HI HI HI! i am genuinely so honored to be a trusted artem stan!

i have in fact read it! like, a while back though so my memory is extremely foggy. i actually remembering liking it. it goes a bit into an extremely hard case artem had to deal with, which is interesting and the closest we've gotten to see artem on the losing side of a case.

the art is very beautiful, the final card evo art of the two of them laughing is one of my favorites. the context is also funny bc iirc his mom manages to spot them and he's like Oh God LOL

AITA for telling mom to stop giving me unhealthy food and then refusing to say "I love you" back?

I (16, FtM) am autistic, for the longest time I struggled with eating different types of foods, in fact, i only started eating vegetables when I was 16 because my nutritionist told me to. Since I have memory, i've been teased by my weight, all my life. It led me to make decisions i'm not very proud of (like getting groomed at 8-9 years old), because of my low self esteem.

I've gone to the nutritionist a total of 2 times in my life, but in my opinion i should've gone more but my parents didn't seem to think the same. Both of those times the doctors told me I was a little overweight. They didn't tell me i was obese or morbidly obese which thank god because I would've broken down and kms (not really but even thinking of getting told that makes me anxious).

They did tell me to start eating more food other than fried food and other type of stuff. After the meeting, my parents started scolding me for embarrassing them in front of the doctor, but all i did was being brutally honest with her! I told her how my parents keep buying flavored water which has at least 2 stamps in it (The government makes it so that companies have to put stamps on their products saying what's exactly in it), so the only source of natural water is the one we boil ourselves, which i drink every time i do exercise. And also how the dinner mom makes is sausages and french fries, it's quick and easy. This last week I've eating that dinner two times and on the weekend i ate fast food for lunch, on Saturday and Sunday which means TWICE. By the end I was so worried i might have to double my exercise next week (so now) to balance it off. I felt really fat on monday so uh not a good feeling.

For my part, I've had this discussion with my P.E teacher, and she agreed to make me play basketball more so i can both exercise at home and more at school other than P.E class. I've also done the effort of eating vegetables (which due to my autism it was very hard at first but I've gotten the hang of it!) And doing more exercise at school.

But even when mom agreed to start feeding me more healthy foods, it's like she gave up. She's gone back to giving me the same lazy foods that are filled with cholesterol and grease, and every time i eat those it makes me feel worried. Tonight was one of those dinners and all i want is to get it out of my system (literally).

I told mom she can't keep feeding me like this if she wants me to lose weight, and she responds by saying "but what can we feed you? You don't eat anything else" which? Fucking excuse me? WHAT DO YOU THINK I'VE BEEN DOING FOR THE PAST MONTHS??? She always says that, it's like whenever i eat entire salads she fucking ignores me or something! It makes me feel so angry, fuck my efforts i guess???

I got more angry, but she's my mom, so i decided to shut up. Since i was getting ready to bed once i got comfortable she told me "I love you", which is a normal habit we have every time i go to bed. She says "i love you" i say it back. But this time I didn't, and she just sighed and closed the door.

Right now i'm really mad at her, but i recognize that maybe not saying "I love you" back was a bit too much, but if i have to stop saying it at all for her to understand I want to lose weight, then so be it. If she doesn't want to recognize im the only one doing the effort, whatever. I'm thinking of starting to refuse her food to make myself clear.

part one, part three

Five months.

Its been five months since Neteyam last heard your soft voice, its been five months since he last felt your touch, its been five months since he last felt happy.

Its been five months of hell.

After you left, Neteyam lost himself. You were part of him, you were his life, his world. Now you were gone, and so was he.

The war kept happening, for a while.

Until everything just died down, the sky people stopped cutting trees, they stopped building weapons, stopped attacking the Na’vi. They just left.

Of course, everyone was happy. The Na’vi won once again.

But the forest isn’t what it used to be, there’s too many bad memories that lie here. It didn’t feel like home anymore.

Of course to Neteyam, it never was. You were his home, you were the light of his life. Without you, he was nothing.

That’s how much he loved you.

Jake and Neytiri have thought well and hard. They wanted to leave. Get a fresh new start somewhere else, the kids reacted differently. Lo’ak didn’t care, Kiri was mad, Tuk didn’t know what was going on, and Neteyam…

He just didn’t react. No sadness, no happiness, nothing.

The family packed up and left, Neteyam flew away and never looked back, not even for a second. There was nothing there for him.

You weren’t there for him.

As he flew, he thought of the things he could’ve done. He shouldn’t have dismissed it so fast. He should’ve cared more, comforted you more, convince you harder.

If he did, perhaps you might be here, with him. Smiling and flying your ikran around him, giving him that warm feeling he missed so deeply.

But you weren’t. It wasn’t real.

When they got to the village, they introduced themselves and waited as Jake spoke to them.

“It is decided, Toruk Makto and his family are going to stay with us.” Tonowari, the olo’eyktan stated

They all muttered small thank yous as they were lead to their marui.

“This is yours” Tsireya, Tonowari’s daughter said as she showed them the marui, “We’ll send over some things in a bit while you get comfortable” She smiled at them and walked away as they began unpacking

“Alright, everyone—family meeting, come on, fall in” Jake said, everyone huddled into a circle, Lo’ak tapped Neteyam’s shoulder, snapping him out of his trance and making him sit with them

“Okay, guys. We need you all on your best behavior. No trouble, I mean it. Learn fast, pull your weight, be nice. We need them to trust us, so we can all get along. Got it?” Jake said, they all nodded with small responses

“Sorry!” A woman said as she walked in, carrying a bunch of things that were high enough to cover her face, “They told me you might need these” She said, turning to her side to see them, her eyes widening as she dropped the things on the ground

They all froze

Neteyam, startled by the sound, turned to see what happened. His eyes widening in shock.

It was you.

It was you…

How is this possible? You left—did you move here?

“Y/n?” He said, standing up and walking towards you, you backed away, still speechless.

“I—I have to go” You said, running off, he was quick to follow you

He finally got close enough to pull you back, you looked at him in silence

“It’s you…its really you” He whispered, “What—what are you doing here?” He asked

You sighed, “I moved here…”

“This is where you’ve been? All this time…” He said, cradling your face, he pulled you in for a hug

Its been so long since he felt your soft touch. Five hours without your touch was long enough, imagine five months.

He closed his eyes, inhaling your scent. The sweet smell he’s been missing. He slowly opened his eyes, feeling something else.

He let go of you, looking down, his eyes widening.

You had a bump, a baby bump. He was sure it wasn’t weight.

“Neteyam…” You whispered

“What—how…” He stopped talking, did you move on? You ran away, and started a family with another man?

He backed away, shaking his head

“You…you were that quick to forget me?” He asked, before you could answer, he left.

“Neteyam!” You called out to him, seeing him fade away

When he got to the marui, everyone was there, waiting for him, flooding him with questions

“What happened?” Neytiri asked

“How is she here?” Kiri asked

“Who knocked her up?” Lo’ak asked, everyone went quiet

“What do you mean?” Neytiri asked

“Did you not see? She looked pregnant”

Neytiri gasped and smacked his head, “You do not speak about a woman like that!”

“No…it’s true.” Neteyam said

“She is with child?” Neytiri asked, her eyes wide

Neteyam nodded

Neytiri and Jake shared a look, they went to comfort him but he just pushed them away

“I’m sorry, kid” Jake said, patting his back

“I do not care.” He said, they all looked at him with pity, and went to sleep

The next day, Neteyam got up early, not like he even slept. He went outside, exploring the village. He went to ocean, staring at it in silence

“Neteyam…” You called out

He already knew it was you, how could he ever forget your sweet voice?

