Brown the chicken in batches, setting aside once golden. Fry the onion for 8 minutes until softened. Then add the garlic, chilli and ginger and fry in the other 1 tbsp oil for 1 min. Add the garam masala and fry for 1 min more. STEP 2 Stir in the peanut butter, coconut milk and tomatoes, and bring to a simmer. Return the chicken to the pan and add the chopped coriander. Cook for 30 mins until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked through. Cream very well on high speed. Add mashed banana, milk, egg and bicarb soda and continue mixing well. Gradually add flour scraping down sides of bowl until mixed well and batteris fluffy and pale. Mix with all other ingredients, except the oil and Herbes de Provence. Preheat the oven to 180C. Add the oil into the 22cm x 22cm metal baking dish and add the batter. Sprinkle the Herbes de Provence on top evenly and spread with some extra oil. That helps it to turn even more crispy and golden. Put into the oven and bake until golden brown and very crispy. Easy vegetarian 'sausage' rolls Ingredient 👉Save this post for recipe. 👉Follow @ketodietrecipe6 to get dialy Keto tips and recipes. 👉 Complete Keto diet free E book, Link in bio 1 tbs olive oil 1 brown onion finely chopped 2 garlic cloves 2 tsp Vegemite 1 pinch dried chilli flakes *optional 200 g button mushrooms coarsely chopped 1 cup sweet potato grated 400 g canned brown lentils drained rinsed 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves 150 g colby cheese cut into 1cm pieces 2 sheets frozen puff pastry just thawed 1 egg lightly whisked 1 tomato sauce *to serve 1 pinch salt and pepper *to taste Method Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan-forced. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion. Cook, stirring often, for 4-5 minutes or until soft. Add the garlic, Vegemite and chilli (if using) and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds or until aromatic. Add the mushrooms and cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes or until soft and the liquid has evaporated. Add the sweet potato and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until softened. Stir in the lentils and thyme. Season. Transfer to a large heatproof bowl. Set aside, stirring often, for 15 minutes to cool. Stir in the cheese. Cut each pastry sheet in half. Place one quarter of the sweet potato mixture in a log shape along one long edge of the pastry. Brush the opposite edge with egg. Roll up tightly to enclose. Repeat with the remaining pastry and filling. Cut each roll into 4 pieces and place, seam-side down, on the prepared trays. Brush the pastry with egg and use a sharp knife to score lines into the top of the pastry. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Ingredients 👉Save this post for recipe. 👉Follow @ketodietrecipe6 to get dialy Keto tips and recipes. 👉 Complete Keto diet free E book, Link in bio 1kg salmon fillets skin on pin bones removed ½ cup salt 8 cups water 1 orange zest only 1 lemon zested juiced 1 pinch ground black pepper to taste BROCCOLI SALAD 1 broccoli head stalks removed peeled florets cut 3 tbs mayonnaise 2 lemons juiced 1 tsp olive oil 2 tsp maple syrup 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste 1⁄3 cup almonds toasted roughly chopped 2 sprigs tarragon leaves picked finely chopped 4 sprigs dill finely chopped 2 tbs parmesan shaved Method Preheat the oven to 200C. Place salmon skin side down in a deep tray. In a bowl, mix salt with water and mix well. The water should be as salty as seawater. Pour over salmon to cover completely and leave for 12 minutes to brine. Drain, place on paper towels and gently dry. Place salmon on a flat baking sheet big enough to fit the whole salmon, brush with oil, and scatter over zest and season with pepper. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a fork can pierce easily through the flesh. I personally like it to be slightly rare in the middle, which is completely safe and even more tender. At the same time, thinly slice the peeled broccoli stalk and florets with a mandolin (carefully) into a large bowl. Alternatively, you can use a peeler for the stalk and coarsely chop the florets. In a serving bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, oil, maple syrup and salt and pepper to taste. Add broccoli, almonds, most of the herbs and gently mix with your hands. Adjust seasoning and top with shaved parmesan.
