Here a little update. I’m in Japan for a month, no laptop. i did bring my tablet. During the 11 hour flight I started working on this convinced I would be drawing a lot all inspired. 5 days later… This is the first time I’ve worked on it since I arrived. So now I’m pretending to be a total hipster and draw on my tablet in a coffeehouse in #Harajuku 😁⠀

Finally sharing some this progress sheet of this painting i did for this years MerMay. Looking at these sheets shows me how much more expressive my sketch state is. It makes me wonder if should keep things more loose. Also my coloring happens when I'm about 90% done with the piece so I don't really have steps to share there. I would have to make a detailed tutorial for that...
