i think that stanley would actually really enjoy horror movies because he is very much the type of person who is like "it's not real. it's a movie. i know it's not real, so why would i be scared of it. what do you mean this movie is scary, it's literally people acting it's not real" and so because of that whenever the losers have movie night he always chooses a horror movie.

and, im also imagining that he does this because richie DOES get scared of horror movies (payback for when richie made fun of him for being scared of spiders)

ok so whenever i make a musician richie au in my mind it’s usually a modern au and he makes rock music, but i just had a thought....... band au but it’s like ABBA....

richie, beverly, patty, and ben all in a 70s band together and singing ABBA songs..... patty and bev as the lead singers, richie in guitar, and ben on keyboard!!! because i’ve been listening to a lot of ABBA recently and AGH i cannot stop imagining this!!!!! and especially imagining them in all the iconic ABBA outfits from the 70s!!! 

and of course....... just imagine richie writing a lot of their songs and writing them with eddie kaspbrak in mind, who richie has been in love with ever since they were teenagers. but of course he’s too scared to come out and confess his feelings to his best friend, so he just puts his feelings into song and hands them off to his bandmates to sing. 

for example,,, some ABBA songs that just make me think of reddie: does your mother know, SOS, super trooper, take a chance on me (after eddie gets divorced from his wife richie writes this as a subtle move on eddie lmao), gimme gimme gimme, lay all your love on me, i do i do i do, kisses of fire, honey honey, and so many more.........
