sense than not for his experiences to have turned him in that direction, and let's face it one Sam Mason would have helped, even if punk and goth are different
So we have one dead punk boy living in a shitty apartment in Gotham, and we have another dead punk boy moving into a shitty apartment in Gotham
They're neighbors(I'd say roommates for the meme but Jay needs the added privacy)
So now we have two punks with messed up sleep schedules living next door to each other. They clearly vibe, they hang out, go to each other's apartments and Jason practically force feeds Danny a healthy meal that has enough preservatives in it to give Ra's a run for his money
Then Jason got careless
Jason, after accidentally mentioning the outlaws multiple times during a phone call, now has to deal with the fact that Danny thinks it's the band he's in. It's fine, all he has to do is play it cool, roll with it and it'll be no big deal
being unable to shut his mouth, he actually digs himself deeper. Now, Danny doesn't just want to see them play, he wants to join, and Jason has made the mistake of saying he needs to ask the band first, only to call Roy who is a little shit and goes "Yeah he can join our band."
Cut to Jason, Starfire, and a sheepish Roy scrambling to actually be a punk band as they get sucked further and further into committing to the bit
or
Fake Band au, like a fake dating au but with more people and instruments and probably ends in polyamory
So, Dan has been Reformed for Years at this point. You could go with the Fandom Typical version of just chilling out, or you could go with the AGIT version of the Redemption. Either way, Dan is fully reformed and trying to find his way in the World.
Unfortunately, not everybody knows/believes him.
You know all those Time Traveling Heroes who came back to stop some great catastrophe? That was Dan.
Impulse is fucking terrified of this guy, cause he Grew Up in the Central City Stronghold and saw Phantom tear down the Walls protecting the City in person.
Booster Gold grew up in the Metropolis Stronghold, so while he never really saw Phantom in his timeline he still did know of him. I mean, obviously, he murdered every hero on the planet and subjugated most of the world, but he doesn't have much personal stake in that.
Eobard Thawn hates Phantom. Thawn himself grew up in a world where Phantom killed every Hero in the world, and he was terrified that Phantom would track him down when he tried to become the new Flash. But once he became a Walking Paradox he saw as Time itself changed to erase Phantom from existence, he got really jealous. Why did Time decide Phantom was bad enough to erase, why not him!? He's Evil! He's a Terror on the Timeline! He deserves Clockworks attention dammit!
And then, they discover evidence that Phantom has come back in Time,
So now, any and all Time Travelers are trying to find the guy who single-handedly was the Apocalypse, and want to kill him to save the world. Or out of Jealousy in Thawns case.
Either way, no matter where Dan goes to try and settle down, a bunch of annoying Heroes always find him and attack him, yelling about "Stopping his Plans" and "Saving the Timeline!" And "It should have been me dammit!"
Honestly Thawn is the most annoying one, he just runs in and rants at him about how he is jealous of how much attention Clockwork gave him. Dude, just sdmit your crush already and leave me alone. (I'm not sorry)