He began walking away, you kept calling his name and he ignored you

“Shit” He heard you say, he turned to see you wrapping your arms around your stomach, as if in pain

“Are you okay?” He asked, sure he was mad at you, but he still loved you and cared about you

“I…I don’t know—shit” You said again, groaning in pain

He quickly rushed to you, helping you walk to your marui

“Its okay—I got you…” He said, comforting you as you kept feeling the pain

Once you got to your marui, he helped you sit down

“Okay—stay here, I’m gonna call the Tsahik”

“No!” You said, “I’m fine now”

He stopped and realized what you did

You tricked him so he can stop ignoring you

“Very smart” He rolled his eyes, about to leave until you grabbed his hand

“Neteyam, please…” You said, your eyes tearing up

He sighed, sitting down and waiting for you to speak

“I didn’t forget you” You said

“Clearly” He said

“You didn’t listen to me—“

“You left without me!” He yelled

“You didn’t want to leave!” You yelled back and he went quiet, “I tried to tell you. I tried to tell you Neteyam, I lost too much in that forest. I hated every second I was there. You were the only thing I cared about”

“And it shows.” He said, “You just ran off and found another guy to keep you company.”

“That’s not what happened!” You snapped, tears sliding down your cheeks, “I needed to leave! Leaving you was the hardest thing I’ve ever done! I had to go out all alone into some random village filled with strangers! And I tried to forget you, I really did. But I don’t think you know how hard it is to forget someone when part of them is in you!”

Neteyam froze, he looked to your stomach, and back to you

“It’s…mine?” He asked in shock

“Yes you skxawng!” You yelled at him

He nervously laughed, a smile finding its way on his face, his eyes still wide

“It’s mine…oh eywa, it’s mine” He whispered, placing his head on your stomach, hearing the heartbeat, he looked to you, cradling your face, “You’re carrying my child? Mine?”

You nodded at him, he hugged you tight, kissing your forehead

You were back, back into his arms, carrying part of him in you. He was going to make sure you never leave again

Dazai always teases you about not turning work in on time, which annoys you a lot

Has a tally chart of every time you've forgotten something

He really gets on your nerves sometimes, but you try to joke around as much as you can

For your anniversary, he got you a beautiful pendant that matched his own

It was gleaming with a silver lining, a black ribbon to attach it, and your favorite stone in the center

You loved it so much and wore it every day

But, one day you were getting ready for work, and the pendant wasn't on your dresser

You had a little bit of a breakdown and tore your house apart looking for it

You gave up and sat in despair

Kunikida called a million times considering you're almost never late for work

when you heard a knock on the door, you assumed it was Kunikida until you got up close to it

"Oh Y/nnnn~ You're never late wassuppppp"

You ran and hid back in the living room

You expected Dazai to tease you, or be upset, but instead he laughed

When you looked up, he was smiling down at you

"I figured this would happen."

He reached into his pocket and pulled out the exact same pendant from before

You looked up in amazement as he handed it to you

"I even took the liberty of getting a second one made, hehe."

You guys skipped work together after, and went on a cute little cafe date

Kunikida

He sometimes gets a little aggravated with your forgetfulness sometimes, but he tries to be as understanding as possible

He tries to help you remember stuff in a logical way, like helping you take notes or texting you things you need to remember

He does snap a few times, but does apologize immediately after each time

Kunikida got you a custom-made notebook to keep notes in, it was a darker shade of your favorite color, had lightly tea-stained pages, and had "Never fall" Written on the front

You would take notes in it and it honestly really helped your memory

You got to work early one morning to finish some work, you went to write something down and... Your notebook wasn't there

You freaked out, it was just you in the office, but in only a mere twenty minutes Kida would be there to start the day

You basically tore apart your desk looking for it (neatly putting it back together afterward)

You went through your office locker and your work bag. Even checking Dazai and Ranpo's desks to see if either of them had hidden it from you

In the middle of researching through your own bag, Kunikida came in for work

He noticed you over at Ranpo's desk and was a bit confused

"What are you doing in Ranpo's desk?"

His voice caught you off guard, making you slam your head into the metal desk

You laid on the ground in defeat as Kunikida came over to check if you were okay

"Please don't be mad..."

You explained what happened and how you really didn't mean to lose it

Kuni sighed as he picked you up off the floor

"I'm not mad, maybe a little irritated, but definitely not mad."

You went to the cafe while he looked for it, luckily Kunikida's ideals for the day included 10 minutes of free time for you

When you came up with Kunikida's coffee, the notebook was sitting on his desk with his own, he'd managed to find it

He doesn't really care how forgetful you are unless it interrupts him

He does get irritated when you forget missions or to turn in paperwork, he has snapped a little more than Kunikida

He got you a beautiful feather pen for your birthday, it was the first really meaningful gift he ever got you

You wrote with it in journals and such to try to help you memorize certain things

But one evening, you forgot where you had put it.

You freaked out, worrying Akutagawa would be upset you lost such an expansive gift

You looked for almost an hour and a half before you realized it was gone.

At that time, Akutagawa came by your apartment to see what was taking you so long

When he opened the door he was met with you lying on the floor in defeat

"What's the problem here?"

You looked up at him as he was walking over, and just hid behind your hands

"..I lost your present."

Akutagawa stared down at you for a minute, whether trying to calm his anger; Or thinking about what to say you don't know.

He sighed as he started searching himself

"Although it was wildly expensive, I'm not mad. Let's just keep looking."

You stood up confused as he kept flipping over things

You walked up and hugged him from behind

"Thank you..." "Mhm, not a problem."

You both kept looking, but in reality, it wasn't even in your apartment. It was in your desk drawer at the office

Poe

Poe is very patient with you, he's also a slightly forgetful person so he understands that you're really trying

Poe tries to write you little notes and hide them throughout your desk to help remember importance things

He also checks frequently on you to see if you're doing what you're supposed to be

Poe wrote you a book of poems about yourself, it was a full book to the very last page

It was very indearing, and you read it to help you fall asleep

You had always kept it in your work bag, but when you when you went to take it out one day it was missing

You freaked out, starting to look through the whole office

You'd remembered putting it in your bag this morning so it has to be there somewhere

After about 30 minutes of intense searching, Poe came in to check up on you

"What are you doing my dear Y/n?"

You just couldn't lie to him, you sighed as he walked over

"Poe.. I'm really sorry. I lost the book you wrote for me. I know the cover was expensive, plus all your work is gone.. please forgive me."

Poe smiled as he grabbed your face into his hands

"My dear I have every one of those poems memorized by heat. And don't worry about expenses, it was only a meer 65,000 Yen. I'll forget that in seconds."

"Saturo where are you?" Gripping the phone you waited for one of his excuses again. This wasn't the first time he missed your sons birthday party. The first time you let it go because his excuse was working late but now this is the third time he's done this. "Listen, im on my way to the house im passing by to get his cake okay. Just trust me i swear," Panting, you could hear him slamming a door and run towards his car. "Really Satoru?! i asked you to buy the cake 3 hours ago!!" It was evident you were starting to get mad, pissed to be exact. Not only did you ask him to buy the cake, it was already starting to get late.

Your son was sitting down next to you playing with some of the toys you had bought him for his last birthday. Of course because he was only 4 years old he didn't know what was going on. He expected his daddy to come home and shower him in kisses and hugs telling him happy birthday and how much he loved him. "mommy...when is daddy coming? I want to sleep," Rubbing his eyes he laid his head on your lap. Slowly caressing his hair you smiled at him "Soon baby, he'll be here soon... Why don't you take a nap while we wait?" Smiling at him you waited for his response. He flickered his beautiful long eyelashes nodding his head as you pulled him closer to you. "See? Even your own son is tired of waiting for you. Get home now." Was the last thing you said before hanging up.

You gently grabbed the blanket that was next to you, placing it on top of your son so he wouldn't get cold. sighing you gently moved his head from your lap onto a pillow. God who knew how much Satoru would forget about your son. Not only did he suggest on having a child and being there to always support you... What a liar. Your footsteps echoed in the silent apartment. The floor was cold, wind blowing from the windows. Geez, after everything you still loved Satoru. You grabbed a cigarette from your drawer, walking towards the balcony you lit the cigar. You really didn't like smoking at all but for some reason it set you at ease.

