I always wanted to make a design for LoolaLamb inspired on the Lunar Eclipse AU by @violet_mid on Twitter for a while, as it was the first AU of the Smiling Critters that I knew about and the art, the designs??? Chefs kiss ✨ So I finally sat down and made an attempt of my own!

As to her role in this AU, I don't have much to say. But basically Loola would be a Follower of the Moon, working for Catnap... Yet, in reality, she doesn't really believe in the Prototype, so she has to pretend and play along, or bad things could happen if anyone knew the truth... For the time being, she maintains a vow of silence in which only the Prototype can hear her voice and she can't talk or sing to anybody else.

Also she lost half of her arm due to an unfortunate encounter and she has a robotic replacement! Kickin' built it for her and he still has to fix it from time to time.

finished blades 2! here’s some of my thots (that no one asked for)

Let’s start with the pros:

- the world building was absolutely stunning, I enjoyed the places we got to go and things we got to see and the new characters/races were so beautifully written and drawn

- the storyline started off rocky, but the payoff was really really worth it

- character development, it this is also in the “rocky” category because I frankly hated the reunions (other than MC and Imtura’s), but they somehow salvaged that by the end by actually letting MC acknowledge the fact that they are not doing well

- along with character development, i really enjoyed the valax and aerin redemption arcs, they were slow burns and felt very organic, something that was missed

- having the option to be poly! i missed this! this is the antithesis to the heinous single LI concept and i missed this so bad, i felt a whisper of the old choices which wasn’t smut all the time

now for the cons

- threep and loola: we paid diamonds for loola only for her to show up for all of 4 chapters. and threep made book 1 really fun and i got some genuine laughs from his character, this was sorely missing from book 2, and i hope it’ll be rectified for the next one!

- not being able to use the book 1 skills… like it would’ve been fun to combine those two together, but alas, we couldn’t flirt our way out of everything with the seduction skill

- pacing: the early chapters were not paced well and i kinda just had to not play for a few weeks bc i just wasn’t motivated to play for a minute, also Mal felt so out of character for a minute there

- with the rift sealing choice, i’m worried about how they’re going to handle that in b3

- AI art! PB PUT THE AI DOWN OR SO HELP ME GOD!!! the Aerin CG at the end was not cute like where are your real, human artists??

all in all, i had a lot of fun and it brought back that little excitement i had for this app. I’ll see y’all in 4 years when BOLAS 3 comes out (jk i’ll be here when COP3 releases for non-VIPs). PB, if you’re reading this, bring Threep and Loola back full time or else!!!

Hello anon, thank you for asking! I really appreciate the consideration and concern. But... I would say that any question related to Loola or the rest of the Smiling Critters is pretty much okay as long as it doesn´t involve problematic stuff like NSFW for example, as I view them all as minors in their cartoon versions. Although this blog might contain some dark or scary stuff given the nature of Poppy Playtime and how it is, well, a horror game, I wouldn´t like to cross any boundaries when it comes to the content I post. Also this isn´t a roleplaying account but if someone were to make a question about their OC interacting with Loola, of course, I wouldn´t mind making a lil´doodle! As long as people don´t take advantange of it and the entire askbox is filled with indirect art requests xD

I´d also like to mention that I intend on adding a bit of lore among some of the asks, so I might not consider the order the question in which the asks were sent at times, but if they might fit the context in order to stablish some sort of continuation (except for the ones that are filling and not lore related ofc)

And I would say that is pretty much it, this isn´t something I have thought too much about tbh and just had basics in mind: - No hate - No NSFW - No spam - This isn´t truly a rule but just in case, it might take me a while to answer some of the asks as I make drawings for most of them and sometimes they will take longer to get done, so I also ask for patience 🙏 I hope I managed to answer to your question, more or less! Okay... with only one chapter in, I'm already having a lot of thoughts and feelings about Blades 2. I'm hesitant to add any of my Blades 2 posts to either my Mal x Daenarya (Blades 1 + Extended Universe) Masterlist or Mal's Orphanage Masterlist because it doesn't seem like things will work out timeline wise. So for now I'm dumping EVERYTHING Blades 2 related here. As we get more info from the book, I'll try to organize things better in relation to my other Masterlists [My Timelines + Universes explained]

Kuremi…., fuck them two. I was struggling with a pose- with picking a couple. Garry fucking oak was the runner up. But I bailed for another prompt for my boy Garry. This piece was actually faster than I Imagined (probs because I was tried and wanted to get something out). This piece was straight forward other then the previously mentioned issues and the only other problem was the fucking background like wtf why is it so hard. Thankfully Pinterest carried me and found me some good poses (ikik it's not really playfighting but uhhhhh guys playfighting poses doesn't exist Ig) and my main inspo was Miss Mai (I MISS MAI I LOVE YOU) mid piece but considering the time pretty good 6/10 Black cats

For Kiuri, I wanted to make a comic for my favourite lesbian and her straight crush. “She likes a boy” by Nxdia was on loop during this piece wile I was dying but I wanted to make this piece gay, cute, pink and the panels not scroll made (does that make sense??????) also ist apparently I can’t find (ground??????) kaebeadon so I had to use my big thinker brain. Also I changed Yuri to be Gyaru last minute just because her old hair was so hard to draw like wtffffffff. Uhhhh cute bows and hearts to spruce it up. Yeah I don’t hate it but god I wish I could have thinner line art. 9/10 lesbians
