Gooodmorning, my highest self does not eat carbs in the morning, well, only if her body needs to. My highest self does gua sha every morning when she wakes up. My highest self drinks warm water in the morning, she may drink black coffee or tea, if she wants to. And she gets ready for school early. And, she types well.