Trying to control your anger you just stared at the sky. Watching how the stars shined and how beautiful the moon was. The way the bird chirped or the way the car sounded when it passed by the apartment. You lived in a luxurious apartment. 3 story with 3 bedrooms and 4 restrooms. Like they usually say money can't buy happiness.

Letting another puff of smoke emit from your mouth you hanged your head low. Slowly blinking you started to cry. Life was certainly not going your way. Your husband never being home, your child never having a good childhood without hearing his parents fight. You even considered sending him with your parents for a while but Satoru didn't like the idea at all. You truly loved Satoru with all your heart. Being highschool sweethearts until now. Were we to young? was it because I was pregnant? is that why he decided to marry me.. shaking your head you kept on reassuring yourself that wasn't the case.

You were only 18 when you got pregnant. Straight out of highschool you found out you were pregnant. Telling Satoru was the only good memory you had left. The way his eyes shined when you told him. Him jumping with joy and excitement to have a child. As soon as the word spread he swore to take care of you and your child no matter what. Swearing that he would marry you as soon as he could.

Throwing the small cigar you walked back into the living room, grabbing a pack of gum and chewing it so your son wouldn't smell the intoxicating smell of cigarettes. Your eyes slowly shifted to the picture to your right. A picture of you and Satoru after getting married. Both of you smiling, you could almost remember how happy you were. Suddenly the door opened, Satoru was holding some flowers and a small cake on the other hand. Smiling he entered. "Im sorry im so late" His eyes shifted to the kitchen seeing the plate of food you left for him and then back to you. "Okay, im going to wake sumire up." You paid no attention to the flowers he got you.

He got sunflowers.. sunflowers the one flower you hated because you would always get a puffy face when you were near them. He didn't even remember your favorite flower. Even though you named your own child the flowers name.

Wiping a tear you gently woke up sumire. "Honey, your dad is here. Cmon go say hi," patting his back you lifted him up. He rubbed his eyes before wrapping his tiny arms around your neck. "Daddy!!" you placed sumire down before he ran towards Satoru. "I missed you so much daddy!! Mommy was so sad when you weren't here for the party..." Hugging Satoru he told him all about the party. You grabbed the cake from Satoru placing down in the counter. "Satoru can you get the candles from the cabinet please." He looked at you with sad eyes. You could obviously tell he was sorry but you didn't want to accept his apology.

"Happy birthday to you...Happy birthday dear sumire...Happy birthday to you!" Smiling you kissed his cheek. He giggled kissing you back on the cheek. "Mommy can i open my gifts now!!" kicking his feet he impatiently moved around. Looking at satoru you signaled him to get the gifts from your room. "Yes honey, you may." You quickly fixed his hair before Satoru came back.

You truly adored your son, he was beautiful. His beautiful blue eyes he got from Satoru and your H/C hair. The way it matched so perfectly made him look ethereal. He didnt even look real, you already imagined yourself old and him having his own little family. Smiling you gave him one last kiss and waited for Satoru to come back. Speaking of the devil he was walking towards you right now. "Alright pick which one you want to open first." Two big presents where laid on the counter.

"Satoru don't lie to me why were you late again?" sumire was sleeping soundly in his room, standing next to your bed you waited for him to answer. "Listen i don't want to do this right now.." He said avoiding eye contact. Shaking your head you let out a laugh "You dont want to do this? neither do i, but then how are we going to fix this? how are we supposed to fix us."

Shaking your head, tears started to build up. breathing heavily you looked at him with anger, sadness, and disappointment. "You know how many times i have to pretend im okay. Do you know how many times i have to tell sumire you're working hard for us, that you still love him?" Satoru got up trying to grab you, you pushed his hand away. "im sorry." he said looking at how destroyed you were. Watching how your mascara stained your cheeks, how your lipstick was smudged from the side. "i hate you." yelling at him he grabbed you. Pulling you into him, his grip getting stronger by the second.

"I know you don't mean that Y/N." he wrapped his arms around your waist. Your eyes flashing with anger, you started hitting his chest. "Let me go Satoru" you kept on trying to get his hands off but he wouldn't let go. "Im not going to let you go until you calm down Y/N" His eyes met yours, seeing how he had no reaction to this made you fill with rage. what the actual fuck? was he really not even moved by what you said? "How do you just stand there not doing anything not feeling anything for me? while i cry my ass out begging you to act like a father not for me but for our child.

Hitting his chest repeatedly you assumed he would lose his grip on you. "Just got to sleep Y/N you're tired." He clutched your chin and stared into your eyes. His hair was messy, and his eyes had no emotion. He was tired, but so were you. You began to cry, hiding your face from your husband who just stared. It sucked being the only one who cared about this marriage. “Im sorry.” He leaned in slowly to kiss your forehead caressing your face while he frowned at you. Satoru truly felt sorry but not for this situation.

“Hey, I'll make it up to you.” He leaned into you and kissed you gently. Despite the passionate kiss, you felt nothing towards it. You usually get butterflies when Satoru kisses you this way. When he kissed, he usually did so in a rough and sensual way. Nowadays, you and Satoru rarely even kiss. You would always find him randomly approaching you and letting you know he "missed you" with a small peck on the lips or even a full makeout session behind the gym. You really missed the way his soft lips felt against yours. Every once in a while, he would touch your waist and squeeze it.

He was such a gentleman back then, not that he isn't now, but back then he was so different. Once he stopped kissing you he stared into your eyes saying the words that once meant everything to you.

“I love you so much.”

You just stared back not saying a single word. “Me too.” Finally he decided to let go of you, pushing you onto the bed. “Listen next week my company is going to a business trip. I already booked a room for us.” Turning off the lights he cuddled into you. Leaving you to your thoughts you didn't know what to do. 'was he really going to act like we're okay? like if our family isn't slowly falling apart...?' Closing your eyes you let out a small breath, crying yourself to sleep.

“what was your reaction when you found out you got the role in this movie?” the interviewer asked, pushing the microphone my way. “umm, we’ll i grew up watching this movie all the time with my dad. he always showed me all these funny old school movies growing up. so when i got the call that i got the part, i was actually with my dad! he was so happy and proud and it was just a moment i’ll never forget.” i explained smiling, just thinking of the memory.

“so is that what really made you want to do this movie?” the interviewer asked, making me nod my head. “yeah. that an—“ i was quickly interrupted by a pair of hands harshly grab my waist. i quickly spin around seeing the tall curly brown haired man behind me, dying laughing making me roll my eyes. “ i got you didn’t i?” he asked laughing as i pushed him. “shut up.” i mumbled. “y’all got that, right?” jack asked the camera man.

“you should’ve seen your face, y/n.” the interviewer laughed. “yeah well, he thinks it’s so cute to scare people.” i started taking the microphone from the woman’s hand. i turn my whole body towards jack as i spoke into the mircophone. “it’s gonna be cuter when i punch you in that pretty face of yours cause you scared me so bad.” i finished “what you gotta say about that?” i asked pushing the mircophone in his direction.

“ i don’t know..” jack said confused, sucking his teeth. “ i think somebody mad cause i successfully scared her. that’s what i’m hearing.” he shrugged his shoulders, sucking in his top and bottom lip to form a perfect straight line with his lips. “i was literally in the middle of answering question, and you came behind and scared me.” i said defensively. “or maybe, you’re just mad cause you fall for it every time.” jack said confidently. as i opened my mouth to say something, nothing came out.

i rolled my eyes and gave the interviewer back her microphone as jack laughed with his finger pointed at me. “hush modeee.” he bragged laughing. “this is what it’s like working with jack harlow, by the way.” i said in the mircophone, still pointing at him. “it’s like working with a 5 year old.” i added as he calmed down, the interviewer laughed at my joke before continuing with the question she asked me earlier.

“i’m sorry, what was i saying? i completely forgot, because of somebody.” i pointed at jack, looking up at him. i noticed the way his baby blues sparkled while piercing my whole body, still. the way a soft smile crept in corner of his mouth, while his messy curls lightly blew from my wind. i felt my core start to arch for the man beside me while his hand creep on my back, dangerously low resting a couples inch’s above my ass.

