Wrapping up the basic construction on this Sweetheart size Cut & Sew dress. I’m going to add details in the pocket design using a different contrasting fabric I think… or maybe some lace… I haven’t decided! This base is using my “Honey Drop” plaid fabric which was inspired by a completely different doll in my collection. Some more preview pages for the pattern book (12, 22, 26 and 39). I ended up going with a layout closer to version A in the end.

The pattern descriptions might come off being a little artsy/pretentious/absurd, but I think it adds a weird charm.

I did the tetradic color scheme both rectangle and square versions on the memphis pattern. The rectangle version has 6 different color combinations and the square version has 3 different combinations.
