Leinsamenbrot, zweiter Versuch. Diesmal ist die Führung des Dinkelsauerteiges besser gelungen und der Brotteig ist in der zweiten Ruhephase richtig schön hoch gekommen. Geschmack ist ein ganz kleines bisschen zu sauer, das passiert mir aber öfter, wenn es wärmer wird, das hat mit den Leinsamen nix zu tun, das liegt an den Temperaturen während der Sauerteigführung.