“y/n?” the lady asked, grabbing my attention. “i’m sorry? i wasn’t listening, what were you saying?” i said, giving her my undivided attention. i watch her look at me then at jack before smiling again. “i was telling you that you left off answering what made you want to be apart of this movie?” she asked as i nodded.

“right! i said because it means a lot to my dad. honestly another reason is jack harlow. he’s just suck a handsome man, why wouldn’t you not want to work with him? look at him.” i heard a soft laugh leave the ladies, indicating that she thought it was a joke. it wasn’t. i was being serious. once jack told me he was going to be in the movie, i wanted to work on something with him. so did i.

“what do you have to say about that, jack?” she asked as i looked up at jack, exactly how he was looking at me earlier. “i-im uh, flattered r-really.” jack stuttered with his eyes still on mine. “ y/n is the best scene partner ever.” jack said, breaking eye contact. “so that’s all you like me for, is just making scenes?” i asked jokingly defended.

“you know what i mean, don’t do that.” he smiled looking down at me. i couldn’t help but not to warm myself around him. his arm embrace, making me feel at home. i couldn’t help my smile from leaving my face as jack warmed his arms around my back, leaving a soft kiss ontop of my head. “all jokes aside, this is my girl. sweetest person i’ve ever met. i love this girl so much!” he said not letting go of me. the interviewer pout before awwing us.

i rested my head against jacks chest as he wrapped his arms around me, embracing me in a hug. “so another the internet as for the two of you, are you guys dating? i mean me and the internet can tell there’s some type of tension between.” jack and looked at eachother before laughing our asses off at the interviewers question. “jack and i are not a thing.” i admitted while still laughing.

“yeah, she’s like my best friend.” jack also replied. i released myself from our hug, but kept one arm wrapped around jacks waist as he cropied my movements. “okay.” she said defensively, after she shot her hands up. “just checking, you know i love the drama.” she laughed. “i mean don’t get me wrong, he’s a very attractive man. but we’re just friends.” i smiled.

“well thank you so much for answering the question y/n! both of you look so amazing tonight and i can’t wait to watch the movie!” she smiled for the last time. we said our goodbyes and walked off, leaving that interview in the back of our minds.

“you really do looking stunning, baby.” jack whispered in my ear as i looked up at him with our arms still at eachothers waists. “oh, i know.” i smiled.

BJYX - Thursday Madness ( 12/7/23 )

I don’t know what’s with this date that they both decided to attack us with updates. We were prepared for WYB, because the event was planned tho he still surprised us with some bits. I swear when I saw the alert on my phone for XZS update I was 🫢🫢🫢. They are both feeding us so well.

Here’s my attempt at doing a recap of the candies ( and other things ) we got today. This may not be all inclusive, I only added the popular ones being talked about.

Our day started pretty early when WYB posted on his Weibo. All of the attendees of the event were actually sharing some pre show photos on their accounts and some of us were waiting what’s he gonna post. Everyone else were sharing professional photos but then WYB goes ahead and shares a b&w photo that tells us he is still in bed 😂😂😂 this bitch. I also feel like he didn’t want to shoot outside the exclusive “town” cause there are people going around and they may crowd if he does opening shooting. The night he arrived, 12/6, everyone saw Lele / Yanyan around but no WYB. So he was really trying to not be seen unless it was time for the show.

The photo itself is kinda mysterious tbh. It’s like something you can send to your s/o and be — “im waiting for you” HAHAHAHAHA! Tho I think for WYB he can send a more explicit one to XZ 🫢🫢🫢 So we get the PG version. What we noticed is the channel he is tuned in is CCTV 5. He said this in an interview with XZ, that when he is alone, he keeps the TV open with CCTV 5 and Volume 3. So he’s still doing it! Also, this was taken using his Leica M11 b&w. I feel so happy knowing that! He is still on his photography hobby. Too bad he couldn’t go around the venue cause i bet there are lots of sights to see. The Leica CPN is only getting stronger. ☺️ ( I have already talked about the Leica CPN at length, so just search it on my blog ). Side note, even if the photo was so simple it went on HS #7 lol. His power.

Then it was time for WYB to make his appearance and he didn’t disappoint. First of all, he was in YELLOW. BXG color. Yeah, it could be a stylist choice or whatever. But this is a clowning space and I think we are free to interpret it as a sign for us.

But what’s more glaring is his hat. It looks so much like the one he wore at CQL concert & fan meet. Also reminds us of the whole One Piece CPN between them ( the post i’m linking is a starter but there has been more examples since like this one ).

To be fair, WYB is someone who loves a good old hat/cap. from his bucket hats & caps — that is more for anonymity. It also extends to his performances like 11/11 finesse or the initial photoshoot for ROMW. What i’m saying is, we should not forget the fact that this is his personal preference as well and not entirely because of candy. Tho I have to say that the style is interesting. Why does it have to be so close to that? It’s like he is bringing us back memory lane.

WYB is honestly so beautiful today. He always is but there was something about his aura. He is chill. He was genuinely interested and i found it sweet of him, during the boat ride, he was clapping for Rocco, like applauding him for the event i guess. In the meantime, on Weibo, the top hot search were people criticizing the “boat” thing on GQ ( literally something like GQ boat embarrassment was the tag ) As soon as the live started it went on 1 or 2. I don’t know if Bobo saw that but I just like how he showed his appreciation to Rocco, and by extension, his team. That’s just my interpretation and it could be a completely different thing but knowing WYB, he is very generous with acknowledging people.

I also want to address another “candy” some cpfs are laughing about, it’s a fancam where Rocco moves to sit with WYB before the boat sailed and WYB smiled and said no. They were interpreting that as WYB doesn’t want Rocco to sit with him. Speculating that as he doesn’t want to get close cause ZZ will be jealous. But if you look at it, he was asked if he wants to switch seats. WYB declined. He was okay with his position. I guess some people have some beef with Rocco & GQ and that’s fine. However, what we feel about certain things is not the same as what the boys would feel. I also think that at this point, It’s in WYB’s best interest to have a good relationship with people in the industry. For example him attending 10c Starlight, even if a lot of his so/os hate Tencent ( and with good reason ok sure ). He is only extending his reach and it’s better to not burn bridges.

That got serious, so here, have some comparison between the gremlin in 2018 to now. ⬇️⬇️⬇️

NEXT UP IS GG’s VLOG. I don’t know why it slipped my mind, they usually post on Thursdays, but anyway —

The first thing is the BGM for the exercise section of the vlog Hans Zimmer/Richard Harvey《Preparation》 which was used in the 2015 movie The Little Prince. A favorite CPN symbol among us. Another glaring one is Uptown Funk. Hello. Bruno Mars? That’s WYB’s thing. Yes, ZZ has his own team who edits these but I am one of those that believes ZZ approves the final cut. He is also asked about certain choices cause let’s be honest — his suggestions matter cause he knows what looks good. He is a professional in that aspect too.

Next is his hand held fan! It’s the same brand but a different design. They finally upgraded!!!! 🥹🥹

This scene (p1) with ZZ’s fondness for leaning on railings and balconies. It reminds me of the fake rumor before that WYB hates it when he does that.

XZ has a habit of lying on the balcony guardrail in a daze. Sometimes on a higher floor, WYB feels unsafe and won’t let XZ get close to the guardrail. Except for shooting, XZ is prohibited from approaching the balcony guardrail.

I would have loved to get some more day to day bits of his vacation cause there is usually more candy in that. I want to see him roaming around, like this part, these two love to mimic what they see and take a photo beside it. Tho this is mostly GG’s thing. They really have the same braincell.

LASTLY, Let’s discuss XZS 🤝 YBO.

