My version of the Spirit detective Yusuke Urameshi. Yusuke isn't my favorite character from the series but he's a very close second to Hiei. Had a blast with this painting and putting my own spin on a classic character. Drawn in Clip Studio Paint and colored in Photoshop.

Artist: Madoka Oomori of the circle Pale Lilac (she was the former assistant of Naoko Takeuchi, hence why their styles are so similar and why her doujinshi can be considered semi-official!)

Got some more fanart. This one is of Vegeta. Growing up I was usually more of a fan of the rival as opposed to the main hero. So my faves were Kaiba, Shadow, Sasuke and Hiei. However it all started with Vegeta when I was 5 and first saw Dragon ball Z for the first time. All these favorites of mine led to my own character for my manga Pitch Black. All this is thanks to Toriyama and his amazing series.

Their blood on his hands
I think this manga cover needs to be talked about more. I mean, Levi isn't even visibly injured and yet he's covered in blood and visibly wracked with pain. It says a lot about his guilt and inner turmoil, especially with Erwin just behind him, marching to his death.

⭐️BONUS PIECE⭐️
Same as the last post I did, but with more background 🖼 ✨
The characters looked GREAT already from the initial piece, but I felt like there needed to be something behind them aside from just a white background with text... so I made my own cover 😎
I followed the Dragon Ball/One Piece manga cover design cause they make a neat “POPPING OUT” effect for their characters; which I really liked.
Looking back at this piece now, I realized the colors I chose kinda makes an interesting retro effect. Like it kinda looks like sumn you’d see from a 90s/00s magazine, but it just needs more grain or texture. I didn’t mean to do that, but in retrospect, still looks VERY VERY COOL 😲
