do you think you'll ever go back to doing prompts? They were so fun!
Maybe sometime soon! Real life has been relentless this last year for me, and something had to give.
There are a couple of prompts that I may not be able to fulfill quite yet, because they work better as full stories and not the drabbles I usually post, and there are some I genuinely want to work on but I simply have no time.
I'll try to get some of the prompts I have out. They will be coming eventually, I'm just not sure when.

Hello, I just read your demo and I really love it. Is this story still on progress or not?

I see.
Perhaps you will be able to find a way to get out of the corner and further develop Nothing sacred. The setting and premise is really great.
As for Shock you, it's nice to hear that you have been thinking about it and that you might add to it. Perhaps you will have some free time and inspiration in the (near) future and be able to add to it.
Have a nice day!
Thank you! I hope so as well. I really love both stories a lot. Writing just requires a lot of energy from me that I can't always harness, but thanks for the kind words!
I really appreciate it!

Snippet Sunday
Believe it or not, I actually worked on The Long Road a bit, too.
Kaidan stood for a moment, just watching Nick and Liara escort the Prothean–Javik– out of the shuttle bay with a security detail. He let out a slow breath before turning to the weapon's table and picking up his rifle, disassembling it with practiced moves.
"How'd it go?" Garrus' two-tonal voice carried over from elevator just as Kaidan finished cleaning up the table.
"It went, " he replied laconically
Garrus stepped next to him, "What's this I hear about finding a Prothean?"
"Mmh," Kaidan hummed, tossing the dirty rag into the bin. "A real live and talking Prothean."

forever obsessed with dynamics between vampires, specifically that of a maker and fledgling, as a way to explore abuse. the creation of a vampire itself can so easily be a literalization of the lasting impacts of trauma and also much more simply the ways a perpetrator might shape their victim’s very identity. the extremes of isolation in the way that the new vampire, in most narratives, must cut all ties to their mortal life, or else go through an elaborate charade to maintain the facade of humanity, while forever still being removed from it. and the sheer dependence and vulnerability of being in an entirely new state of being, wholly uncertain of what it entails, and relying on another person to define… everything.

"STOP TAKING THE HEALTH KITS"
He ubered the scout after this.
Additional sketches and some ramblings under the cut.
This is based on an encounter I had the other day, when a demoman took a medkit before my medigun connected with him. When he saw my health was down to 21, he would force me to stand at the spawn point and guarded me until I was healed. Wherever you are now, if you read this, you were a good lad and I love you.
Sometimes I think about how medic is emotionally very invested in the missions (which shows in his voice when he shouts at his team), but off-duty and during friendly taunts he seems to be among the most giggly, and fun-loving mercenaries in the team. I like to think he can get agitated very fast, but cools down just as quickly.

I mean. You want me to be a villain? Really? Me? Alright, if you insist.
The GIW go over the top, and commit atrocious crimes against Ghostkind.
And when Danny tries to strike back?
They get the JLD involved.
Now to be entirely fair, they lied to the JLD and withheld valuable information that would have let the JLD know that they were siding with the bad guys.
To be even more fair, Danny doesn't know that.
So fine.
They want him to be the bad guy?
He'll be the bad guy.
He never wanted in on this hero crap anyways.
Phantom and his two associates, Overdrive and Hemlock, take to the streets and show the JLD exactly how bad of an idea it was to make an enemy out of them.