XZS starts talking about the hot wind, which is most likely talking about the weather in Singapore. But then minutes later, here comes YBO talking about a comfortable breeze. Lol. The the hot could also allude to that “summer” since WYB decided to remind us all with his photo and hat. Then YBO’s caption, drawing more attention to his hat, knowing that CPFs are clowning over it.

and what time did they post their last set for the day?? 00:38. These clowns. Zhan Bo. 🫢

Some are saying it’s out of character for XZS to post stuff like this when there is an event going on. For example today, the hot search is filled with talk about GQ. Which I can agree on to some degree, but his team have been posting mostly on Thursdays and they are already “due” for a vlog. However, when they have a vlog ready, the fans can usually see it on Weibo, we know that there will be something coming and i didn’t see any talk of that today. Or maybe i missed it? Others are clowning that this is his “answer” to WYB’s strong candy today, i personally don’t think so but it’s all good for us cause we have so much content!!!!! 💛

so there you were in his car, sitting in the front in complete stillness. you could feel the tension, the way jude was grabbing the wheel, the angry frown on his face. the entire 20 minutes to his house was spent in an utter silence, sometimes interrupted by your sniffles or judes angry huffing puffing. you had no idea what his problem was but frankly you had no energy to ask and get into another argument of the night. and anyways you were sure the minute you arrived to his house it would erupt, jude couldn’t keep thing’s inside for a long time. oh you were so right. the minute you stepped over the sill of his room, he started speaking. his words came out loudly, slurred, filled with anger and so much tension you felt like the room will blow up.

you didn’t know where to look, what to do. he was standing in front of you, and as corny as it sounds, he was there for you. you were slightly shaking, the thoughts running, racing through your mind. you felt your cheeks blush, your whole body on fire from the adrenaline. how could you answer him? nothing felt enough, no words could express how grateful you felt for him, how your heart broke hearing his confession. you couldn’t let him stand there anymore, his eyes full of sadness and desperation. you reached for him, standing on your tippy toes, your hands cupping his face as you lips pressed against his. he tasted sweet, his lips soft and welcoming. it was such a different feeling than kissing your boyfriend, this kiss left you speechless. his hands around your waist, his tongue overtaking yours, the small sounds he made, the whimpering and heat that filled the room. there was so much emotion between the two of you, neither of you could express by words but as you thumbled around, holding each-other, kissing hungrily, heading towards his bed, all the emotions seemed to flow and get in order.

nope, in plasticity canon he wasn't born in iwa! i've mentioned this several times but idr if I've posted about it explicitly/by itself.

basically, there's a family of regular-ass Earth country farmers that have mouth-hands. most of them don't have fully formed hand-mouths, but Iwa pays them to have lots of kids because they're trying to get a new bloodline limit, as they don't have very many of their own. a lot of the kids have ninja parents, including deidara, but the ninja parents don't usually stick around. deidara got explosion release from his ninja biological father, but he never met the guy. deidara's family is.... not great? mainly they have too many kids to give them much individual attention, and the adults mostly see the kids as a way to generate money. he wasn't necessarily mistreated, but he didn't grow up very loved or supported

in original flavor plasticity canon, Deidara was the one kid with sufficiently well-formed hand-mouths and chakra that Iwa wanted him. So he was carted off to Iwa at like 6 and prevented from seeing his family again. (This... contributed to why he's Like This.) He never bothered to look them up as a missing-nin either; he doesn't have strong memories of them and it just never really occurred to him

when he was reincarnated, he sort of realized he just.... doesn't like his family that much, and he refuses to go back to Iwa. so he just... left. bye

i haven't decided how much of this he shares with konoha. they'll definitely notice his uuuh very iwa techniques lmao, but "yeah my mom banged a ninja during wartime" is a very easy explanation. AND he was never part of iwa in this timeline, which is one reason minato is receptive to recruiting him. free genius genin???

iwa was mad he disappeared, but they have no concept of how good of a ninja deidara could be, so they're not desperate to get him back. most rando iwa-nin don't know their village is paying select civilian families to try and generate bloodline limits and they don't know to be on the look out for hand mouths. eventually iwa will connect the dots and be mad about it, but minato has a pretty good fake paper trail of deidara being taken from a fire country orphanage (or... whatever cover they decide to go with). bc deidara was never formally a part of iwa, they don't have a real claim on him, although it might look bad to the international community that konoha basically stole explosion release

likely under normal circumstances iwa might attempt to prevent deidara from leaving, but the exam does in fact go completely to shit, so we'll never know what they'd try to do :)

To make everything worse your migraine hurt even more,you tried calling a doctor,he said to avoid loud noises and to drink more water.You followed his instructions but it still remained in your head.You got up from taking a nap,you decided it's a good idea to drink some water so you walked to the kitchen sink.As you walked your vision began to become slightly blurry making you stumble a bit.You held onto a wall in attempt to feel better,but you kept walking.Once you arrived in the kitchen you grabbed a glass and filled it with cold water,once enough water was in the cup you raised it to your lips.All of a sudden,your heart started beating faster and you started to feel dizzy.A loud ringing noise filled your ears as your vision became blurry.Before you knew it you were falling onto the ground glass coming down with you and shattering everywhere.All you heard were felix's screams and everything went black.

Felix opened the door after having a nice hangout with his friends he didn't even notice that he didn't tell you where he was going.You must've been worried since he left pretty early and its now night.Why was he like his?You didn't do anything wrong?Why was he so mad at you all the time?Realisation hit him like a train as he noticed how poorly he's been treating you,unexpectedly a loud shatter came from the kitchen causing him to snap out of his thoughts and rush to the room.

A loud scream shot out of his mouth as he saw you laying on the floor with a pool of blood around your head and glass right by it.He instantly ran up to you and checked your pulse a wave of relif going through his body as he felt that your heart was still beating.He grabbed his phone and dialed the ablumance.

"help...please"

he cried out,tears uncontrollably running down his face"what can I help you with","my-my partner, they-they"he spluttered trying to catch his breath, he was starting to hyperventilate.

"It's okay take your time"

the lady from the other side of the phone said trying to comfort him.

"Blood-theres blood everywhere"

Felix managed to get out, while one call with the lady he grabbed a thick piece of tissue and placed it on the back of your head trying to prevent the blood from spilling out.

"can you tell me where the bloods coming from?"

"Uh-its uh coming from their head"

He replied his voice trembling

"Help is on the way okay? Try and stay calm, can you do that for me?"

"Yeah-um i..i don't know"

Felix stuttered, still breathing quickly.About five minutes later,felix hears sirens around his house,this made him sit up and picking you up bridal style still having something to cover your head. He opened the door with some struggle since his hands were occupied with holding you. The ambulance noticed him immediately and the paramedics walked to him one rolling a streatcher on the floor, they layed you down on the stretcher and rolled you into the back of the ambulance. The paramedic with nothing in their hands walked to felix

"Sir we are going to have to ask you some questions, you're not in any trouble we just want to know what happened"

Felix nodded in response still shooken up from what just happened.

"So im going to have to ask you to get into the ambulance with us okay? "

Felix agreed, he was happy with this idea. He would be able to see if you're doing well on the way to the hospital.Felix got in the back and held your limp hand. How could he let this happen? This was all his fault. Once at the hospital, he was pulled into a separate room with one of the paramedics.

"How did you find them like this? "

"I don't know I just.. saw them there"

Felix said his leg shaking rapidly under the table.

"Were there any weapons around them? "

"Um there was shattered glass but a bit of it was in their hand"

"Interesting... "

The paramedic took note of this in a book,he asked Felix a bit more questions and connected the dots.

'So, if you are telling the truth,they seemed to have fainted and fell backwards with glass in their hand, they blood came from the fall and not the glass"

"Why would they have fainted though..?"

Felix muttered but the thought back to when he yelled at you, you looked sick, you looked unwell. How did he not notice that? He was so stupid!

"Sir?"

"Oh,um sorry, yes?"

"You can leave now,visiting hours end at 22:30"

"Oh okay thank you"

Felix got up from his chair and practically sprinted to your room. He opened the door to see you on the hospital bed, his heart broke.You looked to weak, he sat on one of the chairs by your bed.

"Felix"

Felix looked around to see who was whispering his name

"Felix"

He turned his head and looked at you, was the sound coming from you?

"Felix"

Your weak voice said, making felix's eyes slightly widen. You were awake?

"Oh my god baby I'm so sorry I didn't-"

The beginning of Dionysus’ introduction started on EP 93 (with Semele, Dionysus’ mother), but it has been more than 100 episodes and we got absolutely nothing from that plot, which is bad considering that other gods get involved in the og myth (Zeus, Hera and Hermes, mainly), but none of them (before and after the time skip) display any knowledge or memory of the event, especially Zeus, who is the one who accidentally kills Semele in the first place.

I already talked about it here, but im 100% sure that the child mentioned in episode 218 is Dionysus. He should be 10 yo right now and he’s the only character (vaguely) introduced who is around that age. Not to mention, Dionysus does have some connections with the Underworld. My main theory is that he will be adopted by HxP and will remain a child for the rest of the series (probably skipping the majority of Dionysus’ myths). And that’s honestly such a waste of potential. So I decided to give my take on him if he was in LO, like the redesigns I did with many other characters.

Design

My main inspo was 60′s and 70′s Hippie fashion, with a lot of patterns, accessories (crystals, evil eyes, beads, rings, etc), loose clothes and a more lazy/cozy look. He’s two shades of purple that split his face, which is meant to represent his duality as the god of parties and joy & god of wrathful madness. Hermes gave him nymph ears to use as a disguise when he was young, but he doesnt want to change them back because he grew up and feels comfortable with them. He has a very androgynous/feminine look, which leads to a lot of people thinking he’s an actual nymph.

In his true form (which can come out voluntarily, but usually happens when the god gets so mad that they are unable to control themselves) he can get really big. Leafs and grapes sprout everywhere, he gets another pair of arms made of plants’ stems and his eyes go full neon green.

Story

His story is very similar to the og myths, with just some small differences. He is born from Zeus’ thighs and goes to live with Demeter and Persephone as one of their nymphs to escape Hera’s wrath. There he starts to question a lot about himself, like his gender and his origins (he doesn’t know he is not an actual nymph), and when puberty hits, his body and his powers go crazy. Its also around that time when he meets and falls in love with Ampelos (and you know how that story ends).

When the wine he creates starts growing in popularity and Dionysus starts getting worshipped by some cities, Zeus decides that there’s no reason to hide him from Hera anymore, so he brings Dionysus to Olympus and reveals the truth, inviting him to become an Olympian. Dionysus says yes without thinking twice, so he moves in and starts to get prepared for his ceremony and his new life.

But there’s a problem. The Olympus lifestyle is way too different from Dionysus’. People are sophisticated, modern and even mean-spirited, while he is the complete opposite. It’s hard for him to fit in and he just wants to go home with the nymphs and satyrs, and he eventually does... illegally.

Personality & relationships

Dionysus is very outgoing and funny. He’s kind to everyone around him (not discriminating against nymphs, satyrs or mortals), but he can get very emotional very fast. He gets easily annoyed, which will prob just result in some unwanted vines around the house and a grumpy look, but the moment he gets mad is when everything falls apart (wrath form). Anger issues + no control over powers = no good.

He sees Demeter as a mother and Persephone and the nymphs as older sisters, while Silenus and the other satyrs served as fathers. His favorite brother is Hermes who kept an eye on him during his entire childhood and still cares deeply for him. He also has an interesting relationship with Apollo, he is very scared and intimidated by him (I understand why lol) but wants to start a friendship. Except for the fact that Apollo already has a soft spot for him, Dionysus is just oblivious to it. Ares is also scary and kinda mean, but he likes Dionysus and cares for him. He’s very indifferent towards Zeus, Hera hates him (he hates her too) and everyone else is pretty neutral, considering he doesnt know a lot of people outside of the nymphs and satyrs.

Powers

Dionysus is a fertility god (which in this universe doesnt mean that much), this means he has powers over vegetation (like Demeter) and mortals’ desires (like Aphrodite). Being the god of madness also means that he can make people so mad to the point of committing atrocities and completely losing their minds. In his true form, simply looking at him can lower your sanity. He also has the powers all the other gods have, like changing forms, cursing and blessing people, being summoned by mortals, etc. 

That’s all I have the energy to write rn. I tried to replicate the LO art style, and honestly I really liked the result! Hope you guys liked it too <3

(Also, Dionysus would be around his 20′s when the story takes place. He is Pansexual and is still confused about his gender but he’s fine with any pronouns).

Story time: When I was little and first start wachting anime (not counting Pokemon and Digimon because I didnt know what anime even was when first seeing them on tv) I learned about the big three, and wanted to watch all of them. One at a time thou.

So I watched few videos like amv or top 10 lists on yt to decide which one to start with. Bleach I found pretty boring, still do, just dont think its an anime for me. Im sure its good as it has a lot of fans. But not for me. And One Piece I thought was too childish, not sure if I saw 4kidz dub or it might be before any one of the big emotional scenes (before water 7, as in genocide wasnt a plot point yet) but I thought it was a 'friendship is magic' type of show. Naruto I saw there was blood (why I think I might have seen one piece 4kidz videos) and the nine tail fox, which I thought was the cooled thing ever. So I ended up with watching Naruto first. Spoiler: Nine tails barely have any scenes so that was a huge let down.

I didnt like Naruto because he kept trying to sneak in the womens bath and transforming into a naked girl to give people nosebleeds. Little ace me, who didnt know what asexual was, didnt approve. Sasuke I thougth was an idiot, I normally like the overly emo characters but I just thought hes reasoning and actions were stupid. (Like in the end he came back like "Im going to be the new hokage". like bitch! You are a war criminal that sided with the enemy that tried to destroy the village at one point! Why the fuck would the village want you as their leader??!!) And Sakura just seemed really pointless. There was a thing that she was supposed to be the more giften one in channeling chakra but Naruto and Sasuke quickly cought or was atleast good enough that Sakura wasnt needed that often. There was some good scenes but they were few and far between.

Not liking the main characters is a bad start when watching a show.

I dont remember that much what happend in the anime because I got so mad about how long time it took for things to happen that I ended up suppressing the memories. I didnt know what filler episodes was untill after I was almost at the end of the serie. So I watched all and every filler episodes thinking they were nessesary.

Did you know 41% of the anime was filler? 91 of 220 episodes of the original anime where filler. And 203 of 500 episodes of shippuden where filler. And one point there was even 76 episode in a row that was filler. From 13 july 2005 to 1 february 2007 where just filler episodes.

I refused to watch Bleach and One Piece after thinking they had as much filler episodes as Naruto. Untill I got recommended one piece videos on yt and decided to give it a try. But looking up which episodes where filler so I could skip it. But One piece only had 10 %. I know there were someone that had counted how many minutes where filler scenes in each episode which made that procentage a lot higher.

I know its annoying that One Piece has a lot of scene filler where things are dragged out little too long. But if I had to choose I do rather have filler scenes than filler episodes. Even thou filler episodes can be fun from time to time. But not 76 in a row.

LMAO I can't speak on the Naruto stuff, but One Piece's LACK of filler surprised me too? And I say lack of filler because, shocker! Having like, 3-5 fillers per 100 EPISODES?? SOMETIMES NOT EVEN THAT?? People truly don't realise how insane that is, and how lucky we are for that?

I've said it before and I'll say it again, people really need to watch One Piece SECOND to something else - especially second to other anime. You truly see how good you have it and how good of a show One Piece is when it's the SECOND thing you watch LMAO

As soon as she came back home and saw the haircare products Harry had left behind she was once again overwhelmed by the events that had taken place the previous night. 

And, she was not entirely sure what came over her, rather than getting back into bed and feeling sorry for herself, Y/N threw all of the products into her backpack and marched outside to get her bike. 

Something inside her had flipped, and she decided that if Harry was going to walk away like that she deserved an explanation. He couldn’t just kiss her and leave. Not after finally confirming that their relationship had gone from being a part of a stupid scheme to actually being friends. 

No. 

She was not going to let him do that. 

Normally it would take her about ten to fifteen minutes to bike to the centrum of their little town. Today - she got there in a record time of seven minutes. Her hair flowed behind her as she flew down the empty country roads, fingers gripped tightly around the handles, and feet pedalling fast in strong continuous circles. 

There was only one thing on her mind as she moved with unusual ease and steady rhythm along the bumpy road, and that was Harry. 

The memory of his soft lips pressing against hers was enough to force the burning sensation in her tired legs to the back of her mind. The image of his frantic behaviour as he left, desperate to get away from her, replaced the dejection she woke up with.

Instead, annoyance pumped through her veins in sync with her moving feet. 

A new fire had ignited within her as soon as she sat down on her bike and left the empty void in her room behind. Because… what the fuck?

He couldn’t just leave like that. It quite frankly pissed her off. 

It was incredibly rude of him. 

Maybe she had no right to actually be mad at him, but she was. 

Or maybe she was just mad at herself for getting herself into this stupid situation to start off with?

once valentina started getting more uppity and well known in night city ($$$$$), she was able to help joss pay off randy’s medical bills and also helped joss re-enroll randy into school so he could graduate (also because she’s extra, she has delamain pick up and drop off all the kutcher kids at their respective schools so joss can go to work without worrying about getting them to and from school!) :’) valentina loves river’s family so much and she wants to let them live normal lives again after what happened with randy because she still has nightmares (as does river) about what she saw on that farm, so she can only imagine how bad it must be for randy ❤️‍🩹

😭 CRYING - what makes them cry? do they cry easily? (venus)

it takes a lot to make venus cry tbh but the one thing that does make her cry is a cat, she loves cats SO much… she gets so emotional seeing cats on the street and likes to think in another life, she ran a rescue for kitties ☹️ so instead, while she was employed by arasaka, she would make a monthly donation to animal shelters around night city to help them with any surgeries or care they might need!!

she had a plushie her parents got for her before she was even born that she kept for most of her life and she took it with her EVERYWHEREEE truly one of her best friends... but when she moved out, she gave it to her grandmother for save keeping. but after her removal by arasaka, her whole family basically shunned her no matter how hard she tried to tell them otherwise, so even thinking about the small little pearlescent dragon brings back painful memories for her :(

💧 DROPLET - random angst headcanon (vernon)

vernon is a nomad because he has basically lost every family he has known (his biological one, his adoptive one, etc.). vernon was given up for adoption as a baby by a couple who were unable to give him the life he deserved, so a close friend of his mother promised to raise him as their own. his nomad family was part of a small clan, removed from the seven nations that inhabit the NUSA and were located north were modern day vegas is. he grew up happy until he was about 18 when he was off working a seasonal job at some biotechnica plant, after the season was over, he returned to find his whole clan had basically been slaughtered, only a few members remained who were also returning from their seasonal jobs. so vernon and the remaining nomads gathered what they could of their family to honor them and eventually joined the bakkers which is where his story starts at the beginning of cyberpunk!!! (damn sorry for that long ass dissertation 💀)

this is me trying - remus lupin

i feel like this could be any one of them, but mostly remus. "i've been having a hard time adjusting, i had the shiniest wheels, now their rusting" in my head, when he first came to hogwarts he still had hope and was excited, because he was magical and he still had a lot of energy to do his work, but then eventually he got burnt out and the prank happened and everything came crashing down. "and my words shoot to kill when im mad, i have a lot of regrets about that" i hc that he has anger issues, and would blow up on his friends a lot and obviously that would be triggering to sirius, so he would have a lot of regrets and self-hatred because of it. "i was so ahead of the curve, the curve became a sphere. i fell behind all my classmates and i ended up here" again with the hc he was ahead of his class for so long and then he eventually fell back and lost hope after the prank "its hard to be anywhere these days when all i want is you. your a flashback in a film reel on the one screen in my town." i feel like this could be after the prank or after sirius gets put in azkaban. with the azkaban its hard because everyone hates sirius black, "they were a deatheater, who betrayed their best friends" so it would be hard when remus knows that sirius is innocent. and i think that one winter sirius stayed with remus and his mom in remus's hometown and they went to the movies, so it brings back up memories from that winter. there are also more lyrics that remind me of him but those are just the big 4.

"i know they said the end is near but i'm still on my tallest tiptoes spinning in my highest love, shining just for you." i think that during the war, dora and james were really stressed out and scared, but they felt like they had to stay calm and collected and be the one everyone could count on and they still had to be perfect for everyone and their partners. "i can change everything about me to fit in" i think that both of them are masters at masking, panda can change everything about themself (and did) to try and fit it, same with jams, they both had to mask so much and all they wanted was to fit in and be loved "im still a believer but i don't know why. ive never been a natural, all i do is try, try, try." i think this one kind of explains itself, but james and dora both always believed that everything would end up okay, it would all work out in the end, for them and their friends, and they both always did, no matter what. even when it was so clear it wouldn't end up okay, they still believed. and the natural part also goes back to the masking and how they've both never been naturals at anything and had to try really hard for everything people thought of when they thought about them. someone thought they were smart and grades came easily to them? no, not at all, they had to try so hard for all of it.

my tears ricochet - reggie (it said dora too but ive decided its more reggie than dora (its still very dora tho too))

And if I'm dead to you, why are you at the wake?" he didnt have it in him to die as a deatheater, following voldemorts orders (with grace), he didnt have it in him. and the other 2 lines are him talking to sirius. saying 'youll be known as the hero and i'll always be the villain. if you hate me, why are you standing at my grave?' because once sirius saw that reggie got the mark they said they hated him and they didnt see him as a brother anymore (they were lying) "and i can go anywhere i want, anywhere i want, but just not home." i think this one is kinda self explanatory "And I still talk to you (when I'm screaming at the sky) (1) And when you can't sleep at night (you hear my stolen lullabies) (2)" 1: once siri found out that reg had gotten the mark, they said they hated reg and didnt see him as a brother (they were lying) but of course they stopped talking to reg, so reg would stay up at the astronomy tower and talk to the sirius star as if it was his sibling (and before he went into the cave) 2: i hc that when ever their parents would curse siri or lock them in the basement, etc. then reggie would find them after once they went back to their room and would sing siri to sleep "you had to kill me, but it killed you just the same. cursing my name, wishing i stayed. you turned into your worst fears" um this is also reggie to siri, basically saying 'you had to kill me (by not helping me), but it killed you all the same (the guilt of not being able to help reggie, kill them).' you turned into your worst fears: when siri was in azkaban they convinced themselves that they did do it, it was easier that way, and in turn they turned into their worst fears, their parents, someone who lied and hurt people, a horrible person.

hoax - regulus black

"Screaming, "Give me a reason" (1). Your faithless love's the only hoax I believe in. Don't want no other shade of blue but you. No other sadness in the world would do (2)" 1: james was the only person regulus confided in with his plans with the cave and james told him "no. your not doing that no. theres other ways, you can join the order, you can do anything. no." getting more and more desperate. regulus screamed "give me a reason! give me a reason i can't james, there isn't one, this is the only way i can help" 2: regulus didn't believe in love, but james love was the only hoax he believed in, he didn't think true love existed, but james's was the closest one could get to true love "you know the hero died, so whats the movie for? (1) you knew it still hurt under my scars, from when they pulled me apart. you knew the password, so i let you in the door. (2)" 1: when james died, he was the hero in reg's eyes 2: 'you knew the password, so i let you in the door' when reg first met james it was first year and they got introduced by siri on the train, and as a defense mechanism he would be mean and rude to everyone he met and so he was to james, but james being the nicest person in the world saw straight through him ("they see right through me, can you see right through me? i see right through me") and so he consistently talked to reg and he "knew the password to the door" and the door symbolizes reg's defense mechanisms and emotional barriers, so he let james thru them

invisible string - lilydora

"and isnt it just so pretty to think, that all along there was some invisible string, tying you to me?" it's basically canon that dora is incredibly romantic, and would always find rocks they think lily would like and give them to her and would definitely have said this to lily at least once, when they were playing with her hair in bed "gold was the color of the leaves when i showed you around centennial park" during the summers the entire group would go on camping trips to cornwall and during one of the camping trips just them two would goto a park and walk through and people watch. also just this entire song is about them but i just chose the two that are easiest to explain

the 1 - marylene

so first i hc that marylene dated in like 3rd or 4th year. and that marlene liked mary first from 2nd year thru 3rd year, but eventually accepted nothing was going to happen but then towards the end of 3rd year, mary started to like marlene too (once marlene was over her) and then one drunken night at truth or dare it was revealed that they both liked eachother (marlene being liked and mary being like) and so they decided to try and date, but it didnt work out and they broke up, and eventually moving on to their respective partners. so it was like right person, wrong time, which is what i think this song is about "but we were something, dont you think so?" i think that mary probably said something like this to marlene at some point, once they were both in other relationships and they were talking about when they dated saying like 'we were something weren't we? too bad it didn't work out' "but it would've been fun, if you wouldve been the one." this is more something that went unspoken between the two, 'it would've been fun if you would've been the one, your my best friend, why couldn't we have been more?'

cardigan - wolfstar

i feel like this has been widely accepted as the wolfstar song "vintage tee, brand new phone (remus) // sequin smile, black lipstick (sirius)" "And when I felt like I was an old cardigan, under someone's bed, you put me on and said I was your favorite" basically remus felt unloved and whenever he would, sirius would tell him hes loved and would make him feel loved. "But I knew you, playing hide-and-seek and giving me your weekends" the one winter break when they both stayed at hogwarts for it and they would play hide in seek around the castle. "you drew stars around my scars" THIS ONE. this one is so widely talked about, sirius drew stars around remus's scars. figuratively and literally. BUT with that being said, sirius has scars too. i think that once when sirius was bored they drew stars around moony's scars and it became a thing for them, whenever one of them was feeling insecure or anything, they would draw stars around eachothers scars. "cause i knew you stepping on the last train." the last time they got on the train to go home from hogwarts, they knew eachother, more than they would've expected when they got on the first train to go to hogwarts in first year. "The smell of smoke would hang around this long (1). 'Cause I knew everything when I was young. I knew I'd curse you for the longest time (2)." 1: i think that one time siri gave remus their (leather) jacket becaue remus was cold, and from then on remus just kept it, forever. and no matter what rem did to it, it would always smell of cigarettes, even when sirius was dead. 2: remus knew everything when he was young, he knew he'd love siri till the day he died, and he would always curse sirius for that, why did he have to love them? no matter what, he would always love sirius black, and he would always curse them for it.

the last great american dynasty - marlene mckinnon (ik it said lily but i changed my mind)

"they say she was seen on occasion pacing the rocks, staring out at the midnight sea" thinking about regulus (that was my attempt at a joke) "and in a feud with her neighbor, she stole his dog and died him keylime green" this is the most marlene thing ever "there goes the loudest woman this town has ever seen, i had a marvelous time ruining everything" marlene was the louded, most opinionated person anyone knew, and they had a marvelous time ruining everything.

exile - jegulus

"so step right out, there is no amount of crying i can do for you" whenever reggie would open up to james, he would cry himself to sleep. "i never learned to read your mind (you never learned to read my mind). i couldn't turn things around (you couldn't turn things around) cause you never gave me a warning sign (i gave so many signs)" james is bon iver in this and reggie is taylor (the parenthesis). as close as james got, he could never read reg's mind, he could never fully see throught the mask he put up. and as hard as james tried to stop reg from going in the cave, to turn him around, he couldn't. and as many times reg tried to talk to james, to give him a sign, james never thought he was serious (sirius), he thought he'd changed reg's mind. he hadn't.

seven - sirius black

"and thought i can't recall your face, i still got love for you." once sirius got put in azkaban, faces started to get blurry. they remembered people who they loved with everything but they couldn't remember their voices or faces, just blurry memories of laughter and happiness. "and ive been meaning to tell you, i think your house is haunted. your dad is always mad and that must be why. and i think you should come live with me and we can be pirates, and then you wont have to cry or hide in the closet." james 100% said this to sirius at some point in 1st or 2nd year, when james was still innocent and didn't know what was really going on. the closet part could be taken literally like how sirius would hide in the closet and try to get away from their parents, or it could be taken as they had to go in the closet and hide their gender and sexuality from their parents.

august - just the marauders era in general, or it could apply to any of the ships

"but i can see us lost in the memory, august slipped away into a moment in time." with the hc that they went to cornwall every summer starting in 4th year, they would go in august. and they would always look back on those memories. "back when we were still changing for the better, wanting was enough, for me it was enough. to live for the hope of it all." back when they were still young and hopeful and just living for the fun of it, not worried about wars or death, just being kids. and this entire song just gives cornwall vibes, and shoutout to grant chapman also.

illicit affairs - jegulus

"Make sure nobody sees you leave. Hood over your head, keep your eyes down, tell your friends you're out for a run. You'll be flushed when you return." SECRET JEGULUS SECRET JEGULUS!! james would do this like twice or 3 times a week and say he was out for a run for quidditch "you showed me colors i couldn't see with anyone else" james showed regulus hope and love, two things he's never seen before (except from sirius, but its different). "look at this idiotic fool you made me. you taught be a secret language, i can't speak with anyone else." regulus never really knew how to express love, until james, he would always express it in the little things, and james knew that so they kinda developed their own love language "and you know damn well for you, i would ruin myself a million little times." i dont have much reasoning for this, it just gives jegulus vibes idk

mad woman - all the girls

in my head, all of the girls (girls just meaning like dorcas, marlene, mary, pandora, emmeline and lily, so using it loosely since not all of them are girls but i couldn't think of another word) were all very angry, like they just had anger seeped into their bones, because of all the discrimination and pressure and expectations put on them, just like how i believe all AFABs are build with pain and sadness built into their bones. so i just think every lyric of this song describes that pain and anger they all have.

epiphany - the war

"keep your helmet, keep your life son. just a flesh wound, here's your rifle" i feel like this is kinda like dumbledores attitude towards everyone in dumbledores in his army thing. like basically saying 'oh thats not that bad of a wound (their trauma and nervousness towards the war) and then handing them a gun (or wand in their case) and telling them to fight. "'doc i think shes crashing out' and some things you just can't speak about." i feel like this is how a lot of them felt as they watched all their friends die, when they find their body on the battlefield, or the hc that sirius found james and lily dead on the floor, some things you just can't talk about. "only twenty minutes to sleep, but you dream of some kind of epiphany. just one single glimpse of relief, to make sense of what you've seen." i like to think that when one of them died they would all meet up as ghosts or wtv and become ghosts at hogwarts and play pranks for eternity (its canon stfu) and they would visit whoever else was still alive in their dreams and they would visit mary every night (once she obliviated herself) and she would think it was so weird how these people (who seemed familiar) kept coming to her in her dreams.

"the worst thing i ever did was what i did to you" this is the only thing sirius could think to say to remus other than im sorry "i'm only 17 i don't know anything, but i know i miss you" even though sirius knew this was the worst thing they could've ever done to remus, they missed him like hell. and even though remus wanted to and tried so hard to hate sirius, he never could. "the only thing i want to do is make it up to you" sirius tried so hard to make it up to remus in every possible way, saying their sorry, letting him yell at them, doing all remus's homework, they were willing to let remus hit them, anything.

No, I could never give you peace" marlene could never give dorcas peace, they couldn't ever be still, could never stay in one place, have a family, they just couldn't, they would never be able to give dorcas peace, but dorcas loved them anyway. "And you know that I'd swing with you for the fences, Sit with you in the trenches, Give you my wild, give you a child" dorcas wasn't a violent person, they liked to keep peace and be nice to everyone, unless there was a reason not to. but they would do anything for marlene. anything. give them a family, throw as many swings as possible, anything. "family that i chose, now that i see your brother as my brother" marlene's family were a bunch of shitholes, so they found their own family, dorcas's. dorcas's mom was their mom, their brother was their brother.
